Pros: From the moment we booked the property, we were made to feel welcome and given advice and help about the area. The house itself is beautiful and so well kept, and all the time we felt so at home and comfortable. Honestly cannot praise it enough - after nearly a year of travelling it was like a home from home.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the most fabulous places we have stayed in. My husband wants to live here!! The house is a beautiful family home with guest rooms and the freedom to use everywhere in the house. We had a big double room with a shared bathroom (which didn’t cause any problems) and loads of cupboard/wardrobe space. Everywhere has polished wooden floors and doors - it is too lovely to describe! The garden is stunning and there is a small swimming pool. The owners Frederick and Andreas are so friendly and welcoming they make you feel like a member of the family.
Cons: It would be impossible to dislike anything here.

The facilities were plentiful, breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of hot and cold food. The hotel offered complimentary wine tasting each evening which unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try but looked great. 10/10 hotel and would definitely stay again. Location was also perfect.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Veronica was the perfect host - even though her English wasn’t great we managed to conversate well and she made an effort to make us feel comfortable. After 7 months backpacking this was one of the nicest places we stayed, so clean and comfy. Veronica let us stay in another room for the rest of the day before our night bus at 11pm free of charge. Only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Some coffee tea and cereal and other places in the house to relax too. Couldn’t really recommend this place more! Thank you Veronica!
Cons: Nothing!!
5.5 Okay
Cons: Sheets in bed were not clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful property in a lovely area and run by extremely friendly and helpful people, special thanks to Veronica. The extras such as laundry facilities and swimming pool just add a finishing touch to what is a great place to stay. We were sorry to leave, highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Veronica was extremely helpful and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward. The property was well maintained, had good air conditioning in the room and a lovely pool and deck. Would happily stay again if we return to Mendoza in future!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very very helpful landlord! Even when no English knowledge.. I can’t speak Spanish!
Cons: But the price for the very dirty circumstances not fair .. my opinion. I thought I wouldn’t be the only one in the house .. due it was a very old special and historical house .. think Victorian style .. but this made it somehow scary too. I would recommend in summer in a group ( so you could use the garden ) and if you really wanna feel comfortable.. you should clean and tidy it up ..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location to our school.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host Veronica is lovely and very friendly. It is a beautiful large old house with about 5 or 6 bedrooms each lockable and private. Multiple bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen that guests have access to use.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Verónica was really helpful and welcoming. She arranged an early check-in and helped us during the stay with tips and by booking a taxi. The room was comfy and clean, facilities are good too. A swimming pool and a pool table to enjoy the hot afternoons ...
Cons: Nothing !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Veronica, was very friendly and made all attempts to communicate with us despite our language barrier. She also went above and beyond by quickly finding an outlet adapter when we realized that we did not have an appropriate one. The location was fabulous! Could easily walk to various places of interest. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the pool - very relaxing!
Cons: Our only disappointment was that we felt the kitchen and bathroom could have been a little better maintained in terms of cleanliness (gunk in showers and around sink taps, etc.). Also, might have been our misunderstanding, but bathrooms are not private as we had thought (did not matter in the end, as we never had to wait to use one).
6.3 Good
Pros: Big quiet place. Kitchen, washing machine. Owner is really friendly.
Cons: A lot of gunk and dirt in the bathroom.kitchen not really clean. This place could be a winner if it would be clean. I walke/showered on flip flops. There were hairs on/in the bed when we checked in.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great location in the middle of Mendoza and a beautiful hotel, very helpful staff. Nice spa, I had a great massage.
Cons: I booked a room with a view, on the first night my view was the wall of a neighbouring property. They moved me the day after for the next three nights. I asked for a later checkout as my flight left late, that was not possible. Though I could leave luggage with the concierge. Just a bit disappointed, did not feel I got exact value for what I paid; discount on the first night should have been given.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Normal,, simple breakfast. Owners are very friendly nice people.
