Friendly staff, all necessary facilities available such as a free shuttle service within 3 miles radius; coin operated laundry; complementary breakfast; microwave and fridge in the room; free local calls etc., prompt service, good room service some comment by the person who serves breakfast there seemed minimally racist..
Customer service was amazing - every employee we interacted with was super helpful
Brand new, modern design, nice lobby area patio & restaurant. Quiet rooms, pretty comfy. Saw a few comments referencing The Art as a 5 star in the category of Ritz & Four Seasons... not quite that nice, it's a solid 4 star hotel.
The staff was every good Nothing
The location was good for us; we had a sports tournament at the convention center. 2 things: my daughter almost had one of the elevator doors close on her, and the breakfast wasn't good. the elevator door scared us; I had gotten off, and then my kids were following when the door began to quickly close/open vacillating quickly.
Hyatt Place is one of my favorite medium priced hotel brands. They are consistently predictable in quality and friendly staff. This one was no different.

the staff was very nice and the breakfast good. Won't stay there again! Groups of elementary school children were running wild making it impossible for us to eat in the breakfast room.Food was not replenished very well and the bathroom was exceptionally small and there was mold on the tile.
drove the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. He was very nice and courteous. My room was dusty in the most obvious places. There was a bar and a coffee place with a Starbucks manual and coffee. The bar tenders don't know how to mix drinks and the woman at the coffee place didn't know how to make the coffee offered on the menu.
Size of room, availability of wine and food.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area needs more seating.
Location and airport shuttle. Was currently going through renovation.
Nothing Everything, this hotel not a3 stars it's -3

Shuttle to airport, nice breakfast, good bed, lovely room. The amenities said there was free parking but when I got there it was not included in the package. It was only free if you stayed there but not for airport parking. I had to pay an extra $40 for parking for 8 nights and I stayed there for 2 nights.
Luckily, I got a handicapped room which meant the bathroom was huge (the size of the room) and looked brand new BUT. that's where the pros end. The room reeked of cigarettes and gave me a cough the next day, everyone is incredibly loud and have no respect for people sleeping, there was a loud squeaky bed above me that wouldn't let me sleep, and this is the 2nd room we moved to. The first one: the ac didn't work and the door lock was broke. Oh and someone relieved themselves in the toilet and didn't flush. I would spend an extra $25 and stay somewhere much better
Comfortable only thing is a lot if random people walking around but it that's everywhere I guess. Everything is close by! ,Comfortable only thing is a lot if random people walking around but it that's everywhere I guess. Everything is close by! Walmart is right down the street and so is downtown Lakewood. Which is beautiful at night! Walmart is right down the street and so is downtown Lakewood. Which is beautiful at night!,
nothing PROSTITUTES. witnessed pimp pick one up in short time i was getting luggage. Took wrong turn initially and there was a cop posted behind the walmart next to the motel, ARMED WITH SHOTGUN. quickly turned around and got to our hotel only to witness a pimp picking up a prostitute (she was yelling to men from a motel room she came out of telling them next time she wanted a skirt?) quickly went inside, only to then witness a cop badger my boyfriend who was grabbing his socks from the car. He made it inside safe when 30 minutes later a person right under our room had gotten arrested, for what I could only assume from peeking out my window and watching the interaction as tweaking out on something. Got out alive and very thankful for the low crime rate of small town Des Moines. True story, will verify if needed.
The door locked... To keep out the homeless and drug dealers. Boogers and blood on the sheets and comferter. Room wasnt very clean. Matress was horrible. Could have spent $20 more on a half decent place. Tom Bodett wouldnt even stay here. Seemed like 3/4 of the rooms had people living in them longterm.
I didn't spend 50 on a hotel expecting much, and didn't get much so all is well!
We arrived at 330 to check in. The front desk staff was extremely rude. We were told, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, that our room would be another hour. We had 2 dogs with us that had been in the car since 6am. We were there for a hospital appt. So, an hour came and went and we got no call that our room was ready. Finally, around 5, we stopped back at the front desk and were given a key. The room was dirty, small and smelled like smoke, There were drug deals going on on the corner. This was a horrible experience.
