Pros: Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again.
Cons: Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.
Pros: Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent
Cons: Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.
Pros: I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service
Cons: Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.
Pros: Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad.
Cons: No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Pros: Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks
Cons: Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
Pros: small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Pros: very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms
Cons: shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Pros: Very modern and clean.
Good service and in-room amenities.
Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out
Walking distance to the Airport
Cons: price was a little higher
Pros: Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude.
Cons: We didn't stay in paris Long enough.
At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Pros: Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Pros: We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport.
Cons: The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
Situated near the airport, this boutique hotel is within 6 mi (10 km) of Aeroville Shopping Center, Eglise Saint Eloi, and Paris-Nord 2 International Business Park CDG Airport. Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Paris-Nord 2 Outlet are also within 6 mi (10 km).

For a bite to eat, guests can check out Le cafe de l avenir, which serves French cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cons: hallway were in sad shape , bar and restaurant very poor way overpriced will not go back
With an ideal location just 2 km from Charles de Gaulle Airport, pentahotel Paris CDG really is the perfect base for business meetings and conferences. It's also a great launch pad for exploring the infinite delights of Paris, with the city centre just 24 km away.
Cons: Shower had no pressure and temp fluctuated. Needs to have power outlets near the nightstands.
Pros: Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle.
Cons: Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.

Pros: The friendly greeting, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
Cons: Being nickel and dime for internet. 9 Euro extra if you did not book through Marriot.
Pros: Helpful staff, well maintained, great breakfast.
Cons: You must pay to use the computers to get online.
Pros: Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and free to the terminal.
Pros: Convenient close to CDG although you sometime have to wait for the shuttle, which is supposed to come every 20'
Lobby bar; lively and with good food

(30 m²) with bathtub and separate shower, high-speed Internet, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, Canal+, beIN sports and international TV channels. Cons: Food options for Breakfast were very poor. There was hardly any food meant for vegetarians

Pros: When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
Pros: Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it.
Cons: The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
Cons: We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Pros: Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Pros: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros: Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there.
Cons: Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Pros: The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport.
Cons: Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Pros: Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate`
Cons: I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Pros: The fact that we only had to stay here one night.
Situated near the airport, this hotel is 3 mi (4.8 km) from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and within 12 mi (20 km) of Stade de France and Parc Asterix. Paris-Le-Bourget and Millennium Mall are also within 12 mi (20 km).
Cons: twin room with a connecting door
good when no neighbour, which was not the case!
Pros: Breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable.
Cons: Location: had to take a train and two subways to get to city center.
Parking: parked a car for 3 days ad only found out during check out that there is charge for parking (no information was provided on the website or during check in, when we asked where to park).

Pros: The location was great, out of the city but easy to get around via subway and Uber.
Cons: Not all staff spoke english and the bathroom was poorly designed.
Le Jardin de Neuilly is a chic and contemporary 3-star hotel situated just steps from Porte Maillot Metro station in Paris. Its three historical buildings in different architectural styles, including a 19th century mansion, are grouped around a pleasant garden and combine old-world charm with modern design and comfort. The hotel is located 5 minute walk from the Zoo and the Bois de Boulogne is at the end of our street. The hotel provides an impressive meeting room. Hotel Le Jardin de Neuilly is suitable for business and leisure travellers.
Cons: We booked two rooms. The bedroom for 4 that was assigned to us had not been cleaned. Since the hotel was fully booked, we ended up having one child in our bedroom and the others sharing 2 twin beds. Staff offered us breakfast and parking as compensation.
Pros: Modern classic look Food was good 2.
Cons: Strong perfume smell in my room maybe someone spilled something.
Pros: relatively close proximity and easy access to the airport.
Cons: nothing great, nothing horrible. Average place in a good location for early morning flights.
Cons: hard to get to from airport: drive, cab or shuttle bus with 20' frequency then 30'
Pros: The staff was incredible! They were extremely friendly & gracious with our lack of speaking French! The decor of the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!!
Pros: Very clean, new/modern furnishings, large rooms and a large bathtub that a tallish person can fit in!
Cons: The free shuttle service does NOT run every 15 minutes, as advertised. Very sporadic service.
Cons: It wasn't super clean, food wasn't good, staff not friendly. WAY overpriced.
Pros: It was clean and quiet.
Cons: I was a little disappointed by the restaurant, I didn't expect that it would be under construction and not have the full experience I was expecting. It would have been nice if there were a spa offering massage.
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location adjacent to the airport. Very good food available from a limited menu.
Cons: Registration area
Pros: Free transportation to airport.
Cons: No free breakfast as advertised. Rooms were very small. Hotel presentation not the same as online. No elevator. Too far from Paris. Nothing within walking distance wifi sucks
Pros: Location is close to airport and shuttle took about 15-20 minutes
Cons: Room was very warm,we tried to turn on the air and staff said it was shut off due to the time of the year.

