Pros (+) Appreciated having a room with a refrigerator, although the freezer compartment was too small for anything except ice trays and TV dinners. I like cold juice, so the regular compartment was fine for this purpose. I would make sure I have a room with a small refrigerator the next time, too.
Cons (-) Had to ask the staff to turn off an alarm clock in the neighboring, unoccupied room. The alarm sounded loudly at 6AM through the wall. The staff turned off the alarm for the following night. Thank you!

Pros (+) Not only was this hotel pet friendly, they were people friendly. Pool and spa open 24/7. The Grandkids, grown kids, and adults all had a wonderful time. The breakfast was very enjoyable and happily included eggs with ham and cheese.
Cons (-) The mattress could use a memory foam topper. Other than that everything was great.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Clean. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) There was a big snowstorm in the area that kept messing up the satellite signal on the direct TV.

Cons (-) They totally messed up the billing and I still haven't got it straightened out.

Pros (+) Very friendly and accommodating staff. Set breakfast out for us early and made sure we had a ride to the airport for our early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons (-) It was a little pricey, since we were only there for about 5 hours. But everything else was fantastic.