A lot of crime in the area... Woken up by sirens and flashing lights in the parking lot two times during my stay.
I like how big the bathroom was. It was a modern bathroom There was evidence of someone smoking inside the room
all the area needs more trees
The only negative that we saw in our short stay was the limited parking. We had to park in another hotel's parking area. The shuttle was parked and running in the unload area too so we had to haul our stuff a long way.
Was easily accessible to the airport for an early flight
restaurant, close to airport, 7-11, Moonlight Diner etc. not enough parking.. room wasnt made up for three days, but I did not leave it until noon or a bit later..
Inexpensive and close to DIA for people who have early morning flights. The hotel is undergoing significant renovation, and consequently few services are available beyond providing an adequate room and a light breakfast.
• Great location if you want to be close to Denver, but not actually stay in Denver. • Easy access to several major Highways • Close to shopping and several restaurants • Clean and Comfortable room • Large, clean and Comfy beds • Very clean bathrooms • Nice hot breakfast spread every morning • Quiet • Pet and family friendly • Friendly and helpful staff Overall we had an excellent experience and would stay here anytime we are visiting Denver. There wasn't enough parking. We had to park next door at a different hotel one night that we stayed out late.
Many helpful staff Marcus was awesome Many things were slightly broken like the elevator washer and sink in our room
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't actively inspect, but the room seemed clean. There was a drier outside the front entrance waiting for removal for at least two days making the motel appear run down. Likewise the dumpster visible from the backside rooms detracted from the appearance of the motel. Although there are restaurants and strip malls nearby, there isn't much to do. It's more of a place for getting off the highway for the night. Neighboring motels had neater outside appearance.
Clean and spacious, this is one of the best Bed and Breakfasts in Denver. Rooms are well decorated and clean, breakfast is first class, and the grounds are well kept. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Mediocre Wi-Fi, limited off street parking, and the front door is confusing and difficult to open.
Great location within the city, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. My particular room was sandwiched between the elevators and the hotel gym-- lots of thuds from banging weights. Gym should not be adjacent to guest rooms, sharing a thin wall. Also, complimentary breakfast ended super-early-- should be 10:30, not 9:30.
Very Clean hotel - Convenient for Downtown activities - Very good breakfast Buffet Couldn't apply my Marriott Rewards bacause I booked thru a 3rd party? Sofa bed couch was poor.
The rooms are nice, had a kitchen, very comfy beds and awesome breakfast No swimming pool, have to use key to get to room, $27 to park car [horrible]
This was my first time staying at the property and I would stay there again. It was a comfortable stay, the room was clean and it was a good location. The only issue I ran into was a delayed check-in but I was still in just before the 4 pm check-in time and there was an error programming my card causing me to have to go back downstairs to reprogram my card when I couldn't get into my room aft the first day.
Liked having more room than just a bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good, and free. Windows could open. Rooftop patio was nice. Staff was helpful. Location was just a couple of blocks from 16th street mall. Restaurants within walking distance. Guess I've been spoiled by other Residence Inns. The smell was very disturbing even with windows open. Furniture was worn out and dated. Carpeting was bad. Kind of sketch area even for a downtown felt barely safe in the evening or very early morning which is a shame if you like to walk places, though it didn't stop us.
The REsidence Inn Denver City Center is in a fantastic location right near 16th st. It is perfect for a weekend / week in Denver because it has a fully functioning kitchen, which will save you LOTS of money on food if you do some grocery shopping cook in the room! It was clean and pretty spacious. Take advantage of deals on this hotel (otherwise it is too expensive in my opinion). I found a king 1 bedroom (not studio!) suite on Kayak for $103/night. Otherwise, this room is easily $150/night and up, which may not be worth it (you'll save money elsewhere). No pool
Room was HUGE, gorgeous full kitchen, gorgeous lobby, free popcorn in rooms, amazing breakfast...one of the best hotels I've stayed at and i travel once a week on business around the country. This was for leisure but my boyfriend and I were very happy. Thank you!!!
The room was very large with a lot of space and very clean. We were able to check-in about 2 hours early. Offered a hot breakfast and valet parking. TWICE we were accused of smoking in the room when we were not. They were over 12 hours apart and were not asking other rooms.
