Pros: Overall clean, good breakfast. Wifi worked well. Room was modern, but the bed was soft. Had complimentary fridge and microwave which was nice. Would have loved this hotel if traveling for work, but not really the best set-up for a family with a baby.
Cons: Drunk person wandering around front of hotel when we went to check-in at 8pm on a Friday. Had to carry our infant through group of smokers that congregate at the front door (gross.) Nobody manning the front desk, had to find someone to check us in. Only offer valet parking option. The free "crib" provided was just a pack and play, not really good for sleeping baby (or easy to clean!) and overall the hotel was on the noisier side. Also no bathtub in the room for bathing kids.
Pros: Loved the whole feel of the retrofitted space! Extraordinarily comfortable, great safety features, and amazing location.
Pros: Recently opened after multi million dollar historical restoration...beautifully done well appointed and great central downtown location.
Cons: Although not crowded during my stay I would imagine the hallways will become very noisy due to the beautifully restored marble floor and half wall wainscot.

Pros: Staff is excellent. Very nice breakfast. Great location close to park, airport and city
Cons: Room was cramped. Bathroom door was an issue
Pros: Ou room was very clean and quiet. The warm, welcoming and helpful staff exceded expectations. Great location for access to any attraction in the greater Cleveland area and breakfast was delicious and ample.
Cons: We had no negative impressions of our stay

Pros: Fabulous modern room with wonderful upgrades, very relaxing comfortable bed. Room was quiet and like an oasis. Views of downtown Cleveland all around. Incredible picture windows on entire wall. The room was just unbelievable!
Cons: A bit small. The shower and bathroom so open and in the middle of the room felt a bit awkward but it was okay for a short stay.
Pros: Location, rooftop bar, valet parking
Cons: no complaints

Pros: We had lunch in their restaurant and I had an amazing beet salad.
Cons: I am a Gold Level SPG member. This got me nada. No welcoming gift, no upgrade, no internet access, no late check out, nothing. I have been treated much better at other Westin's.
Pros: Cleanliness and layout of rooms.
Cons: No breakfast included with stay. No garbage can in bathroom or recycling in room period.
Pros: The room was clean, we were put on a high floor with a great view. The staff was excellent. I guess I'm just too picky about the cons.
Cons: I'm a stickler for good service and the Westin did exactly what they were required to, but nothing more. For example, I asked for a fruit platter & champagne to be put in the room. It was my husband's birthday and it sucked we were stuck in a hotel after a business trip, so I wanted to make it a bit more exciting. Most the fruit was fine, but they didn't pick out the moldy grapes and shriveled berries. There were two glasses for coffee, but provided only one cup serving of grounds. The bag of coffee itself couldn't be opened easily, and since we were traveling, we had no sharp objects. The vanity mirror was broken. Little stuff adds up and I was overall disappointed for a $250+ night.
Pros: amenities, proximity to points of interest, great adjacent restaurant
Cons: lacking microwave in room, option to request one was not mentioned by the staff; learned about option by default as we were checking out...
Pros: Front desk was very friendly and quick to get us checked in and out.
Cons: Parking was very expensive.
Pros: The place was clean and comfortable with a higher end business vibe.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Good locatoon, easy walk to local attractions, restaurants, athletic venues. Rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel bar was nice but always under-staffed.
Cons: Hotel was probably sold out for NCAA tournament, they did not staff the hotel properly. 2 working elevators for 20+ floors after a Thursday night game, plus they closed the bar/restaurant as people returned from the game. Check-in was slow on a Thursdsy, room not ready until after 4:30. Staff were nice, just not enough of them.
Pros: The hotel was convenient to the Convention Center. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and the decor modern and relaxing.
Cons: The attached restaurant is very expensive--if you're traveling on a budget, you're going to have to walk a few blocks to find something cheaper.
Pros: The bellmen were outstanding with holding our luggage in storage while we waited 2+ hours for our car at check-out on new years day. They were what made an otherwise unpleasant experience tolerable and actually enjoyable.
Cons: The valet service was horrible. The wait was long yet tolerable because of the westin's staff and pleasantness. The valet staff had 8 people standing around the podium (not moving or running any cars) sitting there cursing in front of guests during a verbal argument- very off-putting.
Pros: Fitness room great!
Cons: 1. The hotel facilities are not kept in good repair. For example, the telephone in the room had keys broken or removed from the key pad.
2. Could not check out because the computer system was frozen. I received a email of folio that appears to contain incomplete expenses.

