About Bouchon at The Venetian

Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. What a fabulous restaurant! We had a party of 5 and experienced wonderful service. We all enjoyed the wine, the starters, the entrees, and the dessert. Highly recommend Bouchon!

The food was great, but our server basically ignored us all evening, attending to only the basics. This is not a cheap restaurant and we were enjoying wine, appetizers and having nice meal and making a night of it. We had to pour our own wine, with one exception, while the table next to us never had to lift a finger. We actually asked about this at the end of our meal, and our server, while trying to explain away that we were ignored, mentioned that the gentleman at the next casino knew the manager and was 'someone' at one of the casinos. So, tourists beware, if you aren't 'someone' you may be ignored, even though your money spends just like everyone else.

When we are in Las Vegas, we try to get to Bouchon. The restaurant does not disappoint. The food and presentation are delightful. Steak Fritte, while a bistro staple, is done with care and is perfect. All dishes are delicious and the wines match. Service is cordial and well done.\nThe room can get a little noisy. During warmer months, sitting on their patio is most wonderful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. I got the chicken as suggested by our server, which I never order from a nice restaurant. It was awesome. We started with oysters, mushroom soup (to die for), and a nice bottle of French wine. I highly recommend this place!

Bouchon was an outstanding treat for us following the Diana Ross Concert at The Venetian. It is hard to locate, up on the tenth floor of the hotel. The location removes all the hubbub of being in a Casino and was such a relaxing respite. They serve pistachios in the shell with the bread course. I've never seen that, but it was a lovely addition. I had the leg of lamb and it was a perfect combination of a mushroom risotto with three slices of lamb. Flavors blended well. Their lobster appetizer was presented upright on a bed of ice, stunning.

I always love this restaurant but we waited over an hour for a table with a reservation. I was looking forward to their lemon roast chicken, which apparently they decided to make a different version with chestnuts and bacon. Way too salty and not good. The rolls were good but not as fresh and delicious as I remember. The escargot was great and of course the citron tart was wonderful! Very expensive, but the manager was nice, and because of the long wait he sent over lots of other complimentary food.

Great service and excellent food- it was my mom's birthday and they made sure she had a good time and felt special, I really appreciate that! ... the only 'but' is that we had reservations for 8:00pm, were seated at 8:50pm and food came at around 9:30pm. They were courteous and comped us dessert. It was just a busy Vegas night...

I have dined here at least a half a dozen times. The first two times we had extraordinary wait staff, fun friendly banter throughout the meal etc. The last few times I've been, meh. Lets face it, there are many places to eat in Las Vegas, most have decent food what sets them apart is the experience while there at least in my opinion. In my opinion Bouchon is just okay.

Very disappointed. Service was nonchalant from the hostess, a young Asian lady who made no eye contact, had an uppity and yet flat attitude. The server was so busy, my cocktail was not cold enough. The food was really the biggest disappointment. I ordered the burger-bread was dry, burger was a 3 out of 10. Burgers are better at Chez Maman. The sausage/egg dish was awful, gamey we could not eat it. They took away this plate virtually untouched and did not ask 'How was your meal' - they knew it was bad? \nFor a place that is so famous, we were beyond disappointed. Never again.

Quite possibly our favorite restaurant! We've visited before (three times over about six years) and we were thrilled to see the same high quality waiters we enjoyed previously are still there. The sommelier was friendly and fun to talk with ... and we LOVED the wine! Food is always delicious and the atmosphere is upbeat!

Had a fantastic dinner with friend. All our food was great from beginning to end. The Steak Frite was perfect. My only complaint was the wine prices. The cheapest bottle was $50, which retailed for $16. Over 300% markup, ouch. Saw the same bottle at Bobby Flays and it was 32. But it did not take away from great evening.

Mussels were dry and small and served with a tower of frites. Flank steak was small, very small and served with mountains of frites... so if you want to pay $200 for frites this is your place. The lyonnaise salad was good and the profiteroles were ok. The wine list had very very few drinkable wines at a reasonable price.

Bouchon offered outstanding French fare, leaning towards the traditional. The service was outstanding and all four meals were excellent.\n\nI would especially recommend the lamb to lamb lovers. The temperature was spot on and the flavor was spectacular!

