9.5 Excellent
Cons: Just sweet things for breakfast. Very good but all sweet.
6.8 Good
Pros: It had a swimming pool and a restaurant with a terrace. The patron was helpful and friendly. OK and good value dinner.
Cons: The climb upstairs, it’s datedness, the floor and bed sloped. Not v good noise insulation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value breakfast. Good position
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Host was very accommodating considering I arrived in the middle of a torrential down pour on a motorcycle & dripped on his bar room floor. Despite some difficulties in communicating in English, nothing was too much trouble for him & we managed fine. Restaurant offered a reasonable choice & the quality of my meal (soup, duck, local cheeses) was excellent
Cons: The room was "functional" but it was clean & secure & the shower was hot. There was only one power socket available which was too close to the floor to get a phone charger in.
7.0 Good
Pros: Really good restaurant with a decent range of menu choices.
Cons: Missing shampoo and soap. I had to remind to exchange towels.

Pros: Beautiful hotel at the inside - rather a surprise, as you wouldn't say it from the outside. Large, comfortable room. Friendly people; excellent dinner.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very interesting old hotel and the manager was very helpful, great log fire in the lounge in the evening. Breakfast very good.
Cons: No parking available so motorbikes left over the road in the church grounds. Steps in the room down from the corridor and up to the bathroom - unavoidable in such an old building but tricky to negotiate in the dark!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a characterful, old coaching inn in the centre of Lacaune. The staff are welcoming. Our room was comfortable, with an impressive en-suite bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good., We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. Great walking in the surrounding hills.
Cons: Although the hotel proved willing to provide non-meat options, the dinner menus reflected Lacaune's pride in being a centre of the charcuterie trade!
