Never got a chance to get a room. Waited 30 minutes along with another couple for receptionist to show up. When she finally did show up I got into a verbal confrontation with her and she threw me out. She had another man on the premise and got caught.
It was a good experience. Nice place to stay, will go again.
It would be great if they serve breakfast.
Dirty room. Toilet not flushing
No tissues and towels were like sandpaper
Location, staff was friendly, pool was clean, upgraded to a jacuzzi room, beds were fine
Dirty, no toilet paper, no shampoo in one room, one light was missing a lightbulb

The room that I am getting does not meet the description on the contract.Complain to the management , expect to get a credit back , until today no reply .
It was a good price
The room smelled, the rug was not vacuumed, bathroom floor felt like it was not washed in a year. Windowsill had dead bugs on it. Towels did not have a clean smell to them.I will never stay there again.Staff smoked by front door and it is a smoke free place
The staff were very nice. The price was ok.
My key card did not work on my second day at the hotel. Got stuck outside of the hotel In the cold (door locked after 11 pm) and had to call and wait. I also discovered that they have a policy not to have housekeeping for stays of more than one night.
