Everything ok,friendly owner, quiet place. They didn t speak english at all!
its good value for your money; clean and tidy; you get what you expect for such a money. N/A
Small hotel in small town ( village). Acceptable as a place to sleep. Room with 3 bed is small for 3 person. Very small WC and shower. No soap, shower gel, shampoo. Bed is discomfort
Good price,good location.
Friendly and helpful staff, very clean
Great breakfast. Good location, especially in summertime and autumn.
There was good breakfast offered. It was very loud at times in the hotel, specifically at night when we were trying to sleep. Also it was very far in walking distance to get to the city centre.
Hotel has good signing when you come into the town. Hotel has its own restaurant which is serving normal food. Hotel is quite far from the city center, and has not a lake location (other side of the road).
The neighborhood was quiet, no traffic noise. At the reception they were nice: I could use their computer to check for train schedules. The room was quite spacious. Bathroom OK. Dinner OK, though it was almost a blind choice (see negative points). Though it's not so close to the town center, the walking distance was not a problem for me. Comfort was a problem. Huge East-facing window just over the bed with nothing but a veil-like curtain; at 4.45 a.m. there was already a lot of light and that's the hour I woke up... Mattress too soft for me, and the bed was made in that "Central European/Slavic style" that I just can get used to. On the last night there was a lot of noise from a group that wasn't even on the next room (walls to thin?). Breakfast was buffet, but uninteresting; there was no machine to make toasts! (I asked.) Communication was also a problem: only 1 receptionist spoke broken English; the rest of the staff only Polish and German. (From my experience, that's a problem in all Masurian region: not even in restaurants do they have English or French menu.
Well, That was just an "sleep-over" stay during a long driving holiday in former Eastern Prussia. Drove in late, left early in the morning. In any case, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Unlike in some other places in Poland, hotel did not charge any parking fee. The selection of food at breakfast was somewhat limited.
Pleasant, professional hotel in the center of the town, but close to the lake.
Decent breakfast, central location in the city. We reserved two double rooms, but when arrived we got twin rooms instead. It is best to call them to assure the correct type of room. PRL period artifacts such as ancient radio receiver from 60s makes weird pair with LCD TVs.
Friendliness of most staff members Hardly any international television channels available
location Helpfull Staff Comfortable, Good breakfast. No
the location, close to the lake the rooms, too small
The hotel is right in the city center. Very good breakfasts. Rooms are ok, but beds are quite uncomfortable to sleep. The price is a bit high for the service.
room, food does not have a menu in English language
the hotel 'is nice, kleen, not expencive, good breakfest, good and kind staff. evrything was fine
It was cheap and well located. Had bar, restaurant and terrace area. They had no air-conditioning. Bedroom layout. The rooms (2) that our group stayed in were each originally two smaller rooms that were converted into a single room. Scarce bathroom soap and shampoo.
Staff attitude to the children was really amazing. Rooms are really very small but triple room was quite ok for the family with the two small children
good location, possible to hire garage under the room (20zl) the hotel couldn't gave us the map of the city
Small but friendly hotel, different breakfasts were nice, 2nd room was great. lack of English speaking staff was hard but we got round it. Initially put in smoking rooms and not a double adjoining room. Was a twin room. It should be clear when booking whether it is twin or double required. Not the hotels fault, yours.
