beautiful position great food and very helpful staff no
Excellent - and also good value luxury
Style, excellent views from the restaurant, beautiful car park Restaurant overpriced - prices need to be reduced by around 1/3 to allow diners to enjoy the excellent food
The room was novel in design and we had an excellent view of the bay. The dining room had an unfriendly feel, the attitude of the staff contributed to this.
almost everything, it is one of rare cases when there is almost nothing to critisize not enough materials in english, nothing in russian
All the staff were very friendly, and the the Hotel was wonderful, lovely rooms and facilities, and fantastic food.
Quiet calm and relaxing- superb location with picturesque views
i liked the location very much. for me the hotel lacked atmosphere. it looked more like a hospital than a hotel, too much white and beige and no colours.
Very relaxed and beautiful hotel - a calm ambience of comfort. Loved the rooms, the fitness suite, the position - didn't eat much at the hotel - too expensive!
It was close to the beach and the village. The hotel was more like a 5 star and very modern.Views from restaurant were lovely. I thought the restuarant staff let the hotel down. The service was very very slow and the staff had attitude. It was a shame as the food was lovely, but just had to keep asking for drinks and service.
Attached restaurant was good Bed was not comfortable
The hotel was comfortable, pleasant and clean, and located close to my business destination in Lannion. The quality of the Internet link in the room was not enough for Skype phone calls - the voice quality was unaccetable.
The hotel is nice and clean and close to the train station. Hotel staff are versy nice and helpful. I've stayed in this hotel several times before, and I always select it when coming to Lannion. The Internet in the room doesn't support Skype calls.
The hotel location is very good, 2 min walk from train station and 5 min walk from Lannion village center. The breakfast and the food at the au bureau is very good. Room is well sized and very clean.
Nice and pleasant hotel and staff, good location, reasonable price. I've stayed in this hotel several times before, and I choose it again every time I get to Lannion. The Internet in the room doesn't support outgoing Skype calls, although I was able to accept incoming calls.
The hotel is in the centre of the city near the railway station. Easy parking i n the city and connection to nice beaches. The room was rather small. I missed also an hair dryer.
This is my second stay in this hotel and also the second review I'm sending (the previous time was in August this year). The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and has a good location. It's within walking distance from the Lannion train station (I came to and from Lannion by train) and not too far from the town center. It's a 10-minute drive from my work destination and a taxi is easy to get. It has free wireless Internet in the room and its rate is reasonable. Breakfast was good and tasty (though it's not included in the room rate). The Internet in the room doesn't support Skype (voice quality was unaccepatble).
nice, clean room; beatiful view; having own balcony. No
Good value for the money, excellent location, close to restaurants, the staff was very friendly,in fact all the people in Perros Guirec were very friendly, free parking nearby
Great area to stay in
Convenience and value. Free parking.
Everything... Yes! Did not like leaving...
Very good value. Had room 302 good, quiet, view over port, easy free parking and a good breakfast. And easy access to local eating. No
Friendly professional staff, personal touch and excellent facilities. Really nice place. No hassle parking.
Good location, parking nearby.
Excellent friendly and helpful staff and modern clean facilities
Great location. Beautiful view of the harbor. Very spacious room and bathroom. Very hard mattress.
Sea view, design, location Restoran's services was very, very poor. waiters have't expiearence, locations of tables are poor, not comfortable. at first we gave tabale between two doors. No assistent apoint arrivel to the hotel (nobody help us with luggages and parking), Too much take it orrientation to special occations and it's the main reason why other client has no servced on a good level. Some dishes have't taste,
The fabulous setting. Clean, stylish and comfortable rooms.
The view, the food and the confortable room Little parking area
The hotel is beautifully situated having fabulous sea views dotted with the granite rocks. Avery special place, room tastefully decorated in modern minimalistic style. Hotel caters for wedding parties, so outside facilities were not usuable and was awake until 3.30/4.00 a.m. in the morning as the music was so loud and guests were on the terrace. Would have had a better sleep in the car park after complaining was not satisfied with the hotels handling of the situation. Would check if any functions were on before booking.
