Nothing the place was awful.
The breakfast was discusting, waffles, pancakes, white rice, hard boiled eggs. All ice cold and hard as a rock. Very disrespectful people and I would never give them my money again. I would rather sleep in my car.
It was cheap
It felt cheap. Jacuzzi tub that I paid extra for didn't work and no discount given or attempt to switch rooms. Room did not get cleaned my first night there. Breakfast buffet was really sub par.
Room was disgusting. Blood stains on curtains and towels. Fluid stains on the sheets. Furniture was from the 80s including the tvs. Smell in the halls and rooms was a mixture of smoke and something else horrid. Debating never using this service again because of it
Carpet was dirty, Linen has stuff on it, I just was not comfortable and could not wait to check out the next morning! Glad it was only for one night.
Nothing. Was cheap but not worth the risk.
Felt dangerous. Bags of garbage in the hallway, poorly lit, shabby condition, people hanging out in the hallways for no clear reason. Someone asking me to let him into the hotel. Didn't try to eat the breakfast because it looked so bad. Didn't go back down to get something out of my car because thought I might get mugged. Next door to a strip club. Cheap though...
This hotel was seedy and old. Looks like a five year old made the bed, the roon smelled like soured laundry and someone put his fist through the bathroom door. One of my worst hotel stays ever.
The room had good AC. They also have a nice pool.
Check in was terrible, rude staff at front desk, and the room wasn't cleaned, there was trash everywhere. Front desk lady gave us such a bad response when we wanted to check in early, blaming her bad attitude on having a bad morning. Waited about an hour and a half for the shuttle to go to the airport. The only nice staff at this hotel was the housekeeper.
The airport shuttle made a special trip for us at 2:00am. Really appreciated that. Our room was large and had a microwave and fridge. Bathtub was also a large tub with a whirlpool. The breakfast is ok since it is included.
Like everyone said, no towels. Not even a hand towel by the bathroom sink. Try to get them when you check in. The sheets and pillows felt kind of crunchy. Hard to explain the texture. $10 fee for everything (late check out, early check out, taking food out of the breakfast area, etc).
Cheapest option for dog friendly hotel. Close walk to grass for dog.
Room was not cleaned and there were no towels. I was one of three people making the same complaint at the front desk at the same time. Front desk said they would have someone clean it immediately. Left for dinner (asked if they could order a taxi, they said it could take up to an hour and we'd be better off walking to the hotel next door), and decided to switch hotels after reading multiple negative Yelp reviews. When we got back to get our things, room remained untouched by hotel staff.
Nice location off the strip. The room was modest, but clean. Refrigerator, A/C, Cable, Internet, pool; no microwave or coffee.
Breakfast. Free, but coffee was the only thing worth getting.
DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is disgusting. There was blood and so many stains all over the comforter and sheets. There was trash and dirt all in the hallways, stairways, elevator etc. The towels were tiny and so old. the towels at the pool were stained and completely shredded. The gym was not air-conditioned and all of the equipment was broken. it was truly gross in there. I knew we were getting a budget hotel in LV but this was beyond anything I could have imagined.
Everything was horrible
Rooms were dirty, carpets were stained, over priced rooms. Short supply of breakfast items are gone in one hour.
Location is great. Only a few minutes walk from Strip and Hard Rock Hotel which is what we wanted. Free breakfast. It's not much but it's there and it's free.
No towels, we had to request towels twice but room services was happy to respond quickly. Air conditioning stopped working during our stay. We were only there for two nights so putting a work order, which we did upon check out, needed more time to address issue.
The morning breakfast.
No shuttle service...
Customer service was awesome...Thank you!
It was clean and quiet I was by myself and I felt very safe and comfortable I will recommend this place and will stay again
Good value. Shuttle service.Breakfast was basic but a nice feature.
Pool wasn't open. Need to update the towels. Rooms need updates.
Location-- shuttle to airport
How "worn" it --it didn't seem clean, but it could have been mostly tired
Staff was helpful and accommodating About 10 minutes from the strip Inexpensive
Rooms were a bit old but everything worked
Dirty feeling. Bed sheets were dirty and stiff.
No band aids at counter, ok breakfast. Good value for price
No band aids.