Pros: Hotel rooms are spacious and very well decorated.

Pros: Nice and clean

Pros: The entire hotel seemed to be clean and orderly, as was the swimming pool and hot tub area.
Pros: The friendly staff
Pros: It was a 5 minute drive to my Aunts place who I was visiting.
Pros: Perfect location. Very quiet, clean and safe. The outside garden patio was a beautiful relaxing place to sit and talk till late in the evening.
Pros: comfortable room and beds
Cons: That we had to pay extra for breakfast. We didn't want a $10.95 buffet just some coffee and a muffin or bagel. The bathroom door squeaked....hinges need to be oiled Room 435
Pros: Convenient location, nice restaurant, friendly and professional staff.
Cons: Noisy, expensive.
Pros: fitness facilites, nice staff and general ambiance.
Everyone was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with!
Pros: The room was fantastic. Loved the Keurig machine!
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower was a bit moldy. Could have used a little more TLC when being cleaned.
Pros: The staff was nice the breakfast buffet wasn't that great room was clean quite very peaceful
Pros: Friendly staff and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of selections to choose from. The room was very open and clean.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the room had a nice, modern look. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Typical Hampton inn amenities...Everything I have come to generally expect. Clean and comfortable overall.
Breakfast provided--but could have used a bit more variety in hot food options.
Cons: First...Parking. Granted, I'm used to downtown areas, but I had no idea that the only parking options here were private surface lots and garages, or paying for hotel valet parking. I guess I'm just used to a hotel parking garage or lot of some sort with permitted or validated parking. On the plus side, the valet rate I was charged was a flat $24 for the entire stay. Not terrible. I didn't go in and out, just walked where I needed to go for the most part.
Second...The staff. For the most part they were friendly, but I arrived in the very early AM and the night attendant almost seemed like they would rather not deal with checking me in (sorry--our system is in the middle of an update...You're going to have to wait 15 minutes before I can check you in).
Third...Overall condition of the property. Not bad, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear and could use a good refresh.
Fourth...The room. It was a nice enough room, but was equipped as an accessible room with an adjoining room, neither of which I had asked for. The bench in the shower could not be completely moved out of the way, leaving the only options to either fold it down and use it or deal with it leaning out from the wall slightly. A clip to keep it folded against the wall would have been helpful.
Finally...Noise. It should have tipped me off when one of the amenities in the bathroom was a set of earplugs. I was given no warning about this. Things were quiet...at first...until sirens started blaring overnight at street level down below. I was clear up on the 6th floor and could still hear them. The last night I was there (remember the adjoining room I mentioned) the group in the adjoining room was either very loud, or this set of adjoining doors had the worst noise isolation characteristics in the world. Probably a combination of both. I finally had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone up.
I hate to be "that guy" but this Hampton really let me down overall.
Pros: The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Ice only on even floors
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. Found room very quiet even being next to a young family. Easy and efficient air conditioning. Overall a good place to stay.
Cons: Did not make up room second day during my stay. Returned to room late afternoon to find no clean towels when we wanted to shower. Front desk said they were behind on laundry and they would run towels up as soon as they could. It was not long after that towels arrived, but to be 5pm and not have made up rooms with fresh towels falls below expectation. Shortly after towels arrived, we were asked if we wanted room service. Late in the evening to be offering, but at least they were checking still.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean
Pros: It was a nice place close to where I need to be cost of room was good also was the breakfast
Cons: Wish the room had a frig to keep the food I got at the West side market cold. That's the only that was missing
Pros: The cleanliness of the entire hotel as well as my room. Breakfast was a plus!
Cons: The frown on the front desk lady, she wasn't nice at all. The night one
Pros: Great room - good breakfast, although when we were there, so was everyone else. The staff had trouble keeping up with the crowd.
Cons: I like a firm mattress - it was ot
Pros: Great location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room.
Cons: No easy access to evening meals. Price of daily parking.
Pros: Location very good close to everything that walking distance ?
Cons: very nice hotel the stay in and the breakfast are very good ,I will stay here again when I come back in Ohio.best place to stay in Cleveland.
Pros: We regularly stay at Hampton's so are very familiar with them. This one was perfect for visiting the Rock Hall and Progressive Field. Everything was expected for a typical Hampton Inn. The breakfast was probably the worst part. They didn't seem to keep the food stocked up so there was scraps left both mornings that we ate there. Our room only had 2 towels, which I found strange, usually there are 4. I had to ask for a 3rd for the 2nd morning. We didn't bother having maid service because they didn't show up until 3pm and by that time we had been out and back and were relaxing for a bit. Valet parking was good but it does cost $20 per night.
Pros: Close to rock hall and bars
Cons: No room service and breakfast buffet was inadequate for the number of guests, they ran out of food and the wait was ridiculous
Pros: nicely appointed rooms, clean, fairly comfortable. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions and close to the lake.
Cons: Staff was a bit harried, not helpful when it came to directions. The 90 East is closed right now, making it a challenge to get in and out of there with GPS. Difficult but not impossible. Staff did not seem to know about this and were not a good source of information for alternative directions.

