Stayed before, lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast menu and restuarant facilities, city centre location. Free Wifi and free pay tv
Very good location and breakfast. All the rest is poor, I wouldn't give 4stars for that hotel. Old communist hotel.
Very good location and vaue for money. Excellent breakfast! Attentive staff. Poorly equipped fitness centre.
Opening hours of the kitchen and a good breakfast buffet. The view outside, we had a backdoor view but also the frontdoor view is not super. The hotel it self need some capital refreshing/painting and specially carpets in the lobby are worn out.
Not a lot, was nothing great about it. The person when i first checked in was rude, I needed to check out a day early, she just said no. I went down later and got someone else, and she said it was fine.
All staff very pleasant and helpful, very nicely designed, within walking distance from shops and bars. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Very good location in city center. Hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast selection are very wide and tasty. Also free car parking available near hotel on weekends and holidays. Sauna practically closed on weekends, because on Saturday works until 15:00 and on Sunday closed.
the beds were brilliantly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Locrion - city center, close to business and entertainment. Reasonable room size. Free bottled warter . Decor from 80's remembering real socialism in Poland and that vintage version of luxury and modernity (if you are after that ambiance) Lack of isolated ventilation - someone smoking downstairs (yes, you can smoke in this hotel) will annoy you two floors above. The staff was unable to solve it. See the point on 80's decor - this includes bed and bedding quality (low) and chronic lack of shelf space in bathroom. Use of real metal keys with large brelocks - it may not be easy to fit it in some pockets. Restaurant is not vegetarian-friendly and breakfasts are overpriced (30 zl) Shower in the bathroom is constructed poorly - any accidental contact with a sticking out handle may cause you to be scolded or "refreshed" with an unexpectedly cold water. Low value to offered comfort.
Nice, spacious room, nice, elegant premises, very good location, air conditioning, good breakfast. Great value for the money.
Very good breakfast included, location, very good price/value for weekend rates, very good restaurant at the hotel, guarded parking The lighting in the room was too white, too cold (neon lamp). I would have rather prefer warmer lighting.
Nice staff, elegant hotel in a quiet but central area. Good restaurant, and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay! A little difficult to find by car. Not the hotel's fault.
Nice rooms and view
A nice, small and special hotel with atmosphere. I would use it again if I ever go to Bialystok. Cleaning of the room might be done earlier on the day.
The friendly and helpfulness of staff. The massage center, cigar and drink club.
Central location. Little bit difficult to find.
the hotel is in the city center, but the street is very quiet
All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was excellent, we enjoyed our stay there and would use this hotel again and can recommend it to our friends. No.
Friendly, English speaking staff. WIlling to go above and beyond to make the stay more enjoyable. A great breakfast buffewt. Didn't expect the "Twisted Room"
It will be better together with bidet (in the bathroom) install lavatory pan.
loverly facility. great location. seems overpriced for the area.
Location and size of room
We liked possibility to use indoor swiming pool
Comfortable and convenient, consistent with its category.
water park Tropicana free acess for guests
Food standards were poor - on day 2 I saw mold on bread during breakfast, and on day 3 I had hair in mushrooms. Fruit was all battered and bruised. Rooms di not have any tea / coffee facilities. I stayed in 2 rooms - the first room didn't even have a fridge. The 2nd room had a fridge but it was empty.
close to center, free parking absence of air-conditioner and fridge in the room, noisy because of street
breakfast, the room there wasn't enough smell-oil in the sauna
This hotel is very well appointed and has friendly staff. The swimming pool, or rather the attached indoor waterpark with its salt room, 4 saunas, 3 jacuzzi's, wave pool, slides and full size lap pool is a must and fantastic for kids and parents alike.
What we really liked in this hotel was the terrirory of the swimming pools. It was even better than in most of the turkish hotels. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was nice.We decided that we will come back there. Nothing
Price and location. It is more modern than most hotels in Bialystok. We had originally selected a different hotel, then cancelled that reservation when this newer one which was a few bucks more came available. There is a club down the street that is open till 3-4am on weekends and you can hear bass in the room furthest from it.
The hotel staff was very nice and they spoke english and russian. At the same night was big wedding party in that hotel. In the room was very noisy.
I would like to say "Thank You Very Much" to all the staff of the hotel and the restorant !!!
Lcd tvset. Rooms are very acoustic – one can hear everything what is happening in other rooms.
There is a good restorant. It’s a lit bit noisy, no good sound isolation between rooms. The bathroom is very small.
If you're looking for a nice hotel near the center of Bialystok, the Trio is a great choice. The rooms are small, but clean and well appointed. I found all the staff to be very helpful and welcoming. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I would definitely visit this hotel again.
easy to find, cosy rooms the view around the hotel isn't very nice
not much, too expensive 4 such a crap hole! we didn't get what we wanted, room was filthy & really uncomfortable.
It was in a quite place outside from city clean hotel staff was friendly
Nice staff, good food
Dark room, soviet style hotel, shower out of order
they don't have double rooms: they have only twin rooms, that means no room for two persons with double bed.
