the apartment was great exspensive car parking
bus to disney room dirty and not cleaned despite requests
i really liked my stay at the hotel, very clean and good price. just the people at the reception where very unfriendly! i was amazed how they treat customers; i'm working as a receptionist in a hotel in belgium.and i would never treat my customers like that. They can't speak english. we also waited for 2 hours for the shuttle bus. when we arrived we only had as answer "sorry, not or problem". Nice hotel but please get some new staff.
space of room toilet was always smelly, toilet flush was not working, bed not so comfortable
Excellent location next to shopping mall & outlets. Also regular and convenient shuttle buses to Disneyland. Accommodations are run down, with a rather stale smell in the hallways. Ventilation needs to be improved.
I liked how near it was to Disneyland and the free coach transfer. Close location to a fantastic shopping experience. With posh retail outlets nearby
Location Appaling housekeeping and maintenance. Most of linen given were unchanged from previous guests with stains, human hair and foul odor. Expensive vending machine items.
Easy access to public transport system and Disney Park Provision of transport from hotel to Disney Park Unhelpful staff. Poor maintenance including electrical socket hanging off wall and toilet cistern not working properly
Location Staff were rude and not helpful
Position of the hotel. Fairly close from shopping city, RER station & Disneyland. Good shuttle service. Lack of Room service. No cleaning and no new towel everyday if you book less then week. Expensive restaurant.
Convenient location Orly Airport Helpful staff Broken heating - too hot Room generally shabby
The Concierge was extremely helpful, otherwise not up to the normal Hilton standard Cockroaches in the restaurant at breakfast, nasty stains on the couches in the reception area! The faux wooden flooring in the bedrooms is very noisy. No refrigerator in the room.
Location The bedrooms are old (poorly furnished) an the bathroom is not of a 4star hotel.
Good romm. Good brekfeast.
The staff, Paying for Internet
Proximity to the airport and shutle bus No minibar in the room
quick check-in, big rooms, fast elevators, poor breakfest, too expensive internet
Location is convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. That was within walking distance from terminal, what really was helpful due to taxi drivers strike that shut all transportation fro and to terminal. Not worth the value. The room was overheated and no way to cool it down. I couldn't sleep well waking up sweating. Staff admitted the problem but didn't even try to solve it. I general I can't really say that staff is unfriendly, but they are kind of distant? Don't really interested to help, it looks like they just don't care. Another example that they don't care about customer convenience is that You can't leave a luggage for safety between the checkout and time you need to leave for your flight.
A pair of bathroom slipper
Proximity to the airport. Shuttle bus Strong smell of tobacco in my non smoking room. Very overpriced room!!!
It was clean and the staff were helpful. The menu was limited and the charges for the food, both in room and out, were outrageous.
The room was very nice and large. The breakfast buffet was very good and the proximity to Orly was a real assett as it allowed us to have a relaxing time before a long flight
The dinner buffet and the breakfast selection are quite excellent! I did think it was quite clean and I loved my room. I wish all the hotels I stayed at were as well-maintained as here. I spent so little time here I didn't notice anything that went negatively.
proximity to airport.courteseous staff.
Just stayed in the Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, nice and comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle which takes 7 minutes to the terminal from 5 am to 11:30 pm. The hotel is in need of some remodeling, but overall nice. The staff were friendly. I stayed before at a different hotel in the area that received a much higher rating but liked the Best Western much better. It is mostly for business. The hotel can use some remodeling, the corridors feel dark with poor lighting.
Very clean, friendly staff, all staff spoke very good english.
a big variety of breakfast , people are friendly, helps you out if you need help, fridge was closed with key ( you have to pay for minibar ) / Tv channels was very less.
Breakfast was delicious Be pulled to secure the value of the room and not taken it back only after two weeks means twice the amount
Check in and check out was fast, the shuttle bus was on time. Don't have much to say since I stayed only for 5 hours. The shuttle bus was a bit ahead of time when we arrived in the airport and was waiting for a pick-up to the hotel, so we missed one and had to wait for another 20 minutes.
near the airport with free shuttle service no porters and bell boys and front desk should tell guests that they must use room key for elevator use
The hotel is excellent but not good for the tourists who wants to go to paris centre because it cost you big money and time to move to paris centre.