The setting is beyond spectacular. It is indeed a beautiful site looking over the lagoon with its intriguing rocks. And it is located just at the beginning a a fabulous walk that threads along the ocean between gigantic picturesque boulders. The rooms have an ultramodern design and dinner in the dining room did not disappoint. At night they shut down the elevator and locked the doors. When we tried to get to the reception area we could not. It was a real fire hazard. it did turn out upon questioning that there was a green button to be pressed that would have opened the outer door. But we did not locate it on our own. dangerous.
great location; good atmosphere; fresh modern & designer interior arrived 9.30pm only to find hotel restaurant closed. No other dining options in the immediate vacinity.
Coded front door was only reception which was surprisingly found open later in the stay
Warm welcome, friendly staff, good room size, view, dog friendly, very good breakfast, good value for money The provision of hot water for making drinks other than at breakfast time would be nice
The location, view, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. No
The location of the hotel and the view from the room was excellent!
- Nice quiet location - Good sized, light rooms with balcony - Hotel paking - No hotel staff after 20 uur - Breakfast was expensive but sufficient - Nowhere to eat within walking distance - Expensive compared to other similar hotels in the area
Location, price, facilities Noise from above bedroom.
What a great hotel! Fabulous location, easy parking, close to everything in the area, excellent service-oriented staff and a wonderful breakfast.
Location is good to start exploring Rose granite coast; room good size, relatively good breakfast (for French standards) Double bed just 140 cm-too narrow to sleep comfortably; bathroom outdated. Reception works only till 20:00 which turned to be big problem for us. We arrived late and could not find the hotel during more than 1 hour because gps coordinates indicated at booking.com and also in Google are not corrrect - the hotel is much further (actually outside the Treveurden village). Next day we reported this problem to a lady at reception, and understood the staff was perfectly aware of this but just did not think about informing guests about it (we communicated with the hotel beforehand re late arrival). Actually the first words we heard from the staff next morning were not "good morning" but "please move your car as my client needs to load the luggage". The biggest disappointment during our tour across Bretagne and Normandie.
Clean, good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great views. None
Large, light and very nice rooms with kitchen facilities. In the center of the city, but very quiet. A plenty of small shops (incl. grocery) and restaurants around (but very few open in the evening). Very poor breakfast (croissant and coffee). Beach is 10-15 minutes walk.
Fantastic shower, staff very helpful. Quiet location at night. Very clean. Decor a bit tired. The room is not huge but based on the cost this is fine.
It is very clean, and located straight in the centre of Perros Guirec. The bus stop is about 20 yards away. The room had been recently renovated, and I noticed a slight smell of paint in the area beside the bed in the first couple of days. However, it disappeared quite quickly. The shower floor was rather slippery and there were no handles to hold onto in case one lost one's balance.
Very nice people, location central to town, beaches/restaurants 15 mt walk which suited us. Wonderful coastal scenery.
the hotel was situated on a main road and was very noisy first thing in the morning with street cleaners etc and heavy traffic
A very good example of a smallish French Hotel. Clean, well situated and free local on street parking adjacent. Very friendly staff, family run, and usefully with some 'apartment' like rooms with a reasonably well equipped kitchenette in addition to ensuite facilities. The breakfasrs were expensive for waht you got. However reserving a room with kitchenette gives the opportunity to buy your croissants and bread every morning from shop opposite
Rooms were of a very good quality No bad points
This hotel is in the town centre rather than at the beach but it is ideally situated to explore the area. It is currently being modernised and our generously proportioned room came with a tiny kitchen and a generous and modern ensuite shower room making it good value for money ! All had been renovated to a high standard. There is a bar attached to the hotel and one member of staff speaks perfect English, when she organised breakfasts at the weekend it worked well. The breakfast room has yet to be modernised and the elderly owners (French speaking only) have yet to modernise "le petit dejeuner" which added a nostalgic touch to our holiday as breakfast was just as it had been 25 years ago in France!
