My kids really enjoyed the adventuredome and midway games. The staff need to adjust their attitudes big time.
I hated my experience here!!!!!!! Everything from value of money, cleanliness, room quality....worst 100 ever spent
There are activities for families. It's dated. Had a nice room this time compared to last. But surely this place will be closed and a new hotel/casino built soon. Couldn't get bell desk or front desk at 5:20 am to answer phone. The "resort fees" are idiotic since you pay for everything you use on top of the fee. But it's Las Vegas...expect to be handing out money everywhere you go! The whole city has its hands out for money.
Got to sleep comfortable No blankets just sheets
Availability, and that's about it. Hidden "resort" fees are a pure ripoff, but the worst thing about Circus is the check-in process, which is atrocious. Here's how it goes: you stand in line for 40 minutes (even on Sunday night) only to get snarled at by check-in personnel. I had a worker refuse to communicate in Spanish, even though she spoke Spanish to the previous customer. She seemed to take offense at an Anglo speaking Spanish. Never again.
Will no longer stay again The agreement circus circus didn't keep between the online site and myself. Bad communication between the three and my reservation was cancelled and no communication was given prior to attempt to check in and no accommodations were mad and the payment they wanted to double
Nothing I liked. Rudeness of staff. Room heater only put out cold air. Couldn't look out the windows to see Vegas hey were so dirty. This was my first time in Vegas and the experience was not a good one. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I chose it only because my daughter and kids were going with us but canceled due to one of the grand kids getting sick.
I like that this hotel was reasonable and had something to do for the entire family. I would have preferred to stay in something a little more upscale but if you can't afford that and want to get to Vegas it's the not bad.
The beds were comfortable but I would have liked there to have been a spare blanket as I was chilly most of the night. The woman at the front desk tried to upgrade us to a room in the actual casino building, but our original reservation was cheaper and in the smaller out building. It was good enough for us, good space a little outdated but it was a nice inexpensive option. Only other complaint would be it did smell like the facility had been previously smoking, it had a funky odor even in the non smoking rooms and halls Funky, smoky smelling odor even in the non smoking areas, no extra bedding so it was a chilly night
Denny's was across the street. Staff doesnt care, has attitudes, and lies to your face.
Room was good. Location was good Resort fees
LOVE the fact that you provide your guest's two water bottles per day, kitchenette came in handy! (even all the dishes, plates, dish soap, etc.) every staff member always greeted us!
The room was quiet and large. It had everything we needed and more. Excellent kitchen with most of what we needed. Overall very happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again. Checkout was 10:00, which we found very unusual. We stayed at 6 different hotels during our road trip, and this was by far the earliest, although they did give us a little extra time when we asked. Water pressure in shower was not very good, and in the soaking tub was terrible, so it took a long time to fill up. Would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. More features would have been nice like other places on the strip. For example, on-site restaurant choices and a casino.
Amenities and lack of casino. Water pressure in shower. Tiny room
The staff were helpful and we liked that there was a little kitchen area with a sink and mini fridge in the room. It was very clean abd comfortable and had lots of amenities. It's a the far north end of the strip, but for the cost savings that wasn't so bad.
We stood for 6 nights and was very comfortable. Because we stood 6 nights the 8$ a day parking fee was waived. Great family environment at the pool for the kids. 2 thumbs up would stay again! Shower water pressure not so great... thats it.
The rooms were fairly sizable and clean! The pool area is very nice. It's quiet, away from the noise of the main strip. Quite family friendly. No hidden resort fees! My husband and I chose to get married in Vegas and picked this hotel in order to accommodate our relatives that were a bit more conservative. It fits the bill. If you're coming to Vegas with children, or don't want to participate in the nightlife aspects, this is a sure bet. The marketplace within the hotel isn't very good. It's a bit of a cluster... Also, the staff was less than helpful or courteous when I asked about having a dress dry cleaned and pressed. They don't have an in house service for that, nor could they recommend anyone to me for same day service. If you're walking to the main area of the strip, take a cab instead. It's a full mile.
The suite was large, clean with amenities such as refrigerator, microwave and washing machines. A nice little market with a deli and pizza place in lobby. Overall, staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind long walks or paying can fares for a nicer, larger room for a good price. The location was a little further north in the strip than I would have preferred. It was quite a walk to the hotels such as Caesars Palace and a cab was a must to the hotels south on the Strip.