Pool was nice, hot tub ok. Front desk staff were very nice, responsive. Room was very large, fridge and microwave made it very nice. Bubbler in hot tub, pulsing streams of water are much nicer. Room rate a bit high. Had a handicapped room, no tub, just an open shower. No parking for hotel available, though liked the free parking available on the street.
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was free full breakfast. The location of the hotel was just a bit too far from downtown, requiring a walk through a busy traffic area. There were no restaurants nearby or in the hotel, necessitating a walk in the dark.
The staff is impeccable and the breakfast is very nicely appointed. Location is convenient to downtown. I asked for extra towels upon check-in and they never came. That is my one and only gripe.
Nice room. Nice breakfast. No parking provided. Had to park on the street.
Best Hampton Inn hot tub I've seen, large and warm. This is a newer hotel so it is in good shape. Parking is too expensive for the location.
6 blocks away from downtown; saved $80 a night compared to conference venue hotel, walking six blocks well worth the savings.
Great free breakfast. Coffee in lobby. Mini fridge didn't work well. Most staff was good, some were rude.
Loved the hot coffee available in the lobby when we arrived on a cold snowy evening! Room was fabulous!
Free breakfast, free pool and gym access, daily room service, clean, value for money
I've stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown a half-dozen or more times. Its value is good: when I compare room prices (which I do every time I visit), it's always got the best bang-for-buck in the downtown area. It's safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The staff was so helpful!
Rooms were clean. Location was ideal for us and the staff was helpful. There was only one person working on that Friday, May 22. Since it was a holiday weekend, the check-in time was delayed significantly since the line was long and it took one staff person so long to process each check-in. Additionally, Kayak confirmation made an error in listing the wrong telephone number for the hotel in the email sent to me. When i called, the hotel reception informed me that there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I spent $25 plus $5 tip on a cab ride. However, upon check-in, i found out that the hotel does offer a free shuttle. The hotel could not process any compensation for that extra expense. I hope that Kayak can take care of it.
The rooms seemed clean but I didn't look it over that hard. The gal that checked my out in the morning was very friendly. I had a very hard time finding this hotel and the guy at the front desk was unable to help me get there.. Come to find out I was LESS than 5miles from it!! I find it very annoying when you call someone for help and they tell you to use a gps and that they cannot help you. He really didn't give a damn about helping me get there. If I would have had a gps to use I wouldn't have called for help.
Clean, with friendly staff, a nice breakfast selection, location and shuttle to airport was convenient. Only reason I knew the airport shuttle was called Western and did not say anything about Ramada on it was that I happened to call and ask about it. Could hear my neighbors through the wall pretty easily, but luckily the were fairly quiet.
The price was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, easy to get to from the airport, staff were courteous and friendly. Could not have asked for a better hotel for our purposes, which was flying to Denver to then drive to New Mexico. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed my stay as I needed somewhere close to the airport so I would get a shuttle. The bed was extremely comfortable and I really got a good night's sleep. The wake-up call did not happen and I told the deskclerk. She was thankful for that knowledge as who knows who else didn't get their wakeup call. Breakfast was delicious and easy.
NOTHING My infant and I checked in late at night after a late flight. I checked for bedbugs immediately, and found shells and large bedbugs. I left immediately and had to walk across the street, in the cold, with my luggage and my baby, to get to another hotel. Stay at the microtel. They're nice and helpful and don't have bedbugs. Now that I'm trying to get my money back from my nonexistent stay at the comfort suites dia, they're saying they have no record of me complaining about anything. I'm livid. This is outrageous. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!
Extremely kind staff. Very comfortable!!
Very clean and all the basics are covered. Cute diner next door. Nice jacuzzi. Fox News yapping away in the dining area and lobby. Would really have appreciated a break from the right-wing propaganda. Internet is pretty slow. Only one weight machine, which was missing some of its parts.
