Room had a view of the Eiffel tower which I was not expecting. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Had dinner one night at the hotel, it was terrible. Eat dinner somewhere else. The AC didn't really work but the weather was mild so it wasn't an issue.
hotel location bad air conditioning system. no good staff provided at the toilet.
Very close to Paris. Not noisy at all. Nothing to see around the hotel.
the staff were very friendly and helpful no swimming pool
Good price, good location (near métro), excellent views of seine & paris, very large room for price, comfortable Some of the staff could have been more polite
access to parking is not easy. we had to walk long way. without navigation system, it is not easy to reach hotel entrance by car.
the location no
Good location, good view of Paris from rooms, overall cleanliness
Very friendly and attentive staff who were happy to speak English. The hotel is located in a great area with river and city views and close access to the Metro and Disneyland trains The hotel is very busy with package tours and the facilities struggle to cater for the large numbers especially the breakfast catering and internet access
The hotel was very convenient and the staff were very helpful getting taxis, booking restuarnats for us. very good overall
twin room with a connecting door good when no neighbour, which was not the case!
Breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable. Location: had to take a train and two subways to get to city center. Parking: parked a car for 3 days ad only found out during check out that there is charge for parking (no information was provided on the website or during check in, when we asked where to park).
Breakfast room smel
It was not easy to locate.
Location only accessible by taxi. Grubby room with very tiny bathroom. Thin walls. All in all not very pleasant and would not recommend
proximity to airport good restaurant next door no shuttle service to airport necessitates having a vehicle hired
Uncomfortable, inconvenient location.
Nothing. Hotel staff does not (or maybe she refused) speak english. Air conditioning was not working. No elevators.
Proximity to Trade exhibition, free Wi-fi, although with mediocre speed. Very small, claustrofobic room. No hair dryer
Nothing I wouldn't keep rats in there!! The fact that the room had been used as a toilet the staff didn't care the door didn't lock and was wide open on arrival hence the toilet there was men and women back and for at all hours wheel spinning cars and screaming .
Nothing. Everythihng! Checked in after 9pm due to taxi driver taking us to the wrong hotel 10 minutes away. It was pitch black when we arrived to find the reception desk had closed. A man appeared telling us his wife worked at the hotel + he would go to get her. When she arrived we had to beg her to let us stay because we hadnt brought the card with us that we booked the room on. The only reason for this was because this was my companys business card which we could not bring. we had cash to pay for the room but were being refused even though we had all the booking paperwork showing our reference number. In the end she opened up the reception and let us pay with cash.We were told by local police officer his area was dangerous + to stay in the room.
The automated check-in for my late arrival was good to have. The hotel is reasonably close to the airport. The value was OK given the very high rates for hotels near the airport. Breakfast was a reasonable deal, although very no-frills and continental. Beds were comfortable enough. Included Wifi was welcomed. Would recommend only if you are travelling by car and really understand what budget travel is. Getting there on public transport is a nightmare, particularly at night. The room is exactly as you'd expect on a super-budget type of place: the "bathroom" was a fibreglass pod enclosing a shower, toilet, and sink, and was akin to what you might see on a (crummy) cruise. However it was falling apart and I had to jury rig the shower head to stay in place. Everything was cramped and rather low quality. Half the building had no power on this evening, which caused a lot of misery and complaints (my half had power). The point is: I expected a budget experience for the price, but this under-delivered even for my really low expectations.
Friendly staff Waiting for the bus
I liked that is was clean and well designed. Good only for tour groups. Too many hotels of similar names in the area make it difficult to understand where is is in relation to CDG. Shuttle to airport takes forever. Service in the dining facility is a free for all , and because you are so far way from any other choices, you are forced to put up with what is there.
Ease of travel to and from cdg airport. Comfy, clean and value for money.
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
Location close to airport and exhibition centre. Very Basic hotel, you get what you pay for ! Rooms are what I would describe as one nighters and also it seems the smoking ban does not apply in the rooms/
Price and closeness to CDG. The room was very small, but compact and would have slept 3. We were able to communicate with some staff in English. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Excellent transportation to the airport. The directions to the hotel were very poor. We went to the Roissy en France location first in error. No phone in the room.
