Pros: Beautiful place, everything was great!
Pros: The conveniently located property, including rooms, apartments, and holiday homes, looks brand new and very clean, offering a small swimming pool, a tennis/volleyball court, and other amenities. The homes and at least some of the apartments have fire places inside and brick barbecues outside, as well as a good supply of firewood. Great for families with kids and dog owners. We might come back for a skiing holiday in the winter.
Cons: The kitchen at the small restaurant officially closes at 8pm, and they almost refused to take our order at 7:45pm. The choice of meals was super limited and basic, the service was slow and messy, and the two waiters looked stressed out and overworked. The breakfast was OK for someone who likes bread, cheese and ham, but they didn't have any eggs although we asked the night before and they said they would. The self-service coffee machine produced surprisingly nice cappuccino, which saved my day because i couldn't find any coffee maker in the apartment. Our double bed featured two separate mattresses that were comfortable but kept sliding apart, which was a bit annoying.
Pros: facilities, staff , location ! particularly enjoyed being served by Slovakian waiter in restaurant!
Cons: breakfast!! if you charge 7$ per person for breakfast you should elevate the choices. we will definitely stay here again but we would like to see improvements on breakfast menu !!
Pros: Good location for the ones with children - adventure/amusement parks are nearby. Property itself has good children’s playground. Apartments are nice and beds comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could be better, there was only one warm food option. Otherwise - excellent.
Pros: The staff was nice, rooms were quiet and very clean, WiFi was very good. Overall the stay and price were outstanding
Cons: One of the pictures on the wall was tilted. But in reality nothing was unlikable
Pros: Great hotel in green surroundings. Great for families with small kids. We had apartment - it was spacious and clean! You can enjoy pool as well (although it is not very big). Located very close to "Sky walk". Breakfast was OK.
Cons: Overall OK

Pros: Excellent food and great wellness area
Pros: Beautiful view to mountains
Cons: Parking should be for free
Pros: One of the best skiing hotel which you can go in Czech republic. Location, facilities, wellness!
Cons: Mistakes and confusion by payment.
Pros: Vista is perfect for families with children - Very convenient! Clean and good size rooms. Skiing slope and rental is right outside the hotel, ski school with English spoken instructors (upon request) not far as well. The facilities in the hotel are great - a lot of entertainment for big and small. There is beautiful nature in the area and clean air! Breakfast in the hotel is great, buffet style dinners are ok, but the same every day and not many options otherwise, except nice pizza place at Terezka/U Slona about 20mins walk (there is also a complimentary mini bus running daily until 16:30) Swimming pool is lovely although overfilled with water and slippery tiles with no grab rails - my son broke his arm there (we had to drive him to hospital 40mins away where he received great treatment btw.), absolutely not his fault as I also nearly slipped at the exact same spot while holding small baby - the hotel management was oblivious to the fact that they have no signage and staff handing out slippery “hotel slippers” with no warning whatsoever. Anti-slip tiles should be used in this place. The wellness part is great with nice sauna, but very crowded late afternoons/evenings. The Sauna rituals were great!
Cons: The WiFi is extremely slow and in the whole area there is no 3G coverage. The add-ons in the hotel are overpriced for the Czech Republic - double espresso for £5, and pedicure £45, but if you want nail polish you have to pay extra £6 The swimming pool is lovely although overfilled with water and slippery tiles with no grab rails - my son broke his arm there (we had to drive him to hospital 40mins away where he received great treatment btw.), absolutely not his fault as I also nearly slipped at the exact same spot while holding small baby - the hotel management was oblivious to the fact that they have no signage and staff handing out slippery “hotel slippers” with no warning whatsoever. Anti-slip tiles should be used in this place.
Pros: The hotel is located very convenient, just near the entrance to lift to mountain. The room is cosy, the bed is perfect. The spa zone is clean and has nice sauna area. The breakfast is pretty good.
Cons: Too many children so the ask for a quiet room was totally ignored with them running up and dow the corridor all day. Accepted pets but didn't allow them around the hotel. Food was ordinary and expensive. The spa facilities were limited and very crowded.
Pros: Comfortable bed and wellness.
Pros: Great stay thank you very much
Pros: Nice hotel, great location

Pros: Parking spot where to leave a car.
Cons: Personal doesn't talk and understand English (only in the morning there was one girl who understands). Doesn't like shower which is very very small.
Pros: Great SPA and clean rooms
Pros: The shower was hot! Location is good
Cons: Infested with flies !! Even the breakfast (which you can’t eat) was covered in them !! Not sure how they can even serve food and drink like that !
Pros: Very kind service, great location.
Cons: No proper process for room cleaning, below average breakfast - choice and cleanliness.
Cons: Extra cost for small swiming poll. Be carefoll about the stairs in the room. No elevator.
Pros: We liked the location. Within proximity of ski-lifts and nice surroundings for walks.
Cons: This is not 3* hotel but rather low-end hostel that does not meet basic hygiene expectations. Rooms are cramped with IKEA furniture. Floors and carpet very dirty, the bed-linen smell like no detergent was ever used (or fabric softener). 4 floors with no elevator. Terrible restaurant with selling processed food (like instant mashed potatoes!). Bathroom is serious health hazard due to mold around the window. We travel a lot - and this is one of the worst "hotels" we have ever stayed at - and also very expensive. 120 EUR for 3 bed-room!
Pros: Nice staff. Hotel is in good location. Nice new wellness area, garden looks very good. Possibility to take your pet with you.
Cons: Some minor issues at the room like broken door handle. Quite big noise from the neighbor room and from corridor.
Pros: Good location. free parking, cheap and good beer, clean hotel. The best evening meal - veprowe kolano
Cons: CARD PAYMENTS WERE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE RESTAURANT!!! I lost lots of money because of commision in cash machine. I didnt know how czech republic money looks like - bar tender when changed me 200 gave me to coin 50 so I lost 100. I thought it is coin of 100 corone. Half I gave him as a tip, next day I realised he got 150 all together... Evening menu was ok, next day dinner horrible. We paid for soup I didnt order. Be careful with special short menu printed on normal A4 paper... Very weak WIFI signal. Cappucino, Latte and all coffees from coffee machine is not for free for breakfast - nobody inform about it.

Pros: Cleanliness, lots of space to hang around, there is a huge common room on the top floor, very friendly staff and a huge buffet breakfast
Cons: IMPORTANT: the position of the hotel is wrongly entered in map, so (after already taken 30km hike) I had to walk 4km more and that is not what you want to do. This hotel is great place for anybody you hate - unfriendly personnel, poor breakfast, uncomfortable rooms. But if you like the time travel back to communist era close to year 1980, you are welcome.
Pros: Really polite and friendly staff; although some of them had trouble with speaking english / german (as we had with speaking czech..) they help wherever they can! Hospitality doesn't need language :) besides, the breakfast was rich and had every day another warm component.