Shettle to the airport. Friendly staffs, hotel quiet, Room clean and large. The room was fairly cold when arriving, did not have time to check if the heating system was on or off, same thing with the bathroom.
Room, shuttle service was excellent, staff elevators frequently out of service
We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The shuttle bus from the hotel runs frequently (every 20 minutes) and was quick. The hotel itself was amazing for the price - exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Orly.
The location was perfect 10 mins to Disney and 10min to centre of Paris by car. Underground parking made it easier to get in at night with two smalll children.
The room is spacious and the staff are nice. It is close to RER station and supermarket is nearby. May be because of the financial tsunami, there is only ONE front desk staff, who is also being housekeeping and waiter!!! That staff brought me extra blanket and the next minute he cleaned up the tables in the lounge! Unbelievable! Also, try not to stay in this hotel during weekend. It's so noisy outside. Groups of young people drank and talked loud until dawn!!!
Clean rooms....I guess. - everything was half hearted. breakfast was messy; it just didn't feel like breakfast at a hotel and not "french" enough (and extra!), mini bar empty, bar closes early, not a very nice area, food acceptable, day staff pleasant, the rest not so much. I was also blessed with the amazing view of the ventilation system of the building next door. was too expensive as well.
Room was big and with a panoramic view. It will be probably need renovation soon, but it was still ok. Internet wi-fi connection was free which is very good value. Environment around the hotel is quite bad and dirty with the exception of the near shopping mall. RER station is walking distance and Paris Chatelet is 30 minutes away by train. There is no much alternative choice if you have to be around there Air conditioning was neither adjustable or could be turned off. Internal restaurant was not bad, but with very limited menu (only 5 starters and 5 main courses) which made quite boring eating there more than once or so.
I had to go 3 times to hotel for receiving the correct receipt. This is so bad. If you want to stay at this hotel you should not take any receipt.
I liked that it was midway between the sites of Paris and Disneyland Paris. It was right next door to a three-level mall with many shops and restaurant choices. There was plenty of parking in their parking garage...but it was a little tricky to get in and out of.
Strictly functional hotel in the centre of a "new town". Everything is basic and generally OK; nothing is wrong, but nothing is noteworthy. Access to RER express train is very close (only 200m if you have a pre-purchased ticket). To exit from the RER, use the exit marked "Bassin".
quiet, good restaurants, friendly locals and hotel staff
The first room we were given proved to be very dark because the large trees outside, although beautiful, shut out the light. It was no trouble though for us to be moved to the other side of the corridor to a much lighter room. Breakfast in the bar was served on trays but the bread and croissants were exceptional. The room could have been cleaner and the towels softer
Location is pleasant and very quiet, a bit like a village, and one almost forgets being in Paris. Hotel has character, and rooms are not too small. Friendly staff. The hotel is out of the centre and the nearest metro (RER) station is at 1km. My room was slightly smelly. Internet (at 3rd floor) not very reliable.
Location was very nice, River view from bar was excellent. Old world decor and charm was also very well maintained, would be nice for a future leasure visit with the wife.Found a great little resuraunt 'Cafe Creole' just around the corner Excellent. Being on foot, it was a bit of a trek to the Metro, I was attending exhibition in town and due to strikes most local hotels were full. this was nearest hotel I could find on line.
Most of the staff were very friendly and thoughtful. We liked the fact that the hotel was pet friendly.A perfect hotel for stop overs on a long journey. The room temperature was good, not hot and stuffy like some hotels can be. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
Internet doesn' t work
yes, a short business stay no
The Key was delivered without the room number or any information. The bath room seems be inside of roullotte. Seems like a motel for speedy rooms. Car parking extremely expensive.
The room have near 20mt and with one double bed and one sofa. They don't have free internet, like is show in booking. The staff don't speak english only french.
Rooms are clean and comfortable The staff wasn't helpfull. My car window is broken due to theft. I asked the receptionist for tape and plastic. They told me they don't have transparent plastic. That's ok. So I asked for some tape which I can take away. Because it's was sunday and all shops are closed. She still refuse to give me that plastic tape to take away even If I pay for it!!!!!
staff were helpful location convenient to metro and RER
The room was very clean. The hotel staff was excellent in providing services, help and direction. Nothing
Good location, near train stations and chateau
The Hotel was the perfect location for participating in the Paris Half Marathon. The starting/ending point and the Parc Floral were both within walking distance from the hotel.
