Pros: Everything. Bernd, his charming wife Anna en his sweet mother are perfect hosts! They don’t ‘welcome you at the reception’, it feels like the open the door of their house for you. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is superb, the atmosphere is unique. An absolute MUST when you are in the neighbourhood!!
Pros: The personnel and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and most of all everything was clean. Ratio of price and facilities are very good and i don't hesitate to suggest this property for your staying.
Pros: Super friendly! Excellent location for walking, biking and exploring. Really helpful to be provided with regional information and public transportation tickets upon arrival. We definitely want to return!
Pros: Beautiful contemporary renovated rooms and apartments
Cons: I did not read their confirmation mail with indications how to get there
Pros: Travelling by bicycle, what a gem of a find! Everything you could ask for: super-friendly reception, English spoken, welcome drink, bike storage and a comfortable room. And, to make the start to another day of riding as good as the previous one ended: a wonderful breakfast spread the next morning!
Pros: Location, large rooms.
Cons: Beds were a bit short.

Pros: Wonderful friendly and helpful owners. The apartment was big and comfortable. Large TVs. Daily home-made cookies and fruits. Welcome drinks.
Pros: Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, good location, warm rooms with all the appliances one can hope for, great value for money and even free home-made cookies.
Cons: The only thing that could be a little bit better was Wi-Fi connection - it was sufficient for surfing but not really strong enough for seamless video streaming.
Pros: Our second stay at the Ferienwohnungen Parth was as fabulous as the first one (see my first review from January 2018). Great location in the middle of the valley, close to everything, all the amenities one can hope for and great helpful and welcoming owner. Everything is getting only better.
Cons: Absolutely nothing we didn't like and just one oddity - white pepper that we found in saltshaker instead of salt. Probably a mistake of practical joke of one of the previous guests.
Pros: We travelled with a dog and the hosts were very hospitable, friendly and very helpful with any details if you need. The whole stay was filled with comfy details, delicious homemade cookies, welcome drinks. Location was in peaceful village, we stayed in big apartment with balcony, had a splendid view to the mountains. Lasa is an ancient village with mountain river. Very close by you can travel to ski and spa resorts, visit ancient villages and castles. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Pros: The hosts are very nice, the appartment is big, nice, clean and well-siuated in a calm environment.

Cons: Room/balcony on noisy road, but then I came to drive that road especially myself as well.

Pros: Everything staff really nice clean room facilities reall good.
Cons: Stay was to short
Pros: Very nice hotel, perfect foot, amazing wellnes.
Pros: Spa is very nice.
Cons: Team is very unflexible, no real service attitude, didn't get a nice dinner because we went in the restaurant at 8.15 pm but already done and then they charged us the same price for the main dish and cheese like taking the whole menue, they earn enough money and don't take care about their single guests anymore
Pros: The staff was the best!!

Cons: It's located in an industrial area far from restaurants or a city centre. It was still relatively quiet.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Various choices of food and fruit. Overall, very satifsfied
Cons: The sauna operating times were not ideal as we felt a closing time of 19:30 was too early
Pros: We had a great time and the dinners were amazing.
Cons: The beds could have been softer and the swimming pool could have been a bit more heated for small children.
With a stay at Hotel Goldene Rose in Silandro, you'll be steps from Vinschgau Valley and Ortler Ski Arena. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Everything perfect. Location right in the middle of the main street but no sound in the rooms.
Cons: Passengers by car are a bit tricky to access because they have to drive to an area where only a foot can walk.
Pros: Both the room and the bathroom were generously sized; newly and very tastefully renovated. Bed extra comfortable with a choice of pillows, a first for the three weeks we were travelling. Staff extra helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant in the hotel. Hotel located in a pedestrian zone but not a problem for unloading and parking
Cons: Did not like the fact that not a single staff member could be reached on their day off (Sunday). TV malfunctioned and we could not find a way to turn it off. Internet also impossible in our hotel room, however, worked great in the lounge and restaurant area.
Pros: They went the extra mile for guests.
Pros: Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. We had always our table reserved outside to enjoy the warm weather.Great food and wine, great location for exploring, mountain walking and sightseeing. On Sunday, when the restaurant is closed they booked (luckily) a table in a different place nearby for us. We made use of the Vinschgau card, which allowed us to use the train in the valley (very useful if hiking) and gives discounts to entries etc. Our room was spacious with a balcony, nice to rest there after strenuous mountain hikes.
Cons: Parking around the corner of the hotel was a bit adventurous as we had to drive through the pedestrian area (very carefully, but its permitted for guests) The bathroom lights were a bit to dim for my liking

