We were so surprised by the room decorations and we are very thankful to choose this hotel among all. The hotel has many facilities and highly recommended.
Pros: So we stayed there for two nights and the property is beautiful and blessed with the best nature. Restaurant on top of the hill has amazing service and we loved the quality and taste of the food chef prepared for us.
Cons: AC! They set the temperature of the rooms which can’t be readjusted and it became really humid and claustrophobic midnight with temperatures as high as 26. We kept complaining from the time we checked in till we left but the situation didn’t change and we were told it will get better as they are readjusting it from the main system. They kept telling me the same thing as shift would change and new staff would come but the temp did not improve. I had a toddler with me and it was really not the best of the nights we spent in Azerbaijan.
Pros: Location, comfort, facilities, evening leisure programs
Cons: Lobby bar and room service staff - orders were not executed in less than 45 minutes
Pros: Very helpful and kind staff specially Ms. Mina. She was so cooperative and helpful. I had book the villa first but unfortunately was not meeting my expectations. So the stuff gave me the choice between another villa and junior sweet and I had chose the junior sweet. Unfortunately my booking was non-refundable, so I couldn’t get back the deference amount of money . Every thing I need during my stay they try to provide. Thanks for them and I will stay there again in next trip to Quba.
Cons: Villa age
Pros: Delicious breakfast. We love all kinds of food we tried. It has a wide verity of food. The staff showed great hospitality. I would like to thank all staff especially Mr. Qudrat who showed very genuine hospitality since we arrived. He received us with warm greetings and did his best to make us familiar with all hotel facilities. Even when I had a problem with my flight reservation, he went one step further and called his girlfriend since she is working at the airport and asked her to check our flight status. She did and provided us with all the right information. Thank you Qudrat and your girlfriend.
Cons: it is an amazing hotel
Pros: Great staff and clean place. Breath taking views. Good facilities( lake)
Cons: Juice was not included in the breakfast ( I had to pay for it).

Pros: Location is good for skiing. Pools are good, especially the outdoor thermal one. Breakfast is nice.

Cons: Staff not that much helpful, we had to ask twice or more for what we need! Bathroom with out water rinsing!

Pros: Very close to the ski slopes. Good snowboard equipment for hire. Very knowledgable staff. Hotel was empty when we were there but the staff were very kind and friendly. And there was a good selection of restaurants to eat in. Close proximity to other hotels so proved good for restaurants. Overall a very enjoyable experience
Pros: Everything overall
Cons: Very limited shops/resturants but the ones there arent that bad.
Pros: I liked the location the most, staff was helpful and breakfast was ok.
Cons: Restaurant were overpriced and additional entertainment facilities for kids were closed due to seasion end. This was the reason I have shortenned my stay.

Pros: I'd like property, facility, and the comfort. All was very clean, good and high condition.
Cons: we ordered 3 rooms. I stayed with my family and friends. And all 3 rooms did not have tooth brush, tooth paste and etc. But when i called to reception, they said that we have to have all this things in bathroom And i did not undertand the reason why they did not put all these things which they should put and should have in bathroom. And as i said, they only bring these things after my call . Food is very expensive. 4 times expensive than normal prices. It was ridiculous prices.Do not even thing about eating in the hotel.
Pros: Nice sky resort, great place, clean and good rooms, great food, friendly front staff etc.

Pros: Location very far from any Trafic and other disturbances
Cons: All was good
Pros: Exceptionally good staff, especially in the restaurant and bar.
Cons: Level of cleanliness is very far from ideal - dirty carpets in corridors and rooms, stains on curtains. Bottles for shower gel were reused multiple times and were not clean. Pillows worn out.

Cons: Internet did not work, they could not fix
Pros: The view from the complex is really nice, bed was comfy and room was clean. The breakfast is also nice and varied. The staff was extremely helpful with all our requests
Cons: It was a bit further than expected from Quba, especially since the last portion of the road, about 2 or 3 kms is not asphalted and our rental car was not fit for it.
Pros: Breakfast is very delicious. The weather was rainy but I enjoyed
Cons: Road to the resort was muddy because of rain
Pros: Breakfast was very delicious!
Pros: Location and nature plus breakfast
Pros: The view was above our expectations. Really recommended for families
Cons: Small room, way to resort
Pros: Great location in the mountains
Cons: Room was on urgent need of renovation Bathroom was okish- water was running out of the shower, it smelt like sewer and there was fungus on the shower bed The hotel decided to build another larger building next to it - so you had construction noises from 8 am - 8 pm

Pros: Manager of the restaurant was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: Gym needs improvement
Pros: helpful and friendly personnel, especially the personnel at breakfast
Pros: Staff are good . All thanks to Jabbar and Sabina, the are the best
Cons: Internet wifi
Pros: Very happy with our one night stay here. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice although it’s not a buffet. You are just brought a variety of food to the table: bread, olives, cheese, eggs and there is a station where you can ask for omelettes and pancakes. All delicious. Excellent location right next to park and close to everything
Pros: The Staff was very friendly and cooperative. The location is very good. Nizami park and specially the Jews village was very near and was a treat to visit. The breakfast was also good.
Cons: The room windows could have been sound proof as one can clearly hear car noise and people talking from the outside street and also dogs barking in the park outside specially after midnight. That is a sleep killer. The double bed was a bit small in size which was a bit uncomfortable for two persons.
Pros: Having arrived in Azerbaijan that morning and travelling from Baku, finding this hotel was a revelation. I didn’t expect to find such a good hotel, especially at the price. But regardless of price the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful, the food was really good, and the facilities impressive. I had such a good experience here. It gave a very good first impression of Azerbaijan and the Azeri people. I hope I will have as good an experience in Baku.
Cons: The light show in the restaurant was a distraction if you just wanted a quiet dinner.
Cons: We got a bathroom with the liquid filled with fluidity from all directions and moisture. In the morning I hung up with a lock on the bathroom for forty minutes until the contents came to work. The room was replaced and the new room was in a more catastrophic state that I had to clean water after every shower of water from the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. It is noted that all the spa facilities are open all day, and there is no mention that there are hours for men and hours for women and only one hour in the evening may allow couples to come together.