It's clean, close to attractions, and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone is willing to help with anything one may need in order to make one's stay better. They don't offer shuttle service to the airport.
Great location; very pleasant atmosphere; wonderful evening breeze poolside. Line for food service were ever present, but moved quickly. It would be nice if there was an area with a more extensive menu with table service.
We loved how quiet and clean or stay was. This hotel seems to cater best to families, older couples or people looking to enjoy Las Vegas without the wild and crazy hustle and bustle. It's a bit further from attractions so be prepared to pay more for transportation, especially cabs taken from the hotel. Good value at $110/night through kayak.com. A continental breakfast would have been great! Not really within walking distance from most attractions/shows.
Staff was very friendly. They were very welcoming. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Coffee shop and store a little bit unorganized. Very expensive. Should have better fans in the bathroom. Was hard to get water in the showers to a comfortable temperature.
Loved the room we had. It was very spacious and the view was amazing. Pool was crowded with kids but the bar was very good. We even got free parking. I don't have any negative comments. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The bed was super comfortable, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean & confortable. I liked having a refrigerator & microwave. The staff was accommodating and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. This is not a high-end casino hotel, but it is a great value and a place we will stay when we come again.
The room was ok The room's view was quite bad. The hotel's staff looked strange, always observing what we were doing...
Close to the strip. The carpets are very old, our hallway smelled like a toilet.
It was clean and staff was nice Room service kept knocking on door
The room was nice, seemed like maybe it had recently been redone. The location is pretty close to the convention center but because there are quite a few abandoned buildings in between with homeless people all around - I didn't feel safe walking there. There is no hotel shuttle and the hotel front desk said it would probably be $10 for a taxi one way - so I had the unexpected additional expense of a rental car. The lobby is outdated; the carpet in the hallway outside the elevator is torn and shabby-looking; the entry to the pool is odd, shared with the parking lot, and not appealing at all. And Wi-fi was not included with the room.
Nothing I didn't even stay I want my money back I want my money back
The hotel was in walking distance from the Strip. Not a busy hotel and pretty quite. Only few people would go down to the pool, which is a big plus if you like privacy. The balconies were in a really bad shape, would not suggest to sit on the chairs on balcony. Quite few stains on the beds, the trow pillows and bed cover to be exact. Other surfaces also needed a good whipe.
The lobby looked nice and so did the restaurant. They let me check into the room early which was kind and the pool looked good too You could feel the springs in the bed, the first room the heater smelled like rotting eggs, and over all the room looked worn down and old like 80's old like 40years worth of people staying there old. Also when we went to switch rooms the front desk had us bring down all our bags and then only moved us over down the hall from our original room. Felt rude
No casino's and smoky air and very close to the strip. Good for vacations with kids. The only thing I wish I didn;t see/ do was to have to kill a cockroach crawling in the bathroom wall.
Walking distance to LVCC Outdated facility. Dirty dingy hallways with light odor. Room was very clean though.
Very decent restaurant on the premises (Barrymore) - nice, yet very over priced bar. Great location if you have business at the LV Convention Center. Easy access to Las Vegas Blvd. Rooms are out dated, dirty furniture, no maid service (at least they did not make up my room), no amenities on the premises what so ever. Seems to be some kind of time share operation with very bad up keep. Air conditioning would not go below 72 degrees. At US$ 165 a night very bad value!!!
Interesting and different decor. Not for kids as a lot of the vintage 1900's portraits are nudes. Great beds. A/c fan would not stay on as white noise. No working exhaust fan in the bathroom meant it got very steamy during a shower. No blow driers provided. No Roman fridge. Cable was inadequate with basic service and not clear picture on some channels.
So I came here with my best friend for my first time in vegas. The decor is amazing, unlike any other hotel we went into. The topless pool was the main reason I booked the hotel and though they were in the process of getting new furniture for the outside it was still just perfect. It was just a really fun environment with very friendly staff. We made so many new friends at this hotel and we will definitely be back on our next trip to vegas! Also good location. It takes an uber ride to get anywhere from here, but it's nice because it is quiet when you're trying to sleep. It's also perfectly in the middle of Fremont street and the strip. My only complaint was there were no blankets on the bed, only sheets. For a couple it's probably no big deal because they stay warm from body heat. When it's just you and your best girlfriend though, that same heat is not shared lol. The front desk only allowed us one blanket as well.
