The price was ok. Now I know why Found bed bugs. Staff seemed to not care much. Moved me to a smaller room, with no compensation. And this happened on my 35th birthday. Thanks Circus Circus
DID NOT CHECK IN, STAYED AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL. I WAS ASKED FOR MONEY TWICE FROM VAGRANTS IN THE PARKING LOT. THERE WAS PEOPLE LOOKING INTO CARS THAT WAS PARKED IN THE OPEN PARKING LOTS. I DID NOT HAVE THE FEELING OF SECURITY. THE PROPERTY WAS RUN DOWN.
The facility was very clean and smelled great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my check in, I was accidentally charged more than what I was supposed to be charged but the receptionist and manager corrected the problem immediately and gave me some extra bonuses for the inconvenience. The room was absolutely perfect. Very clean and fresh. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Very satisfied and will return for sure
I like that it was satisfactory, good for adults and kids. I didnt like that some facilities were not available during certain seasons.
Low room rate High resort fee Slow and intermittent wi-fi No hot water in the sink very low water pressure in shower Thin walls TV remote had no channel up/down
Hallway smelled like urine, room smelled like smoke, no minifridge. Puke on ground in hallway.
families with youngs kids did not make noise at night beds did not have a full blanket
Nothing good about this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room is inconvenient to access. Outside and inside are very dirty. The smell is terrible! Worse than the motel I lived twenty years ago. For God sake, pls take this hotel out of your site.
a/c -heater never worked
Room was hard to get to. The buffet was terrible. Food was greasy and tasted bad. I was over charges and the "resort" fee was half the price of the room. The location isn't close to the strip and involved a lot of walking. Once in the hotel it was 10 min to get to my room.
Let's start with the only positives about the hotel. The service was good. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Also the guys hailing cabs were so amazing I wish I got their names so I could give them kudos. So that's the good. Now let's talk about the bad and the ugly. The room. We stayed in one of the Manor rooms located across the street. The 7 minute walk to the room with luggage at 1:00 am after a 5 hour drive was not my favorite. We paid for valet, not knowing the Manors have ample free parking. The horrible bleach smell in the old grungy hallway was even less appealing and my dated room with dingy towels, missing sheer curtains, missing a window screen, missing chairs and a 1990 ( guessing on the year) tube TV was my least favorite. Next time I will pay the extra $200 for a better hotel or stay home. My car has better accommodations. Other things to consider this casino is old and dated also. Currently there are no other casinos near by, so be prepared to walk or catch a cab to better casinos for fun, music and food. This clown has definitely seen better days. Also the guys hailing cabs were so amazing I wish I asked for their names so I could give them kudos. They really took their time when providing things to do on the strip.
situated away from madness and sensory overload of the strip made it a great place to unwind. Buses, "deuce" best to catch and bus stop out front and return across the road. Room size great and full kitchen fabulous for a family of 4. Great, huge comfy bed and sofa bed in lounge area were lovely. The pool area was lovely with plenty of room for everyone. Would certainly recommend it to anyone and return. Food place was ordinary and overpriced
No casino, no smoking and quiet room with a pleasant staff.
The service was well above average, the front desk staff, the bell staff included. My wife was impressed with the squeaky clean bathroom.
Free wifi was good, also free use of gym, size of room The only real problem we had was, we felt it was a bit fair up the strip. Was about 10 min walk to all the big casino's
The kitchenette was good in the room. The parking fee $8 :-((
No casino's and smoky air and very close to the strip. Good for vacations with kids. The only thing I wish I didn;t see/ do was to have to kill a cockroach crawling in the bathroom wall.
The bed was super comfortable, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The room was ok The room's view was quite bad. The hotel's staff looked strange, always observing what we were doing...
The hotel was in walking distance from the Strip. Not a busy hotel and pretty quite. Only few people would go down to the pool, which is a big plus if you like privacy. The balconies were in a really bad shape, would not suggest to sit on the chairs on balcony. Quite few stains on the beds, the trow pillows and bed cover to be exact. Other surfaces also needed a good whipe.
Location was awesome - very close to Vegas Strip. Near Encore, Hilton, Riviera. Mini fridge did not work.
Location, no casino, fiar priced restaurant
Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet during night and made for a good night's sleep. Weather was bad so a shuttle to the convention center would have been nice.
The lobby looked nice and so did the restaurant. They let me check into the room early which was kind and the pool looked good too You could feel the springs in the bed, the first room the heater smelled like rotting eggs, and over all the room looked worn down and old like 80's old like 40years worth of people staying there old. Also when we went to switch rooms the front desk had us bring down all our bags and then only moved us over down the hall from our original room. Felt rude
There was a problem with the heater in the room. They allowed us to switch rooms so that our stay would be comfortable. And when we moved, we accidentally left some clothes in the chest of drawers. They found them and left us a message to retrieve at the desk.
