Cons: Thin walls, one can easily hear the other guests.
Pros: The staff is super friendly and helpful and the country and the sight is one of the most beautiful, that i have ever seen.
Cons: There is some level difference and the terrain is a bit difficult to take on foot.
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and cosy. A free parking lot is just across the road - it only got a bit busy when parents were driving kids to and from a nearby school. There are also a few restaurants in a walking distance.
Pros: Friendly staff and great quality/price relation. Recommended.
Cons: All good.
Pros: Good location, near enough to town and countryside.

Pros: Large Bathroom, nice view, free parking spaces
Cons: Old building which would need some renovation work
Pros: staff absolutely excellent will totally go over and beyond expectations thank you for making us feel so welcome
Cons: The hotel is in need of being refurbished we asked to be moved from first room as plaster coming off walls. Got moved to a nicer room
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: A little more effort can be put into the interiors. The breakfast is not so great. Air conditioning would be a good add on.

Pros: Everything was close by except supermarket
Cons: You need a car to get to places I. Supermarket
Pros: Nothing. A place which you don't want to remember...
Cons: Smell of the corridor... Old furniture, doors equipment, etc. No nice restaurants in the area, cleaning equipment in the very small bathroom, dirty pool. This place does not deserve a single star
Pros: It was ok . That's all. Nothing special. I liked that kitchen equipment were sufficient.
Cons: The separation of the rooms with hotel facility made it impossible for us to use them. The extra bed which was also the sofa, wasn't comfortable at all.
Pros: Great location, free shuttle bus to El Tarter cable cabin.
Pros: The apartment was fantastic brand new very trendy. Could do with more storage and a dishwasher. Great stay! close to hotel amenities. The reason we choose this hotel is because they had a pool and they served breakfast and dinner!
Cons: They first gave me a horrible apartment saying this is what I booked. I insisted that was not what I booked. The apartment had a dump smell, old and depressing no view far from the hotel. The manager came and said she had another apartment available smaller but I had to pay an extra €50 for it. I said that fine anything but staying in that place! We choose this hotel specially because of it's facilities. The receptionist was not very good she didn't give me any info on the hotel facilities on how to book breakfast or dinner or anything else. She was just getting ride of me and did not know how to use the credit card machine nearly locked my card and my dad credit card even though I explained to her twice that you cannot use the tap system and you had to swipe or insert the card. She needs training, not sure how she will cope during the high season.
Pros: everything is so nice
Pros: Very nice place! Lots of things for the kids! Good for 2 or 3 days staying ;)
Cons: The room was too small... the toillet wasn't quite cleaned :(
Cons: Information and access. Get lost
Pros: Good location close to El Tarter ski station. Parents have timeshare in same resort so good to meet up for ski week. Good view from room across mountain. Helpful receptionists. Kitchenette well stocked with pots, pans, etc.
Cons: Room was very sparsely furnished. Beds were not made up on arrival. Free Wi-Fi in room but very poor connection. Wifi did work OK in main hotel over the road. Poor quality towels. Shower curtain was frayed and needs replacing. No change of sheets or towels during week.
Pros: Clean, decent price
Cons: Staff, the sauna was a joke
With a stay at Hotel Les Terres in Canillo, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Soldeu Ski Resort and Caldea Spa. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast, cleanliness staff is friendly - value for money
Cons: Room could be a lil bigger for 3 people :) and beds could be more cozy
Pros: Very nice staff, clean room, free parking, We loved the breakfast,
Cons: WiFi only at the bar
Pros: The view and the beds
Pros: The rooms were ok, showers hot, but the bar was really excellent. Great value, table football, pool and darts were excellent!
Cons: The breakfast was a little basic but generally ok - great for the price. The biggest challenge we all had was the shower screen, they kind of pull out from a reel and were very hard to latch on. Small problem really, but still a bit frustrating!
Pros: The staff did their best despite their work environment.
Cons: I was very very disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not correspond to the minimum standard. There was no hot water in the shower. After 8 hours of skiing, it was very difficult to take a lukewarm shower. The radiators did not heat enough. I was cold at night when I slept. The window did not close, so the cold entered in the room. The shower was very tiny. The shower door is a plastic sheet (!!!). There was no WIFI in the rooms. The only WIFI is in the living room but it does not work well. So, I could not book an other hotel elsewhere to leave. I was stuck! In the room, there were not enough quilts. There was hairs in the sheets of my bed. The view of my room was on a cliff. There was plenty of garbage behind. #Disgusting. To go out at night, you must let the room keys at the reception. The worst and last point, after taking my breakfast, I took 2 small clementines to eat on the road to go skiing BUT the waiter told me that I had to let the fruits because it's forbidden to eat food of the hotel outside the hotel. #JustCrazy.
Pros: Very good and broad breakfast for such a price!
Pros: Clean, parking. Susana (the night receptionist) was really helpful, but it's that much she could do (try to comfort us).
Cons: This was not a 3 stars hotel, it is a 1 star hostel type. The room was small, old, not well maintained. The beds were metallic and simple, and the heating was not properly working. It got extremely cold during the night. We left after the 1st night, even if they refused to return the amount for the 2nd (they made us pay at check in). We paid for dinner also - drinks not included (not mentioned at the reservation) - and the restaurant only accepted cash payments. Breakfast poor and of low quality. Bad treatment from the employees (at check-out the receptionist told me that I'm an idiot, the heating is working, so why complain?).
Pros: I did the reservation more tan 2 months in advance and when I arrived to the hotel I was told we didn´t have the rooms we booked. I had to discuss a lot with the staff to get rooms for the family and we didn´t receive the ones we booked.
Cons: Everything. Bad service and the rooms in very poor conditions: sockets not working, the door of the bathroom was not closing, shower in bad conditions.