Location is great. outside of paris, but very convenient. safe and beautiful neighborhood.
The staff were friendly and helpful to non French speakers. The room was also a good nice for the price, and clean. At the time of our stay they were doing renovations and despite the receptionist saying it would not be noisy, we had workmen on scaffolding literally outside our room at 7ish in the morning... We were given a partial discount to apologise with no fuss made at all, just apologies. The works are supposed to only be on for 2 weeks and the hotel will look great when finished. No shower though!
comfort, excellent bathroom, peacefulness
Very Friendly, good location very enjoyable stay ,will stay again.
Hotel staff welcoming - spent little time there as ata wedding but found all facilities good. Hotel was at an excellent location to get around Paris
Very nice hotel in a good location.
Very helpful staff, very clean and spacious room and a very comfortable bed. ridiculous that parking is an additional 14 Euros per night plus internet use is very expensive. WIFI is so common these days, and provided free of charge in much more basic hotels.
Cleanliness of room. Not loud, but permanent noise (air condition + traffic).
Ease of access to the airport. Unusually friendly hotel staff for an airport hotel. Comfortable room. Room price is excessive, as usual at most airport hotels. But then again, you have to sleep somewhere when overnighting between flights and this was a good hotel for that.
difficult to get to the city
Good room size, Don't like the pillow as it is too flat and only one per bed should be 2 per bed. Should provide a free bus shuttle service to metro. Provide free parking.
I was not there very long - but the breakfast was excellent
Stayed at the hotel for business use so internet access way one of the reasons for choosing this hotel Could have done with unlimited internet access
rooms had terrible petrol/plastic smell. Impossible to sleep.
There were no problems with our very early wake-up call, and it was a nice surprise to find they had complimentary coffee and biscuits for us as we waited for the 5:00 am shuttle to Orly Airport. The room was clean and pleasant as well.
It is closely located to Orly airport plus the free shuttle service provided. I am not sure if Ok for daily city trips but if you need to take a plane from Orly is great. It is an old building that has been refurbished so you notice it in some details but still OK for the money paid.
I can't think of anything . We were dissapointed with our stay at the hotel. Unhelpful staff. Expensive food and drinks and very basic facilities.
The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The service was very good.
The hotel is well situated alonngside a lake with a jogging/walking track running completely around it. It was very quiet and peaceful.
The hotel had a secure car park, a swimming pool, big rooms, a good bar and an ok restaurant. It was conveniently located near the motorway, ideal for those passing through on a longer journey. The local area is not very nice. Not convenient for central Paris either. Opposite a big mosque which is quite busy.
place nearby autoway
very clean, very nice staff AC didn't work and couldn't open a window. It was very hot during the day in there
Nice and quite, parking available!!! Employees don't really speak english - not really frindly
Good breakfast, room clean, staff helpfull, good Novotel standard, working free wireless. No wall plugs at working desk, not working shaver plug in the bathroom.
I havebooked the hotel with non-smoking facilities and we have provided with a smoking room. Since we are having children it was not convenient for us.
the breakfast must be much better. They can nor speak English well enough, almost nothing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful — I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the bar meals that I had.
Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We were four couples using four rooms. we were travelling on four motorbikes and parking was very easy and secure. The bed comy and bedding and towels spotless this was the same for each room. Breakfast really nice although a little expensive at 13.00 euros each We were a little confused with the price of the breakfast. We had understood it to be 7 euros - which it would have been, had we sat and had a croissant and coffee at the bar - this was never pointed out to us, and as three of the eight in our group had only coffee and croissant it proved to be expensive.
Had good service from the staff. The shuttle service is very good too. The furniture in the room is very old , blankets and carpets are dirty
Close to the airport. Nice shuttle service. Cosy restaurant. Many rooms are without any view, which is OK if you spend one NIGHT. No Room Service available.
breakfast buffet quite poor
Hotel is closed the airport. The bed, too small.
the location is very convenient to airport....we ate dinner there and the food was very good....freee shuttle to airport water leaked onto the floor during shower
the restaurant was ok the reception staff was uncommercial people.