We stopped here after a long flight into Denver just to stay overnight until heading to our cabin in the mountains. It was a lot nicer in the room than I expected! I wouldn't suggest the hotel for long term stays, but it was just the job for a one night rest up. Sad continental breakfast
The hotel itself was fine - typical Ramada, clean and neat. Staff was helpful but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The hotel was so noisy I couldn't sleep. My room was on the second floor, right above the main entrance. At 2:30 am, rental car shuttle buses began rolling in. So loud, they woke me up. As did the guests pounding on the stairs and floors and dragging suitcases and talking, while they rushed to the buses to get to their EARLY flights. It was one bus after another. Plus a train whistle (or something that sounded like that) going off every half our. And, my room was next to the maintenance closet. The heater, generator, etc. were constantly making noise. Then early in the morning the maid knocked on my door! Even though I had a DO NOT DISURB sign out. My flight wasn't till 11. I wanted to sleep!
The location is close to the airport. There's a nice diner just 100 feet or so away. Breakfast was nice and staff were courteous (but see safety concern). The hotel changed hands but the former name, Comfort Suites, was what was online. No signage in front of the hotel to indicate it's now Airport Suites. I wandered trying to find it. Hotel clerk violated common safety standards and announced room numbers in clear, loud voice. Not good. Hotel corridor smelled odd--sickly sweet. Pillow smelled of someone's hair oil. Ick. Shower pipes whistled pretty loudly while in use.
Lobby was really nice (fireplace and couches), room was roomy & clean, nice beds plus couch, comfy blanket, good furnuture, microwave and fridge No parking, toilet wasn't really clean inside (it could be the just bad water, but I'm still not used to seeing visible dark spots)
JUST A QUICK TRIP TO DENVER FOR BUSINESS. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. GAVE ME A ROOM CLOSE BUT NOT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR (NICE FOR SECURITY). VERY, VERY COMFY BED...AND THE TOILETRIES SELECTION WAS NICE. (WHY DO I NEVER REMEMBER MY OWN SHAMPOO?)\n\nQUICK WALK TO 16TH AND ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS. HAD WORKING BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. GOOD FOOD, UNOBTRUSIVE STAFF WHO KEPT THE COFFEE FILLED! FRONT DESK STAFF HELPFUL IN GETTING TRANSPORTATION OR INFO WHEN NEEDED.\n\nWOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN I'M BACK IN DENVER.
This was a GREAT find for our family located VERY conviently in downtown Denver within a 2 block walk of the central part of the 16th street mall and therefore ALL of downtown. The staff was terrific, hotel was clean and our room was FANTASTIC. It was clean and comfy and had a terrific view of the mountains and court house. The pool area was nice and we had a great stay.
Enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel had everything we needed to enjoy a family getaway! The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. 16th St. Mall just a couple of blocks away. Nice casual restaurants close by so we didn't eat at the Marriott restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
We were given a very luxurious two bedroom, three bath suite with wet bar for our family of four....what a GORGEGOUS room!!! We had a wonderful time...pool and fitness center are nice, as well.
The beds were very comfortable the pool and spa clean. The hotel was in a good locatoin to most city center activities. I would stay again for any football or basketball games or any city center activities. I would not use this hotel if I had a car, there is no parking
The staff from the time we drove up to Valet, to check in, and any questions we had were answered in a timely and professional way. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Denver and would not mind staying at the same place again, whenever I do make another trip out to Denver.
We came for a hockey game and this hotel is in a great location. Room was comfy, bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was mediocre. 16th St. mall is only 2 blocks away and Denver public transportation made it convenient for everything.
Very nice hotel with VERY comfortable beds with down pillows, comforter, and mattress pad. You won't want to leave your cocoon of down. They delivered a mini fridge to our room when we requested it. The staff were courteous and friendly. Good location, only 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall.
Didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. The hotel fit my needs.
Central location to downtown area made walking easy, exploring fun. Coureteous staff, quick check-in and out, and comfortableclean rooms makes this a hotel on my 'stay again' list. Great Cobb salad in the bar too!
Excellent location, perfect rooms (clean and neat). Rather expensive (taking into account the absence of free parking).
I had an issue with the person I was traveling with, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They waited with me until I was picked up by a friend and assured me my safety was their first priority.
The hotel was very close to the Denver Pavilion where we were able to walk and take a free shuttle to the Union Station and Snooze restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a great view of the Rockies and we could see the Bronco stadium. Housekeeping was great. Parking was expensive The air conditioner did not cool down the room like other hotels. The pool was very small and unimpressive.
