We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room, and were told that there were no other rooms available. The smell made us nauseous and all of our clothes and belongings ended up stinking of smoke. The wifi never worked while we were there, and the person at the front desk was completely unhelpful and indifferent about trying to resolve the problem.
Should have kitchen wear .. Rooms are dirty
Very clean rooms, pretty view, nice staff.
Something that I found annoying was that most of the ice machines were broken and the only one that wasn't was out of ice.
The price was good and the fact that they have the 2 bedrooms was good for taking the kids along
it needs to be updated looks like it got built in the 80's or early 90's and haven't they done anything since. It was A little far from the strip also.
Great it you are traveling with pets. Kitchen was great, saved money by eating in.
King size bed was like sleeping on a board
Friendly staff, allowed an early check-in. Clean room, within walking distance of Sam Boyd Stadium.
Very reasonable price for an exended stay.
The internet service was intermittent due to a change in service providers. Also, I thought it was a little unfair to charge $2 per day for phone service (that's $60 per month) regardless of use...a better way may be to charge $2 on days the phone is actually used.