Quiet area, very good breakfast (value for money!), free parking. Restaurant closes at 10 pm which is too early.
Quiet place outside city. Very nice restaurant with delicious food at a good price. Breakfast buffet included. Positive and friendly staff also to guests with dogs.
Not very expensive. Quite decent breakfast.
The position In the booking of the room, was written, that in all room there is Internet Wi-Fi Free. This is false. Only in the reception was internet Wi-Fi.
It is central ,functional ,as well as having a pleasant atomsphere. The breakfast was good and the hotel is efficient. THe resturant forget? to give change. Phone access to home was impossible to get.The reception staff have very little english and it is hard to communicate with them.Still water was left in my room when i would have prefered the carbonated water.
This is a modern hotel situated at Bialystok's outskirts, and the location of the hotel is excellent for those who arrive from Belarusian side by car, the hotel is easy to find. There is a spacious free parking place. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the room was cozy and clean. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends.
Excelent breakfast! In hallway too much smell of cigarettes
Very cosy hotel.Staff is very friendly.Breakfast is very good.Free parking, free Wi-Fi in the rooms.Very convenient location for those who come by car from eastern direction.
Very friendly hotel and very clean. 10-15 minutes from the center. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good and not very expensive.
Great and reasonably priced Italian wines, mushrooms in the menu, nice breakfast (included). The staff is very guest focused and is probably the best asset if this hotel. Lack of fitness facility, smallness of the room and lack of coffee or tea self service in the room.
A very nice hotel convenietly located near the old town. Apparently a rather new hotel and staff. Some routines need to be worked out.
It is a very nice hotel, with new and beautiful furniture, everything is very clean. They accept animals. We felt like home. modest breakfast, the staff could be more friendly. You have to pay extra for parking space and for animals.
friendly staff, very good breakfast
That hotel was the only good thing about poland, very nice surprise, it's like a 5 star hotel, everything was excellent there, made me forget I was in poland :) There was nothing I did not like
the worst hotel that we were during our travelling.
Good friendly service
Clean rooms, polite stuff, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds Tv and fridge in the room didn't work. Dinner at hotel restaurant wasn't that tasty. Spa didn't work announced hours
It was a nice homely friendly experience and very good value for money, a very nice quiet hotel
Pretty hotel. Good location, convenient parking with supervision. Excellent breakfast with delicious foods and great variety. No lift and you have to pay for the parking
It is a very good place for travellers. I was there only for one night rest during a trip and it is the right place for that. Clean and comfortable room, very beautyful design and good breakfast. Staff was helpful and services were right. If it's to stay more days in the hotel, the room we had is probably not the best, because it lacks the storage for luggages.
Nice hotel, well maintained, good room-size and excellent breakfast The matress so soft, it is a problem. I missed hairdryer in the room.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, wired internet in all rooms, close to downtown Bialystok but located in quiet suburb. Good restaurant. Breakfast food selection very good.
Beautiful place ... in the middle of nowhere ! No air condition in rooms.
The hotel was very nice, a lot posher than I expected for 3*. It had a lovely quiet restaurant with delicious food at a good price. The room was spacious and has a luxurious feeling. Hotel staff were pleasant and fluent in English. The television provided in the room only had Polish channels.
The 'old manor'-like but quite new hotel is located in a suburb, some 10 minutes from the center of Bialystok. The manor ambience was very present in the facilities and rooms. The staff were very courteous, and the dining room a stately, delightful experience. Food and service in the dining room were well in sync with the desired impression. One can clearly imagine that the hotel is targeting weddings and other stately functions. The hotel was practically empty during our stay; a pity.
Wonderful service, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful grounds, safe parking for cars, quiet, excellent breakfast; would definitely recommend it.
Bed was amazingly good! thats if you like soft bed :)
Hotel, food, staff and athmosphire was really good. We can recommend this for all who want to enjoy as we do!
location by the Via Baltica; beautiful hotel and surroundings practically in the middle of nowhere; calmness the restaurant was slightly over-priced and some waiters did not speak English
Good location, not far from center of town. Breakfast was also good.
Friendly staff. I didn't like, that the price through booking.com was 60 zl more expensive, then the prices for the weekend at the hotel. And also that everywhere inside they do smoke.
Nice people and very helpful
Room was clean but basic. excellent on site restuarant. Staff on reception spoke excellent English, the en-suite setup was a little strange, but functional. Will return
It was worth the money. Really good place to arrive at the evening, to have a dinner, sleep and leave at the morning. Everything was OK for us. The breakfast was also OK.
Yes, I can say that Ok, but our rooms were very very cold.
Location is good: it's easy to find the hotel, the big supermarket Auchan is near. Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast is fair. The room, especially the bathroom, was not very clean. The linen seems to be old, there are stains on the linen. There is no Wi-Fi in the room.
Staff very helpful. Bar and food prices very good Shower was a rubber hose connected to the tap over the basin (very strange)