We were given the private room for our big party. Main waitress was curt and rude. ARGUED with us that we ordered the wrong drink. It was ordered with a different kind of alcohol, but the waitress was the one who suggested it. We ordered additional drinks with another waiter, never received them and when asked the waitress, she seemed annoyed and stated that she never received the order. We ordered truffle fries, but we're brought out regular fries. Another waiter had brought it out and brought out too many and the waitress again was quick to tell the waiter that he did and to bring back the extra. (We saw them do the exchange at the kitchen door which was connected to the private room). They are FRENCH FRIES. She treated us like we did not deserve extra fries. This was a table of Emergency Room Physicians, Nurse Practioners, and Registered Nurses. \n\nWe have come here EVERY TIME we visit Las Vegas. Delicious brunch and excellent service until this time. VERY disappointed.

Arguably, the best French food in Las Vegas. We eat here at least once a year. The best truffles, when available. The chef's special offers some really tasty offerings. Anything with salmon is done just right, including the smoked salmon appetizer.

Classic French dishes done better than the best of what we experienced in France! The duck confit was amazing - crispy on the outside but moist and tender on the inside. The French Onion soup was robust and very rich. The portions are generous and are perfect for sharing.\n\nLastly, the wines by the glass are remarkable and a great value. 5 Star dining at a 4 star price. We will be visiting Bouchon every time we visit Las Vegas.

Bouchon came highly recommended by friends who thought the food was superb. We didn't last long enough to find out. The room echoed like a gymnasium, the music was loud and more suited to a dance club, the waiter was somewhat arrogant and the hostess seated another couple directly beside us in a restaurant which was half-empty. Total time spent....less than five minutes. Extremely disappointing.

loved it!\nwe had the Steak Frites (pan-seared flat iron steak, caramelized shallots & maître d’hôtel butter and French fries) AND the Gigot d’Agneau (roasted leg of lamb with riz rouge,\nforest mushrooms, garlic cream & lamb jus). According to my husband, that was the best flat iron steak ever, as tender as filet mignon. The glavours for both dishes were amazing. GREAT place and GREAT service (the bread and butter, to die for!)

I'm never disappointed at Bouchon. This time I decided to forgo my usual Trout Almondine (which is heavenly) and have French Onion soup with some escargot on the side. Well, the soup was amazing. They cook the onions 36 hours. I swear it's like beef stew but with no beef in sight..so thick and hearty! And the flavor was divine...smoky and earthy. Add to that my side of escargot...those delicious little snails in garlicky butter and I am one happy camper! Great service, as always - attentive, not overbearing and easy. Highly recommended.

I've been going 2 to 3 time a year for over a decade. Less wonderful than in prior visits years ago.. The onion soup has changed and seemed too intense and thick and the scallop special too salty. The charcuterie was so so (and I'm not a fan of lardo.) The bread and butter is still wonderful. Service was great.

This is the worst experience I ever had in Bouchon. The appetizer and lamb are very good but the roast chicken was awful. The chicken was tough and the sauce is plain. Cannot even imagine that was coming from one of the greatest chef's kitchen. Hardly think will go back.

Bouchon in Yountville, CA is one of our favorite restaurants in the Napa Valley. This was our first visit to its sister location in Vegas. It's located in the Venezia Tower in the Venetian. It's ambiance is classic bistro. My wife's Moules Frite were excellent as was my steak frite. It was a bit noisy - acoustically live, I guess. On the other hand, our waiter was self-described as a 'food enabler' and boy was he that. We appreciated his attention and suggestions. Bouchon is pricey (and so is everthing in Vegas) but worth every penny.

Bouchon is always a must whether we are in Napa or Vegas. I favor the steak frite or the brined and roasted chicken. My husband always goes for the boudon. The Vegas oyster bar has a good selection for an appetizer and the salads are generous for those of us who do not like fish. The wine list is extensive with wines in all price ranges.\n\nI have previously given 5 stars across for this restaurant, but this time I was a bit disappointed in one aspect of the service. I was not finished with my martini and only half way through my salad and the entre was brought to the table. I believe it is unacceptable to do this - the waitstaff should have been more careful in putting the entre order in. We were seated at a small two-top and I was not willing to push my salad to the side (there was no 'side'). This resulted in them taking the entres back to keep warm - aka dried out chicken.\n\nThis has never happened before at either of the Bouchon restaurants, so I'll chalk it up as a simple judgement error on the part of the waiter and hope that it is not a management plan to have the waiters push people through as quickly as possible. The restaurant was not busy or fully occupied, so they didn't need our table.