Pros: Comfortable beds, happy hour, free breakfast and great staff.
Cons: Valet parks the cars a couple blocks away in a public lot. Trust me when I say park the car yourself. It takes them over 10 minutes to retrieve each car and when we were there only 1 person was working to run for the cars. We took a walk that morning and watched the valet drivers pathetically meandering to the cars, not jogging or even fast walking. It makes it difficult if you are trying to be somewhere on time. Budget 30-40 minutes to get your car the next morning if you use valet.
Pros: The location to everything downtown. Walked to many locations. The wood floors in my room. Friendlies of the staff, very helpful!
Cons: The smells of the building. Old building wit a slight sewer smell. No fan in the bathroom. Had another light in the ceiling but couldn't figure out how to turn it on.

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our long holiday weekend stay at Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Airport! The apartment-style accommodations made it possible to lounge and get comfortable (and not feel the dreaded "cooped up feeling" of being in a hotel room!
We were able to cook several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relax on the sofa, and stream our Netflix on the TV. The staff was exceedingly friendly and went above and beyond to make the most out of our stay.
The hotel was in great proximity to wonderful restaurants and it was a quick drive from the airport, downtown Cleveland, and the mall.
And the price! WOW! It was by far the most affordable of all the hotels we looked into - by at least $50-100 a night.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to seek out Sonesta hotels in all cities we travel to!!
Cons: We stayed in the "West Wing," which was lovely; however, it did not have an ice machine. The rooms have freezers, but you must make your own ice. Fortunately, guest services gave us plenty of ice to last us the long holiday weekend!
Pros: clean, warm, friendly staff, inviting
Pros: Me and my husband are a young married couple and we spent our 4th anniversary in Ohio at this hotel. Our stay was a great experience it was like a nice studio apartment with a fireplace and private entrance. Variety of free breakfast food was also included. Staff was also very nice. This will be our first choice of hotel stay when we visit again!!!