Pros: Location is good
Cons: Everything without the location and outdoor decoration was good
Pros: - we arrived before check in time but they immediately let us in - the staff are very welcoming and kind they are very simple people - the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the restaurant also had good food - my father in law was feeling cold at the restaurant outdoors, the waiter brought a blanket and put it on his shoulder - toiletries, tooth brushes, slippers and many towels were provided - the garden of the hotel is very beautiful
Cons: - more lightning need to be placed near the villas because it was dark in the night
Pros: The view and location. Also rooms are nice
Cons: Breakfast was bad
Cons: Soooo far , not clean , not comfortable, no intertimaent
Pros: Quite , cozy
Cons: In the room description, “kitchenette” is one of the features. We chose this hotel because it was mentioned that they have kitchenette in their villa . But we were surprised after we checked in that there none in all of their rooms. Ruined all of our plans
Pros: Location, view, size, surrounding, environment
Cons: No hot water at all Toilet broken
Pros: location is amazing, good stuff, near to shahdang, clean beds.
Cons: very basic breakfast. hard to communicate with the staff in English.
Cons: widows are not protected with insects screen, metres are old

The hotel offers a terrace. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at Hotel Umud and the area is popular for skiing. Quba is 15 km from the accommodation.
Cons: Not cleaning
Pros: Very helpful staff, nice garden, good beer :-)
Cons: Bathroom needs some renovation
Cons: The TV set didn't work. Upon arrival it was cold in the room, later the staff provided for electrical heating. The toilet/shower room has no heating. In winter it is very cold there. No Wi-Fi. Poor lighting of the room.
Pros: The owner Ruslan and his son (who speaks a very good English) were very kind to us and helped us with everything we needed, especially in terms of transportation. This is very important in this area, because tourism is just beginning and if you don't speak Russian it might be difficult for you to go around and find what you need. The room was clean and warm. The restaurant is good, with a fair breakfast for 4 manat and good choices for a simple but tasty dinner.
Cons: If you are a westerner like me you might find their hospitality a bit odd in the beginning, because they want to do everything for you and leave little room for you to choose what you want to do. But apparently that's simply their way of doing things in order to please their guests. After a while you get used to it and everything goes well.
Pros: Nice big rooms and parking place.
Cons: There was no wifi in rooms. In the night, the hotel looks like the invasion of aliens because of bright green lights. Fortunately, good guys were able to turn it off. There was no AC.
Pros: The staff was really nice and helping. My car tire was punctured. guys helped me in changing and took me to the tire shop.
Pros: Good staff, helpful and friendly host, good location
Pros: The property was a previous sports complex from Soviet era, so, it looked rather different. It was a quiet, peaceful place that was good for a rest and had reasonable facilities. Though Soviet era it was practical/functional and taken care of/maintained and clean, at least in the hotel. The dining area was more impressive. Staff were nice/helpful. Big bathrooms a plus, though wish they hadn't even bothered with the shower bottoms. When there, it felt quite separated from the surroundings, which could be good or bad. I liked it, though I think children might not like this place so much. A different experience, but positive and good value. There isn't a lot of selection in Quba and I felt fortunate to have found this place.
Cons: I had a good mobile network and didn't care/research much, but what others say about lack of wifi in rooms seemed at least partially true. It is located on the outskirts of town in a large gated compound, meaning you need to trek down a ways out the compound and get a car/taxi to take you anywhere. It isn't terribly far from town and you pretty much need to get a car/taxi to take you around anyway as there isn't much in the way of public transport in Quba, and there are almost always taxis waiting outside the gate anyway. A bit closer to town would have been ideal though. Though bathrooms were big, rooms were not big but OK.
Pros: A very beautiful leafy courtyard where beer is served. The "Director of Tourism" is a very engaging young man who will help you make arrangements and recommend the best local restaurants.
Cons: Bathroom is tiny. The room could use a little maintenance.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Bathroom was really dirty
Pros: A fairly basic room, but the hosts were very friendly and helpful - especially for organising trips to nearby villages. We struggled to find adequate restaurants nearby
Pros: “You get what you pay for” applies 100% to this room. But for $15 for two twins it will certainly remind you of backpacking on an absolute shoestring... and maybe how glad you are that you now can travel a little better.
Cons: Beds are rock hard, could not lock balcony door leaving room unsecured and very bright lights in windows. No fan or AC in room so choice was to roast or hope someone didn’t jump in windows from outside. Don’t get me started on the bathroom... WiFi didn’t connect to outside world 50% of time. If you miss the sound of the big city and can’t sleep without the sounds of cars rushing by on the highway and bass beats from the club below... then this is the place for you.
Pros: The guy that works there is lovely. He was very helpful and treated us very well. Is the only "thing" worthy there. He also speaks good English.
Cons: We stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first was ok. Nothing fancy but ok, with bathroom in the room. The shower was shitty but .. ok. The second room was clean but very hot. The door was made of glass, so the curtain has to be there or everybody could see you. The bathroom was a shared one and probably one of the worse I've ever seen. Dirty and with bad smell. No hot water either. Very disgusting.
Pros: This is a hostel not suitable for families. Oskar lied in his description