The position and the staff Maybe a little expensive for the given facilities
mveryy good no
Proximity to Orly Aeroport, despite this there was no disturbance from aircraft noise. Not a great deal of character to the hotel, however it is very functional. Better map of the surrounding road system would help, this was the first time I have used Orly Aeroport and the road system is quite complicated.
Very helpful staff. On check-in managed to change our rooms from doubles to twins with minimum of fuss. Very attractive location by the River Marne. Difficult to get to via car due to one-way system and lack of parking before getting access to the car-park.
People who works on reseption don`t speak english at all!
Not so big hotel, on very nice place on the bank of Marna river. Very good and profesional staff. I'll use this hotel again when I'll be in Paris.
The room provided excellent view to the river Marne. Public transportation between the hotel and Paris city center was very good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The heating system did not work in one of our rooms. There were no hangers in the bathroom. The wireless internet did not work.
lack of directions from motway and railway station
The location. The rooms are tiny.
The front desk was open and staffed 24 hours a day as well as they were all proficient English speakers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt. with a huge walkout veranda, full kitchen, and dining/living room, definitely enough room for our family of 5 to stretch out after a long day. The hotel offered free parking and even allowed us to keep our car parked in their garage after we checked out on the last day of our vacation while we made one last trip into Paris. The metro station is a about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but the front desk offered an easy to read map to guide us. As a family, we felt very safe walking from the metro to the hotel at 2:00 AM. The hotel does not have a restaurant. The room we stayed could use a little updating, but otherwise clean.
Big room for children and very helpfull staff
The staff spoke English and was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. I liked having a place that felt like a home away from home. It was nice having an apartment with a kitchen rather than just a hotel room. The free indoor parking garage was also a plus. It was convenient to the grocery store and bus line. Poor wi-fi service. Elevator wasn't working the day we left and we had to carry our luggage down from the second floor.
The Royal Regency is ideally placed, easy walking distance to bus stops and Metros with easy access to the city centre but out of the hustle and bustle of the big city in a more sleepy suburb. Lots of supermarkets and pastry shops to chose from and a nice little market. The facilities in the room were good and you are provided with all the equipment to cook and produce your own meals, nice big fridge, microwave, hob and dishwasher. We will definately use the Royal Regency again should we visit Paris on another occasion.
excellent secure car parking. Lovely appartment extremely clean and comfortable very good value for money. I wish we had been staying longer than one night. I left my cardigan in the wardrobe and didnt have it returned.
had what we needed in apt too far from metro stop
staff was great
The pick up service from the airport worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. an ideal resting place at the end of a long flight.
Close to the airport. Nothing fancy but just what I needed for a decent price. They did not have a free baby cot as it appears on the reservation. They propose to rent a room with an extra bed for 10 Euros more.
I loved its quite environment and the on time shuttle bus to tha airport.
Location near Orly and excellent restaurant. Receptionist very kind.
The breakfast was excellent Mix up over the free transport from the airport, which didn't materialise. Public areas of the hotel were very tired and grimy (carpets stained and badly need replacing; not a very good first impression! ) But the room itself was clean and tidy.
The Hotel is very well located in respect to the Orly airport. The Hotel is friendly and efficient, the transfer to the Airport works also very well. Rooms are very clean and modernly decorated. If you need an Hotel to stay between flights for example this is an excellent choice.
Nothing Dirty...dirty ditry. Not even worth a 1 star
Reasonably close to airport
Good shuttle sirvice and very very good resturant 1 min froom the hotel!
exellent location, half-way between paris and disneyland. nice food.
not good breakfast(no alternatives, too poor), Although the reservation was for 2 single beds the room had 1 double
There was no free wifi serviece
I found this hotel to be more of a business hotel with all the surrounding area made up of commercial buildings and purely businesses. There was nothing around the area for families with children to do You had to travel by RER to get to places of interest for families. We were advised on arriving that breakfast was between 7 am and 11 am.
Close (walking distance) to shopping mall (Arcade) and train station. No kettle in the room. Difficult to prepare milk for baby, need to ask for hot water from reception, not convenient if necessity arises during night time.
design is very good. Staff is polite. The only issue to complain is the unsecured car park. CCTV must be installed
Its location is ideal for a visit to the city or to the exhibition centre which is 20mins by car. Breakfast is not included in the price and is expensive, there are few facitities in the hotel for clients to relax.
good staff room was too hot