I like the location And the food that we had delivered by room service! That's I had to wait while the two front people was on the phone for 20-25 min.! I was in line aline for 15min with two desk people on the phones! Irristati
The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Unbeatable location. Right next to Colorado Convention Center and the other major downtown hotels. Only a block from the 16th street mall. This is definitely nitpicking, but the lobby was pretty boring. I like a hotel with a busy lobby and a happening bar. This hotel had neither, but it wasn't a big deal, because many of the neighboring hotels did.
I had asked for an early check-in around noon. they said they were not able to accommodate us for that time. gave them my cell and they called about 1 1/2 hours later and said our room was ready front office staff was very nice.
The room was clean, spacious and had everything one needs for a weekend in Denver.
Clean and accommodating Rooms were a little noisy from street noise. Valet parking was expensive
Spacious comfortable room, good design, good location, new and fresh overall; very good restaurant (Pi) and coffee shop (Das Boggs) bath towels were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel
The shopping was great. Lots to do in walking distance. I felt it was ridiculous to charge for parking when you're already a guest with the hotel.
I thought i checked into an "Alias" themed hotel when i got stuck on the 2nd floor. Apparently the IT guy wasnt paying attention to how elevators use RFID's. Only took 20 min. Just got back from Maui and Chicago. The restaurant Departure is so good here. At check out i slept in, then went and ordered their Best lunch menu items a la carte and got dessert. Then needed to go rent another room. And thats why this Groundhog Day Themed resort you arrive , eat, sleep, repeat, 2 or 3 times and forget your Brothers Wedding. #AdultFail you will enjoy everyone you meet here. Need Dinner going to Halcyon
I thought the place was gorgeous and I loved the idea of the gear garage and the hospitality of the snacks and beverages for the guests. Very nice to provide courtesy rides around town. To be nitpicky, they should maybe include some instruction cards for things like the coffee maker or the record player. You certainly can figure it out after some time, but might be helpful to have. Comforter was too warm for the summer. Things that were disappointing - door keys kept not working. Balcony door wouldn't lock and once it did, you could not open it. Wanted to borrow the Leica w/ the film they advertised from the gear garage and they couldn't let me use it because they weren't prepared w/ film. It was one of the reasons I booked there.
They were very accommodating even for one evening when all hotels in downtown Denver were booked with large conventions. There were plenty of close restraunts within walking distance. Close to major freeways. Some of the neighboring rooms were loud and plently of people used it as there home.
it is pet friendly for an extre $25 - it is located close to a number of resturants just about everything! we like Extended Stay hotels and have stayed at several across the country. This one was BY FAR the worst. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, there were no kitchen utensils no pots no dishes - some of the usual reasons we like ES hotels. Someone also tried to open our outdoors exposed door in the middle of the night - good thing the dog was right there
nothing grounds were trashed, building lacked upkeep, smelled terrible, no amenities in room, bathtub handle fell off, tv won't turn on, no fridge, outlet hanging out of wall, furniture you could not give away, need i say more?
The room was very old and not updated and dirty. Shower was yellow and leaking. Sink had holes in it
The staff was very friendly and polite! They were remodeling while we stayed. Still full price. Messy. Noise all hours. No privacy.
Not much. It was centrally located in Denver but difficult to get to from the freeway. They were working on the lobby but they would be better off working on the rest of the hotel. It was certainly not worth the $100/night we spent and I would not return again. We booked a non-smoking room but it was obvious that the room was smoked in. The room was out dated and filthy. Missing hardware, dirty sheets, a pile of ashes on the floor near the window, grease stains on the carpet and the sofa. They had "serviced" the room because there were fresh towels and toiletries. They certainly did not clean it. When we checked in there was only one person at the desk (5pm) and she was obviously untrained, had no support, and was confused and frustrated. I felt bad for her. The entrance (door C) was filthy, had a broken door, curtains were grease stained, and was littered with cigarette butts. The elevator reeked of smoke. The hallway floors were dirty. The included breakfast was in the bar, dirty plates to put your food on and dust and dirt all over the counters and window sills. I think that the hotel is being used with government vouchers to house homeless people as there were a number of people milling around the parking lot and hallways as if they had nowhere to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone.,We booked a non-smoking room but it was obvious that all the rooms were smoked in. The room was out dated and filthy. The hotel is run down and very dirty and had a bad odor of smoke. The door to the room did not lock and the hair dryer did not work.
