Pros: Great place to stay after a long journey from the UK. It was great that there was a pool to use. The air con was very welcome too and the black out curtains helped to keep the room cool.
Cons: I think the hosts smoke and there was a smell of cigarette smoke whilst we were eating our breakfast.
Pros: We liked the beautiful countryside, the swimming pool, the large and comfortable room, the friendly atmosphere.
Pros: The hotel is beautifully located on a hill overlooking the valley. The 'natural' pool, which we used for a quick dip in the morning, is even higher up. This is a wellness hotel, i.e., the rooms (at least ours) are a little 'Spartan'; simple and plain, but clean and with good/firm beds. As it was a Monday the restaurant was closed, but breakfast outside in the garden (with the views) was quite nice.
Pros: Home from home
Pros: Delphine and Theddy really provided a home away from home for us in their lovely B&B. From the moment we arrived to our final wave goodbye, they were so kind and hospitable, looking after us, my parents and our two little ones with so much care and going out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We loved: the family suite, pool (albeit freezing!) and gardens, delicious home-cooked dinners and most of all, the wonderful hosts!
Cons: Not much at all. Pool heating would have been the icing on the cake.
Pros: It was perfect, very nice host and great food
Pros: Home from home
Pros: Everything was perfect, super welcome every day, nice clean paradise. Delicious food, perfect and very large room. Great vacation we had. Thanks keep up the good work.
Cons: Everything is good. Nothing negative.
Pros: Guessed treated like part of the family.. Fantastic attention to detail and high quality. Swimming pool a lovely bonus

Pros: Very nice small castle (Chateau) completely renovated. Rooms are large and comfortable. Restaurant on site which is very important because hotel is in agricultural area and there is nothing around.
Cons: Everything was ok.
Pros: Everything! Amazing place, clean, good food, nice staff.
Pros: The stone walls gave a very chateau-y feel.
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be 7.30 - 10.00, but when we came down at 8.00 everything was shut up and the only lady around said she didn’t have a key so couldn’t open the dining room. Reception didn’t turn up till 8.30 so we couldn’t leave as early as we’d wanted to. No apology or explanation.
Pros: The clean and new bathroom
Cons: The location
Pros: Everything! Interior was superbly decorated with thought and imagination. The grounds were magnificent.
Pros: It was very beautiful, well maintained and comfortable
Cons: The restaurant was quite expensive for the value we got
Pros: The hotel and the location were fine.
Cons: A hotel like this deserves a star-restaurant but they are miles away from that. The restaurant was far below our expectations; the staff as well as the food, the wine and the price.
Pros: We arrived during heatwave and our room didn't have aircon, but we were upgraded the next day to a really beautiful, airy tower room for the remainder of our stay - much appreciated! The staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible
Cons: While the rural location is beautiful, the pool was not open during our visit, but I understand this is almost complete and is probably open by now. This will be a great addition to an already lovely chateau, especially when it's extremely hot.
Pros: Staff, food, location. Perfect for our stopover returning from the south.

Pros: comfy bed
Pros: Madame & Monsieur very friendly and treated us like en famile
Cons: Finding the house was interesting!
Pros: very rural
Cons: all good
Pros: For the non french travelers, forget the Louvre, skip the Eiffel Tower, and spend a night or two at La Maison des Fleurs for a real French experience. On our 6 day Paris - Nantes trip, this stood out as far and above our nicest stay, mainly due to the great hosts, Anne and her husband. Very nice Parisian transplants to the french countryside who made sure we were all taken care of. You must get the table d'hote, great food, conversation etc. . Rooms and bathrooms are very nice, comfy beds, nice breakfast. The setting is a bit remote, in the middle of a wheat farm, with sheep and a few other animals here and there. A great spot for groups on bikes, hiking, on motor bikes or horses..Your 12 minutes or so from Loches and 25 minutes from beautiful Montresor.
Cons: we only stayed 1 night

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, microwave in a common area, and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: lovely location and great breakfast
Pros: Breakfast was very French...obviously since it was France. However, for other nationalities the huge bowl meant for coffee may come across a bit strange. The croissants were great and there was a big selection of delicious home made preserves. Personally, strong goats cheese, while tasty, has no place at a breakfast table.....but that's just me! Bathroom was lovely, very well decorated and comfortable. There was also a fully equipped kitchen for the use of guests.
Cons: Dinner venues were few and far between. I think it would have been helpful to inform guests about the kitchen on the website/booking.com
Pros: Excellent stay. Loved breakfast, a real flavour of the region, including local apple juice, 5 homemade jams, fresh croissants and bread from the local bakery, a big bowl of hot chocolate, and of course a piece of the famous local goats cheese. I left well rested, well fed, and well looked after.
Pros: Friendly welcome from the owners of the property. Plenty of parking Nice spacious room Lovely, quiet location on the edge of a village Good breakfast
Cons: Breakfast from 08.00 rather than 08.30 would help when travelling a long distance to one's next destination.
With a stay at Domaine de La Grangée in La Chapelle-Blanche-Saint-Martin, you'll be on the boardwalk, and 22.7 mi (36.5 km) from Parc des Expositions de Tours and 24.4 mi (39.2 km) from Vinci International Convention Centre. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was nice and sensible price
Cons: Felt accommodation was poor value for money. 80 euros per night would be more appropriate. Felt misled by marketing as picture of chateaux and said garden view and balcony so assumed we were staying in the chateaux not an old gypsy caravan!
Chambre d'hote Le sablonnet is situated in Ciran, 41 km from Tours. Free private parking is available on site. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Chambre dhote Le sablonnet features free WiFi. Table d'hôte can be provided upon reservation and at an extra cost. Amboise is 40 km from Chambre d'hote Le sablonnet, while La Roche-Posay is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Tours Loire Valley Airport, 44 km from Chambre d'hote Le sablonnet.
Pros: Lovely hosts, great breakfast. Free parking.
Cons: The room was hot when we were there so air con or a fan would have been ideal (although I guess temperatures over 30 degrees are not the norm in this part of France!). Nice if the bathroom had some shower gel provided, was only a bar of soap.
