NOT REALLY GOOD FRONT DESK
I like everything but front desk staff
The day I checked in ! That front desk lady was trying to pushing me paying more for upgrade which I don’t really want it! I ask her to get smoking room if that possible, and she ask me to pay $50 for a smoking room! And I saw another register which stand beside of mine to asked the guest for smoking room or not! Very disappointed finally I get really bad view room from my register! Because I think I didn’t do what she wants!
Gorgeous room, with a nice view. Great location. Excellent restaurants in the hotel.
Pool was closed, and while guests could use the Palazzo pools, half of these were closed as well, leaving basically one very small pool for thousands of people. As a result, the pool area was incredibly crowded. Also, Venetian casino was one of the most Smokey on the strip, making it hard to breath.
Missing some amenities
Room spacious & comfortable
Was no comprehensive map of the hotel available, no coffee maker in room, water glasses not replaced, our room at the Venitian was reserved but they gave us a room at the Palazzo
Great for fun
This place is huge . We spent two days exploring. Great restaurants.
The building, the staff,. The service
Gr8 place to stay
All inclusive poolside foods shopping
Luxury @ it’s best!
Venetian is a BEAUTIFUL Hotel & Casino. The staff, from check-in to check-out, for any reason, were wonderful. Casino servers were on the ball, brunch was delicious & servers great!! Just ran into one unfriendly, grouchy pit boss, but otherwise our stay there was awesome. Be SURE to check out the POOLS
I didn’t like that the refrigerator use was an additional charge. We had medication that requires refrigeration, but did not want to be charged an additional fee; therefore we had to monitor it with ice☹️ They may want to think about a way to get guests checked in closer to the guest suites, it’s a long walk from the front entrance!!
the uber lyft pickup is farther away
The bed was great. The room was well appointed, for a style that one can only hope will die off. Would I stay there again? Sure, but not if I was paying for it, and not if one of roughly 5 other hotels were available at the time.
It felt like the finest technology 2005 had to offer. The TV's looked pretty mediocre, and WiFi was spotty, at best. The walk to the room was also *really* far and very convoluted. If the Venezia tower didn't spit your right out at Bouchon for breakfast, that would be a deal breaker. Little touches, like the plug strip that motor-rotated on the desk, are utterly pointless when basics (like the number of hangers in the room) are so poorly accounted for. The biggest downside? The parking garage is an utter joke, with people taking *hours* to get their cars out. I had a rented car, but I just parked it and took taxis for the stay after sitting in one place for 15 minutes while trying to leave.
Worst Venetian Experience
The convenience of checking out. The suite. Casino
The staff attitude, Not so clean room. The inconvenience of checking in. Front desk said they don't have the reservation from Kayak so I called Kayak and ask to send Venetian another copy of the reservation. However, Kayak's system was down on that day so they had to send it another way via email. The front desk basically told me the sales is going through mass emails and did not have time to look for my reservation that Kayak sent. Ridiculous.... If this is the way you treat guests then bye, I will not stay at this hotel anymore. I waited at the counter for at least 45 minutes trying to get this resolved and nothing can be done unless I pay the walk-in price (Way more expense!) and they will issue the refund once they received the reservation from Kayak. It's been 3 days and I still don't see the refund! This was probably my 10th time staying at this hotel and it was the worst.
Too much to handle!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved the size of the luxury king suite Ease of access throughout the huge establishment Excellent staff and the yardbird restaurant is a MUST
