Pros: Everything about this venue was top class, after a long days travelling it was lovely to be welcomed by friendly faces who could not be more accommodating. If your looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life do spend a few days here as this location is perfect for friends and family to reconnect. Breakfast was amazing and again nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.
Cons: Could not find a single fault.
Pros: The large bedroom with sitting area . The wonderful breakfast. Our host went out of their way to make us feel at home. The fantastic out door swimming pool set in a very large private garden. There was nothing that we needed.
Cons: There's a little traffic noise , but we quickly got use to it.
Pros: We loved everything about our stay.Keith and Margaret made us very welcome The breakfast was superb and the accommodation was spotless.
Cons: Everything was was fine.
Pros: This is the second time that we have stayed at this wonderful little Bed and Breakfast with hosts Keith and Margaret, the cottage is very homely and spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding are first rate. Ladignac le long is in a beautiful part of the Limousin region and is a great place to stay if you are visiting, or house hunting in the area. There are lots of little nooks and crannies and places to sit and enjoy a beverage, and the outlook onto the swimming pool and vista beyond are spectacular. Breakfast is an unhurried affair, and you get lots of choice of freshly baked bread or croissants from the local baker, cereal, and things like fresh fruit, yoghurt or eggs. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, with extra biscuits if you fancy them. An outstanding place to stay!
Cons: As this was our second visit, I couldn’t find anything to dislike the first time, and I can’t find anything to dislike the second time.
Pros: everything Besutiful accommodation, excellent hospitality, healthy and hearty breakfasr.
Pros: The relaxed atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for the hosts Margaret and Keith. This was our second time we had stayed with them in a couple of weeks, we were in the area again looking to buy a property. Which this time was successful. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the garden is beautiful. They work incredibly hard to make sure guests are well looked after. We are looking forward to staying at La Vieille Porcherie again in September.
Cons: Nothing it is perfect
Pros: A lovely and peaceful place and great attention from hosts. Wonderful night in this sweet old typical French porcherie.
Pros: A lovely warm welcome, we were made to feel very much at home. Excellent accommodation and a splendid breakfast.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
Pros: You will not find a better chambre d'hote wherever you travel in the world. The owners are remarkable and kindness unlimited. The house is beautiful, the welcome amazing, the rooms are better than many five star hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast is superb and Margaret even cooked us some eggs in addition to the continental breakfast. 45 minutes from Limoges airport. Superb don't look any where else
Cons: Nothing. Our stay was faultless
Pros: A warm welcomed awaited us from the lovely owners when we arrived. We were house hunting in the area and Margaret and Keith offered us valueable advise. The property is beautiful and we had a perfect stay. We have made an offer on a property so we will hopefully be staying again at la Vieille Porcherie
