Several family members met there over Labor Day week-end. They denied some of our reservations. We had a confirmation number. Front desk said we screwed up. OK. Took rooms other than what we requested. Higher cost. Then they CHARGED the credit card for no shows (the so called no show shows were in the hotel!) Front desk said they could not take the charge off until after the holiday. Required payment for rooms used AND rooms they would not let us have. Perhaps a big mistake. Tried to work it out. The manager came to the office but refused to come out to talk with us. Desk clerk said he was too busy (for over 2 hours he was too busy). The credit for the phantom rooms was eventually issued. Desk said call guest services. Called Hampton Guest services. They said they were required to refer me to - you guessed it - the manager of the hotel. IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW GOOD THE BED IS IF THEY SCREW UP YOUR RESERVATIONS AND PLAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. Never had to complain about a Hampton before. Was blown away to find out they refer you back to people who refused to talk with you when you were standing in their lobby.
I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff was very freindly. The rooms were spacious. We just loved it. The floors were all carpet. It was very secure. Great pool for kids, not too big. But nice for adults too.
WHEN I BOOKED THIS ROOM I MADE SURE THAT I COULD GET A ROLL AWAY BED, WELL WHEN I ARRIVED I ASKED THE MANAGER AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE. I REALLY DONT THINK HE EVEN LOOKED. THE ROOM WAS GREAT BIG BATHROOM, VERY CLEAN, HOWEVER, WE WERE ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND WE COULD HEAR EVERY THING THE PEOPLE ON THE THIRD FLOOR WAS DOING. SO I SUGGEST IF YOU STAY HERE YOU GET THE THIRD FLOOR.
I thought the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. I felt safe staying here alone.
Sparkling clean, comfortable, friendly staff, scrumptious food, can't wait to return, won't even consider staying anywhere else in the area!
We stayed here as a stopover on our way to Sarasota, Florida. The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and we would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again.\n\nThe free breakfast was standard and food was replenished quickly. The wireless high speed internet was also nice.\n\nI would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Excelent Hotel, we went to Disney World and we needed a place to stay one night to rest. This was a clean and comfortable Hotel. One thing that we missed in our room was a small refrigerator. The breakfast was excellent.
The check in was quick, staff friendly, room was clean, even smelling fresh. I was most impressed after walking the Park with the kids for 12hrs to find a clean, soft, white new hampton Bed. I slept great knowing I could see and feel the sheet and covers were CLEAN! The tub was clean too! It is 2 min walk to Cracker Barral which was GREAT!
Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very pleasurable. The beds were the best feature of our room. They were so soft! The room smelled so clean and the housekeeping was great.
Let me just start by saying we are very pleased with our stay here. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was just perfect for our tastes. The breakfast bar left much to be desired though. Not really a full hot breakfast like we expected.
We absolutely loved our stay here! All four kids had agreat time, the rooms were scrupulously clean, the staff extremely courteous. The atrium soothing, the pool was a little small, but still enjoyable. Can't wait to stay here again!

Location, nice staff The breakfast was suppose to be from 6am to 9am nothing was ready till 8am.
the price breakfast. Mananger not avalable.
A view of the woods. My bed made a lot of noise. Woke me up during the night several times. I guess the springs were broken. When I woke up in the morning I discovered the hair dryer was broken. The breakfast was the worst of my entire trip.
N\a Hotel keys was deactivating every few hours and had to keep going back and fwds to the front counter. Some of the light bulbs in room were blown. No iron or ironing board, which u booked a deluxe room so it would have both. No hot water for showering.
Location only. Because it was convenient to my mother's home. EVERYTHING! First, the room was half cleaned. The bed sheets were not straight and tight, there were bugs in the room, and to top it all off, the cleaning staff stole my Bluetooth earplugs. I am 100% sure of where I left them & the room wasn't rented.
Pool way smaller than featured on website, tv's coke in very staticy and only got 4 channels to actually work, staff terrible charged my card twice and could not give discount bc they shut down pool, even though nothing was wrong with pool. Terrible......
Location This hotel is extremely filthy and outdated.