I enjoyed my stay. THe staff were helpful and the room was nice
Ideally situated for our visit to the Pink Granite Coast, clean and tidy made to feel welcome
It was clean, the rooms were spacious and there was a great choice at breakfast. The pool was an added bonus. It was a little over priced and there was no one on hand in the evening to sort any problems.
Great value hotel location and finish could be better more applicable for business use.
The room was spacious for a family of 5. It called itself a duplex and was slit over two floors. The swimming pool was quite sweet and a good unwind for the kids. It was on a busy road and we had booked it because it had a restaurant but that is closed at the weekend which we hadn't been told.
The cleanliness of the bathroom. The bedroom was quite cold.
I am a little desappiinted because the day of arrival the swimming pool was dirty with a smell of sew. More over even if the rates attractive nothing is include and the price for very tiny dog is equivalent to the price of a breakfast. So i think the manager goes to far. Excellent restaurant. Quiet, comfortable and clean.
Swimming pool and room arrangement - kids can sleep in separate area up stairs! Receptionist very helpful and spoke good English. Bathroom needed a ventilation fan
Good sized bedrooms Pleasant longe / bar area, although bar closed early Children enjoyed the indoor pool Mattress and pillows uncomfortable.
It was quiet and clean the pool was useful for keeping the children occupied. The breakfast was excellant
Rooms are good and the hotel is quiet. I would recommend it, if you need to be close to the airport (I was there for work and I didn't visit Lannion).
very close to my customer and to resturants road indication are quite poor for a foreigner
Quite far away from the center, you need a car for it to be nice. Actually, things would be reachable even when walking, but the hotel is situated in the middle of larger roads, marring the walking fun.
Very clean, very comfortable bed. They even made me an omelette which wasn't on the menu. None
I prefer Motels to Hotels this is the nearest to what i like. All OK.
Extremely helpful staff.
Friendly atmosphere. Quiet situation. Gardens.
WIFI connection did not work, there was no other computer in hotel to use
(1) Nice staff (2) Very close to the airport & two supermarkets (1) No washing service, so not suit for a long stay (2) Only a few restaurant nearby
Extremely well run by the family owners. Delightful swimming pool indoors. Excellent dining facilities. Pretty position overlooking the sea. Trebeurden itself is rather dull!
Excellent - Very friendly, relaxed homely atmosphere with helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Wonderful views over the bays and an excellent spa and swimming pool - which as there are a limited number of guests is basically yours! Excellent food and a good wine selection. Limited evening menu if you are not too keen on seafood, but, hey you are by the seaside! A little expensive, but hey you are in a really good hotel! Path down to the beach challenging on the return - but good excercise!!
Superb location, overlooking the beaches. The staff were delightful, helpful and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious, beautiful restaurant with views across the sea. The gardens were delightful, beautifully kept. Excellent indoor pool. We stayed for 2 nights and should have stayed much longer. Will definately return My husband found the menu slightly limited as he is not a big fish or shellfish eater. I thought it was great
The hotel is situated in the most idilic setting overlooking a lovely beach. The staff were excellent, the food amazing and we will definitely return. The cost - sorry!
From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The staff are excellent. The bedroom we had booked turned out to be a suite with veiws of the gardens and sea beyond. The restaurant was of a high standard and surprisingly good value for such quality. There are some beautifully decorated sitting rooms, the spa is good. We couldnt fault it.
Friendly and helpful staff and management. Impressive buildings and situation. Very well kept grounds with convenient access to beach. Good food and enormous wine list. Elliot - the resident dog!
We liked the location with wonderful coastal views , the food, the spa and swimming pool. The staff and service were excellent
we were delighted with the view and the facilities including th swimming pool and the easy chairs in the garden.the dinner was gourmet class.
Awesome fantastic views, great food, wonderful staff None!!
Close to the beach and to very nice natural view. Wifi was unavailable in the room and hotel lobby was closed at the evening so I had to go to another place to check email.
