Great location with beautiful beaches on both sides of the resort. Easy access to the centre by taxi boat. Very friendly staff. Even helped me out when I was already checked out.

The long beach is the best place to snorkel in Phi Phi, because it has a coral reef, so that was the best thing. Besides that.. everything was "good enough". The area is quite calm tho, so that was very nice. Make sure to check out the mango/watermelon shake! They are the best.
Water is pretty cold in the room shower. Staff have that fake "pleasant smile" which is worse than a honest frown. A bit too sweet for my taste. Food was not good enough for the price being charged. It was ok, but quite expensive.

The hotel is in a very good position with a beautiful beach. Room was big and comfortable. Restaurant was also very good with an excellent service.
The only thing I could think of is the bad smell In the bathroom.