The internet connection that was every now and then available Poor room quality, dirty, noisy, I will never ever go to a Premiere Classe hotel again
It would have been a great help to know that there was a shuttle service being offered for such a reasonable rate to and from the airport instead of taking the metro and carrying our luggage.
It was clean and bed was comfortable. The shuttle service was convenient.
Check-in / billing was efficient and breakfast was reasonably and fairly priced The room was cramped - barely able to pass the beds. There was no spare socket by the desk - you could either have the TV on or use a laptop - not both. The "free" WiFi was unusable - either couldn't connect or kept losing signal. The beds were very poor. With no phone in the room Reception did not pass on any messages. The room rate (up to 80 Euros) was high for the overall standard of accommodation compared with better equipped hotels nearby.
location mext to charles de gaulle for flying in one day and out the next none based on expectations
Room was clean, comfortable, and warm even though the weather was very cold. The shuttle was very efficient. No.
noise, no telephone in room, dirty and smelly carpet in the corridor
Staff very friendly. Free wifi. Clean Location not the best but 2 restaurants close by. The shuttle service was terrible when departing from the train station at CDG. Waiting 45 mins both days. When returning to the airport early morning, it was on-time. Suppose to be a 20 min service during the day.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
The quick service and the convenient location
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
Accesible, close to RER station, clean and with excellent conditions regarding bathroom.
The location was just awesome. It was so close to the RER station that can take me right away to the CDG airport. It was relatively cheap too. The restaurant was a great one as well; the food was delicious.
Very effecient and functional.Proximity to the RER ( Metro) price of beer - we were there on a rugby trip
the hotel was comfortable, located near CDG airport (RER station and bus line within 2minutes walk from the hotel. hotel OK;surrounding area rather dull (commercial buildings abound)
Very difficult to find, absolutely no signs to guide coming from the rer station. Asked the hotel why, and they said it cost money to put up signs !!! Never staff present in the reception.Too expensive a room for the quality offered. The restaurant too busy and noisy.
Meal Being charged twice for my breakfast. I am still waiting for a refund. I think booking.com should only take bookings for room and not offer breakfast.
Cheap price, very quiet, and staff is great in English. Very hard to locate fromairport...no explanation about taking the RER in order to find hotel. Also, it appeared that way more money went into the lobby rather than the rooms. I would recommend fellow travelers to expect to travel for quite a distance to Gare de Nord in order to eat something other than the over priced hotel restaurant. The free Wi-Fi was not working.
The room was well appointed and comfortable. Just a few minutes drive from Parc de Exposisitions where we were working. Good restaurant.
Easy access and close to the airport Could be a little bit cleaner
I didn't like anything. The Hotel was advertised for a fair price as a 4 star on kayak.com and it was just a sham for a bait and switch. Bait and switch to a I star hostel like room in the next door premiere classe hotel. Very bad reception and racist rude staff. Had to beg for a room with English channels and I think they deliberately turned off the English channels to make the English speaking me uncomfortable. You can't even be trusted with an iron without leaving an ID and even though I am checking out the receptionist could not even let me test or touch the wall electric charger adaptor to see if it fit until I paid. Very rude. The over night receptionists told me he was working overnight and was too tired to address my concerns and shooed me off to my room. I didn't like anything. It was very close to the airport, and much less expensive than hotels at the airport. Clean and tidy, good choice of breakfast. It was a little hard to find, it is on what appears to be a newer part of Avenue des nationale that wasn't on our map. Free wifi that was mentioned as a selling point was not available in rooms, only in lobby.
It was great value for a weekend stay, It is also very quiet around the area. it is a bit far out of the city of Paris. There should be information on the hotel website on how to get to the hotel using public transport.
Reeptionist excellant, helpful polite and effecient cleaners polite and helpful. Breakfast items had run out, lack of seating. night porter rudeie "that door was shut when you came, now shut it " no shower curtain
Convenient for Stade de France - ask the staff for the walking route! Basic but clean & had everything necessary for a short stay Could not use stairs to get to room - my wife is claustraphobic so had a problem
Got what I expected. Distnces too places of interest were accurate.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere
City convenience - price Location ? - Staff a little unfriendly.
Very helpful staff and the cleanliness of rooms was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble whatever the time of day or night. The location is brilliant for anyone going to the Stade de France it is within 25mins walking distance. It was very good value for money.
