Nothing.would have been better off staying elsewhere
Beds r hard. Showers are poor.rooms stink.
Rooms other than the tower were old and noisy. Any outside room that was exposed to the freeway traffic were very noisy. Only old single pain glass. Would not recommend staying anywhere in the two story part of the hotel. My room was also located down a long hallway, maybe 100 plus yards long. And the two story did not have an elevator. This must have been the original hotel that needs to be torn down.
In past years this has been a good hotel.
It is time to refresh the courtyard rooms.
The only thing I like about this one is free shuttle bus to airport and the strip
This is my first time and my last time book this hotel. Room is not look like what is in the picture. It's a big lie. When you see a picture and book a room. They said because you booked the cheaper one then they give you the Extremely horrible and smelly room. I asked why the room smell so bad. Then they said they could spray the room but I have to get out of my room for a hour. Wth!!! I got so mad and yelled. They end up to give me another room which is not any better. Again, room is smelly and dirty, not look like the picture. Pls never book this hotel. Cheaper than other a little bit but get horrible room and way far off the strip. You will have to spend money on taxi anyway.
Convenient location for rollerhockey tournament we were in town for, not being on the strip is not an issue.
not a smoker but that is the Vegas casino experience.
Worst hotel I've stayed at! I should have stayed at a small Inn instead!
The view of the Las Vegas strip and the comfort of the bed and also the bathroom was beautiful !!!
That if the wifi was need there was going to be a charge of $9.99 for 24 hrs when it should be free
I had bed bugs in my room which I didn't see until morning.
Easily accessible from freeway
There carpets looked like it hadn't been washed since there grand opening. Bathroom door falling off, it would not close for privacy. Beds were hard and the hallway was a dim scene from a horror movie. I complained about the room and they blamed the booking website for the room we got saying it would have been better if we would have booked direct. Why would kayak be to blame for having such terrible rooms available. This review is for the room they gave me after they moved me from the first room which was twice as dirty and falling apart. They did tell me I could have a nice room for $120 more for 3 nights on top of the $240 I paid. Run, and never again! For that amount of money I could have stayed at almost any one of the hotels on the strip. I booked here for its distance to the convention center where I had a seminar.
I didnt like anything. It was terrible. I take that back the buffet was good, but I didnt come here for the buffet.
terrible dirty smelly room next to the loading dock. blood on the walls, trash under the bed, burns on the carpet. when I signed up for the room there was no hidden resort fee and when I checked in....boom resort fee. I feel cheated out of my money. the front desk agent was rude and I will never ever be returning to this dump
In room need small fredge. And free wi-fe
Hair in shower and fee hotel
We liked that the hotel and our room did not reek of cigarette smoke. We also liked the fact that if you are only there to stay at the hotel, and not to gamble, you do not have to walk through the casino to get to your room. Our room was nice and cool and acceptably clean. We were able to walk across the street to dinner at Landry's which was delicious and worth the short walk in 106 degree weather.
We have stayed in many hotels, but having never been in an elevator that required your room key to select your floor (which is actually great for security purposes), it would have been nice if they had explained it at the front desk when we checked in. We were a little frustrated riding up and down in the elevator until another guest got on and explained about the room key.
most of the staff were friendly in the hotel and casino. rooms were clean, and the variety of food vendors was good
water pressure in shower was bad, oriental server in the buffet was rude and bossy, the wait to get into the buffet was very long everytime i went and the food was worse than i expected. the italian food place was so overpriced for the quality of the food. i make better out of canned sauce. you need a guest laundry badly
Comfortable and clean
Small shower and did not get the correct room
I stayed in the courtyard, decent price.
They have two areas the "tower" and the "courtyard." They don't do a good job distinguishing one from the other. They make the courtyard seem similar to the tower rooms, but the courtyard is more like motel 6 quality with wallpaper that is peeling off. They charged me an additional $40 per night to move to the tower. The courtyard is not as pictures and the pool is dirty and old, the rooms smell like smoke and the wall paper is peeling off the walls
Everything was awesome.