Cons: TOILET IN BEDROOM DOES NOT WORK, IMPOSSIBLE TO FLUSH. Ants in the bedroom. Rindrops entering from the roof during rain.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very family place, great people there, very helpful, they really take care of you
Cons: A little old facilities (esp. washroom), but comparing with price - it okey
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old house, rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners, Rodrigo and his family, were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food for dinner and good wine!
Cons: Wifi was a little slow in the rooms furthest from the common areas.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The family who run this guest house are very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy. Very clean. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Great value for money! We explored the local wineries by bike and it was a great day. I would recommend this property.
Cons: The location isn’t close to the centre but this wasn’t an issue for us as it was close to where we were renting the bikes and the wineries. Easy to travel to the centre.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The family that run the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money with breakfast and dinner included in the price, breakfast was simple but good and dinner was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel , even though it is a little out of town (only a cheap Uber or taxi away!) Rooms were spacious with heat pumps/air con and ensuite bathrooms with hot showers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner is fantastic and very hospitable, willing to help in any way. The dinner included was nice and the variety is good. The rooms are as pictured, comfortable bed and clean overall.
Cons: The dinner times are a bit late for foreigners, which we of course understand is normal for Argentina. Make sure you have a late lunch so you're not starving by 9pm. WiFi was very weak.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There were 2 major aspects we liked a lot. First there was a busstop in front of the door that would bring you to the center of Mendoza in about 20 minutes. Secondly was the friendly owner who speaks relatively good English (that is not always the case when travelling in SOuth America/Argentina, as we don''t speak any Spanish this was a huge advantage for us). The house is old and is a familiy house for decades. It has really nice ornaments that makes it a warm and special place, but don't expect any high luxury :). The beds were a bit on the small side when you are a tall person. Good value for money. They offer dinner for all the people that have booked. Really nice (and cheap) offer steak and wine. Nothing fancy, but simple and really delicious, a reason to book this accomodation again when travelling in Mendoza.
Cons: The beds. They are small and bit on the soft side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. We were very well welcomed; the owners are very kind. The posada is a very nice traditional house with a pleasant garden. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was very good. For sure, if we had to travel again in Mendoza, we would stay again in the posada Chalet de bassi!
Cons: Nothing to declare.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perhaps, although we were among the strangest people to stay at their hotel (booked almost a year ago just to stay overnight/in fact, a few hours to catch the early flight in the following day -- we came for the Total Solar Eclipse), the owner accommodated us for the late arrival and early departure. We truly appreciated his kindness and generosity. The room and bath was clean with plenty of hot water in shower. Wish I could stay a bit longer to enjoy the breakfast..., next time perhaps?
Cons: Nothing was wrong on this property as everything was great.

Pros: Really good staffs
9.3 Excellent
Pros: - super friendly staff - wonderful view - very spacious rooms
Cons: - location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Property was beautiful, and there was a secure place to park our overland vehicle. Room was huge and beautiful, with two balconies - we were amazed.
Cons: We can’t think of anything we didn’t like - place was wonderful!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in excellent condition and the view at sunset with the vines is very nice. Ideal for a stay in Mendoza as it will remind you always of the strong heritage of wine that this city has.
Cons: A bit far from the center. In our case it did not matter as we just wanted to relax in a good environment.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location with excellent staff. Very large rooms with balcony in each room. Nice sauna on 3rd floor. Good for travelers with a car. Staff outstanding!! Very helpful. Nice grounds and beautiful reception (used to be vineyard owners house). Nice wine cellar Carrefor shopping about 10 minutes away by car.
Cons: No water to drink in room. Rooms need a little more decoration like a painting on the wall.
6.3 Good
Pros: large room, nice view.
Cons: Remote location difficult to find, poor signage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very impressed with this hotel and staff - the hotel is beautiful, with a swimming pool, and patios that look out over a vineyard. Breakfast is included and the staff would keep the food covered for us when we came down on the later side. We were able to turn in dirty sheets from our rooftop tent for laundry service and they even pressed them! We were easily able to extend our stay when we were not able to camp at the festival. Cannot say enough good things about this place!