The food in the restaurant was very good...however the hotel seems to be terribly understaffed with just two people handling reception, the bar, and taking orders and serving in the restaurant...there should have been two other 'dedicated' staff at busy times like this. Amazed there was no 'petit dejeuner dans la chambre' - first hotel in Paris I have experienced this in all the years I have been coming to Paris. The location was also incionvenient...would not stay in this particular 'Camponile' hotel again, although would in another, more centrally located area.
It was clean.food was great.most part nice staff. It was nice
We used the hotel as a base to the Stade Francaqis for the rugby international, also for its close proximety to the metro for the centre of Paris
Location Room size, bed, bathroom, staff

Location and eating options. None
Convinient location Traveling is stressful, the last thing you expect is an arrogant man at the front desk of the hotel where you plan to rest. This individual looked at 'problems' instead of trying to solve them. I will contact their head office to report my experience.
The room is clean, staff generally responsive. The room is very small, the bathroom even smaller. The toilet was positioned in a way that made us sit sideways (right in front of a wall) and the shower was tiny. Bed wasn't comfortable. Could hear airplanes flying overhead.
the staff was excellent. Very helpful and very courteous. the breakfast is tops with the serving of fresh squeezed oranges every morning. The location is great, just across from the railway station. The security is of a very high standing. Not really

Great location at CDG airport. Short walk to terminal 3 with free shuttles to the other terminals. The included breakfast had plenty of options, and quality was good. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet.
location quality of food available in the two restaurants is terrible, horrific, inexcusable. What's worse is that it has been that way for years and nothing is done about it.
Clean, white white bedding. Friendly helpful staff at desk and cafés.
It is very convenient to the airport and to rent a car locations. The room is basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel also accepts pets which is great as we travel with ours. The price is reasonable for the convenience. The room is very small and sometimes hard to move around in if you have several suitcases.
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
Location and price nothing it was all good
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
been connect to the airport and to the train station
Great location. Next to super shopping centre. Room is very small.
Fee for airport shuttle No hand lotion
The location near the airport; the availablity of shutles from and to the airport ; the free internet ; in general it is a good hotle for few hours transit or one night stand the room is too small ; the rooms are very basic
Nothing The bed was horrible. Pillows and matresses were horrible.
the staff was friendly and helpful wake up call was pitiful and I almost didn't hear it. Although I didn't pick up phone (it is located by the window and I didn't get there in time to answer), it never call back!
the staff was really nice and Professional. the restaurant was able to serve dish up to 23.00. the room was close to lift engine and it was impossible to sleep before 00h00. a dessert dedicated for diabetics would be appreciated.
Was just quick staying.. wasn´t bad
The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Most spoke good english The restaurant menu was very limited although food was very good Breakfast selection and quality was very poor
convenient for exhibition center prices doubled during exhibition 2 x nights 281€
When I checked out and Knew I would not have to return Room, Decor, service, Food Resaurant, and Prices
The price No convenient transfer service to the airport on sunday. Shuttle onlyu every 90 minutes!!
near airport no iron in bedroom
The staff kindness and professionalism. The room quality. Nothing.
The location is ideal for working in La Defense. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very expensive. I had a hot chocolate which cost €5.50 which is a ridiculous price! And €10 per hour for internet use in the room is far too expensive. I would expect this to be included in the room price as that was expensive also.
a spacious room, nice bathroom, fantastic bed. the staff are very friendly and nice. breakfast: some pastry items were not fresh, the orange juice doesn't flow out of the container easily. sometimes the pastry items are not restocked in time.
The service was amazing! Nothing, it was all great
Comfortable room There was no vegitarian options on the menu except stir fry. I was extremely disappointed by this as all good hotels offer a much better range. Therefore, I had a sandwich.
Location perfect for work at La Défense
Nearness to the business district. Good rooms. Good Service. Comfortable stay.
Very comfortable and spacious room, good location, close to public transportation, very quiet. Very expensive Internet access - even 90 euros Paris hotels have free internet access !!!!
