Pros: Staff were great. Water was hot.
Cons: Outdated and old. Weird room layout.
Pros: The location was beautiful and nearby eateries were great. Very affordable accommodation and very relaxing. Loved the range of activities available.
Cons: The cleanliness could have been improved. There was dust in the bathroom and the blanket from the cupboard had a brown stain. Housekeeping came quite early (between 8.30-9am) on all days so we missed out during our stay as we slept in until 9.30am. Restaurant was quite pricey compared to the accommodation cost. Rooms were not very soundproof.
Cons: The place needs a good tidy up and some life put back into it. The golf was good & the pro shop staff were friendly. We booked into the restaurant (Lilies) for Saturday night. When we arrived the only food available was a very sad looking buffet. We had booked dinner ahead but were not told about the buffet. The staff member was very cranky and told us it was because of a wedding & they were short staffed. We thought that was a pretty poor excuse as they would have known about the wedding months before.
Pros: Great facilities and lots of options for activities. We really enjoyed bush walking on the mountain bike trails. Also, there are kangaroos everywhere!
Pros: excellent buffet many choices nice restaunt.
Cons: booking in could have been smoother room not ready till last minute.
Cons: The buffet dinner was appalling. Very little choice and unappetising. We went to second sitting and obviously was not restocked.
Pros: Visited on a whim whilst travelling home. The front desk people were accommodating and welcoming.
Pros: Leaving it’s not what we thought
Cons: It is rundown needs a facelift was not value for money
Pros: The location was awesome with kangaroos everywhere and very very quiet. The staff was amazing and the place has a big potential but needs A LOT of maintenance.
Cons: The room and bathroom were so dirty we couldn't even have a bath. They were black stains at the bottom of the bath and the more we tried to wipe it to worst it was getting. We also had to clean the bathroom when we arrived as they were *** hair everywhere. The resort could have been good but no activities were available. No massage, no Aussie Show and when we tried to go for a ride with the bikes but they were all broken! We couldn't change gears on both bikes and the other bike had a wheel not straight so we couldnt even use it at all. The restaurant buffet was the worst food we ever tasted, the carrots were still crazy frozen and obviously not fresh and the desserts... omg I don't even want to talk about it. On the next morning when we woke up we realised the people in the room above us threw their cigarettes and half eaten eggs on our balcony so we had to clean it...
Pros: Loved our whole trip location, golf and the resort and staff were very friendly..
Cons: Only issue I had was the bay marie food warmer did not seem to keep the food hot enough at the Buffet Breakfast and dinner but the good was great.
