Kids had fun at waterpark and Arcade. Not super crowded for a holiday weekend. Hotel is showing some wear. Had to wait twice at front desk despite no line. Also same in Arcade. It was like the staff didn't want to step up and help.
family loved the water park and the room was very comfortable. All the employees we came in contact with were awesome. Walking down a hall they would say hi and ask if there was anything they could help us with. We will return for another vacation.
There are a handful of different pool areas relatively close together which made it easy to keep the kids busy. They have kids activites throughout the day. Its within walking distance to restraunts and shopping! My main complaint was the room service. We had to ask for more pillows 3 times. There were also a crowd of adults hanging outside the rooms and deemed it appropriate to congest the hallway for hours and talk loudly until about midnight. Some furniture in the room was obviously broken. The lazy river is like 2 ft long.
The rooms were clean, spacious and updated. The waterpark was amazing and had several areas for my 3 and 2 year olds to have a great time. Higher priced but well worth it for our family! I couldn't believe they didn't have affordable breakfast options, a buffet would have to be worth the effort...
Loved all the different water activities for my 2 yr old. Thanks.
Great Wolf Lodge was a great family friendly hotel. My two year old daughter loved it!! Nothing really, maybe no sink in the bathroom but I'm being really picky.
It was a great experience. I really liked how all the water parks were connected together. As great as it was, I feel it was a bit over priced.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, got a good night's sleep. We will stay there again. Bathroom was a little too small
The breakfast was great. My son loved the pancake maker. The beds were very comfortable. To much chlorine in the pool
The staff was friendly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean and nice looking. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of our stay.
Clean and Quiet (off season) Plenty to do close by and at the hotel Nothing-great stay!
Suite was roomy and very clean. Hot tub for adults while children play on waterslides was nice. Pizza places close by for late night snacks. Will stay there in the future.
Booked 2 rooms through Kayak and had no issues. Could only list 4 adults and 4 kids, but adding 1 more adult was easy at the desk. Cost $20 per night to add the 9th person (Noah's Ark entry included). $40 for 2 nights is a steal considering Noah's Ark runs $39 a day! Facilities were decent and accommodated everyone well. Kids LOVED the indoor and outdoor pools!!! When we hit the rooms one toilet was slow to empty. Called the front desk and talked with the attendant. She was checking in a guest and would be right up (second floor, halfway down the building) when she finished. Within 10 minutes she had it plunged and working fine. Ice in the machine is "complentary" for guests. This being said, why should I not be able to fill my cooler?
Staff were so nice and the hotel was very clean. Price was a little high for what was included, but not a terrible deal.
Pool and location Booked it at $138 with Kayak got there and was told that my reservation was for 2 adults and I did book it at 4 people so had to pay $286 for the stay definitely not worth $286 at $138 it was a good deal. I think I am more disappointed at Kayak then the hotel for messing up my reservation.
