We didn't like anything!
Everything was dirty to the point of finding dirty/used rags in the bathroom. The carpet was super dirty. There were hairs everywhere including the sheets even before we stayed. We have never stayed at a worse hotel. The "continental" breakfast was only hostess mini donuts.
Clean, close to attractions.
Remote never worked. Free breakfast was a joke they only offered powdered donuts.
Close to Disney. AC works.
Remote didn't work. Phone didn't work. Light outside room out. Called front desk. Nothing done. Asked for additional towels. Had 2 for 4 people, but never brought. Used hotel's provided laundry bag. Bag disappeared. Took several calls. Finally got to manager while checking out. Original offer was $20 off. Didn't even cover cost of 4 outfits. Was able to get them to improve offer to cover replacements. However, heard another guest complain they were missing food from mini fridge. Breakfast is only mini donuts, coffee and juice if there was any. Was always gone long before end of breakfast.
Courteous staff and working internet
Dirty bathroom and rooms
Not bad for the price. When you get such an inexpensive price, you aren't expecting anything great. The staff at the desk were polite.
The ceiling in our room was sagging and had holes. The a.c. was really noisy. The carpet was really old and worn out so i wasn't comfortable going without shoes. I'm 5'5"and i had to duck my head to use the shower.
Gabriel, at the reception, was very polite, fast and accurate with our check-in process. Maids did an awesome job cleaning the room every day. Location is ideal for all of Orlando places.
Minor facilities issues: the AC blows in between the curtains and the window, rather than straight into the room. The toilet was a little loose from the floor. The TV remote was not working.
The air conditioner worked.
The hotel was not very good, the pictures were very deceiving. The first night was charged at the correct price the second night was $30 more than advertised. The rooms carpet was filthy, it had cracks on the bathroom floor, the laundry room was out of order, the pool was disgusting and the television was stat-icy & super old . I wore flip flops in the shower & it was overall an uncomfortable place to spend a 10th anniversary. I will never use this hotel again.
The rooms are dirty dirty dirty. I wish I would have got my money back. The sheets look like they have never been changed the maids never made the bed the whole 5 days we were there. The carpets are filthy the bathroom was dirty and we had to lift the door up in order to close it.
We had broken lights the blow dryer had aluminam foil wrapped around the cord we requested 2 queen beds and was given 1 queen bed and a pull out bed which was uncomfortable worst hotel ive ever stayed at will not go back or recomend them
Breakfast was poor. We would have liked more/better choices like cereal and milk at least.
horrible curb appeal-looked like prizon. when we first pulled in, we saw flickering light at the front office. no need to go to the tower of terrors after that we saw it right here! we needed a room with a fridge, so we can store some medicine for one of the family members. we had to change room 3(!) times to finally get a working fridge! funny, right when we walked in to register, one of the customers came back to complain of the same issue! oh and did i tell you that it took us an hour to check in? i guess the lighting shut the whole computer system down. it took them 20 min to reboot and 20 min each to check in two customers ahead of us. but all in all if you are strictly on a budget and don't care where you crash in, than i guess it'll do. after spending a night there, we booked a hotel that was twice as much, but was clean, comfy and didn't leave a lasting negative impression such as this one. p.s. the hotel was so musty and i unkept, i refused to take a shower in there.