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great (even thu it is a bit expensive). First, small room was given to me (in corner), even we couldn't fit the my child cot inside. Then,it was changed after several arrgement with receptionest. Check-in time was long !. Escilators out side the hotel are not working. I have to claim 90 steps everytime I go out (with child seat). Internet is not free (expensive)
quite and its location you have to walk through a very long stairs to reach the metro and the grand arch area. there is escalator but it wan out of service for 5 nights
room, bad, location, car parking distance from metro
it was easy and comfortable, the location was good and easy for the city either by taxi or train. Very expensive, but so were all the other Paris hotels that day!!
Well designed and furnished , 5 minutes walk from the Metro, placed in scrapsky quarter - nice to see 1-2 times. Restaurant in the lobby is very expensive and has very small choice of the meal. Breakfast is usual one but also is rather expensive. I also may recommend to the hotel concierge not to use this taxi service that they ordered for us. We wait it 30 mins in the lobby and we sited to the car - it was already 22 euros. I asked driver - why - he said - "its no problem, I won't charge you additionally" - but finally he did.
Room, location good for the sites, all the sites are the metro 1 line (yellow) which is the la defense. The food was expensive and of low quality.
The location is perfect. Now most of the hotels in the world provide free internet service. E.G. Concorde Lafayette in Porte Maillot, Paris
nice design, location, staff no free wifi, no body milk, breakfast could have been better (no boiled eggs)
the location the internet not free like other 4-star hotels in paris
clean, and helpful staff The hotel entrance was close during my stay, the car parking should be free but they charge 20 Euro per day
It is close to subway, and rather quiet on weekends. The bedding is excellent, very comfortable. The route going to the hotel by car or taxi is so winding and takes a lot of turns within the district before reaching the hotel. This is due to the public traffic planning in La Defense, perhaps.
Fresh, clean, modern, simple Shower leaked under glass door - no lip to stop flow, duvets are too hot even with air-conditioning on high fan
the comfortable bed No
the junior suite is spacious. the espresso machine, the bed. near a big shopping mall. Quite business area. It is a bit expensive. the conceirge (unintentionally) mislead us when we ask him about rent a car company in the city.
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
Transport to the airport, great beds
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
Airport shuttle service, size and cleanliness of room No, it was quite acceptable.
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
Its location, parking facilities Not much. it is a budget hotel and does exactly what it says on the tin.
Location, close to Parc des Expositions excellent for Fair attendance Internet very poor connectivity and speed. Also the fact that there were not even the basic toiletries (likle soap) provided in the room was disappointing. Glad I only stayed 1 night.
1) in the reception there was anybody. 2) There should be two towels in nthe bathroom
Actually we liked nothing, except the price. We were disappointed with hotel: from photos it seems like totally different hotel, in fact it has simply terribly small room space, bathroom is just like you are inside a camper :/ Laundry was same quality like you were in cheapest hostel. We were simply disappointed, although hotel was cheap indeed.
1. proximity to the airport 2. price 1. the bathroom reminded me of an airplane bathroom 2. the smell was horrendous 3. when you walk in, a tv turns on and starts playing a random channel while showing you a "Welcome sign" so it literally feels like a haunted house if you walk into the wrong part of the tv show 4. it was my mistake to forget to leave the tag outside, but at 8am the cleaning crew loudly bombarded into my apartment 5. impossible to find a bottle of water anywhere in the hotel in the middle of the night
I gave a little money but the room and the hotel was clean. It was good but the baddest thing, the hotel was so far away from the city center.
Easy access to Paris and Cleanliness. Didnt like the fact that we could not use the lift without the card therefore if someone was leaving the room to go out the card had to be taken with them which was then shuting the electricity supply.
it was excellent for the commute to paris by RER train, only 30 minutes! Depressing bedrooms, mould on wall, air conditioning was very noisy, street lights out side, location is in the middle of a industrial park.Bed linen was never changed all week, TV only in french, only vending machines for drinks, don't expect to be able to get any change fo these. No restaurants, bars or cafe's or shops any where near. be prepared!! except for the hotel next door which is very expensive £7.50 a pint of lager. Safest parking costs per night. Couldn't stay the whole 5 nights moved on to another hotel.
Accessibility to the airport and trains
not a lot - location was good very poor compared to travel lodge & premier inn in U.K. Taxi from airport left us @ a different Premiere Classic - common problem
close to station No info avout the area reception always closed
