The hotel smells like feet soooooo bad! Almost unbearable, had to buy a freshener, and they didn't have safes in the room.
Found this hotel on kayak.com when looking for something affordable in Kissimmee. It was cheap but looked decent. It was exactly what I expected, very dated and very used. The bathroom was a little nasty but you could tell that housekeeping tried their best to keep it as clean as possible. When we opened the mini fridge there was a horrible smell that then would not leave the room. Had to go buy a plug in air freshener. Other than that it was fair for the price.
The price was reasonable.
At check in they couldn't find my reservation I waited over an hour for them to find it. They finally found it and the bed we got was broken. The Wifi was extremely slow or didn't work at all at times . But what really upset me is on the second night of my stay they locked me out of my room with all my belongings (including the diaper bag) because they said I didn't pay for my stay , a problem they failed to take responsibility for blaming Priceline. Again I waited over an hour for them to resolve this issue with my two small children... They finally found my reservation and let me back in my room. Would not stay here again !!!
We didn't have to deal with the mold smell once we spent more money to upgrade to the tower room. They did provide a free shuttle to the disney parks, but just be aware that it will take you 1-1.5 hours to get to each park depending on which park you are traveling to. Epcot is the exception, it only takes about 20-30 mins as you are dropped off directly. The front desk staff were friendly enough, but not bubbling by any means. The housekeeping staff seemed to do a decent jobs, but don't forget a tip or they may conveniently forget to leave you towels.
I called the day before our arrival to see if we were placed in a tower room, or in the motel section, and that we would rather be in a tower room. I was assured that I had been given a tower room. When we arrived at the hotel I was given the key to a motel section room and told that I could upgrade to a tower room. I was offered a "deal" of $20 per night instead of $30 per night (plus tax). We went to check out the motel room to see if it was worth the extra $115 to upgrade. The smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming, all of the furniture and decor looked like it was covered under years of filth. I called the front desk to ask if they could come down on the price and I finally got them to $13 per night plus tax, so it ended up being $74 extra, but it was much nicer as I could actually breathe in the tower room. If I had to do it again, I would choose a different hotel. Also, if I were giving ratings for the motel section, I would give it a 1 star.

Many things. I sent a message through Kayak to confirm my reservation two days before my check-in. In that message I said that I have booked a room with a fridge and a microwave, and reiterated that I want a room like that. I also indicated that I would be checking in between 9 and 10 pm. The response I received, was "Your room will be ready by 4 pm", which to me was irrelevant (most likely automatic). When I arrived at the hotel, received the keys and reached the room, I was unable to open the door. The keys would evidently work, judging by the sound, however the latch or bolt would not move enough to unlock the door. The door was loose on the hinges, which I determined trying to open it. I went back to the check-in, described what happened, and requested a different room. I was denied room change, and was told someone will be there to help me. I asked that whoever that person was, comes with me. I was told they were already half way there. I reached the room (about 1 min walk from the check-in desk) and waited for 10 min for the maintenance guy to arrive on a golf cart. He tried to open the door the usual way, and when that did not work, he moved the lever upwards, and the door opened. I tried it myself, my first attempt did not work. My second attempt worked, but the latch was still catching the door panel and I had to apply force to open the door, even with the lever moved up. Upon entering the room I discovered it had no microwave. Before letting the maintenance guy go, I told him about my reservation of a room with microwave and a fridge, and told him there was no microwave in the room. He said he would follow up on that. I was driving for 9 hours before arriving at the hotel, so I ate at that time, and then called the front desk. I placed the call at 11:10 pm, and was waiting until 11:15, and hung up. Nobody picked up the call. The maintenance guy did nothing to work on my request. A microwave has not been delivered to the room. The door kept opening with force for the rest of my stay. I stayed at hotels around the place a lot, including Knights Inn exactly across the road (Irlo Bronson Blvd.) from this Ramada, paying $30-40/ night, and the service was always better than here. The hotel is not worth the money I paid, I request a refund in the amount of 50% of the total paid.
The price was right. The location to seaworld was good.
The beds were very uncomfortable. You couldn't even take a breath without the frame sqeaking. They had no cribs when we arrived so we had to spend $70 at Walmart to buy a pack and play so the baby could sleep.
Only good thing about this hotel was the fact that housekeeping always had clean towels ready.
Nothing was what it was advertised. It was not worth the money paid. Pictures obviously looked nothing like the real thing. Room was old with peeling paint everywhere and dirty carpets. Shower didn't work correctly. One trash can in the room. Was not informed of the other HEATED pool, diner, pool tables. It seemed as if we were put in the "cheap" section of the hotel which was kind of insulting.
The hotel was located close to the World Center Dr / U.S. 192, the location was the only above-"okay" feature.
The room was not dirty, but the bathroom needed updating, the furniture was in rough shape, the outlets would not hold a plug in the wall completely and the refrigerator did not work. It was okay to sleep in between Disney visits, but I would not recommend it to anyone intending to spend time around the hotel.

There is not enough words to describe how dirty the room was. My kids were crying and wanted to leave. We left after only an hour and went to a different hotel. I have pictures of blood splatter on the door frame that leads into the bathroom!!

the actual room was full of mosquitos which we got bit several times and had to change rooms, the guy at front desk changed our rooms and so rude and inconsiderate. The jacks to the walls didn't work.
the location to our destination was great. very little travel time. there was not a lot of noise, though there were several kids staying there and another "event" nearby. many dinner options in the immediate area.
the room had a horrible smell of old, bleachy water. had to go to a store to buy Febreeze to mask the smell as much as we could. the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. the bathtub was peeling and needed replaced. i would not let my daughter bathe in the tub. we had to wash her in the sink. the lock on our door was not attached securely. the curtains on the window did not close completely and the parking lot was well lit so light shined through all night. the lighting in the room was horrible and the decor was very dated. our room looked like a Denny's with lighting from Joe vs the Volcano.