The Privacy Having to change rooms 3 times. And attitude when we tried to get help. Cost was also a problem after discovering all the hidden charges they tacked on. The Maintenance of the 1st two rooms 1 the door did not lock and the air conditioner did not work. The 2nd was a lot smaller and that air conditioner did not work either. They are also opening a Late Night club and what was a quiet dignified hotel quickly became a Noisy, Drunk filled hell.
The pool N/A
I love the decor, and I used to love the whole experience....but now...... TV was so snowy you cant watch it. No towels at the pool, I had to actually go back into their laundry facility to get some. No wait staff at the pool for over an hour that I was there never saw a soul. Shower head broke off day one, and no one came to fix it after we reported it in the first morning there. No maid service the 3 days we were there, no one came and refreshed the towels, new soap, made bed, etc. Lobby and bar floors are sticky, obviously unclean. Bar staff rolled eyes and seemed irritated when I asked for ice for the room (you HAVE to get ice at the bar, as no machines exist in this hotel for guests).
Customer service is everything with me, so what I liked best was all the staff were very friendly and on top of things! The workout area could use some work!
Rooms great, price great, atmosphere great, room service disrespectful, food service bad, The deco and bar, rooms were very nice,
The lounge is poppin on the weekends lots of locals go there. it was convenient to have a good time and not have to worry about finding your way back to the hotel after. however we had to wait in the same line for the club to get to our room... If you dont want to be bothered by the club noise ask to stay on a higher floor 4th or 5th. We stayed on the 4th floor and could barely hear the music. Elevator is slow and creepy with red lights but its part of the ambience. We stayed for the halloween weekend so it was like staying in a haunted mansion... i dont know if thats a good or bad thing for most lol Rooms were decently decorated, different decor from the lobby and hallways. Valet guys were hella cool. free porn!! The phone in our room didn't work had to walk down to the lobby to get things. Hotel smells funny, pack some febreeze. Forgot a new watch on the mantel in our room yesterday before checkout and it wasn't turned in to lost and found :( but hotel manager jaime brown ensured that she would follow up with the executive of housekeeping
Friendly staff, comfortable room. No jacuzzi / spa, limited workout room,
The art is tasteful and the lobby was well decorated. The staff on hand was friendly and the rooms were nice and warm. The bathrooms were so clean. It's also quiet, and above all cheap. Sure you could pay more for other places but aside from stuff you have to pay extra for are you really getting more? Recommended will go to again.
The Artisan hotel has great decor. The chapel was a nice touch. The atmosphere was great. the atmosphere and decor
Good value for money, good location, room had everything I needed and was nice and clean. Small things, not enough to complain about at the time. Bedside light didn't work and a bulb was out in the bathroom. Shower cubicle itself was very dark and the shower head was too low. If I stood up straight, I bashed my head on it. Also, could do with a light in the closet.
Clean room. Bathroom and air conditioning unit need major renovation.
nothing...didnt like anythng no towels for the four of us had to go to the office for everything towels coffee soap tv remote
I liked that it was by my families hotel. The room was smaller than what the picture looked like, the shower was gross, wifi was nonexistent, there were only 4 channels and the others were fuzzy, the outlet in bathroom didn't work and there wasn't a fridge.
Reasonable rate No temperature on ac. Comode leaked and as a result cycled constantly. Tv did not work on all channels. Tried to charge for 8 nights rather than the 7 that I stayed.
Staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled very musty. Carpet needs replaced. Bathroom wallpaper and linoleum need replaced. The staff called Sunday afternoon and told us the water was going to be turned off for 2 hours. There was no remote for the tv in the room.
Soda machine didnt work and tv was bad reception
Close to the strip and airport, reasonable price Room decor seemed old/dated, pillows were awful, had to request a remote control from the front desk, no alarm clock in room
Proximity to Las Vegas Convention Center. The receptionist was allowing a poor homeless fellow to eat breakfast in the lobby. He made a huge mess of all the bagels and peed on the floor upon exit. Key cards also stopped working every day for both of us, despite keeping them away from cell phones or other radiation.
We only stayed there 2 nights, this was the only good thing regarding our stay! Noisy Air conditioner, Refirgerator did not work, no breakfast as stated, Filthy bed spreads,
The price was great and it's right on the strip Staff was very helpful Had issues with room key daily
Wifi connection in lobby. Dirty. Not functional, e.g. No receiver on phone.