We were a young Australian married couple doing a road trip across France. We found the hotel location and price to be good. Clean room. Covered all the basics for a comfortable stay.
The location in an unique area the cote du Granite Rose, proximity to beach ,being in the centre of the walking trails around the granite coastline, the food especially sea food and creps, The family run hotel very personal service we stayed 2 weeks.Lovely to get to know an area well. It would be nice to have a sitting room or deck/garden area to sit out .
Nice room with great view, excellent location Breakfast choice was very basic
Good location near seaside
not a lot internet only worked in bar area,
Location-superb spot pretty much on the beach-some of the rooms had amazing beach view Rooms and exterior could all do with some updating.
Reception: friendly. Location: close to the lifgttower, perfect. Rooms: ok, we had a very nice room . PrivatParking Breakfast: ok but simple for a french breakfast. Very good local restaurants
The view from the room was lovely overlooking the bay. It was convenient for the centre of the town and for our purpose of being there. The room was small and the facilities appeared not to be used by guests or visitors
Great location great sea views beautifully manicured garden warm welcome good food. Spacious room with large showroom comfortable bed A perfect birthday treat
Location and view of the ocean was superb! Hotel is walking distance from town and is also the old customs officers' beachside trail, so you can access a wonderful 2-hr hike along incredible beaches where rose granite shapes are impressive and incomparable. Hotel dinner was good value with attentive service and excellent food. Hotel staff were warm and knowledgeable about local attractions. We'd stay again without hesitation! No complaints at all.
Fantastic positon overlooking the bay. Very attractive, comfortable rooms, smart well appointed bathrooms and a ovely restaurant and bar area, The breakfast was very nice but quite expensive.
This is an excellent hotel, in a convenient position close to the town and local beaches as well as a good centre to explore the area. The Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant despite arriving at a very late hour due to travel difficulties. The food was excellent and good value.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The weather was very rainy and it was the perfect place to stay and relax when we could not be outdoors. Room and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. The lounge area was beautiful and, if it had been nice weather, we would have enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The staff is wonderful. I forgot my raincoat and they are making arrangements to mail it to my home in Oakland, California. The location is close to the center village and far enough away from the beach so that it is not noisy. A delightful stay.
Everything. Stunning location, friendly staff and excellent decor. Clean and fresh. Why is it only 2 star? Maybe due to rooms being quite small. Absolutely nothing - I have already recomended it to several friends
the view the food the terras
The hotel is perfectly located on the beach at Ploumanach. The hotel management and staff were delightful and very helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant is excellent, especially for seafood. The room was small but was beautifully designed and furnished in a contemporary style. WIFI did not work satisfactorily throughout the hotel.
Superb location. Room was very clean and comfortable, but lacked space for luggage. Parking was limited, but adequate.
I liked the relaxed atmosphere and the staff were always helpful. The private terrace was appreciated as we were there on a very busy weekend. The dining room was very busy but we were found a table within a short time. We had a room with a garden view and although it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, it was a bit small.
The Family with kids and dog are very kind and they have suggestion for what to do around There was no hot water evening only in the morning and we made a reservation for three person but we had to manage to ask more towel.
The lovely breakfast and the view of the courtyard garden from the breakfast room. Also little sitting room on first floor with plethora of books and information. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.
I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the rooms are furnished in seafaring style, the generous breakfast it's near a busy road, but the windows are soundproof
The lovely breakfast room overlooking a very pretty courtyard with stone cottage and wooden stairway to other rooms. The front of the hotel is very modern looking but obviously this is an extension to the original building which at one time must have been fishermen's cottages. It is on a roundabout at the entrance to the town but there is no traffic at nightime and it is quiet.
Very friendly and helpful owners/hotel mgmt. Plenty car parks available, nice and sunny breakfast room with above the (french-) average breakfast quality. Machine available to get fresh orange juice. A friendly dog welcoming all guests seems to be part of the owners family. While situated at a large and busy roundabout, rooms are still silent and windows can be kept open. Situated in walking distance to the habour and some very good restaurants. Poor respectively close to none wireless connectivity in the hotel rooms. Only working while sitting in the public area next to the router.
good parking-good position-excellent bathroom & toilet facilities-suberb breakfast layout & quality.