Cons: The only thing that wasn’t great was the wifi - we were in a corner room, which was beautiful, but the wifi didn’t reach, so I had to sit in the lounge down on the first floor. This wasn’t a hardship, as there are chairs and tables and couches and a TV, but it would have been better for us if we could have had it in our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the peace and silent at night, the facility to go anywhere, it is in a central place, the charming old house, the attention and care of hotel staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good complete breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally helpful staff
9.3 Excellent

8.9 Excellent (1,142 reviews)

With a stay at Hostel Confluencia, you'll be centrally located in Mendoza, a 3-minute drive from Independence Square and 7 minutes from General San Martin Park. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are big and have heaters that you can control yourself. And even have a table. Common area is nice. There is a roof terrace.
Cons: There is no real blanket on the bed just a (hairy 60s) bed spread.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Good breakfast. Just good value when you consider the price. Had a kitchen (although very small) to cook dinner if that’s what you’re into.
Cons: Room 25 : the double bed mattress is absolutely shocking! My apologies I don’t speak fluent Spanish - however some staff talked sooo fast in Spanish when trying to explain something I had no idea (recommend speaking slowly?) - in saying that, the majority of staff were good English and helpful. Would recommend for 2 nights max stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff are lovely. So helpful and friendly. My room was very spacious and clean. This is an excellent choice and the prices are very reasonable.
Cons: It's a bit cold at this time of year. There are plenty of blankets so it's not a problem really.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff
Cons: I was given the most noisy room and the heater was hard to operate and the shower was not hot enough under the cold weather but the very noisy and too strong fan in the bathroom was operated with the light (can’t be separated) to make us feel very cold before and after the shower. The outside toilet is too far from our room.
6.8 Good
Pros: Big room with private bathroom and great rooftop with views of The Andes
Cons: Doors/walls too thin so often kept up by families late in the night/early hours.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location. More of a hotel style. I only slept there one night and had a good night sleep. Good breakfast. Would stay another time too.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hostel in all of South America. Tasty food and good options The family room was very spacious and I think it is fairly cheap for prices in Mendoza The location is good and just a few minutes walk from Plaza Independencia
Cons: Not much, the beds could maybe do with a thicker sheet/duvet in the winter as it got a little cold in the night. 10am check out time was a little annoying especially since check in was, strictly, not until 2pm - it seems to me check out could easily be pushed back an hour or maybe two. At least there was a nice lounge area with books and a smart TV we could hang around in for a while in the day before heading to the airport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great roof terrace, breakfast okay and good sized room. Centrally located.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfy beds and good choice of breakfasts. Staff were friendly and knowledgable and had a good choice of tours to book directly through the hostel. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Hot water and powerful showers too
Cons: On the edge of a busy main road so was very noisy at night time due to traffic passing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfy and warm. The breakfast was very nice. Great value for money
Finca Terrada - Mendoza
11
8.9 Excellent (115 reviews)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The Finca was set in a vineyard with a beautiful pool, which provided a picturesque and relaxing base to explore the surrounding area. Both Diego and Luz were incredible hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay a genuinely enjoyable one, showing us real Argentinian hospitality throughout.
Cons: Location wise you are a bit removed from the town/vineyards but bikes are provided so everything worth seeing/doing can be easily accessed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Finca aterrada was the perfect place for us to end our trip. It’s out of town about 5 minutes, has a nice little pool to relax in and Luz and her boyfriend were very nice and accommodating. Luz drove us into town (Chacras) one day to walk around and dropped us off at this cool beer garden. She also gave us great suggestions for dinner and lunch and made the reservations for us. There are a couple of wineries near by if you wanted to walk or ride one of their bikes to you could. The grounds were kept up nicely and their dogs were fun to have around.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Luz and Diego are excellent hosts. Friendly and accommodating. They drove us to lunch one day, and to bike rental the next so we wouldn’t have to wait for taxis. The property is in a lovely setting with lots of communal space. A very homey feel including friendly dogs. Rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms.
