Location is perfect
Non fresh smells in the room Interior needs refreshments DC sockets near bed are very specific, we couldn't charged iPhone Reality is much more different than photos on booking.com

The hotel staff are impeccably polite and helpful. They set the tone for the whole experience of being in Kraków, beginning with the doorman. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are good and afford the possibility of trying Polish dishes as well as more typically English food. Everything was fresh and tasty.
There don't seem to be any facilities for making/getting toast rather than fresh bread.

Grand style, very spacious rooms, the apartments are huge. Excellent location within walking distance of the main square. The staff are all very very friendly and helpful.