Excellent choice for breakfast. Staff friendly and very helpful. Free Wi-fi available. Reasonable walking distance from restaurants etc
The sea view, the atmosphere at the hotel was excellent, very friendly and efficient staff. The bed was too soft and the towels were too small and thin.
Ease of parking. Breakfast facilities.
rate / availability of rooms + location
The gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful. Our first room was a smoking room but he was able to switch us to a non-smoking room. The hotel is close to the city center. My navigation unit did not know the address, so finding the hotel took a few extra minutes.
The concept of bedsit with self-catering option. Sofa bed was long enough to sleep on without having to heave the bed springs from the frame; also two room option. No, for its price.
Location and helpful staff
Very good value for money. Much better than staying in a hotel. Nice balcony. Lots of shops close by. Wi-fi did not work.
Close to restaurants in Lannion and cotes d'Ármor coast Room was studio. It was not possible to fold up bed into sofa position (broken?)
Friendly, generally helpful staff. Reasonably modern building. Car parking very useful, close to city centre. Very nosiy (day and night) as located at major cross roads. Originally breakfast was supposed to be included in room rate but was later denied. Smoking by other guests penetrates through open windows into apartment. Apartment spacious but too little furniture; could even not get a small side table for kitchen upon request. Kitchen not usuable for longer stays (we only stayed four nights).
We had an awful night: a room that smelt of curry, loud shouting from the neighbours, no hot water. We left after the first night but could not get our money back from the staff. It is more like a third-rate hostel than a hotel. The location is noisy and not in an attractive part of town.
Location is excellent, both in relation to Lannion and the Cote de Granit Rose. Parking in the basement was convenient. The balcony was great. The bathroom in our studio was a bit shabby and needed renovation.
Good price Soulless
Central location/reception very good, helpful, excellent English spoken
good location, easy to find, private parking, good room with harbour view.Friendly, efficient, family run, no fuss hotel.
Solenn being so helpful and friendly. The use of the garage for our bicycles. No drying facility for clothes as we were cycling.
Friendly staff, easy access to town. Good, secure parking. Excellent breakfast. No
good location, convenience
My wife and I liked the clean modern interior in a traditional hotel. We also liked the location, close to the harbour and local eating establishments. The associated Au Bon Accueil restaurant looked very good, but it was closed on the one night of the week that we stayed at the hotel!
Pleasant room, good breakfast, good parking facilities. Central location. Noisy traffic in street outside.
The restaurant is great
the hotel is in a very good location. The staff are really nice and helpful
Just what we wanted - clean, small and handy for all local facilities
Very fascinating surrondings, extremely silent during the night, beautiful landscape from room and breakfast hall, very comfortable beds. A person of the staff managing breakfast was very scarce. Lacking cleaness of room.
Staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Decor of rooms was rather 'tired' and the bed really needs to be replaced.
Nice green environment, possbility to play golf, proximity to granit rose, new beds in comfort rooms (was better than most of 4* hotels), pool is plus, staff was excellent! I wonder why hotel management does not add few small items and turn this into 3-4* hotel (fridge, hair dryer, better douche and may be an air-co although not really needed for that climate).
Excellent location on the golf course with sea views. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Smart restaurant with excellent quality, good value cuisine. Friendly staff. Some musicians were playing so we could have a bit of dance too! Breakfast was also good value and substantial, taken in the Panorama room which had wonderful views. A great stay, we would have no hesitation in returning and we thoroughly recommend this hotel. We could not fault the hotel at all!
it is a nice place to stay if you are in the area , if you don't like walking then maybe just a little to far out from the town ofr beach, but by car just a very short trip
On the plus side it is a short drive to the beaches. We first booked the cheaper room on kayak (3 person room)which didn't show any photos but had the same description as the double room which had photos and looked updated. The room we got was terribly outdated. I didn't want to stay there. After some argument and debate the lady at reception was nice enough to upgrade us to an updated room. The room was a lot better but still not as updated as the photos. Overall the photos make this hotel look a lot better.