The hotel was clean enough, but in light of how shady they were with regard to my credit card I will not be dealing with them again. If you go here I recommend using only cash. They charged a bunch of stuff to my credit card, which I thought was really shady and I have had to dispute it. The hotel itself had a creepy decor. Everything was black with red lights.
The staff is very friendly and they really do try their best and give the best customer service . The place is run down. The motel 6 where our friends stayed was better and they paid the same. The hallways smell. The carpet is really really old and dirty, you can smell this strong musty smell down the hallways as if everyone's nasty sweat is just all over the hallways just the smell trapped in there. The lights in our room didn't work . Only the side table lamps worked. The carpet was ripped as well. The play the same porno over and over and it's like from back in the 60s style so retro .
The art is tasteful and the lobby was well decorated. The staff on hand was friendly and the rooms were nice and warm. The bathrooms were so clean. It's also quiet, and above all cheap. Sure you could pay more for other places but aside from stuff you have to pay extra for are you really getting more? Recommended will go to again.
It was clean The rooms don't look at all like the pictures.
Complementary valet. Bar to drink down the shame of booking a room there. It reminds me of those movies or sitcoms. Where they show a grimy motel, broken wall, misshapen bed, no one wants to even sit down on with out getting disease. Yeah it's like that.
Tried to take a shower, find out there's no soap and shampoo nor hair conditioner unlike most hotels.
The pool N/A
Friendly staff, comfortable room. No jacuzzi / spa, limited workout room,
I love the decor, and I used to love the whole experience....but now...... TV was so snowy you cant watch it. No towels at the pool, I had to actually go back into their laundry facility to get some. No wait staff at the pool for over an hour that I was there never saw a soul. Shower head broke off day one, and no one came to fix it after we reported it in the first morning there. No maid service the 3 days we were there, no one came and refreshed the towels, new soap, made bed, etc. Lobby and bar floors are sticky, obviously unclean. Bar staff rolled eyes and seemed irritated when I asked for ice for the room (you HAVE to get ice at the bar, as no machines exist in this hotel for guests).
Everything no conplaints Got engaged and partied on Friday and the sat the DJ went until 7 am! Had I not been hung over it would of been awesome but the desk clerk had ear plugs so all was good!
nothing...didnt like anythng no towels for the four of us had to go to the office for everything towels coffee soap tv remote
Good value for money, good location, room had everything I needed and was nice and clean. Small things, not enough to complain about at the time. Bedside light didn't work and a bulb was out in the bathroom. Shower cubicle itself was very dark and the shower head was too low. If I stood up straight, I bashed my head on it. Also, could do with a light in the closet.
Soda machine didnt work and tv was bad reception
Close to the strip and airport, reasonable price Room decor seemed old/dated, pillows were awful, had to request a remote control from the front desk, no alarm clock in room
Proximity to Las Vegas Convention Center. The receptionist was allowing a poor homeless fellow to eat breakfast in the lobby. He made a huge mess of all the bagels and peed on the floor upon exit. Key cards also stopped working every day for both of us, despite keeping them away from cell phones or other radiation.
Staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very musty. Carpet needs replaced. Bathroom wallpaper and linoleum need replaced. The staff called Sunday afternoon and told us the water was going to be turned off for 2 hours. There was no remote for the tv in the room.
Wifi connection in lobby. Dirty. Not functional, e.g. No receiver on phone.
The price was great and it's right on the strip Staff was very helpful Had issues with room key daily
Clean room. Bathroom and air conditioning unit need major renovation.
I liked that it was by my families hotel. The room was smaller than what the picture looked like, the shower was gross, wifi was nonexistent, there were only 4 channels and the others were fuzzy, the outlet in bathroom didn't work and there wasn't a fridge.
We only stayed there 2 nights, this was the only good thing regarding our stay! Noisy Air conditioner, Refirgerator did not work, no breakfast as stated, Filthy bed spreads,
Reasonable rate No temperature on ac. Comode leaked and as a result cycled constantly. Tv did not work on all channels. Tried to charge for 8 nights rather than the 7 that I stayed.
