Nice little Hotel with a good restaurant in the city centre of Kwidzyn. Next to the cathedrale. Just a small assortment at the breakfast buffet, but a good quality.
Free private parking, free internet. No airconditioning (rooms very hot, making it almost impossible to sleep). Breakfast could be more diverse. The prices in the restaurant were too high for the quality of the food served.
This could have been a great place to stay except that we were there when they had a large wedding catering job - the wedding had music until 5AM and there was an "after party" the following day. There was no real place for non-wedding guests that weekend. Check ahead and don't book here if there is wedding booked the same time. At checkout we were given a discount on our stay to recognize the inconvenience to us.
Beautiful facility with excellent room amenities and confort. Gorgeous grounds. Very helpful staff. Good food.
I like everything!
This is a delightful place to stay in the rural countryside of Poland. The rooms, grounds and dining room were all excellent and the price is very reasonable. The one detraction to our stay was that our four rooms did not get cleaned on the second day because we did not leave the key at the desk. This should have been made clear on arrival. Communication in English was a bit of a problem, so multilingual information in the rooms could have been very helpful. This was a major detraction to what could have been a perfect stay. In spite of this, all of our group of 9 really enjoyed our experience and would continue to recommend it highly as a high quality facility.
beatiful clean room, quiet place, near main road. hotel staff does not speak english
Good food, clean room, good price The room was rather cold
Nice hotel in holland style, nice location Hard to find - easy to see from the main route, but, hard to locate on the map
We had a great stay at the Holland Hotel, the location was perfect only a short drive to Gniew Castle, Malbork Castle and even Grunwald isn't that far away. The food was the best I have had at a hotel, and the staff was great, most of the staff speaks polish only, but a few speak German. We hope to see them again for Grunwald days this summer.
