Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Rooms very excellent for the price and were clean and comfortable. Nice little pool area too.
Convenient for short stay during driving holiday. A lift to get luggage to the 1st and 2nd floors would be useful.
It was quiet despite being right on the main road into town
The night decorations were impressive and the staff were sometimes able to rectify problems. The bar and reception area were closed and alarmed at around 10.00 P.M. This was a big problem. I also killed 3 cockroaches in Room 17. I did not mention this at the time so as not to disturb my mother. Leaving used food trays in the corridor during the day seemed to me to be an obvious cause of the insect hazard.
Extremely clean and the staff were very helpful
Free breakfast, but it is slightly misleading. If you want a hot breakfast you have to pay for it. Free breakfast is cereal toast and fruits. I didn't expect this for 60 a night. I could have gotten much better accommodations elsewhere, or had equal accommodations at a hostel.
The staff were all fantastic, especially reception who could not do enough for us! The room was nice and clean and we had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. The location is great as it is only a five minute walk to the Esplanade and is still in a quiet area. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Location was great and everything was within walking distance. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room for snacks. The front desk help was great - they always had good suggestions on what to do while in town. It was a decent little hotel. Only two things of note: there was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor, like a tumble weed and the neighbor's in the room next door came home at 2:45AM one night and proceeded to scream and argue for the next hour and half.