Guests can relax at the spa tub, work out at the fitness center, or grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café. An outdoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like kitchens and sofa beds.
Cons: Hearing the door above me slam shut when the tennett would take her dog out.
Enjoy your visit to Westlake with a stay at Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Westlake. You can get a workout in at the fitness center or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Rooms feature bonuses like kitchens and sofa beds, along with free WiFi and free wired Internet.
Pros: The location was the only plus. Very close to the airport.
Cons: When we arrived, we were told that we got the last room available, despite our reservation. Our room was extremely smoky, as was the entire 4th floor. If you want a college Dorm feel with the charm of a 1970's New York City apartment, then this is the hotel for you. No privacy curtain and blinds did not close all the way. No bathroom trashcan and soaps and paper products had not been properly supplied. The hair on the toilet and in our towels was a nice touch as well. We asked to move, and there were no other rooms available. We asked to cancel the additional days' reservation and were told we would have to call the company we booked through online. Literally, on the way back to my room to do this, they charged our card for the remainder of the stay. So, we just stuck it out. Never again.
Pros: I was in Cleveland to attend a music festival for about 5 days. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The hotel is about 20 mins drive from the downtown, there are lots of restaurants and fast food places around. It would be helpful if they had breakfast, but again, it is an extended stay place, so you know what are you getting into. Overall nice experience. If I go back, I will stay there!
Pros: Rooms were luxurious and comfortable and super clean even when a black light was taken to the rm nothing was found. Staff was very professional and gave superior customer service.

Pros: Close proximity to every major item in downtown Cleveland. Easy walk to the Browns stadium.
Cons: This Sunday morning breakfast buffet continue to run out of food. You would be waiting in line and get up where the food is and trays would all be empty
Cons: We spoke to 3 different people on the phone and they were all rude and unhelpful to the point that we cancelled our stay and stayed at the doubletree where EVERYONE we spoke with was helpful and the request for double beds specifically which was the simple request we had was met with a no problem and see you soon. The 3 Marriott women were very rude and said it wasn't their job. Stay at the Doubletree they are friendly and give you delicious cookies!!!
Pros: Comfortable and easy
Pros: Check in and check out were fast. Everything was clean. They make staying there hassle free.
Cons: Had booked this room months in advance. Called the week of our stay to confirm our reservation and notify them we would be a late check in. At check in they no longer had a room for us, and sent us to another hotel nearby where we were given a king bed for multiple people. The room was really expensive, and we ended up getting something less than satisfactory.
Cons: Just very expensive for less than 24 hours in the hotel and it cost me over $300 for the room and the valet parking was $25 per day which totaled $50, to park my car for 27 hours. Arrived at 11:30 am left the next day at 2:30 pm.

Pros: great breakfast!! the location was great for me while my son visited BW. booked online and my reservation was ready, no problems. had a few cookies and was offered a bottle of water while checking in.
Pros: Great, friendly staff.
Great breakfast options. Hot and cold items.
Very clean facilities with plenty of space.
Pros: Booked online and received a booking confirmation, upon arrival was informed by the manager of a glitch. He did a very good job of helping get us to an alternate property.
Cons: What happened between booking, confirmation and arrival? This was very frustrating as we were coming for out of town.
Pros: This was one of the friendliest places we've stayed. Everyone, from the front desk to the service staff, was welcoming and cared about our stay. Within minutes of checking into our room, the front desk called to ascertain if all was well with our room. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The next morning, as we were headed to breakfast, the service staff asked about our room and if it met our expectations. The breakfast area had plenty of seating and a separate space for the food. It was easy to navigate around, although there were a fairly large number of people in attendance, and it didn't make you feel like the area was an afterthought that was just stuck on with a couple of boxes of cereal and lukewarm coffee. Breakfast included fresh, hot eggs, choice of meat, fresh fruit, bread choices, and wonderful coffee. We usually stay at the Express place, but my experience here may definitely change our preference. This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Pros: Very friendly staff. Updated accommodations. Good location.
Cons: It was freezing in the lobby. Would have been nice to have a bit more heat there. Also, I like a tub. I know the trend has been to remove tubs from bathrooms, but sometimes I love to site in a nice hot tub at the end of the day.

