Cons:the first room we were given did not have a toilet seat, soap, and the night stand from between the beds was sitting in the walkway in front of the TV. The carpet was covered in long white dog hair between the beds and there were also large bags of garbage sitting on the walkway in front of the room doors. A friendly staff member moved us to a sweet. Even though it was 13 degrees out the heater in the sweet was not on. Upon turning it on set at 70 degrees we discovered that it blasted extremely hot air and then would randomly switch and blow extremely cold air so we had to keep turning it on and off all night. The bathroom floor along the walls and tub was covered in black hair and other debris, once again there was no soap, there was hair on both beds, there was no hot water, the door lock was not secure, the restaurant advertised on the web had closed down months prior, and the ice machine had caution tape across it. I reported the problems to the front desk and asked for a refund or partial refund and i was never contacted by management.