Bouchon never disappoints. From the warm welcome at the front entrance to the professional service of the staff to the amazing food, this Las Vegas restaurant is the place to dine when you want a low-key, fabulous meal. The focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with attention to detail--Bouchon eschews the usual glitzy sideshow typical of many Strip restaurants for an authentic upscale Parisian bistro feel. the waiter recommended the Bouchon steak and two of us ordered it. We asked for it to be prepared medium and both came medium rare, we waited a few minutes for the waiter to come around but he didn't, so we just ate the edges. The waiter recommended a dessert to one of our colleagues which he did enjoy. When the waiter came around to ask about it, he didn't even wait for the response and just left, it was extremely rude. There are plenty of options for a great steak in Vegas, I would not recommend it at this restaurant.

Menu is a thin paper, hard to read, nice decor but very noisy . Good for a beer and lots of laughs. Not very good for business meeting because hard to hear each other. Still it is a nice restaurant.

I wanted to go to a Thomas Keller restaurant. It was highly regarded and it lived up to what I imagined. Price was more than fair. It's not pricy if you choose a 'light'menu. When in Vegas, Bouchon is a must. It has been on my regular rotation for years. This year was different because my wife has developed a severe gluten allergy. The staff was amazingly accommodating and careful. We had the perfect meal without fear of contamination. Amazing quality, service and atmosphere. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Our dinner at Buchon was top-notch. Wonderful service, great wine list, and the food was amazing. My husband and I started with a lobster salad; the lobster:lettuce ratio was very generous and the flavors were bright - a perfect start to the meal. We ordered the chicken entree (our server informed us it is one of Thomas Keller's more renowned dishes) as well as the braised lamb shank (a special). It is no exaggeration that that was the best chicken and lamb we have ever eaten and that meal will likely haunt our dreams. We also finished with a delicious dessert - chocolate 'bouchon' brownies and espresso ice cream. I should also note that I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and Bouchon was incredibly accommodating and even offered gluten free bread and brownies for dessert. We are only in Vegas a couple days but are contemplating coming back - maybe for brunch.

Not quite the same experience level as The French Laundry or Ad Hoc, but I've dined here multiple times and have been very happy each time. Most recently we went for a late Sunday brunch. The bread and pastries were all outstanding. The beignets and jam were particularly fantastic. Eggs, sausage, hash, etc. were all great as well.\n\nOur service was very good, though it did seem like our waiter was perhaps a little overworked. They seemed very busy and sometimes slow to come back and check in at our table. Just a minor complaint though since they were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.\n\nThe value was also excellent and while on the pricey end for a simple breakfast menu, the quality made it easily worth it.\n\nI will definitely come back again.

A difference there is between Bouchon Las Vegas and The other Bouchon establishments.\n\nFirst off, I love Thomas Keller and team. Really, we have eaten at The French Laundry, Per Se and Bouchon LA and Yountville and never has we had a bad meal or experience. With that in mind, I was in Vegas on business and decided to take some German business colleagues to experience a Thomas Keller restaurant. \n\nIt breaks my heart to say that, although the food itself was outstanding, the overall service was truly poor. It took extremely long for dishes to arrive at the table and when they did, they arrived all at different times. Yes the restaurant was extremely noisy but that was just the situation with the convention. But the poor service is really not explainable as you know the high volume of traffic from the reservations.\n\nIn any case, this is not to say I would not return to the other Keller establishments . I would just struggle to return to the one in Vegas as it really is an exception (bad one) to all the other restaurants.

Friendly greeting and getting our table ready 20mn earlier. We were recommended a superb wine from Oregon : North 2012 and we got the last bottle. We found the dishes all well prepared, excellent and unpretentious. So far Bouchon is consistently my best dining experience at LV. Thank you for getting me a table.

We decided to have New Year's day brunch at Bouchon. The escargots were the most tender we had anywhere (we're from NYC, and as you may know, there are a lot of great bistrots in NYC). Normally, we like a little more garlic and parsley and a drop less butter. But the escargots themselves were so perfectly prepared that we were very happy. The eggs benedict as well as the BLT tartine were also delicious. And the service was flawless. It was a great first meal of the year!