Cons: Location is rather remote/rural. Lovely setting, but if you don’t have a car, you’ll need to rely on calling taxis that can take a while to arrive—not really anything in walking distance. Uber is new in area, if it becomes more available will be a great option.
7.0 Good
Pros: The quietness That it only had 5 rooms so unique and personal Hosts were able to organise taxis, trips for us
Cons: Maybe a little more selection at breakfast, although I think maybe other days more were offered as other people mentioned it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts, very helpful for planning our trips and making reservations.Provided great recommendations for dinner and vineyards. Dog friendly which makes the area very homely.
Cons: Nothing, no issues during our stay
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Finca Terrada was a perfect place to stay and relax, with wonderful views and near Chacras de Coria a super nice small town to walk by and with cool places to eat! Luz and Diego are perfect hosts that makes the stay even better!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owners of the finca went above and beyond to make our stay great. Luz picked us up some dinner to cook on the first night as we had a very early flight and we were tired. They booked a lovely local vineyard for us to go for lunch one day. The location is fantastic, the pictures don't do it justice. They made the fire each night and my husband and I sat and talked over dinner and a glass or two of Malbec, the local wine. Total relaxation. Highly recommended. Thank you Luz and Diego
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff here and they have very delicious pastry for the breakfast!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice couple, we're robbed in the city before we arrive at the Hotel, they were super, super nice and helpful with all things we had to to get get a second passport to go back home. Super recommended!

Pros: It was clean, very nice staff. The beds where very comfortable, very quiet place.
Cons: I was expecting something more comfortable, it had no confirtable place to sit. The humidity was shown on wall and other places
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Air-conditioning not working properly, water leaking and had to be kept at 24 degrees. This wasn't good enough when it's summer and air-con is a must have! One of the reasons I booked this apartment. Wifi connection was terrible! Not constant, kept falling in and out and that's if you were lucky enough to connect in the first place. Another reason why I booked this apartment and was very disappointed!

Cons: The staff is absolutely terrible! During the check-in I got +60% blocked on my credit card without any explanation. Only after I asked, they told me that it was a deposit. I thought a person should know that before her money is freezed... The room service is slow and they always mess everything up. If you ask for the empty wine glasses, you'll get glasses WITH wine, if you ask for a fruit salad without any dressing, you'll definitely get it with it. No excuses, nothing. The staff is just looking at you, like saying "OK, what do you want from me now?" I would strongly recommend international team of Intercontinental to educate the local staff, because they ruin all the positive impression from the stay. The swimming pool is small. The gym is just a name. The food is ordinary.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast is fine, and location is good
Cons: without electricity kettle in room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice, very good. Excellent breakfast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Concierge Daniel was a truly professional knowledgeable and very helpful
Cons: We got a room for handicap persons and it was not comfortable particularly the bathroom, then we had to ask for towels , for Kleenex and they did not replenish the shampoo or body lotion, you expect attention to detail at an InterContinental
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice view, close to a mall
Cons: -
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but everything good!
Cons: The reception people did a really bad job. I looked for them 3 times and in all of them they didn´t tried to satisfy my request. The last request was really easy to be solved, I just wanted a big car to get us to the airport and they said big taxis doesnt exist!!!! The consierge guy was nice, I would give a 10 for him!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely attentive. They offer great information about the city (activities, where to eat, etc). The spa is very nice, with a great swimming pool, locker rooms and a bar to even have lunch or tea.
Cons: The gym was very basic. The weight training area had low bumbles just enough for women requirements.
5.5 Okay
Pros: reception was nice, nothing irritating.
Cons: water from show-head was really weak.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is central.
Cons: Hotel contracted cab tried to charge $100 AR more than quoted. Some staff seemed not to sure of surroundings or could not figure out a tourist map. Our room was well equiped but it was rather stuffy. We had to use the air con to keep any air moving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, near from restaurants, all nice!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and confort
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and wifi!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is perfect. The hotel has a parking garage free of charge. A classic and spacious place to stay.