I liked the price. For Memorial day weekend it was $105 a night, booked less than a week out. Cant beat that. The front desk was helpful. I was put in a suite/kitchenette? That was unexpected, unless all the rooms are the same.
The jaccuzi tub had what can only be described as orange mold growing in the jet areas. I am military and have seen this a bit. It is from poor cleaning. Perhaps provide extra instruction for the cleaning staff would be a good place to start. Then follow on spot checks by management to ensure the work is done correctly. The hall carpets needed a good vacuuming and definitely a good cleaning. I saw what can only be described as debris littering the floor of building 2 for both days/nights I stayed, and it nwver got cleaned. That in itself would make the place look and feel less dingy and dirty. Having the maintenance or managers walk the halls periodically perhaps. It is no smoking, I assume that means marijuana as well. Yet every time I walked the hall to my room it reeked of marijuana. The matresses werent bad, but the pillows were undersized (1/2 to 3/4 the size of a regular bed pillow) and uncomfortable. One too thin and fairly soft the other hard enough that the skin on my head went numb after laying on it a bit if that gives an idea. The towels have definitely been well used over the years. Thin, small and rough fibers tell me they havent been replaced in some time, no fabric softener was used and/or they were cheap quality when purchased. Big no-no in my opinion, upon check-in there were only 2 bath towels and a bath mat. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The ironing board was very well used, it would barely stay up without collapsing. The hook it hung on in the closet was half lose/broke. No iron was included in the bedroom, I had to call the front desk for one. The plua is that It came pretty quick. The minus is the one brought to me had something burnt to the bottom. All in all, the small things matter. Had these small things been done, I would actually recommend this place to my friends. As it is, I will tell them to spend the extra money to get a room next door at the Tuscany.
24/7 shuttle to airport
privately owned and obviously the owner does not care
The toilet worked fine. The "out of place in this room" jetted tub worked ok.
Hotel staff in t-shirts or whatever the feel like wearing, not geared to customer service. The clerk had attitude. $10 extra resort fee?!?!?! NO RESORT! Outdated plain rooms. Scratched up furniture, sloppy cauking all around the tub, closet door off the tracks, very dark parking lot, funky kitchenette, needs new carpet, would need renovation to come up to 2-star level
shuttle to the strip, bed was soft and the room was fairly clean
breakfast sucked, if u like just toast n frozen waffles n pancakes. we got the late check out but got bugged 3 times between 11-12, we couldnt sleep in at all, and front desk didnt offer to refund the 10$ it cost to get the late ck out
SO cheap! Paid $30/night. Room had sitting area and "kitchenette" (Was cupboards, counters, microwave and fridge. No kitchenware.) Good location. Starbucks across the street. Walking distance to the strip and many restaurants (Morton's, Buca, Ellis Island which has an amazing pizza place and decent cafe) Although the room had an odd smell, it didn't permeate any of my clothing. Had a VERY large soaking tub and shower
Old, dated, and dingy No on-site bar/restaurant Has a fitness center that is supposedly open from 6am to 7pm. It was locked both days I tried to use it. (Noon one day, around 3pm the other) The room did smell a little weird. Like chlorine/pool smell mixed with pledge or something. I went to the dollar store and bought some febreeze, sprayed the place down, and opened the window. It helped a lot.
Loved the stay room was clean.
Things were not updated
I didn't like that I booked this hotel WEEKS in advanced due to the amenities of the pool & fitness center being available for 24/7. To have me check in and then find out later- they changed the hours from 7am-7pm, three days prior.
I liked the location and the price considering the location. the hallways were not very clean, but my room was. The facilities are outdated, but not unclean. As a lone traveler, this hotel worked great as a place to sleep and feel comfortable while I spent a night in Vegas. Probably not in the best part of town, but it's not in the worst part either.
The carpet in the hallways was weird, every pillow in my room was a different kind of pillow, the tv was from 1995.
Nice place, nothing special, but has all the conveniences and amenities for an awesome price!
The wifi was reliable.
The hallway and elevator had a peculiar odor. The (required) resort fee pays for wifi and breakfast. The breakfast was a pretty basic assortment of carbs and drinks.
