Pretty quiet on Dec 31.Comfortable beds, even an almohada (pillow) with memory. A nice breakfast buffet-
The neigbour next door left the AC running all night and went partying till early morning... so that we could "enjoy" the unpleasant noise coming from the AC unit which is ootside, next to the balconies...Well it is not the problem of the hotel, it is a problem of the thoughtless guest next door...
Nice staff although they only speak Spanish. They taught us how to use the A/C and the room facilities. We had some fun misunderstandings about certain terms but they tried to explain to us.

We´d really like to give 10+ for facilities, cleanliness & value for money! Everything seemed new & spotless - marble, stainless steel, etc. There was a receptionist on the desk until midnight, & a lift. The hotel is situated right on the edge of a large, gravel, public car park - this was a brilliant surprise because the hostal description implied that there was no parking. Our room was large with a balcony, windows on 2 sides, a sofa & 2 very large, comfortable twin beds pushed together. There was a suitcase rack. The bathroom was excellent. In summer there´s an attractive all-day cafe on a covered patio. Breakfast was mainly self-service & was also great value for money. Manolo was there in person overseeing things. He was very friendly. The gota fria prevented us from getting there for the 1st of our 2 booked nights & the hotel was very understanding about this & didn´t charge us. We´re grateful for that. We found only 1 restaurant in the whole of La Senia, Juseps, which is about 50 metres from the hostal. You simply MUST go there if you want a meal. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, AMAZING food. They´re young, it´s new, give these guys a chance... Over that weekend there was an artesans´ fair of people specialising in making wooden artefacts. It was mind-blowing!