Cons: The breakfast is a bit boring. There is a general problem with heating. Our room was moisty and cold, the staff brought us a small electric heater, de CV did not work. In an other room offerd, the CV did work, just a bit. Warm water is also an issue, not enough temerature to shower more than a minute.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly, very professional. Breakfast is Amazing, one of the best we did in 2 years of travel
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Absolutely amazing staff. I had interaction with several of them and all were great. Had a few problems (nothing to do with the hotel) and they were a great help. The most professional and polite hotel staff I have encountered in many years. Late check out was granted.
Cons: On my confirmation, "soundproof" is listed as one of the hotel features. Unfortunately, it is not true. I could hear everything from the adjacent room, coughing, talking, TV, etc. If a room on the floor opened or closed a door, it was very loud. Was constantly woken up. Could hear the person in the room above walking around. I travel very much, so I know what reasonable sound to expect in a hotel. This was very bad. Too bad the hotel fell short in this area, because the staff is perfection. Also, it said international TV. Not true. Only Spanish Chanels.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was a reasonably short walk to the central park and shops and the beautiful San Martin Park. Some very good restaurants nearby. One member of staff, Francesco, spoke good English and was especially helpful throughout our stay. His colleagues at Reception spoke less English and were not quite so helpful. The kitchen and cleaning staff were pleasant. Wifi was good.
Cons: Our room was at the front of the hotel and proved a little noisy at night - mainly from traffic. Access to the little pool is through the dining room but it was way too cold for us. The gym was on a very hot top floor and poorly equipped.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly people
7.5 Good
Pros: Stayed only 1 night there. Big modern room, good central location, wide breakfast options. pleasant stuff.
Cons: Bathroom has very unpleasant smell. If you close room window, you can feel this smell in few hours all over the room.

6.3 Good
Pros: One of the more modern hotels in the city but the location let’s this hotel down. Staff pleasant & helpful, the reception staff speak the better English than the restaurant staff but very pleasant all the same. The breakfast choice was not as good as some reviews indicated, reasonable but nothing to shout about.
Cons: The location, fine to walk to the town during the day but walking at night is not recommended due to the area. Taxi prices very reasonable though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is more convenient for discovering Mendoza. We went here after a disaster with another accomodation that we booked through this site. Before we got there, the hotel could not do enough to help, simply excellent assistance. The Easter display looked marvellous and I'm sure that my wife would have enjoyed the free sparkling wine at breakfast.
Cons: No tea/coffee or kettle in a family suite. Makes mixing up baby formula a challenge! Surely a bath is an essential in a family suite? Such a massive space but only a shower, it doesn't make sense to me. No cutlery/crockery provide despite a decent kitchenette. There is a number to ring for more but we only found it after housekeeping had closed for the day (but they were amazing when I needed to get back into the room after checkout when I realised that I'd left my son's medication in the minibar fridge). The painfully slow check out.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a nice comfortable size. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Location is not the best in the city but it's not a problem & well worth the cost savings.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Old and dirty carpet in the rooms, I had to asked to be move to another room because the first one had very old and worn and misshapen mattress.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, eggs every day, but sometimes it was not refilled on time. Location is in the center, but a little on side. Staff was very helpful, answered all other qustions and helped with everything - special thank you to Julietta! Mini-bar was good, more better than in many other hotels (I mean how does it work like a fridge). In general need to make some renovations and a little repairs, at least closing and opening windows (it doesn't keep its opened position), and there is no mosquitonets.
Cons: Buttons for light inside the room and bathroom was amazing unuseful, I can't imagine who chosed them and why, also sink in the bathroom - it was the MOST inconvenient sink I have ever seen, can't imagine who even CREATED it and why, for me it means water everywhere after every washing my face. Micriwave is just above the sink of the mini-kitchen, and that is also very uncomfortable - why is it not in other side? there is nothing on that side, and it can be there. Unfortunally, there was nothing in the kitchen except 2 glasses - there is a notice to ask something if you need, but I think it is normal to have at least basic cutlery and plates for 2 people (if there will be 2 people in the room) without any special requests, because the room is with mini-kitchen. Kettle is also can be helpful. No vegetables on breakfast, jamon is sweet.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Rooms are clean and very spacious
Cons: The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Specially the front desk staff. They do not concierge and given its a destination that involves tours and reservations for wineries and restaurants. It should be a service offered by the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast!
