Variety of restaurants to choose from and awesome pool area The fact that hotel guests are charged for parking and the incredibly long walk from the parking garage to the hotel room.
The rooms are too old
Rooms were amazing The music from the night clubs in the area went until 3 am
Location and views The room was tired and had non-functioning equipment. TV didn't work, curtains didn't open or work and the room control unit was broken. Took almost two hours, employees banging on the door, phone ringing off the hook to get the thing fixed. I had a work meeting in the morning and this was horrible.
The casino was in an awesome location. I enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel lobby casino The room was nice, clean but tired. Bed and pillows needed updating. No view at all. Opened drapes, there was a brick wall immediately in front. Could. Or see daylight.
They had my booking dates incorrect. I was scheduled to stay there from june 15-20th. When i got there they told me i had booked it for july. I was able to find the itenerary and show them to correct dates. I also paid 200.00 for what they said was a deposit, and would get back as long as there was no damage to the room. But when i checked out. They said it was hotel fees and i would not get the money back. Very misleading
Clean and good sleep.. Nothing..
parking has been charged at checkin but amounted credited was not provided while leaving the parking. I had to pay it twice !
Everything was perfect
None Construction work
Has class and sophistication. The staff is wonderful And the location is perfect. Great food and service.
Staff really understood customer service. Hotel was cold - food expensive and medicore at best.
Beautiful rooms, quiet location. Not crowded. Somewhat far from strip (15 min walk)
I chose the Signature because it had a charging station for the Tesla. I called to confirm they had it by phone. When we arrived I asked them to charge car for trip to La in the morning. They assured us they would. The next morning they bring up the car with 11 miles of charge. So we were delayed by about 2 hours and we had planned the trip to be in LA for a family event coming back early especially. I said "it's not been charged" Mario (actual name) says - "it wasn't me" I said but we have plans. "Nothing I can do" and walks away. I ask for his manager. He comes - frankly I forget his name - but he's the one actually responsible for setting the tone - and says - sorry - but nothing I can do." But our plans are ruined say I. We don't have a contract that we have to charge your car. Says he. "There was an implicit and verbal contract in your valets agreement to charge the car as well as the advertising of the availability of the supercharger and subsequently the valet saying he would charge the car." The utter disregard for any responsibility or care for a family of 5 traveling thru Nevada is unacceptable.
Found everything about the place to be first class. From the immaculate facilities to the professional and helpful staff to the amazing suite my high expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommend this location to those seeking a fun, luxurious stay sans smoke and gambling in the lobby.
At face value, the Elara looks like a nice hotel. However, it was obvious that they didn't put the amount of $$ into the amenities that matter. Horrible wifi even after paying a premium price Check-out at 10 Remote control did not work IT support was not on-site and could not help The bed bowed into the middle The water pressure was horrible Not a fan of black toilets and jetted tubs.
Lots of space in 1 bedroom suite. 2 bathrooms. No early check in. No club entry with hotel guests.
porr customer service I schedule a room for sunday and they told me that I couldn't check in until 3pm even thou I told them that I got married at 12 am and that we needed a room.
Very nice clean and comfortable No remote for the TV
No enough restaurant
Room very comfortable. However, No coffee, microwave, or refrigerator. They want you to buy their overpriced stuff. Good location on the strip. You pay $30/day for a "resort fee" and when you get to the pool, there's many chairs with a "reserve" sign. They want you to pay more for their cabanas. It was difficult to get chairs and spots on the pool.
Our door wouldn't lock, and we realized this just prior to meeting friends to go out. We had to call 3 times (over an hour and 15 minutes) and were told that they would move us to a new room and a bellman would be right up to move us. A maintenance person showed up to work on the room 5 minutes prior to the bellman showing up and dropping off a new key and walking away. We were given a credit and the impression that we were inconveniencing them. Won't be staying here again and I recommend finding another hotel on the strip.