Nothing I didn't like about palace station.
onlything i liked was their friendly employees..
too far from strip and to dirty.. dont stay in their courtyard area.. you end up there while you go for thier cheap rates.. dont recomend this ar any cost..
The only good thing about the hotel was the casino being fun and the staff being nice and helpful.
The ceiling paint was chipping and falling while in the shower. Under the beds was completely disgustingly dirty. The walls seemed paper thin and we heard everything going on. Hard to sleep. It seemed run down. Definitely could use some renovation done. I will never stay again. Would rather choose a motel
Hotel was Clean and overall worked for us.Would not stay there again.
First time I used Kayak. Price was perfect until we got to register and did not realize we had to pay again at hotel for resort fees and taxes again..Should have booked at hotel itself.Did not save anything this time .Was not happy.Figured everything was paid .Surprise Surprise.Get your ducks inline with the hotels. This one anyway.
I like that you can find parking easily, and the buffet on the second floor is good and friendly.
They send us all the way in the back, and you can hear everything behind the walls.
There was banging noises all night long on floor above me
The luxury rooms were decent the people were nice the restaurant is delicious. I read so many reviews saying how bad it was and I must of been staying at a different hotel because I don't have the same outlook!!
I didn't like that kayak gave me a price that said pay nothing at the hotel but yet I still had to pay my hotel fees I even took a picture when I booked saying it said pay zero dollars when you get to the hotel and they wouldn't honor it
No ice machine near our room
staff at reservation desk need more training. If you charge that much for room service make sure you answer the phone for orders.
Proximity to the Las Vegas strip. Restaurants were pretty good. Grand Cafe has a great steak special and terrific service.
At check-in, handed a paper to sign telling me the hotel was going to charge a $15/day "Hotel Fee" in addition to what I'd already paid online. The "courtyard rooms" are disgusting; basically a motel 5 behind the Palace Station tower. Shower head too low and couldn't control hot/cold water accurately.
Not much. It was close to the strip.
The room was smelly No elevator Dirty hotel No soundproof Very old hotel needs upgrades
I knew up front I'd have to pay a resort fee, but it's supposed to cover your internet use. However when you try to sign on you have to pay an additional $10 to connect.
Stayed here twice. It was horrible both times. Staff was rude, slow, and unhelpful. Both times requested a king sized bed, but when I got there they only had doubles with the only explanation being to tell me I should have gotten there earlier. I knew I was staying in the courtyard, but still, the two little beds were hard and squeaky with very noticeable springs. Tiny shower and a weird smell. We ate at the buffet which is 3x more expensive than advertised. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD OR ROOM TEMPERATURE. Would also think a hotel right on I-15 would invest in some insulation so you don't hear the highway all night. I stayed at the Hard Rock for 1/4 of the price of this dump. STAY AWAY Oh, almost forgot, the beds didn't have blankets.
Good value for a cheap hotel
Shower head too low for me. Shower pressure too low
They charged an extra $16.39 per night "Hotel Service Fee" which I was unaware of. I don't recall seeing any additional mandatory charges when I booked it on kayak.
Staying at the tower was nice.
Had to upgrade from Couryard to Tower. Courtyard was outdated, dirty, old tv's, no central air only laud wall unit, broken, noisy beds, small showers. The only good thing about the courtyard it was close to the pool. Good for a desperate stay in LV.
Love this palace they have great food & drinks. The sports book is awesome nice staff. The table games are good an no drunk people around asking dum question. Room ok like home.
Did not like the old TV in the rooms. They need a upgrade.
The room was priced cheap
$100 deposit for a $17 was a little far fetched for me
The price was reasonable
When we got there the whole system was down so we had to wait hours to be able to check into our room which madeus miss plans that we had and the hotel gave us no comps at all for the huge inconvenience