Cons: The cleanliness of the carpets in the room. The pillows.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff that was always willing to assist us. Lemon water, some fresh fruits such as grapes and apples were available free of charge in the lobby. Modern hotel, with nice decor touches to make it different from others, nice and spacious rooms
Cons: Breakfast was one of the worse we had on our travels...that was the only thing we didn’t like about this hotel. We only stayed one night but if we would have stayed longer, we would definitely go out to have breakfast outside. No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. If you travel alone, it's recommended not to walk alone at night as the hotel is a bit outside of the main, busy streets
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and took the tine to advice places to eat and thinks to do
Cons: Breakfast needs to be improved

Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: The bed didn't have a mattress cover
9.3 Excellent
Pros: An Elegant Hotel, it gave me an expectation of something that should have been a bit better, in its reality! Fix the minor (all fixable) things below and we could live in this hotel FULL-TIME! A joke, but true.
Cons: Breakfast was OK. The Staff member in the breakfast-room today, 26 July, 2019 was sultry and not helpful. She spoiled the higher rating I would have otherwise given! The toilet in our room needs attention - it moved - and there was a disturbing sound all night like an Extractor Fan - but no extractor fan was visible. This kept me awake almost all night. The pillows were horribly hard! My wife, on the other hand, was very happy with all aspects of the Hotel, so maybe I am being too hard!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed here a few years ago and I think it needs some refurbishment. Getting a little rundown.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is good
10.0 Excellent

5.8 Okay
Pros: They have a pillow menu where you can order any kind of pillow you like! They were also very fast at getting us wine glasses. The sauna and steam room were nice but you do have to ask them to heat it up in advance.
Cons: The jacuzzi bathtub jets barely functioned, the tub was also scratched and stained. The junior suite faces the street so you get noise from cars and cigarette smoke from the sidewalk. The lady at the front desk with a ponytail was extremely rude. They did not have our booking because we booked it on a Saturday and bookings is closed during weekends (we checked in on Sunday). They gave us the wrong room even after we emailed them the verification which indicated we had a junior suite. At checkout they charged us an extra high fee and then said they would remove it. It wasn't clear what that was about... in the end we STILL ended up paying a little more than the price showed on booking.com. I showed the manager via my email confirmation the room total should be less but he still charged me the higher amount anyway.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: really helpful staff, they let us leave our bags before check in and after check out, free froot and welcome drink, great bar and breakfast, good location and they organised taxis for us. Overall very good level of service and a comfortable stay!
Cons: room deecoration was a bit dated (also could do with painting , furniture scratch marks on walls), pool water temperature was bizarelly very cold.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Bedroom was a little dated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s central location
Cons: Somewhat dated
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and the bed comfortable.
Cons: The shower situation was a little strange and not easy, but it worked.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It has a good parking arrangement with the Parking space next to it. Breakfast was good. Complementary glass of house red on arrival nice, but be prepared for administration to take a long time, so necessary!
Cons: So the hotel is tired and is priced far outside it's value bracket, even moreso as it actually charges more than the agreed/contracted amount. "4 star for whom" i would ask since it's facilities level is a little short of a UK Travelodge, albeit plus a steam room, sauna (both of which were switched off) and an unfiltered pool. Air conditioning broken, room smelt of damp and smoke. Beds were singles pushed together. Generally rather sub par.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in a grand building. The breakfast was very good.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay and the location is at the end of the mall so you only have to walk 15 minutes to gwt to the parks and restaurants
Cons: Staff were rude Bed wasnt very comfortable Check out took 30 minutes for some reason even though we were the only ones checking out I also left my jacket in the room and reached out to the staff 3 times tp try and arrange getting it back but never recieved a return phone call or reply to my 2 emails which was disappointing. Wouldnt stay here again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great and the location was perfect I liked the free apples every day nice touch

9.5 Excellent
Pros: A short walk to the centre of Mendoza. Room was fine, staff helpful an friendly.