Location, room and staff.and breakfast. Have nothing that I can think of
Location to our desitnation Was not clean, had coke bottles in the window seal upon arrival and no clean towels the next day for our 2nd day stay.
Not enough parking in hotel area
Shower was not clean
Enjoyed the pool rooms were clean staff was great they also provide kickback dinner with 3 adult beverages None
The breakfast in the morning is something that I always look for in the places I stay. Some of the most recent places I have stayed only provided pastries, cereal, and muffins. While Drury provided a great selection of food and beverages. I only stayed one night but one thing I don't care for is seeing people sitting loiter in the front of the hotel drinking alcohol with moderately loud music playing. There should be a place designated for that just like with smoking.
Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was just mediocre, limited choices and everything was cold. This was just a place to sleep overnight. This was my first stay at a Drury Inn ,but, I will never stay here again. Just not what I expected for the price.
Best hotel in Valdosta!!!!!
Top notch facility Quiet Well-run Great staff Best hotel ever!
Loved staff, very helpful. Checked in very late *4am) with 3 small children by myself and front desk offered to help. Would recommend to anyone. Very easy to get to from interstate. Awesome breakfast. Check in/out easy No fan in bathroom. We like white noise when we sleep
Good overnight stay at great value.
Very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for sure. I was happy with everything.
The price was good for what I needed. The walls were very thin. Could hear kids running above us. Also could hear loud talking coming from another room.
The rooms are really diirty, our sheets had not been changed an there were pubic hairs on the sheets.
Indoor pool Elevator inspection card had been removed from security case and badly written over to 2016. Everyday of my 4 night stay I had to get a new key and/or have the locked work on. Eggs were discs of unknown origin tinted yellow. Danish was ok.
Very nice and clean for the price Bed was a bit hard but that could just be me
The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, not spotless but clean!! The rooms are old but you can tell they are in the process of updating them. We didn't hear a lot of noise and we felt safe. I have paid almost twice as much for similar or even worse accommodations. I don't have a complaint, but a complimentary breakfast would be nice!! There are plenty of nearby restaurants to grab breakfast at but it would be a nice touch!!
The lounge and breakfast The room didn't feel fresh. Shot of air freshener would resolve.
This was the best stay so far in Valdosta! The beds were comfortable. The price was good.
Great mattress, bedding. Quiet. Toiletry items, towels from former guest still in shower! That was yucky but not a deal breaker.
This is the first hotel I've stayed at that had great water pressure in the shower! Considering where I had just come from, I was extremely grateful for the comfy bed, a TV, a/c, and a working shower! One of the best overnight stays I've had in quite some time.
I was not even there for 24 hours as it was a road-trip stop. But I received a good welcome and had no need to ask for anything. Free cookie too! Everything was just what I had expected and the pool area was clean and tidy. The overall impression I got in the short time I was there was efficiency and a nice ambience. I would stay again.
Friendly staff, good breakfast A/C very noisy
Room smelled like cigarettes, burn spots on the carpet.
Location Not everything was as advertised. No Pool. No breakfast. Registered 4 people, only had towels for 2.
Staffs are friendly
The location was perfect. Weekend was my birthday. Girlfriends and I celebrated. Had a wonderful stay in Lake Park The sheets on the bed, had holes in them. Worn out
You need to remove this hotel from your list. This place is a flop!
From the outside, this hotel looked very neat and clean. The room was not very clean, furniture was broken. There were hardly any of the normal amenities: no shampoo or anything besides soap; no in-room coffee maker; there were only 2 towels in the room. Very basic. 1 star at best.
it had a bed it had the bear minin
NOTHING! Awful!!!! Dead ants eveywhere, cockroaches on the walls, floor looked like it had not ever been vacuumed and the shower didn't work. Were told that was the only room available and no refunds.
Super friendly staff, left my phone in the rim and they kept it at the front desk for me until I could pick it up. VERY clean rooms, comfortable. Loved the decor. Very modern and updated from most hotels that aren't labeled "luxury". I would stay here again, no question, especially for the price.
Several cars broken into Christmas night.
Close to interstate and easy acess. Pet friendly but not great potty areas. Friendly staff. The room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. The water coming out of the faucet smelled like sewage.
