The suites were beautiful, huge and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful- even upgraded our room and granted us late check out and early check-in when the front desk heard it was my husband's 30th and our 1 year wedding anniversary. The pools were well kept and beautiful! Wifi in the room was very nice to have! We had trouble with it at first, but one call to the front desk had it resolved expediently! No food amenities included in stay.

nothing. i was so displaced about the room, i did nothing else on this property. not even bought a soda the room was improperly prepared. no amenities were brought until i screamed at the front desk on the last day. the lighting was terrible and there were no task lights above any of the work tables or desk. could not read paper. the picture on the website of the room is quite misleading as it shows plenty of light. the front door is a double door and the device that locks the door into place was broken. once again it took an aggressive discussion with someone to temporary fix it. the hotel even charged us an extra 30 bucks to get in early to this ill prepared faux palace......never again. many other better places than this developing dump on the strip
Great location on the Strip. Free self-parking (but going away soon). Much of the hotel is in a state of disrepair. The are renovating, but it tends to look like lipstick on a pig. The walkways and casino floor are unappealing, and the structure just had that tired look.
I had a 2 night stay for free and I purchased another 2 nights in the Petite Suite. They also comped our Junior Suite for the 2 free nights as well!! Great customer service.
Rooms were clean and the location was excellent The resort fee of $32 is way too high, considering the pool was closed.
The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I didn't like that a staff member told us we could book our 2nd night the next day for a cheaper price but when that time came around, the price tripled! If she didn't know what she was talking about then she shouldn't have said that. We weren't given any discount or anything for her mistake. Oh well.

Location was great. Smokey smell everywhere, looks old, bathroom has lots of mildew/mold, very crowded and AC was too noisy.

Nice fitness center and spa, overall very clean presentation. Friendly staff. No swimming pool, pool under maintenance - come on guys, get the job done in a week or less. Strange "toilet water" smell in hallways and elevators. Over priced food - can see these prices Caesars, Wynn or Bellagio but not TI.
Decent value. The staff was super nice, especially Angie, one of the casino floor cocktail waitress, she was the best! Check-in and check-out were a snap, All in all it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are decent, The location on the strip is good, It's cool there is a CVS in the hotel. I've stayed a nicer hotels, but then again, you get what you pay for. I would stay here again. Our waitress at Senior Frogs... she sucked.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Roomservice were fast and most of staffs were nice. Overall it was very clean and cozy. Somehow the security alarm went on at 5am while we were sleeping. It was very annoying and wasn't pleased with that. When I checked out I mentioned that to the staff. she told us that it was just the security alarm and acted like it is just nothing. Besides the alarm thing, other things were okm

I loved the size of the suites and the comfort of the room. It was the perfect size for my group. The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.

Staff is great, room was great. We had an amazing time The buffett there has gotten famous and now there is a 1.5 hour line to get in. I feel guests of the hotel should have their own line so we can eat some breakfast.
The Wynn is always the best.
Unfortunately, their computer system went down and they did not have a back up. All of the slot machines had to been hand paid which took over two hours. No one was able to check in or out during this period of time. This happened on a Friday night (6/3/16) at approximately 9:15PM. I was stuck waiting to be paid a minor amount so that I could leave and make it to a dinner reservation. I finally left the slot machine to another player as I was meeting friends and would have been late.
Beautiful and well kept. Can find as nice of places for less money. Not much to do other than gamble. Even lounge bar was tough to get into. Can be long waits for restaurants.
I always love the gardens, the comfy casino seats, employees willingness to always be helpful, cleanliness, air quality isnt bad, detail in the overall decor... etc., etc.
Went to vegas didn't have a room went to a casino to get a room pretty expensive so I looked online and found the wynn at a good price. First time staying there ot was very nice inside and out. rooms are great would like to stay there again. Thanks Maybe just getting asked for the card every time went back to the room although I can understand why o well
I liked the rooms, the comfort of the bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness is not outatanding though. We had to request shower gel to get it. It was not available at first for instance. I didn't like the way staff behave and ibteract with us at the casino. It was not an atmosphere that encourages people t play cheerfully
Our first time at Wynn but it definitely will not be our last. The hotel rooms were roomy and comfortable. The casino, restaurants and bars were first rate. We even enjoyed the Buffet! An A+ experience!
From the second you enter the building you realize that it's a 5 star hotel and casino. There are multiple pools and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The gambling floor is ample as well as the shopping and food options. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. I highly recommend!!
The rooms are REALLY nice and clean. Even if your a guest of the hotel you pay $18 Valet. The parking valet is too busy and takes so long to park and pick up your car.

Spacious room Nickeled and dimed; parking is not included, no soap in the hotel bathroom, three street tacos chips and a water cost me $21. This is rediculous. No $5 blackjack, had to leave to find decent gambling. Resort fees, but resort closed due to weather.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sink drain was off the track and "closed" I fixed. The shower - the ring at the top kept sliding down to the shower head. The radio/alarm did not work. Lack of consideration for other patrons - sexual sound could be heard through the wall, the drunks yelling/swearing in the hall in the wee hours of the morning. No room in the refrigerator for any "leftovers" - it was filled with liquor, water so that there was no room for the leftovers I had.
Loved the experience at Mirage Hotel. Very friendly crew, great room and great restaurants. Whenever I come back in Vegas I am definitely staying at Mirage again.

My sister had a room, or friend had a room and then my fiance and myself had a room. We checked in late and they offered to put all of us in a suite for an additional $100 plus we all had to pay a 35 resort fee. We thought it was a good idea so we could all hang out together but come to find out we were blessed with hearing the elevator the entire time. We also found hair in the shower. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the location is great. Food at the 24 hour restaurant there is not worth the price.

Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved. Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.

The location was nice. The hotel is attempting to use a custom scent but it smells like a bathroom deodorizer. It was disgusting. More than half of the garage is for valet only. What is available is hard to get to. Parking in the garage requires a walk through heavy traffic to get to the check in desk. The resort fee!! There is almost never a good reason for a "resort fee". The Flamingo is just an old hotel in a good location. Pretending rooms are more affordable and then tacking on a resort fee is an insult. I won't be going back to the Flamingo because of it.
They only had 2 available floors for parking which were full. My room was out dated, dirty and the maid never cleaned the bathroom or removed the used towels. I had drink residue in my cups and my floor was completely dusty. I've never had such a horrible experience at this hotel. I'm extremely disappointed.
The location is great and the hotel is a good size- not too big Rooms seem to have been updated some but bathrooms still need work.
Location is it's best asset. Peeling wallpaper. Old, chipped, scratched furniture. Waking up to maintenance banging on my door when I wanted to sleep in and had put all the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. Maintenance man demanded to come in to my restroom after I told him my wife and I had to get dressed first.

There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
The tv in our room did not work and nobody came to fix it.
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.

Beautiful and fabulous casino was luxurious and over-the-top with marble and statues and the pools were awesome. I will absolutely return again.
the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool

Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.

The room was newly renovated beds were comfortable nice tv bathroom was nice the spa was great virtual reality game up front was fun we were in tower 3 which was kinda confusing to get to but not really a big deal after the first trip to the room.

Easy to get around to other casinos, hotels, shows, restaurants and bars. Price was very affordable for what you get. I've stayed here a few times now. Easy check in process at kiosk. Not a ton of slot machine variety. Compared to other casinos in the area, the casino floor is set up in a weird way, does t flow very well and there isn't a fun variety of machines. I soend half the night finding something I want to play. I ebs up going to other places near by instead.
Looks great but a friend did wake up and realized the part of the white sheet she had been resting her face on had a big yellow stain on it. Really great staff and location but that definitely was a drawback.
Great for the money. Clean, comfortable, and good design I couldn't find my soap in the bathroom for my hands. Not sure if they forgot it or they just expect you to use the body wash, but there is a soap dish, so I'd assume I just didn't get any bar soap.
Hotel room and lobby was clean and updated. It was centrally located which was a huge plus. The hallways were dim, dark, and poorly updated. They kinda seemed dirty. Also, the signage was very poor. It took us 20 minutes to find our hotel room.
The front desk guy who helped me wasnt very helpful at all and not informative. He didnt explain about the fees and what he is going to charge on my card.
Express check in/check out kiosk was great and easy to use. Staffs were helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 12041. The drainage at shower panel was not that great. Towels in the room were dirty and the room carpets has stains on it.
This is a strange place. Escalators that take you up too far so you have to go down stairs with your luggage. Nonsensical layout. Bizarre architectural choices. All that being said, the place gets the job done and there is no arguing that it is memorable. No real complaints, just be prepared to be confused trying to find your way around. Also watch out for panhandlers hanging out in the lobby. One guy tried to give me a certificate for a free bible.
The Cromwell delivered! This has been by far the best stay in Vegas. They exceed in customer service and deliver 100% satisfaction. No waiting to check in and absolutely amazing rooms.
Great location, staff and property. The night club keeps you up all night. My bed actually vibrated, physically vibrated, from 11pm to 3:45am. Worst nights sleep ever! MAJOR Issue that needs to be dealt with!

Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
I loved absolutely everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again in the future! No complimentary breakfast. I heard Giada's was amazing but couldn't get a reservation either of the two days I stayed.
The staff was amazing and attentive . Loved champagne hour and 24/7 coffee. The pool at the Beach club wasn't clean. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the slots area.

The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not have any storage room for stocking our own snacks or drinks. This was inconvenient because we brought items to stock the fridge. The bathroom sink did not work properly and squirted out toward us multiple times. We always bumped into the center table by the couch. Although the room is very large, we felt cramped by the couch area. Only one bathrobe of the two was plush material.
Clean, Fresh, New, Great Staff, Great Business Cetre and Gym abd most of all very quiet. No coffee or water in your room.
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too. Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage. You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.
Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with. Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.
Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too! One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc. There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.

My second time staying here. The 1st time wasn't bad but then again I had a suite. This second time was horrible. Staff was rude. And they messed up our room check in. We had to change rooms. They over charged. And the room was so gross! The couch looked like it belonged in a horror movie! Everything!
There were some internet issues which took a few minutes to resolve.

I liked the rate and that we could sign up to be a member to waive the check in fee. We were on a floor that was partially renovated and since we didn't want to have to pay more when we checked in for an upgraded room, we had to walk through the newly renovated areas to make it to our old and dingy hallway. We also had a room looking over the loading area and it was really noisy during the night. Also the high pressure to do the Wyndham time share presentation. The pool was not very big and most of the seating around the pool you had to pay for. The pool also didn't get much sun and closed early. The shower head in our room was stuck on one setting and was super high pressure.

I really liked the restaurant downstairs - they had amazing salad there were few outlets in the room and the ones they had were chinsy ones that the charging block didnt fit tight into.

The value, size, and cleanliness of the room
This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.

Best kept secret! Quiet, but right there in the middle of the strip. Can use the Falmingo pool, but Hiltons is much more relaxing. Great staff, rooms were wonderful, and the little store has great breakfast! I would stay there anytime! N/A
