Pros: Great convenient hotel with a perfect SPA centre, great place for a weekend recharge.
Cons: All good except a small hickup in the beginning when we were given keys to a room that has not been cleaned yet. Also, gym was totally deserted and a bit undermaintained.
Pros: Cleaness and comfort
Cons: Excellent breakfast. Predictable, fresh and tasty. But evening Chef needs to practice for gaining some more experience. Not all decoration means a good taste.
Pros: Great food at restaurant a la carte Good massage, great outdoor and indoor pool
Cons: Spa area for manicure and pedicure was old and really tired, old nail polish used for manicure - this is not 5 star hotel quality; grey towels on pool ( which used to be white- again not 5 star) , i would expect more for these prices :( no possibility to order e.g. sandwich during day - restaurant serves only dinner food and being there for more than 2 days can be really boring. despite beautiful hotel - facility is not really properly used - outside area could be setup to encourage people to chill outside - barbeque area not available despite ‘ Majowka’ . I have been to many better hotels in Poland - hope something will change - keeping my fingers crossed
Pros: Reception staff very friendly and very efficient resolving issues
Pros: Everything was perfect. We liked the SPA very much and the staff was extremely nice. This hotel is definitely among best 5* places in Poland.
Pros: Nice panorama, rooms, restaurant
Cons: Room was not perfectly clean
Pros: Great facilities.
Cons: Too much light inside the bedroom while sleeping.
Pros: Staff as awalys very friendly and excellent breakfast.
Cons: The price is too high for rather an outdated hotel.
Pros: Massage was really good and relaxing, spa was nice and beautiful view. Staff was helpful if we had questions. Also the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: My boyfriend got sick half an hour after dinner. We are pretty sure he had food poisoning. He is a medical doctor himself so he was able to recognise the symptoms. He was sick all night and was not able to enjoy the breakfast or spa or anything the day after due to his reactions to the food we had for dinner at the hotel. We did not get a proper apology or discount or anything when we let them know, they only offered to call a doctor - but him being a doctor himself we did not need that - he knew what was going on in his body and how to treat it. So we left not in the same good mood as the day before. Also - would be nice if it were written that the outdoor pool is closed during the winter (at least in english) we did not know that.

Pros: Staff was very friendly. All inclusive... meals were great
Cons: English speaking TV
Pros: Everything was verry good
Pros: We stayed here for a weekend. It’s very quiet and only 5 mins away from Łysica trail. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was great. The salt cave and Finnish sauna were a nice extra touch in this guest house, and the aromatherapy massage was very relaxing too. We don’t speak much Polish, but the staff at reception were extremely helpful! They tried their best to communicate with us, helped us to book a massage, and called us a taxi back to Kielce. Highly recommended to everyone who wants a relaxing weekend getaway!!
Pros: Very nice facilities and staff

Pros: Friendly staff, place is clean, they had nice sauna and salt cave. Good location for exploring Świętokrzyskie mountains. Breakfast is ok. Place is close to the shops.
Cons: Got the room above grocery shop and it was pretty loud - especially in the morning. I would definitely change the coffee. There is no kettle in the room. In the region it's much better to have cash on you.
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was slightly different each day, with a variety of veggie products to choose from. Local and public transport is a stone's throw away and there is a hiking route close by. It's a clean place.
Cons: The sound insulation could be better. There is no air conditioning, so summer nights might be difficult (in the winter, we were fine). The vegetarian offer for dinner is rather thin, I couldn't bear to have the mushroom risotto for the third time. Apparently, the local hooligans like to meet opposite the hotel; we saw some fights but no trace of the police. There is no lift, so the elderly or disabled are at a disadvantage.
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin.
Pros: A great place to stay the food was excellent and good value. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Parking is right outside the hotel and there's a small food shop attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in that area.
Pros: The stuff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: The room costed about 70 EUR. I think it is too much for the place like this.
Located in Kielce, Aviator Hotel Wellness & SPA is within a 15-minute drive of Museum of Toys and Play and Palace of the Krakow Bishops. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Breakfast was poor as well as the breakfast room. This hotel is lacking cosyness and warmth.
Pros: WE STAYED AT THE HOTEL ONE NIGHT; AT OUR WAY TO WARSHA. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. NICE BREAKFAST
Pros: clean, decent breakfast, helpful staff
Cons: noisy wedding party downstairs (not informed upfront), had to change rooms. Be mindful when booking a weekend stay!
Pros: Good hotel for one night stop on the way for skiing.
Pros: Location, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.
Cons: Staff doesn’t speak English or speak very bad. I was charged twice - both my credit card and by cash. Still can’t get back my payment.
Pros: Decent food in the restaurant, quiet in the room
Cons: Reception does not work 24/7, so you will have problems if you want to leave early. If you arrive late, there are limited number of free parking places
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, good size of a room, free parking onsite
Cons: We were surprised that breakfast starts at 8am (which seems to be a bit late) however the friendly staff arranged for it for us for 7am.
Pros: Food was excellent!
Pros: Peaceful - good to sleep. Cheap (but is not worth more actually). Food is OK, so is beer.
Cons: Bad bed, very bad WiFi, not a single person who speaks English, no heating in the room, no shampoo. Located in the middle of the forrest, but no light at the parking place.

The nearby lake with its water sports facilities and the surrounding ski slopes, hiking and cycling trails, and horseback riding opportunities make this a great destination all year round.
Pros: room - spacious, good breakfast, great staff!
Cons: The sugar bowl was totally unusable & had been infested by small flies. The music by the staff in the breakfast room was unbearably loud & not at all where I'd enjoy a bite to eat.
Pros: We had a triple room and size was great, room was clean and beds comfy.Food was pretty good but a little overpriced .Surrounding forests offer tons of fun for biking ,hiking etc.Nice entertainment room with pool table etc.
Cons: Jacuzzi was broken,no pool ,not much to do for small kids and even though everything is fairly renovated the ghost of communism still lurks in the lack of aircon ,soundproofing etc:)All in all its not great value for money but not that bad either, the region is interesting and i enjoyed the trip.
Cons: very small room, it wasn't promised 14 square metres. Dirty bathroom. Very soft matrace. Bad service in restaurant. Scam with the exchange rate - they charged my credit card before my arrival, they used my local currency, not their, which added 3% fee to the price and horrible exchange rate. Afterwards they were forcing me to sign a document confirming that I was informed about it in advance and was given a choice.
Pros: Good location, hip decor
Cons: Thin walls