Pros: Great service from the valet and front desk staff. Great location with two main entrances on both sides of the hotel.
Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Dirty, dirty, dirty...stained carpets, broken tiles, torn upholstery on furniture, moldy shower curtain - GROSS!
Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice central location
Cons: had to pay to park, was requested to put a 100 hold on my card at check in, they did drop it to 50, but all the website said was a card would have to be on file, nothing about a hold. The shops inside were all abandoned. Only a few open. $4 water offered in room. no fridge
Pros: The hotel itself has a super cool environment and the building is spectacular... until you go in the room.
Cons: This was our second attempt at The Arcade and both times we have requested a bath tub and paid an uncharge for a room with a view. Both times the view that we upgraded to was a concrete wall 6 feet from the window. They moved us to a room with an actual view this time at least, but the room was just cleanish and had no bath. We actually think that this may be the room where employees take breaks as the table had pretty clearly had drinks on it not long before we arrived and the TV was on. If they charged $100 or even $150 for rooms here, it would be fine. In fact, it would be good. For $360 a night though, we were really expecting something more than a few steps above a Holiday Inn.
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Great location in town.
Pros: There was a lovely gentleman working the front desk who was able to let us check in early. It was a huge help to us considering we had been traveling for over 10 hours with no sleep. The room was very nice; my only complaint would be that there are no fridges available in the rooms.
Pros: Excellent stay
Pros: The Arcade is a beautiful Hotel. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable about their facility and surrounding amenities. Centrally located, making everything you want to do in walking distance.
Cons: First stay was perfect. Great room, extremely comfortable bed, and perfect view of 4th St., cannot complain. Second stay....room was dated, carpet appeared to have water damage, bed was old with ruts and was extremely stiff. Called to ask possibly change rooms and were shot down. I understand hotels fill up fast, especially during big events in downtown Cleveland. However, don't ask me my room preference through email four months in advance and again at the front desk when your going to ignore or know you have no intentions of accommodating a single preference. Just be honest and up front about availability.
Pros: We had a good time. Great view, such a comfortable bed!
Cons: The additional 30.00 for one night parking.

Hotel is within walking distance to the trendy Warehouse District and Fourth Street entertainment areas. Easy access to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Theater District and University Circle.
Cons: Next to hospital. Pricey considering I spent all day in hospital and only slept and showered in room. Room service prompt. Good food.
Pros: Conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic

An oasis for guests to relax rejuvenate and improve their overall mental and physical well-being yet close to the city's most prominent attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Cleveland Museum of Art and Cleveland Botanical Garden.
Pros: My son and I were just traveling through , but the hotel was nice. Our room great and bed very comfortable
Pros: The hotel was clean and quiet in a nice location. The staff was nice and professional. The breakfast was also good as well.
Pros: I just stayed for one night on my drive from the northeast to Chicago. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location. I had my car loaded from moving and I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in the car overnight. I didn't do much in the room besides sleep, but the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was decent and in line with what I have had at extended stay hotels like Homewood Suites. There are some restaurants very close by which was nice when you are a weary traveler.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Overall, this was the best choice for the price. Very clean, great location, and the staff was very helpful too. The free continental breakfast in the morning was excellent and had a wide range of healthy options. The room and bathroom were both good size, and we were thankful for the USB outlets on the bedside table and desk. They also had the option to go "green" and reuse your towels or put off washing the bedding so it wasn't done every night, which we thought was a great option. We'll definitely be staying again during our visit next year :)
Cons: Bed was a little more firm than we hoped for but that's just our preference. it was perfectly comfortable for a good nights rest.

Cons: Only thing was the pool area could use a slight make over. There was chipping paint and water marks around. Other than that, nothing really else.
Cons: There was some work done and i was surprise to hear construction noise at 9 am
