Pros: Franky the dog as always is extra fluffy.
Pros: Gorgeous cottage with very friendly and inviting hosts :)
Pros: The dinner and breakfast were superb and room very well appointed.
Cons: We were booked in for dinner without our knowledge, but saying that, the meal was superb and good value at $40/ head. If you don't pay with cash you are charged $10 for using a credit card.
Pros: Beautifully appointed rooms in a fit for purpose renovated cottage. Own en-suites in each room, gorgeously comfortable shared spaces, and a huge kitchen area. Full of charm and a welcoming feel, with a warm and friendly host who ensured she was there to greet us. Delish breakfast cooked for us too! Bonus points for the cute dog! Would be the perfect place to book for a group of friends (up to 8). 10/10 would stay again!
Cons: That we only stayed one night! Would have loved a full length mirror for getting ready :)
Pros: Lovely host; great property with beautiful natural light; right on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail; storage for bikes; host organized dinner in town at a restaurant (that opened only to provide for Riverside guests)
Pros: Lyn was a lovely host
Pros: Everything! Lovely house with lots of places to sit and relax. Lyn was a great host - made us feel so welcome and just like staying with a friend. We booked here at the last minute as we had to change our plans after a land slip blocked the road to Greymouth but we were so glad we did as we could not have had a better end to our holiday in New Zealand than staying here. A really great place.
Pros: Warm and friendly.
Cons: Bicultural awareness
Pros: Our host was fantastic. Very friendly and a great lady. Her breakfast offerings fantastic with the added touch of home made condiments. The local knowledge and suggestions greatly appreciated
Pros: The hospitality; friendliness.
