The type of people that are there hanging constantly outside terrified me. Lots of Crackheads and people that use/sell drugs. It was a horrific experience i was scared of being robbed or worst. It also does not provide cleaning service until after two weeks and that was not hygenic. It however us in a good area close to lots of restaurants however the crowds of people are mostly drug addicts every where you turn in that area. It wouldve been better if they had asked the guests not to be in the front of the building loitering as its an immediate turn off and discourages other potential guests!

Everything, the staff were unprofessional. Gave me one key that didn’t work... the room only had one soap and two towels... I stayed in better motel than WoodSpring...never again with that creepy smell....ohhh by the way my lights keep turning on and off but it selft throughout the entire night...

It was clean and it felt secure being that you had to have a room key to gain access to the floors.
Upon walking into our floor, the smell of marijuana was palpable. This lingered the entire trip. Then, one of the staff members was VERY rude to us.

It was dirty noisy you could hear all the people in the other rooms homeless people out front police came three out of five days overall experience terrible. The manager would not refund any money stay away from that place
