The staff were excellent. The heated pool was too cold to use! and the menu in the restaurant was over fussy.
Silence, far away of city
The hotel stuff was extremely friendly and flexible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
relaxation, quiet, great food, excellent helpful staff, great location small point,no evening room tidy and change towel service
I had stayed at the hotel some 9 years earlier and it was special then, I have to say the standard has moved on to a level that I found exceptional I will be returning next year for a longer stay and will be telling my friends to visit also.
Pleasant room with balcony and seaview Good facilities Parking not very accessible Difficult drive through town centre to find hotel
An excellent hotel, food excellent, staff helpful. Great hotel for just relaxing and pampering yourself. No
Lots of very discreet area's around the grounds with palm tree's and 3 pools it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with all hot food cooked to order and fantastic views over the sea. Both restaurants were also excellent. The views from the hotel are fantastic. Wished I could have stayed longer and will definatly return.
food and beach
I liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Beautiful views of the See, charming layout of the complex. cleaning service, no dish washer, poor quality kitchen equipment, breakfast and coffee sucks. some personnel difficult to communicate in english. poor acoustic isolation of the apartments.
Room with a fantastic sea view. Very relaxing and peaceful break. Would have been beter if breakfast was included in price!
Very good location, nice place, preferred for families with children. Not so many people, quite area. Comfortable and good equiped suites.
The suites were of a high standard, they were well equiped with every thing you need apart from a kettle. The views out to sea were fantastic.Even if you had a pool view you would not be dissapointed. The virtual tour is exactly as the apartments are.The design of the complex is very impressive, with a very spanish feel. You need a car to stay here but you can get to the beach and nearest town El Campello in about 15 mins driving. We would most certainly go back! we stayed at the apartmentos pueblo acantilado suites at the end of oct 09.There was building work being carried out in the complex, this spoilt the time we spent relaxing around the pool as it went on for most of the day.
it is a very nice looking and design hotel. People are very friendly. There is an inside parking what is needed seen the location. Appartments are really luxury ! Full romance location many stairs, very heavy to walk for people with a handicap.Not for small children. No beach nearby;
Great location, spectacular views from the room, excellent value, modern appointments in the apartment, on site cafeteria Reception lady was bordering on rude, no smiles, no kindness, must have had a hard day. Sofa in the living room is not suitable for 2 adults.
Beautifull sight from the balcony at the Costa Blanca, the calm environment and the comfort of the studio.
I really liked the hotel, the facilities were good and the veiw was amazing. The only thing I did not like was the location of the hotel. there's no shops or pubs in walking distance of the hotel so you had to get taxi
brilliant location for everybody who does not require a sandy beach. Right at the top edge of the cliffs. Distance to the beaches of El Campello or La Villa Joyosa about 10 Minutes by Car
The seaview is fantastic, on a cliff overlooking the Mediteranean. The complex is charming and artistically desgned.
very clean hotel, great pool, and the service was good. the menu, could do with more of an international cuisine
It was quiet!!! Would have preferred more english speaking staff
Large hotel in the vcentre of a golf complex, fairly modern, we ahd a junior suite that was very adequate with a balcony overlooking a huge pool.Food was good, and the service was also very good.Car park secure under the hotel, generally a good experience. Howebver the hotel was almost empty so the question remains if it was full would it have been as good.
The quality of the hotel and its staff was very good. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was adequate. No local restaurants to walk to. A car is needed.
Nice quiet location. The buffet breakfast was good,as was the food in the restaurant. There were not many people here during our stay, but we were here for a quiet break anyway.Over all it was wonderful value for money and we enjoyed ourselves.
We liked the comfortable bed and that the spa pool was free of charge. There are a couple of small bars and a small supermarket nearby (at the roundabout). The golf was good, enjoyed the 1st nine more than the 2nd nine, you need a buggie especially for the 2nd nine. Overall a nice Golf and Business Hotel. The air conditioning still seemed to work when turned off during the night. It was noisey when staff were arriving to work early morning (6.30am). You definately need a car. The hotel bar closed at 11pm.
Hotel was very clean and well presented. All staff were well informed and helpful I was suprised that the main bar in hotel was not open and I thought there might have been some entertainment
Very calm and clean hotel... Definitely lost in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast (expensive) gets poorer each time we return there. Some services unavailable
peace and quietno
the rooms are very nice and the pool area too. The food in the restaurant was not really good and the staff on the reception are not very helpfully.
Very clean and well maintained.
We arrived at the hotel at midday and the receptionist got us a room immediately. The rooom itself was lovely, balcony looking on the sea, full window view. I was slow to book the hotel due to its recent opening but you will not find a nicer hotel in the area. The resort itself if quiet and very spanish which is lovely for a different type of holiday. Most people have a little english and enough to get by! The pool was fantastic, we were there mid-week so it was easy to get sun loungers and there were no children in the pool. This is a hotel for a nice relaxing get away, I would not recommed it for families but for anyone else its top class. Breakfast was a buffett. No bar lunch in low season and dinner was a high standard if willing to pay Lunch and dinner faclities were not for anyone on a low budget but plenty of other options in the area.
Nice room with balcony and wonderful view over the sea. Friendly staff and a beakfast buffet of good quality.
Location, sea view, cleanliness, design poor breakfast - terrible coffee, old bread; paper thin walls - noise from other rooms and a street
Good location close to beach and nearby bars and restaurants also nearby the old town. This is an international resort and thre were many nationalities staying in the hotel but the only TV available was in Spanish, it would have been good to have had the news available in different languages. It would also have been good if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
An amazing find, stylish interiors, comfortable beds, the best continental breakfast for getting 5-a-day and the owner is passionate about excellent customer service (couple this with a huge jacuzzi bath for relaxation; what more could you ask?)..oh yes; free, secure parking Complex maze of a 1 way system compounded by the Fiera. Ring the hotel for directions.
The restaurant in the hotel was great and people were very friendly. Moreover, it is right in front of the beach of San Juan. We were not allow to borrow the beach towel and there is no air conditioning.
The staff were excellent, especially reception. Very relaxed feel. Best fo all super location. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.
tranquility, free parking no
close proximity to the beach, easy to use the tram the hours of the cafe were a bit eratic- one should be able to get food at a hotel throughout the day, not just during small windows of time.
The hotel is just a few steps from a very nice beach away. City center (station Mercado) 20 minutes with a tram, every 30 minutes. From Mercado every 20 minutes bus connection to the Alicante airport. Simple breakfast from 9 to 10:30 a.m., but what you can await for 4 Euro only. Nice supermarket about 10 minutes by walk. The cleaning stuff was friendly an willing. The pool was clean and quite big and deep. There is not aircondition, fridge or TV in room. The hostal doesn't have a lift, so if you get a room on third floor in old building, you can have a problems. For example with a suitcase, because the stairs are steep and thin. The rooms in new part (next to the pool) looks better, with new furniture. Some of the reception staff is not really friendly, you go arround and they just ignoring everybody. When I checked out she just took they key and said nothing. Even goodbye.
Nice place and staffGood transport and lovely beach Bit basic and one could not eat outside if on half board and shower did not work well
Nice and very clean bathroom, seaview room. Spanish meals hours: by example, impossible to have breakfast before 9! What can one do when having to go to work?
We found the hotel to be very conveniently located and easily accessible from Alicante, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, quiet, good room service,
The beach and tram.
As I only used Hotel for sleeping I found it very comfortable The 54 stairs up to third floor, after a long day walking it was a bit of a struggle,
