Pros: The room was very nice and clean. The reastaurant is cozy.
Cons: There wasn’t
Pros: I travelled to Lemgo for a mini military reunion with friends, I only stayed overnight but next time my wife can share the experience, I liked how the old part of the building was separated from the new, Warm clean and quiet. and no driving around the town, "I,ll BE BACK"
Pros: The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The coffee was great!
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious room in the new building. Very nice shower. Excellent breakfast in the beautiful, historic building.
Cons: Room 43: WiFi not stable. A light sewer smell can be sniffed at the toilet. The soap pump in the shower was empty. Also the next day not refilled, despite the fact that I have clearly signalled this. TV can hardly be turned, because the antenna cable is too short. The duvet is a bit too small.
Pros: Reception staff were excellent. Great location and very welcoming of our dog too.
Cons: The room wasn’t cleaned even though we asked and we tried to get a table early on Saturday evening in the restaurant but were abruptly told that there was no availability. Appreciate that hotel restaurants can get booked but we were not made aware that booking would be required.

With a stay at BSW - Hotel Villa Dürkopp in Bad Salzuflen, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Gradierwerken and Kurpark. Featured amenities include an elevator and lockers. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The waiter (and later barkeeper) was great! Only because of him did we not rate the property just bad - which otherwise it was. And it is only of him that we rated the 'staff' positive, because the reception lady was not pleasant at all.
Cons: The place (the hotel section) looks and - most importantly - smells like a hospital. We were in what's called the Garden House, which was already bad enough - what we could see from looking through the windows of the main hotel building it gave me the willies. It looks like a hospice. Parking was another problem. They only offer buffet food. Even so it was ok, I don't like dinner buffets but rather want to have a menu selection served to me. The Garden House has no elevator (we could find) so we were forced to carry our own luggage very tight stairways for two floors. Mind that I am nearly 70 and have bad knees. We understand that in such 'Bad' cities many guests are indeed health and treatment seeking older/ill people. Nothing wrong with this. So I blame booking.com for not pointing out that this would be such type of hospital-hotel rather than one for business people (like us), or for families,....
Located in Lage, Zimmervermietung Reichert is within a 15-minute drive of Princely Residence Castle Detmold and Lipperlandhalle. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This place deserves to succeed. It appears to be a commercial office building that has been converted into accommodation. And they have done an amazing job. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is excellent and you even get to use a fully equipped kitchen area with tea and coffee. The remote check-in arrangement with a key safe works really well, so you don't have any issues if you arrive late. Overall, this is a much better option than a traditional business hotel and I'd definitely stay here again.
Cons: My only niggle is the location. It is a bit of a detour from the motorway (I was travelling from Prague to Hoek van Holland) but on balance it is probably worth it. I'd also like them to be clearer about where you *can* park. I left my car at the front of the building, but I knew I was going to be leaving before 8am when people might turn up and start complaining.
Pros: easy check in and out. parking space
Cons: the room was extremely cold, and the heater was not working properly, even though the gage was max but still not warm enough. so i had to suffer with cold during the night. except that all good.
Pros: Clean and quiet, totally renewed, ideal for low budget business journeys. Good value for money, good bed and bathroom
Cons: smell from the bathroom
Pros: Clean and quiet, totally renewed, ideal for low budget business journeys. Good value for money, good bed and bathroom
Cons: smell from the bathroom
Pros: Use of kitchen was a good addition.
Pros: Clean and quiet, totally renewed, ideal for low budget business journeys. Good value for money, bed and bathroom.
Cons: Smell in the bathroom

Pros: Good central location. Clean and comfy room with plenty of space. Good breakfast buffet selection, and available to 11:30. Adequate wi-fi , but may struggle to complete any work with speed. Friendly, helpful staff. Car park on site. Or 10 min walk from the station. Reasonable price.
Cons: Slow to replenish breakfast items. First day no croissants, second day no bacon. It seems that safes have been removed from rooms. Definitely had one on previous visit. Bar not open late, probably as the front desk is now unmanned after 10pm.
Pros: Breakfast is perfect.
Pros: Great breakfast with a huge selection. Walking distance to the town centre. Large comfortable room with free wi-fi and even a tablet to use!
Pros: Top breakfast!!!!! Did not eat for days afterwards!
Cons: We should have stayed longer
Pros: Great location, and Staff
Cons: house keeping forgets to clean room weeds growing on room terrace TV channels need maintanance breakfast overpriced
Pros: very nice hotel with the little poll, good location, clean room, wonderful breakfast!!
Pros: The hotel is located right next to the old town. Everything was wonderful. The rooms very comfortable, clean, bathroom very new and clean. I have to say that the breakfast was the best I have seen for a while. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast. And I am usually fussy. But this one deserves 5 out of5!

