The location is great for shopacholics....its is located literally in the shopping mall and along the Road with lots of Brand name stores. only 5 minutes walk to the MRT station so very convenient.
The rooms are quite old, but clean and in good condition, still using the room key instead of key cards. However, the hotel is under construction so it should be nicer after that. While we stayed there were no noise or any obstruction at all so was quite pleasant.

The front desk staffs were vry friendly and efficient. I forgot my credit card at the front desk, instead of having to go down stairs to pick it up, this kind lady (girl) even took the trouble to send it to my room immediately. It was very kind of her, but I did not manage to see her name tag
The hotel guests from Mainland China had their doors wide opened, talking loudly, smoking in the room as well as the hall way, making our stay very unpleasant. We did not like the stinking smell of those smokers. They played cards and talked as if there are no other guests in the hotel...typical of a certain group of people, from a specific country.
Great location and convenient for shopping and food.
Too easy for public to access rooms directly.
The hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible to a wide variety of shops. The room was very spacious and toiletry items were conveniently complete. We loved the replenishment of fruits and water, this was very considerate of the hotel to provide. We also like the Concierge Personnel who was very accommodating and helpful for foreigners like us who had difficulty getting around the city due to the language barrier.
The television reception was poor at times, we had experiences of blurred images or static reception.
i like the hotel. it's clean. service ok. people ok there.
location is not the best but good enough. maybe 8 out of 10. but regarding the hotel rating 9 or even 9.5. i can't ask for more.
It was comfortable, family friendly, close to shopping & transportation.
Breakfast was delicious.
It was different from the description of the room charge. The second day rose for 200 dollars though the day was a same amount. The suite was advanced.
The exclusive floor with own breakfast and cocktail hour. Very good
Rather strange that everybody from the shopping mall can enter the hotel on the second floor and go to any floor without any security