I felt the Restuarant was very lacking. This was true each AM when it seemed no one was in charge that had training for the job. One coffee decanter that would run empty unnoticed by staff. The layout of breakfast and supplies very abstract and seemingly without thought. The courtesy breakfast tickets, while appreciated, seemed a cumbersome issue. My wife as with many other wives comes to breakfast a bit later than myself. This is where it gets cumbersome for what appears to be an untrained staff. The whole ticket thing seems unnecessary as I would seriously doubt that anyone not registered at the hotel would sneak in for a very mediocre breakfast. Overlooked dry egg mix is not a draw anymore than low quality sausage. As I have mentioned the resturant serving area is poorly laid out and very poorly maintained. Our room fridge did not work when we checked in and was never repaired or replaced during our stay although mentioned to staff each AM. Always the same response, I'll mention it to maintenance. Some one was not listening. The fridge remained plugged in but unworking with a very hot compressor. Lip service to customers is NOT enough. Listen and learn.
Our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the flat screen TV with a lot of channels. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had plenty of room to move around and we had a sofa/bed too! The hotel has a nice pool. Also, has a big hot breakfast! Bathroom was small, so it was hard for my husband and I to be in there at the same time. Sheets had some stains on them, but they were small.
Door lock seemed to work. A little better than sleeping in my car dirty, rundown & noisy. broken toilet, tub drain and bath exhaust fan. upon arrival the window was open (no screen), smelled of smoke (non-smoking room). reserved a king + sofa bed and got a room with 2 queen beds. Constant running toilet and some machine kept turning on every 20 minutes.
The entire hotel was under construction. There was crap everywhere. My room didn't have AC - they had to move me 3 times. The pool was disgusting. Stay away.
Free hot buffet breakfast, nice staff. For $90+ It was clean enough for 1 night while passing through town. Worn and dated interior, not close to anything fun or interesting, pool & courtyard under construction. I was told it was frequented by truckers and there were a few sketchy looking fellows but no one bothered us. The elevators remind me of some cheap mirror attraction at a carnival. Don't expect luxury or current decor and you won't be disappointed. Clean, hot shower and hot breakfast for 3 of us was all we needed.
The breakfast was good and there seemed to be plenty of staff around It's a strange place to get to. The room was very dry (and I live in CO) as the heater needed to be run all night. Run a shower for a bit to moisturize the room. But it is a cheaper hotel in the area, I've stayed in most, and is as good as the more expensive places
Price and location were convenient. Staff was nice. Rooms were not updated and had issues - i.e. Fan did not work. Pool was dirty, hallways/rooms smelled.
We have stayed there twice. We have run into friends from our home town, both times. (Evidently, we are not the only ones who like to stay there. We really like the facilities and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It is always very clean. Our adult children joined us there and they were very pleased, also. Joyce We had no complaints. Joyce
It was super clean and luxurious for the price!! So very happy with my experience!!! Nothing!!
Room was nice seemed like it was an apartment I am pretty sure one of staff stole my wallet
They covered a better room for us at a different hotel so we got our room for free! They called when we were on our way there from the airport. Everything at that hotel was wonderful and we intend on staying at Hampton on our way back as well. Or wherever they send us.
Amazing hotel so clean and comfortable and the best customer service .. killer deal thanks to kayak
Very nice staff, very clean hotel right next to Panera Bread. Very nice to let me have a 2pm check out!!!! Nothing
Clean, simple, professional. Love that they accept parts. A bit overpriced.
Location is relatively convenient The hotel advertises to be a smoke-free property. The people in the adjoining room were smoking cigarettes all night and hosting a 'gathering' in their room. I called the front desk numerous times but the gist of their response was that there was nothing they could do as smoking is not illegal. They offered me a can of aerosol spray to mask the smoke! All rooms were booked that night so they could not move us. I did not get to sleep until after 2:00 a.m. and woke up to loud screaming around 6:00 a.m. We were able to change rooms for the next night's stay, and the hotel manager did comp. our stay for the one night with the issue, however I am not in agreement with their policy for handling guests who break property rules and put my health and well-being in jeopardy and will think twice before staying at another Hampton Inn.
