Pros: Classic European lux hotel. A grand dame of Warsaw. Fully modern with wonderful, English-seaking staff. Very comfortable room; king bed; excellent Internet service; huge comfortable bathroom. Outstanding breakfast (get breakfast with your rate!). Also enjoyed dinner one evening when it was particularly sleety and blustery outdoors -- did not want to go anywhere.

Pros: Great location for touring around the old city. Close to shops, restaurants. Also near the river and lovely park.
Pros: The staff and the location were perfect. I loved the bathroom and the modern feel and cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: It was a little too quiet. The seating set up on the front patio didn't see to say"come and sit awhile".
Pros: The location and ratings helped me choose this hotel. It is just inside the old city with ancient walls and fun venues.
Cons: Not a thing.

The building is in the style of an 18th century castle and equipped with all modern amenities, it is one of Warsaw’s most unique hotels.
The cosy lobby with fire place, sofas and coffee tables presents a hospitable and quiet atmosphere and serves as a lounge as well.
Pros: Location is perfect, it's walking distance to the old town. Included in our price was a buffet breakfast. It had a really rich selection of everything. The staff was very kind and the rooms looked new and in great shape.
Cons: Internet was a bit on the slow end.
Pros: Location is perfect for tourists, Old Warsaw is only blocks away.
Included breakfast was perfect, great selection of food, attentive staff, and unlimited coffee or tea.
Highly recommended this hotel.
Cons: Hotel was undergoing some remodeling. I'm sure price will rise with new amenities.

Pros: It was very easy to find their shuttle from the airport. No problems communicating in English. Very clean, modern facility with good service and wi-fi. The breakfast was excellent. I would gladly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay close to the airport (took about 5 min. to get to the hotel).

Even provided a take away breakfast at 5am for those leaving before the dining room opened. Great shuttle service to the airport. Easy access to bus to take you to the city center/old town. Pros: I love the Westin Bed and linens in all Westin properties
Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Pros: This apartment is spacious, close to all forms of transport, has many shops near by, 2 miles away from old town
Cons: Apartment did not have a working air conditioner, keeping the windows open is ok except the bars right under the windows make it difficult to sleep because of all the noise.
No one comes to clean or bring fresh towels or toilet paper
Pros: LOCATION. The hotel is located right behind the Galeria Centrum, which is directly across the street from the Palace of Science and Culture. Several central train/metro stops are a short walk from here including the main train station. You are surrounded by shopping and eating options, literally.
SIZE. The rooms were spacious with more than enough space for sleeping. Our room had 2 foldout sofa beds in the living room, a single in its own room, and a double in the back room. There was a small dining area and separate kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc. There was even a small washer in the bathroom.
STAFF. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional.
Cons: Nothing really. We didn't have enough pillows/blankets for all beds, but that's probably because they upgraded us at check-in and weren't expecting anyone in that apartment yet.
Pros: great. For Europe, the rooms were big. It was nice to have two bedrooms so the kids had their own rooms.
Everything is close. Tons of restaurants, shops, coffee.
Close to the train station.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
When you stay at Residence St. Andrew's Palace, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Palace of Culture and Science and National Museum. You'll have free perks like WiFi and wired Internet. Rooms at this upscale hotel feature bonuses like washing machines, sofa beds, and refrigerators.
Pros: Everything was excellent! Comfortable bed, clean room like everything was brand new, great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay at this hotel again.
Cons: It would be nice if a receptionist could tell new guests that they have to use their room card to make elevators work.
Pros: Very central location, good breakfast.
Cons: We stayed there in winter and the water in the shower wasn't hot enough.

Pros: Good location near the Central Train station and main business district. The room was clean and they had free apples in the lobby.
Cons: The staff was not too helpful when we asked about train times to and from the airport. The wifi is only free in the lobby and is charged in the rooms (about $8 US per day).

Pros: Helpful staffing, and convenience of location. This was my 3rd time staying at the Hilton. Always been accommodating, and helpful.
