Large room, basic and central however. Hotel was generally clean and nothing too much to complain about.
The staff were a little rude and we didn't get our12c back :) Also there was no shampoo in the room.

Great location. Good sized room. Friendly welcome tho needed to phone to say we had arrived to get let in as no one at reception
Fairly basic room. Lumpy pillows. Parking fortuitously fine for us as found parking in the street and left by 10:30 am. Otherwise parking would have been several minutes walk away.

I'd probably struggle with the stairs if I were 10 years old (in my 60s).

We liked the location
It was too expensive. Compared to the standards of other hotels we have booked with booking. com, it was a bit eccentric and although this hotel has potential, but we left unsatisfied due to the chaotic and disorganised approach of the staff. The kids’ bed was not made until late night, payment was demanded in cash on our way back from dinner and despite the numerous requests about the WiFi we were never able to log in. On the other hand, they provided refrigerator storage for our Brie on request. The location is excellent and the room was large and airy.

The hotel is located to the central road of Laon. The room was very comfortable and spacious.
The building was too old but renovated. The room didn't have a soap or shampoo for a shower, and also there was a smell from the restaurants around...The staff wasn't the most friendly people I have ever met....We had a very long trip and we got 30 minutes late for the check in .As we didn't have to many data on our mobiles , we couldn't check our mail often. We contacted the owner and we told them that we ll be late and we ll arrive around midnight and it seemed that there wasn't a problem. After a wile they sent as a message telling us that they will charge us 10 e if we arrive after midnight. Since we arrived they told us that the payment has been done by cash and they didn't accept card. Since they got the money the shown as the room and then they disappeared. They didn't say about breakfast or anything else. Personally I don't recommend the place to leave. it's a nice city to spend a couple of hours only.
