Room is smelly. Rate us expensive per night but not worth paying high, cause the hotel is small and all item in the room looks old style.. It says its a 4 star hotel but I shud say it looks like a 1 star hotel. Will not come back to this hotel anymore
I like the location of the hote. It is very close to the city shopping centres. I love their breakfast and the staff are really nice. I will stay again next time.
I stayed there twice. The hotel is in an area that is relatively safe and a covenient area for shopping and eating. It's also really close to a monorail station. The vast majority of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The front office Assistant Manager was particularly helpful with resolving initial problems and ensured that my return stay was welcoming and trouble free. I stayed in a "Summit" room each time and even had a PC in my room. I obviously liked the hotel.
The 1st time there were a few problems with things not working in my room. Common in Malaysia. Second stay 10 days later problem free. Sadly the only downside for me was the composition and behaviour of the the other hotel patrons. I was unaware that there is a peak period for Saudi (&? other Arab) tourists which extends for 3-4 months, basically over their hot summer time holiday period. They flock (mostly in family groups) to Malaysia in huge numbers and were the majority in every place I stayed. I wouldn't have foreseen any problem with that anyway. However, parenting often totally lacked the provision of any sort of supervision, discipline or behavioural limits. Kids ran amuk day & night and were rude and hostile. Avoid June - Sept