Cons: Breakfast buffet could do with a little less sugary stuff!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: the staff is excellent, good location
Cons: the breakfast is not good enough,no eggs.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location very close to some nice restaurants. The breakfast had a good continental selection as well as eggs available. I had my own room which was very comfortable and clean. And the pool area was nice to hang out in the sun for some downtime.
Cons: A little pricey for what you get but I think that’s Mendoza in general.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, but no scrambled eggs on the menu for breakfast... For the cost and perceived luxury, we expected a better breakfast.
Cons: Staff very helpful, except manager a bit of a grump... We booked 3 rooms but were given only two on arrival, so took a few firm words to sort it, as it was there fault. They did correct the charges.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good, 2 blocks from plaza independência. The hotel itself is a little old and simple but in good conditions and clean. Staff were ok as well as the breakfast. You could also book some tours directly in front desk. A good value in my opinion.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Can be very noisy at night if your room is facing the street
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and cooperative staff at reception and bar/restaurant, at any time. Breakfast 'Argentine style' but decently varied and nicely arranged. Lots of space between the tables in the bar/restaurant. Size of bedroom and bathroom okay for one person and with lots of storage option. Modern TV, pretty good WiFi. Location ideal - right in the center of Menoza, near the central park and pedestrian area, but still pretty quiet.
Cons: The entry hall is modern, which makes you hope that the rooms are too... Nope, the rooms and bathrooms are old (but clean and functional). In particular the halls could need a bit of renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is good

7.5 Good
Pros: - Airco was working - Helpfull staff - Comfortable bed - Good location to explore Mendoza
Cons: - Pictures of the rooms did not reflect how our room looked like - Breakfast was quite basic + heater for scrambled eggs did not work (every morning eggs were cold) - Hot tub/Jacuzzi is very small; water was icecold and bubble functionality didn't work
6.8 Good
Cons: Our room was clean, tidy and we'll designed, however when we returned after a full day away the door to our room was open wide which is very dangerous as we had no way of knowing who or when the room was left open.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to top restaurants and shopping. It has a big kitchenette. Th restaurant was surprisingly good, and with very good service. The person who attended our table did it with such a beautiful smile and happy attitude! El empleado del restaurante nos dio el mejor servicio al traernos tabla de quesos y deliciosas empanadas!
Cons: Although the rooms are big, there was too much noise early in the morning from a school nearby (and we were on the 3rd floor) The sheets were too old and left a lot of lint everywhere. Very plain room.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good breakfast and comfortable room
Cons: Checking a bit long. They had 2 reservations, one for more people in our party that I had cancelled because bookings app does not seem able to do that. Even though her screen showed the one that was not cancelled, the reception made an issue of it. Weird.
6.3 Good
Pros: The price that we paid was highly different than the price mentionned in our reservation with booking (80 EUR!). We asked them to reimburse the difference but they never answered us!
Cons: The price that we paid was highly different than the price mentionned in our reservation with booking (80 EUR!). We asked them to reimburse the difference but they never answered us!
7.0 Good
Pros: Large spacious clean rooms with kitchens which is a bonus
Cons: Breakfast could be better
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff who explained things with lots of patience and humour. Quiet rooms. Easy to walk into town in the shade.
Cons: The room was beginning to look a bit worn but was still comfortable and functional.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was large with a nice balcony overlooking the park. Location was close to everything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, good breakfast, pleasant staff.
Cons: Our room was not as nice as the one shown on Booking.com. My advice would be to ask to see the room in person before committing.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was pretty good
Cons: We stayed two out of four nights booked and they charged us another night for leaving early. The room was noisy and run down