We liked the fact that the room was spacious and quiet. We also liked the ultra modern 'wet room'. No!
Quiet hotel very pleasant
Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Nice surrondings, very good restaurant and friendly staff of the hotel. Lots of options for walks along the seashore. Very attractive price even in the peak vacation season!
We booked a doubleroom with double bed and got twin beds Room was three floors up with no lift facility Evening meal and resteraunt service was very poor
The hotel seems too expensive considering its standard. The room was very small and also the bed was quite small. The bathroom was bit old. Still the room was cosy and clean with a nice wiew so we did not suffer...The hotel had a pleasant restaurant with good dinner and a nice breakfast, so we can recommend to eat there. The neighbourhood of the hotel is peaceful and nice. Private parking. No elevator. The price was too high.
Very warm reception at this charming hotel full of character and colourful decor. As I visited very much off-season, the restaurant was closed so I could not sample the cuisine – but nearby beach-side restaurants were very good. Good buffet style breakfast for the price - don't be put off by the seemingly limited offer: just take what you want and the serving dish will be replenished. This is not a cheap hotel but is very well located in a quiet residential district. Well placed for seaside walks and longer rambles with superb views and plenty of bird life. Good road links to explore Brittany. I certainly would be happy to visit again. The very English custom of a kettle in the room for making your own tea/coffee would have been welcome on rainy days - but this is France after all!
Cleanliness. Walls were paper thin, we could hear the person in next room snoring. No lift facility. Although the website stated that the hotel was refurbished in 2005, the experience did not appear to support this. It also stated that the rooms were spacious - not so, the room we occupied must have smallest we have been in in 20 years. This hotel does not deserve a three star rating, we stayed in another three star following our experience in this hotel and it was excellent.
Decor very tasteful in large lounge with snooker table. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. No
Great position, a few minutes from a glorious beach on the Pink Granite coast of Brittany. Appeals to a polite, older clientele since this is not the kind of place to attract younger - and boisterous - people. Pleasant gardens. Like many French hotels, especially those in prime spots, the bedrooms were well below the standard suggested by the star rating. This hotel is graded as three star but by UK standards vedrooms were one star, possibly no star. The rooms are small, the bathrooms tiny. The television was bolted to a wall, and picked up only local channels. There was no phone. The wardrobe door was made of iron. There was an old table and a chair. The reception desk closes around 11 30 pm. Reluctantly, therefore, since the staff were so helpful, I cannot recommend the hotel - unless other, better equipped hotels are full. It is also not a bad option if you can get a much reduced rate. It would only take a modest investment to greatly improve the hotel.
Room was well equipped (plasma TV and good quality bathroom fittings). Beautiful location. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and ran out of bread/croissants (try the local shops for a breakfast coffee and pain au chocolat;-) Wifi internet was free, but service was intermittent.
Beautiful situation , excellent value for money. Room was small-but very well appointed and superb views
Parking available. No sea view as promised, far from the beach. No internet at all. Awful appartment, room was in the basement, no ventilation and musty smell.
The appartement with a terrasse on the sea. The equipment in the appartement, everything is done for a very pleasant stay of a few nights. Very sweet surprise. Ideal for long vacation. Very quiet. The owner not there when we came at 17h00. But everything was sorted after a few minutes.
we loved the view from the dining room and the location on the harbour front. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It was very quiet at night and the room was comfortable.breakfast ( extra) was good quality. we could have been offered other things for breakfast like cereal (muesli) and yoghurt.
Excellent location. Wonderful view of the port from our suite. Staff friendly. Newly renovated so room was large ,clean and comfortable. Bathroom again newly renovated so very clean. Just wish there was a fridge in room for drinks etc.
Very friendly staff. Fantastic view and location. Wish it had an elevator. Wish it had an elevator.