This friendly family-run hotel offers you warm hospitality and a wholesome, refreshing atmosphere under the Frisian thatched roof (in German: Ried) which gives the hotel its name. The hotel is a pleasant place to stay in this spa town. It boasts a comfortable lounge with an open fireplace, as well as a sunny terrace where you can while the hours away in some comfort. There is a seminar room which is ideal for holding business conferences.
Pros: Our trip was a return in the past, as my friend was going there 60 years ago with her parents, when the hotel was just built ... and (surprisingly for me) it turned out to be a very good surprise ! Very nice place, very clean, super comfortable room, bed and pillows, perfect bathroom with rain shower, very varied breakfast, correct choice for diner ... And a very nice village (2 km away, need a car though). A very nice experience.
Cons: The staff was very friendly but unfortunatelly not speaking at all English (or French) - fortunatelly we new some basic words of German.
Pros: Very friendly staff Excellent food - good breakfast Clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: Room under the roof with no direct outside view - room present but to high to have access The room was well very cheap so I found this acceptable and dit not ask for a change. No airconditioning - could be a problem in the summer
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent Tagesmenu !
With a stay at Hotel Römerbad in Bad Salzuflen, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Kurpark and Gradierwerken. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Although I arriverd quite late, there was a very warm welkom and a parking space reserved for me. Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Good choice for breakfast and a lunch package for the journey home. A hotel to recommend!
Pros: Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast good.
Cons: Receptionist did not sprał english bit we managed to comunicate
Cons: The beds was a bit hard, Could wish for more pillows
This charming hotel is set in Bad Salzuflen. With a small number of only 9, this property is very convenient for a quiet stay. This is not a pet-friendly accommodation.
Pros: We had a very comfortable stay at Villa Holstein. The room and bathroom facilities were excellent, standard of cleanliness excellent and the breakfast room bright and food choice plentiful. Although we asked for a quiet room, our room gave onto quite a busy street at the front of the property, but, as it happened, we didn't seem to be too disturbed by passing traffic. We slept very well.
Cons: Everything was absolutely fine. Just a mention, however, that parking is on the street outside the Villa, and it would be first come, first served for a parking place. We had no problem with this, as we always got parked. However, in high season, this could mean a longer walk than wished for to the Hotel. On our departure, we were told that there was a separate (attached?) parking area which we could have used, so parking shouldn't pose a problem. Secondly, there are steep steps up to the Hotel and steps up to the rooms on the 2nd floor. For anyone with mobility issues, this might prove challenging. They did not pose a problem for us.
Pros: The hostess was extremely helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations with regard to the locality.
Cons: We understand that it is typical on the European continent, but a double bed, rather than two singles pushed together would have been preferable.
Pros: The room was very clean. And all other rooms: restaurant, hallway etc, too. The villa itself was beautiful from the outside. The lodge was good located.
Cons: Please see my answers up.
With a stay at THEhotel at LIPPISCHER HOF in Bad Salzuflen, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Gradierwerken and Kurpark. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Amazing Breakfast!!!!
Cons: A bit too overpriced.
Pros: Excellent hotel. Staff & boss were perfectly nice. The waiter Andreas was outstanding!
Pros: Picturesque little hotel in Bad Salzufflen with a view over the pretty town. It was really nicely decorated and I felt very welcome here. Breakfast and the whole thing exceeded my expectations by far (and I travel a lot). I would come back here for a few days and spend my vacation here.
Pros: This is clearly not one of those seventies-style Thermen hotels that you find in many places in Germany. This hotel is modernised and aims for the younger public. In fact, the whole city can be recommended to people that don’t have grey hair yet. There’s quite a few nice restaurants (thank you Tripadvisor) and the Vitasol Thermen is definitely worth a visit! Also modernised, nice place to relax for a few hours!
Cons: Breakfast was nice but the warm buffet wasn’t really warm. Also, restocking of some of the breakfast items did not happen.
Cons: Deluxe room was average at best, no iron or trouser press. No Air conditioning and room was on the ground floor so was unable to open the window fully.
