Pros: Breakfast quality of food that was available was excellent
Pros: Good location for access to the main town attractions.
Cons: Bed too small. Only a standard double bed. Difficulty getting a table for dinner due to a function and large tour bus group. No provision made to accommodate other hotel guests. Staff did their best to accommodate us. Next morning breakfast was a problem. Many large groups were being catered for and the buffet food was not brought out quickly enough and patrons were continuously kept waiting. Range of food provided not very good either. Juice was very watered down, only two cereals (coco pops and cornflakes) to choose from, no fruit and no toaster. Coffee machine broken and only instant coffee available.
Pros: Comfort room, good location near the city center and excellent breakfast
Cons: Everything was OK
Pros: Great hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy with more than enough towels. We got an upgrade to a room with balcony, which was so nice from the staff, so we had a nice view of the city park. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel has it's own parking space free for guest. AC an TV in the rooms were also great.
Pros: Fine breakfast. Front desk knowledgeable of area.
Cons: For breakfast no apple or orange juice though both were marked on machine. Both selections had cloudy water come out and tasted like water.
Pros: Wonderful caring staff Excellent food and wine Great room and bed
Cons: The towels are very tired
Pros: Very pleasant friendly staff.

Pros: not a lot
Cons: Hotel staff was clueless on nearly everything, took me forever to check in, a/c wasn't working in my room nor the 2nd one I tried to stay in. No places to eat around the city at like 10 pm. Overall lousy place.
Pros: The buffet was good, but the staff were not.
Cons: This is not a 4 star hotel. The wellness centre is shut until 3p.m. The reception was not staffed when we arrived and when the receptionist did arrive she started an argument with us, claiming we had booked for 4 people, not 3.
Cons: Breakfast was not good!
Pros: Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and comfortable! Nice pillow, clean!
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing, but really disappointing! Coffee machine not working, juice machine not working, no bread! It’s hard to breakfast without bread, coffee and juice! :-(
Pros: Room is really big. Nearby highway, good for transition.
Cons: no hot water for the breakfast. Check in cost a lot of time. Had to wait long. The reception seems not professional.
Pros: Large rooms
Cons: - staff is not very friendly and not service oriented. - you get the feeling that the hotel does not trust their guests: the Coffee and juice machine is adjusted so you need to press 5 to 6 times to fill your cup! In the restaurant there is a big sign which says that it is not allowed to fill your own water bottle. - they promote their wellness and gym facilities, but it only opens after 3 PM. If we would have known that beforehand, we would not have chosen to stay at this hotel - they ‘offer’ room service, but when you order they do not bring it to the room. - it is far from the City centre - room was not clean. I saw hair from previous guests and a spot on the toiletseat (!) - mini bar totally empty. Not worth the money. The expectations we had when booking this 4-star hotel are not met. This is not a 4-star hotel. I would say it is a 2-star hotel.
