The staff and the overall atmosphere.. The staff members took very good care of my needs.
The evening meal was not good.
The Staff was very very friendly
The pool and the spa were not available for use. Very dissappointed, as the it was advertised as them being available. All rooms on the second floor had signs on the door of 'wet paint'. Hmmm. Room was average. Did not like location of hotel.
The accomadations was magnificent. The location was perfect. The staff were courteous and informative. The hotel was clean!!! I supervisor housekeeping in a clincal setting and this hotel is well maintained. I will book this hotel again! Price was great!
Service, got stuck in a double bed.
Once we finally were put into a clean room, it was nice. Tastefully decorated, clean, moderately comfortable beds, good a/c.
Arrived 2pm, check in is 3pm. Informed that no rooms available. Came back at 5:30, checked in, sent to unmade room. Returned to front desk and again, second time, sent to an unmade room. 3rd time, made management check room, room was ready.
Theater close location to their casinos
There fact that they don't have free complimentary breakfast like 95% of them Holliday Inn Expeess
room was decent.
no shuttle bus to Casinos Golden Nugget or L'Auberge. Taxi wait was 30 minutes.Staff didn't let us check in until 3 pm, no exceptions. never been at hotel where this has happened. Checkout was firm at 12pm else we would get charged. staff was rude.
The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is close to the casinos.
There's nothing I didn't like.
Staff at front desk was very helpful and nice. Rooms were spacious.
housekeeping waking us up at 9:00am. With the AC running we did not hear them knocking but did hear when they tried to come in our room and the latch kept them out. Partly our fault for not putting the do not disturb sign out,9:00am is a little early
no free breakfast
The beds were awesome and the location was great!
There was mildew in my shower all over the curtain. The WiFi didn't work at all & once I made the manager aware of this he did not offer anything to fix our stay except change the shower curtain out on the day we were checking out. 3-Star FAIL!
nice location, newer facility
2nd night of stay keys were deactivated, beds not made, 2nd beds dirty bedding was sitting on the desk- bed unmade, had to get new linens from desk and make my own bed. no clean towels in room. manager didnt comp room nor ever send rewards card with point
Great location within 10 mins of casinos!!! Our room and bathroom were clean, and I really liked the restaurant/lounge area. I would give this hotel a higher star rating, as it does have extra amenities including the bar area AND room service!
One of the nicest, cleanest hotels we have stayed at!
Staff very friendly, hotel bar.
ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
BATHROOMS WERE TOO SMALL
The staff was extremely pleasant and worked as quickly as possible checking in guests. The treatment from them was by far the best thing about the hotel.
Room was not very clean....found too many random hairs in the bathroom and the sink was dirty.
The holyel was very clean and the staff was friendly.
The ultra high price we paid and only because it had an indoor pool that was NOT heated and a belligerent staff that kept putting us off for days.
It was close to the casinos.
BEDBUGS BEWARE!!! I have stayed here three times since January, first two trips were uneventful. Third time I was consumed by bed bugs, about 70 bites on right arm, 60 on left, also trunk and legs. Now I hope that any didn't hitch a ride home. :(
The outside and lobby was nice and the location was convienent.
The shower and bath tub were disgusting. I wouldn't even attempt to shower. It looks like they updated (painted) but left the tub and shower as is for the past 20 yrs.
Overall was it okay.
It was nice but the tub was dirty. Was expecting free complementary breakfast but it was not offered because of the restaurant. Overall it was ok.
The service was great. The employees were nice and made us feel welcome.
I asked for a late check out(really just one hour) Which would've really helped us out with our schedule but they told me they only do that for'rewards members'.I've done this countless times at other hotels but apparently Holiday Inn only values members
Friendly staff that happily accommodated my request to change rooms and check in early.
The king suite was very disappointing. The room was extremely dark and depressing, with only one small window in the bedroom down the hall. I have had more pleasant stays in s regular king room, at a lower cost.
Near a low income housing area that everyone kept telling me to watch out for
It was very clean
Front desk staff was rude. People had to wait for 2 hrs in the lobby for rooms to be cleaned but said housekeeping had a meeting. I don't understand why you would have a meeting during peak hours of 11am-3pm checkin. I will not return.
Nothing stood out special in this hotel.
Like I said above nothing special. It is supposed to be a 3 1/2 star hotel and it was not what I expected. Needs to be remodeled, the entrance was ver nice and newly updated but the room was run down and not what I expected.
I liked the room and the fact that it was close to shopping, eats, and casino. Check in was quick and easy. I hated that it was so noisy. You could hear even someone walking by your door. So privacy felt invaded and was made worse when we tried to relax.
This was my husband and my first childless getaway and we were rudely stormed in on. We lit a candle and a lady who lived next to the hotel seen and called and reported saying strange things so we got a very loud knock and in stormedmanager looking@stuff!
The hotel had a new and updated feel to it. The staff were generally helpful.
Very disappointed w/our room. On check in, the room number attributed to my invoice was changed and we were given room 101. Located right behind the elevator shaft, we could not sleep b/c of the constant noise. The wifi didn't work in our room either.
The bed was no more comfortable than a Motel 6. For a winning bid of $xxx plus tax and a room going for $xxx plus tax a night it's a big dissappointment. Cheap furnishings, small bathroom, small tub, 2 very small pillows on the King bed. Very odd.
The lobby was very nice
The rooms looked like rooms you would see in an old best western.
It was a nice hotel and staff was great.
I don't think I'll stay at this hotel as they have a policy apparently start knocking on doors to clean at 9 am I was only there over night and had to rudely tell them the 3rd time I'm try to get ready leave. Neve have I ever been so rudely rush before.
The Manager Rodney was very helpful
the smell of mold, wetness was gross for such a new place
It was close the casinos with an easy taxi ride. Breakfast was not offered, a bit downfall compared other properties. I have to rate the rooms poorly as we did not get ours serviced.
Safe,quiet neighborhood, free internet
Breakfast not included. Pet friendly - dog above our room exercised all night - running back and forth!
Just needed a place to stay for the night, but decided to get the best available. the price was way too high for what we got. Should have just got reg room, but was only 10$ less.
The food from the restaurant was very good. Front desk very friendly but didn't get my stuff back.
I travel with my own pillow and face cloths but hotel cleaning staff took my pillow case and face cloths even though neither one looks like the hotel linen except for color. Plus they had to look in my stuff to see the wash cloths. Won't stay here again
Two rooms were noticeably musty and humid. First room had malfunctioning and loud AC. No free breakfast. Curtains allow tons of light into bedroom. Heard neighbor's TV at 6am.
It was new and had a laundry room for guest.
No shuttle to Casino areas
The staff was very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. We are definitely looking forward to staying there again.
This was a nice property, very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly.
My stay was quite pleasant. The entire property is well maintained, clean, and pleasant. The bartender was as good as possible. Good service, good advice, well made drinks. Only two factors keep me from giving this an all star rating, both minor. First the restaurant did not have all the items on the menu. I was really looking forwarf to some Cajun food, but none available that night. Second, directions provided by front desk staff were inaccurrate. I would stay here again with pleasant anticipation