Pros: The swimming pools were great for relaxing in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good and everywhere was clean.
Pros: Nice indoor and outdoor pools, good parking, good WiFi. A good base from which to explore the beautiful region (although located within town so view from my room was not spectacular). Room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom with modern fixtures.
Cons: Food was abundant at breakfast and dinner, but the quality was just fair. No air conditioning.
Pros: Everything was great! A very warm welcome, great and attentive staff, nice and big rooms, lovely swimmingpools, fabulous food! One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed.
Pros: Staff service was of a high level that you don't see around much. Room was comfortable and the mountain view when waking up is stunning (see picture). The spa is superb. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The bar has some nice cocktails, a great list of whisky's/scotch and the wine selection is extensive. We stayed for only 2 nights but we really enjoyed it and will definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Loved the food and especially the use of local produce in the sumptuous 5 course dinners. The location was perfect for hiking in the mountains - only a few minutes from the head of the valley and some trails started from the hotel door. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Check-in and check-out were both rather idiosyncratic and slow. Best not to be in a rush! However, we did get delicious fresh local strawberries and cream whilst we waited to check in which was much appreciated.
Pros: We booked for two nights and since we liked the valley, the accomodation and the restaurant so much , we stayed for three more nights. We loved the kindness and the hiking suggestions of Alexander . After the first two nights we asked to move in one of the renovated rooms on the side of the stream (room 17) with a big patio and it was like being outside immersed in nature with the background sound of the nearby stream. At breakfast homemade bread and apricot jam was delicious and local cheese. The restaurant serves delightful meals with local products. We also enjoyed the presence of the Olympic National biathlon team that spends in this hotel a whole month! We could park for free everywhere in the Valley with their special card which was very nice and convenient . On the day we moved to our new room, we were surprised to return from breakfast and find that all our still unpaked luggage that we had left in the previous room had been transferred with the outmost precision as in a Sherlock Holmes movie , just amazing !!
Cons: we booked a room with mountain views but indeed there are mountains everywhere. What we did not like is that our first room with a small balcony , was facing the road and we found annoying to hear the noice of passing-by cars even if they are not that many especially in weekdays.
Pros: Food is outstanding, location is perfect, staff are attentive and welcoming. Erica and Alexander are perfect hosts. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the dinners are superbly cooked, well presented with excellent wine choices. It was a pleasure to be there again; our second visit to this beautiful valley and special hotel.
Pros: - team is very good - soundproofing - good breakfast
Cons: No information about wi-fi etc in the room. In the toilet was no hanger for towel.

Pros: Super clean, many facilities including great swimming pool. Quiet and amazing location. Staff super helpful, we followed all recimmendations for an ideal stay
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Appartments are clean. Sauna and waterpool are really the biggest advantages + nice view from the window. Very warm (good heating)
Cons: WiFi was not working in all rooms. Last day it was not worked at all. The owner (old guy) is not the most polite guy with poor English. He charged our friends almost 50% more that they took 1 additional child (5 people instead 4) even they warned him before arriving that they will be 5 people. In kitchen there are no any cleaning things, sugar, salt, paper tissues, so please buy before arriving.
Pros: Nice room & swimming pool facility
Cons: The owner declined to provide an additional bed for a kid, but offered to take a bigger room. This was great, but cost us 50% more than original price :( Very dissapointing.
Pros: Welness center was nice. Location is good if you come to ski in biathlon center Martell. Big bed
Cons: No washing machine in the apartment. We had wifi only on last day of our stay. Dog cost 12€ per night.

Best Rooms in Laas
Overlooking the Vinschgau Valley, the Untertelshof is a working farm with a relaxing sun terrace. It offers Alpine-style apartments with Dolomite Mountains views and satellite TV. Apartments at the Untertelshof all have direct access to the garden. Each comes with a kitchenette and living area, together with a hairdryer in the bathroom. Guests can buy farm produce on site, such as eggs, milk, ham and honey. The Wattles ski slopes are 15 km from the property. Merano is a 45-minute drive away.
Pros: Breathtaking view, one of the best stay of my life
Pros: Brilliant hosts, friendly and communicative. Do have the breakfast basket, it's awesome - fresh produce at a very reasonable price! The location is just stunning - secluded high up.the mountain, awesome views of the valley and the Ortler group opposite. The apartment itself features a fully equipped kitchen and more than enough space. For our linking the mattresses were a bit on the soft side, but that's a very minor point. We will be back!
Cons: Note of caution: the place is at 1480m, so if you're on bike (as we were) you will need to save some energy to get up there (great hill climbing training though!). The location is actually a big plus of the property though - breathtaking views!
Pros: We are not finished with our trip, but we already think nothing will outshine Untertelshof as the best place we are staying in Europe. The room is basic, comfortable, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and beautiful. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
Cons: There is nothing we could say we didn't like about this place.
Pros: Very nice quiet place! really height in the mountains. Very clean and comfortable. We could use garage for our motorcycles over the night. The view from the property is amazing!
Cons: quite fare from nearest restaurants or shops. (about 6 km)
Pros: The best host and good views of the valley. Worth the drive up from the valley
Pros: Elke is very friendly and helpful full apartment- very clean...lots of room had an excellent sleep...quiet and cozy beautiful view and property language barrier easy to overcome with google... fresh farm eggs and bacon...also coffee to brew and milk · The drive is a necessary "evil" to get the fabulous view and mountain air... glad we had more than one GPS... go with the booking.com coordinates only off slightly near the end... follow the signs to Untertelshof... also at the VERY end, go all the way up the hill until you see the building on the right hand side. Also, point of clarification...they had bacon not ham
Cons: leaving-we stayed only 1 night
Pros: - Very good price-quality relationship - Very clean apartment with everything you need - Comfortable beds and bathroom - Very friendly hostess (only speaks German or Italian). We arrived pretty late and the host already heated our room and she was waiting upon our arrival - Outstanding view from the apartment over the Vintschgau area (you can even see part of the Stelvio pass) - Very quit surroundings
Cons: - You need a car to visit the location (be careful after sunset due to small mountain roads). - Small mountain roads to reach the location (about 20 minutes from the main road in the valley). - No supermarket near the location, so you have to go a village in the valley.
Pros: The view from courtyard.
Cons: It is not a dislike, but only a notice for other future guests: it should be better explained both ways to get the house. The way from Schluderns/Sluderno is shorter and easier, the other one from Laas/Lasa is longer and more difficult. Both on narrow streets. It is a lot to climb up by car (or bicycle).
Pros: View to the mountains.
Cons: Long and winding approach - but very well signposted. Did not take credit card.
Pros: Coolest vews, you are do not need skylifts, just live a couple of days here)