Cons: Problems with the heating system. Room was cold during the night.
Cons: I don't like to WIFI in lobby area which is on and off, not strong signal.
very kind staff and good lobby
Pros: Really kind staffs and well-served amenities. There is microwave and small market in the lobby.
Cons: Parking fee is 17 EUR/day and not included breakfast
Location is great if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Paris. For people that have business at La Defense; it is in ideal location.
Pros: Location; cleanliness; staff
Cons: food needs improvement. Internet access MUST be provided in the room free of charge.
IT WAS A TOTAL DISAPPOINT.
Pros: I HAVE STAYED IN SAME BRAND HOTELS IN OTHER COUNTRIES, BUT FOR THIS ONE MARRIOTT SHOULD BE ASHAMED. YOU SHOULD RECONSIDER GRADING FOR THIS HOTEL. 4 STAR, NO WAY.
Cons: EVERYTHING EXCEPT FEW IMMIGRANT EMPLOYEES.
Perfectly Ok if you take a realistic approach. 45 min to get into and out of Paris by public transport that begins close by. Calling this property 'La Defense' is deceptive. Too far away. My recommendations for who might like this hotel all depends on their willingness to be far from their destination assuming it is Paris proper. SHort walk to a LeClerc hypermarket is convenient. Not a neighborhood where you want to be out on the street late.
Pros: price but only in the context of generally elevated Paris crices.
Cons: Nothing specific but travelers have to be prepared to compromise location for price.
Would not recommend to anyone going for a lea sure trip as it is far away from attractions. We road the tram and felt like a sardine in a can. Felt unsafe with groups of 20 something men hanging around outside. For a marriott I was very disappointed. The front desk staff was very accommodating.
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons: Location was dicey especially at night. Long crowded trains and trams to get to down town. During our stay they cut off all power from 2-3 am in the morning for maintenance which meant if you had to use the bathroom as we did there was no light, elevator
Clean, rooms are nice, staff is helpful. I loved that it was so close to the Tramway 2, so getting to La Défense was a breeze.
Pros: This hotel was the cleanest one I've ever visited in Europe. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Cons: Nothing special. The only reason I gave it 9/10 is that it was fine, but just didn't blow me away. It's exactly as advertised.
Pros: Rooms, overall atmosphere.
Cons: Prices for extras (wifi, breakfast), location (not really in La Defense as promised, but a couple of miles away).
Cons: This is not a 4 star hotel, area very hard accessible and not safe! Avoid it!
The worst hotel by far, in a very far location from Paris with no businesses open at night. The street smells like sweat and trash. Forget about the public transportation, it is absolutely a night mare since you have to take a special train line witch doesn't run very often and smells really bad!!! If despite all these problems you manage to get some sleep at9:00am sharp you will be waken up by the sound of housekeeping staff slamming doors and trowing things on the floor, they also knock once and tray to open the door at the same time. Every time we complained to reception about anything all they said was 'that has never happened before, this is very strange' yes very strange Indeed!
Pros: Nothing the worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in!!
Cons: First and for most the location is in a very bad neighborhood, a very shady location. The housekeeping not to be trusted I lost My I phone in the room.
It is not a 4 stars and is not what i am used to when i am at the Marriott
Pros: Maybe the Staff
Cons: Location, It is not a 4star Hotel, more like 3.5 stars

Pros: The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
Pros: All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
Cons: staff was not very competent
food was expensive and mediocre
The Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention hotel welcomes you to its stylish, elegant and relaxed ambience. For your business trips or family vacations, the hotel is ideally located close to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. There's plenty of entertainment nearby: Aéroville shopping center, Astérix theme park and the Stade de France are only a few minutes away. A free shuttle is available to the nearby Paris Le Bourget airport too, so you can enjoy the Paris Air Show with ease.
Pros: Rooms functional
Cons: Location not great for Paris, but was very convenient for me on this trip.
Pros: Value was great if you want to go to Paris but not pay the same prices for hotels in Paris. The hotel was about a 7minute walk from the metro line - about 25-35 minutes to central Paris depending on where you were going.
Cons: In general, the area is under a lot of construction. There was no noise from that audible from our room, but I'm sure the views would have been nicer.
The fully-renovated ibis Paris Porte de Clichy Centre hotel is located on the outskirts of Clichy city center (Porte de Clichy metro or RER C), close to Montmartre, with direct access to the Champs Elysées and the Stade de France. This comfortable and welcoming hotel has 124 air-conditioned rooms, a new restaurant and bar. Paying undercover private car park (1 rue Bonnet, 92110) and free WIFI access. Adapted amenities are available for people with reduced mobility.
Pros: This building is a joke. Each room has its own thermostat but they are just for show. It is "one temperature fits all" but the building is inconsistent. Some rooms much hotter/colder than others. No openable windows either. End result, miserable sleep. For those who like sleep cool with fresh air, find another place.
Great gym though and food is decent too.
Cons: The air-conditioning was not working & it was not comfortable to sleep in the heat.
The hotel was sold out & we were offered to stay in the hot room with a fan that the staff could provide as they could not fix the air-conditioner late at night.
Cons: >Substantial black mildew in the bathroom
>The room is basically empty; other than a bed, a desk and a TV. There was no drinking water, no water boiler, let along any supply of coffee. There was not even a garbage can in the bathroom (only one for the entire room)
>The bottle water was sold at 5 Euro each.
The Hyatt Regency Paris-CDG is a modern hotel. The hotel consists of two story buildings that are connected by a large glass atrium. The futuristic design has won several architectural awards.
Pros: Close to airport. Comfortable room. Good value for money.
Pros: Rooms were spacious and very clean. Well appointed.
Cons: Dining Room did not start serving dinner until 7 PM. Hard to get up for an early AM flight eating that late. A few sandwich selections in pub but did not find them especially interesting. Tried the smoked salmon and it was probably the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Insides kept falling out of bread and dressing ran down my wrists. Would never order again.
Pros: it is close to the airport and has the service of "Airport Shuttle". It also has free wifi, which is great!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and wonderful breakfast
Cons: Location was further out than I would have wanted
Pros: Very nice breakfast. The location was good for our purposes: relatively close to CDG airport, without the need to enter Paris. It was a good starting point for our out-of-Paris trip.
Cons: Did not allow a third person (child) in the room, but demanded to take an additional room.