Pleasant, efficient, and courteous staff up front. Location good. Food good. Facility satisfactory, although the common areas were not as clean as they should be. Party until about 3 am in the room next door made sleeping very difficult.
Friendly staff My room was very noisy. I could hear every step from guest above and every flush of his toilet. The guest next door coughed and I thought he was in my room. You could actually see light around the door to the corridor. Your staff is friendly and helpful but I will never stay at this Hampton again.
The room was clean and the price was good. I chose to be further from the convention center to save a little money and this hotel has good reviews. I didn't get much sleep. There was an inch space below the door and space around the door. I could hear every other person letting their door slam shut. Across from my room a small dog barked till very late. Young girls next door were loud and smoking weed and cigs. Although it was non smoking, the whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke. The cut fruit at breakfast tasted sour. It was either old or had some kind of preservative on it. So I base my stay on whether I get any rest and feel comfortable. So this was a huge no way.
The breakfast buffet was good. Thin, scratchy towels yet we had to constantly ask for more. The maid would leave two towels each day for three guests. Sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, springs in the mattress almost poking through the sad mattress. There was a one-half inch gap in the main door frame so we heard lots of noise from the hallway and light streamed in the room at night. We could hear the conversation of the people in the next room. When i complained, i was told the manager would contact me but he never did. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
The wake up call was on time and the breakfast was pretty good. My TV didn't work and the staff never let me know. I had to call to ask and then was informed. I asked if they could do something about it and they told me to take it up with the company I booked through and they couldn't help me. I was put off by telling me to go somewhere else to talk about the service. I really doubt I'll ever stay in a La Quinta again.
Very nice and clean. Can hear neighbors way to easy.
Location is close to the airport Unfriendly Receptionist No hot water the first night Key did not work twice No parking Hotel was run down, old, and out dated. For the price we paid we could have stayed at another hotel in the area.
Proximity to airport is a plus, facility is your standard la Quinta. Clean. The shuttle service is very poor. They gave me a time for departure to the airport and proceeded to be very rude because when they called 15 minutes early I wasn't ready right away. This alone is no big deal; however, when returning to the hotel from DIA I ended up taking an uber because the front desk told me the wrong pickup area 2x, I waited and waited, and finally gave up as it was well below freezing out. When I told the front desk about my shuttle issue they finally told me the shuttle does not say "la Quinta" on it in a noticeable way. I guess I was supposed to just know this?
Its great for a quick business stay over in Denver.
Location and hot breakfast. Obviously purchased an old hotel and they are remodeling the upper floors. Our room was renovated. Doors to bathroom were like closet doors, could see right in. No lock. Cover to ceiling light was cracked and on the floor. Discovered why in the am. Dressed and ready to go, standing at the bathroom mirror and someone turns on the shower above us. It started pouring on my head soaking me. Told the front desk about it all and the only response was, "we'll send maintenance". By the time we got back up from breakfast, it was pouring all the way to the door. Maintenance simply used all of our clean towels on the floor and put our waste basket under the light. No toiletries in room. no liners in waste baskets. Basic cable on old televisions and rock-hard beds. Back elevator was a construction zone, which was okay because there was a sign of explanation. Front elevator was NOT for construction and it was filthy, food on the floor, etc. Main floor public bathroom near the lobby was filthy. Worst La Quinta experience we have ever had. They should close this place down until the reno is complete, and hopefully they will more responsive to guest complaints in the future.
We booked this hotel thinking we could park there, take a shuttle to the airport and leave the car. This wasn't the case because we booked through kayak. Frustrating.
Clean room Water took over 70 seconds to get hot for a shower- and then wouldn't cool down fast either
Shuttle service a bit confusing. Didn't realize that we needed to hop on a shuttle.
The garden outside was pretty dope The Pillows were cheap and the bed made a squeaky noise
La Quinta Inn & Suites are nice - well kept, comfortable and affordable.
Close to the DIA airport