Close to the interstate. Stayed just one night. There was a roach on the shower curtain and one on the outside of the bathroom door and a dead spider in the toilet. Halls smelled smusty. Very expensive for just one night stay. Family members stayed in Orlando for $35/night and room was way cleaner.
Easy to find, very friendly. The breakfast was a serious disappointed.
Room and bathroom were nice. It would have been a great stay if it werent for the bug running around thd night table. We were concerned it was a bedbug since it looked similar to one
Everything except the noise late at night. Sounded like a party going on somewhere which kept us wake. It finally subsided (I'm guessing the hotel staff interceded?).
Comfy bed with amazing pillows Kids in above room jumping around
Too little to mention. Too much to list.
Clean and comfortable Noisy refrigerator and the air conditioning didn't work. I was tired and it was late. I'm sure if I would have asked for a new room, they would have given me one.
We booked at the last moment and was surprised to get a complimentary upgrade to suite. The room was overall clean, the staff were all extremely friendly. The pool was a nice addition. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant experience. There were 3 hot items offered (the day of our stay included scrambled eggs, smoked sausage and potatoes). The coffee was delicious, snd i highly recommend the robust coffee. The location is very close to Walmart and many restaurants. It is also one exit away from Wild Adventures, which is where we had spent our day. We typically stay at another hotel chain on our trips to the park, but wanted a better room without bugs. The Hampton Inn was about $25.00 more per night, but well worth it. The beds were nice and comfortable. There were some times the highway noise was loud, but we had a room overlooking the pool. If the noise bothers you, i would suggest asking for a room on the opposite side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we will stay here again in the future. The pullout couch bed had broken springs and wad not clean
Easy in/out, nice clean room, comfortable bed.
We randomly selected the Valdosta Hampton Inn on our way to Florida (we were moving). I just wanted to say that it was obviously well run and the staff was all about customer service. The room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was top notch.... I even tipped the staff at breakfast. Great place to stay. Nothing comes to mind.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They treated us well and made special arrangements for us just because we were Hilton Honors Members. I'd recommend this Hampton Inn to anybody.
We only stayed for one night, but the staff and room were nice. It is not far (7 miles) from our true reason for visiting Valdosta: Wild Adventures. At this point, I don't of anything that would deter me from returning.
Clean! Comfy. Kid friendly. Breakfast came out a little slow 4th of July weekend. Prep better for hi traffic.
Clean, comfortable Dogs are allowed here and the barking was pretty much constant into the night and starting up first thing in the morning, including a dog "disagreement" in the hallway between several of the stressed out creatures. I will never stay here again! If you value peace and quiet - avoid!
It was very clean! No
Dead cock roach in bathroom
Easy access of I75
Updated, like many of the hotels we've stayed in with Hilton Honors Mattress very soft. I asked if they were old, that what they seemed like.

Fenced in area in back of hotel for dogs. It was a bit pricey for what you received.
Very clean and nice staff Needs some updating and hot tube was Luke warm
The bed was so comfortable.
The beds were super comfy, which is important after driving for hours!
Friendly staff. No breakfast included. Room was overpriced for what it was.

Room was clean, parking was convenient, staff was very friendly and courteous. The hot breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again any time!
Everything EXCEPT the yippy damn dog (sounded like a Yorkie to me) that someone had in their room on the ground floor at the end of the building close to the office on the side facing the mall. This damn dog barked constantly - at what I have no clue. Worse yet, the owners did ABSOLUTELY noting to stop it. This is yet another reason why pets should be BANNED from hotels. Leave your damn dog in the car in a crate - where it belongs. The yippy damn dog.
Upon check in the young Lady was very courteous and tended to us immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.Great Price and Value. The door to our room was always open just a little. The locks worked fine but the door needed some adjustment.
Location. Lobby and breakfast area were excellent. Very please with the presentation of the breakfast bar. Everything wrapped, including the fruit. Room was musty smelling. Veneer had a huge chunk missing off the night stand. Table and chairs were very worn. Our blanket had several chunks of material missing from the satin band. Wondering what happened there. They simply need to do some updating of the rooms. It was clean, but...nothing like the Days Inn we stayed in the night before. Thank goodness it was only a one-night stay.