Excellent breakfast as usual. Everytime we go to Vegas we make a point of doing breakfast at Bouchon. I love the waffle but always get toppings on the side or waffle gets soggy in middle. Hubby gets the american and loves it as well.

We (my husband and i) ate here on nye 2017, we are in our late 30s and relatively well traveled and general foodies. We both agreed that although I like French food more, it was one of the most fabulous meals, perfectly prepared, perfectly served, attentive and friendly staff, and altogether it made our evening very special. The proportions are exactly sufficient. I would recommend this place highly!

Excellent food, service, ambiance. Although we stay at Bellagio in Las Vegas, we always choose to eat at Bouchon. Senad is top notch - his service is always impeccable - a server at the top of his game. The sommelier (cant remember his name!) always has great wine suggestions and is super friendly and knowledgeable. The food is presented beautifully and is always delish. Never a flaw is the service or food. A definite must when in Las Vegas!!!

My guests and I enjoyed the ambience and fine service. I ordered the specialty steak and frites. The frites were brought in an absolutely huge portion, perfectly prepared. Surprisingly, the steak that accompanied the fabulous frites was tough and chewy. I think it's quality could be upgraded. \n Overall, we had a fine time.

My wife had the Foie Gras which was good! I had the onions should which was a bit salty. For main course, my wife had the scallops which were just a bit over cooked. I had the dumplings with black truffles and just decent. We didn't order any dessert as the appetizers and main courses were only acceptable. We figured the dessert probably going to be the same.

The service provided by our waiter was not very good. It seemed from the start of us sitting down at the table, the table was unexpected that somebody was sitting based on our busboy's reaction. The waiter kept disappearing. The only Eggs Benedict that was on the menu was not what we wanted and had to inquire about a substitution. The waiter obliged but neglected to inform us of the price. It seemed the price was almost double that of the regular dish that had Pork loin included. The smoked salmon was very salty. NOT GOING BACK!

The Venetian is a rather great alternative in Vegas...BOUCHON should also be more wonderful. The raw bar looked tired and the sea bream was overly salty and dry with veggies doused by way too much 'vinegar'. Steak / frites (hubby) was hard to screw up but not especially tasty meat. Dessert was flat, 'rhubarb parfait' flooded by sugary merinque. The one thing we will say is that we had a lovely, well-meaning waiter who was sad we didn't have a better experience.

I was very excited to go to a Thomas Keller restaurant. As a huge fan of the culinary scene I was expecting a fabulous meal, I was disappointed. The food was okay nothing that blew my mind. I got the trout and it was very greasy and VERY salty. As I always eat with my eyes first my dish lacked color, should have been my first sign it was lackluster. The fish was not properly seasoned, it needed acid which was on the fish but not evenly distributed throughout, I finally got a hint of lemon half way through eating the dish. The skin was nicely crisped when the plate was served but became soggy and unpalatable two minutes into the meal. Overall the experience did not meet my expectations. I have dreamed of going to The French Laundry for years but now from this experience I am having second thoughts.

Have been here on quite a few occasions , and for the first time we had a less than great experience .I won't say it was bad , it just wasn't up to it's own par . Keller sets his bar very high and Bouchon missed on a few points . It was the first day of black truffles being offered as a supplement and as a fan i had them added to my entree . An overly generous amount appeared on my plate , however they were completely flavorless and without ANY discernible odor . When I mentioned it to the server i was told 'well they're not white truffles ' . then after the meal i was taking a sip of my coffee , only to discover 'something ' stuck to the inside of the cup , under the coffee line . finally , they had forgotten to put in our dessert order , until i asked the waiter about the time it was taking to come out .\nfood was amazing , service levels and attention to detail ; definitely OFF .\ni wonder what chef Keller would think .

We were recommended this place by a friend and it was a wonderful dining experience. The foie gras en jar was almost enough to be a meal in and of itself. The daily pasta was delicious and my ribeye special was wonderful. They have an excellent wine list and the service was impeccable.

Amazing food. Great service once seated. I do however dislike that they were unable to honor the time of our reservation.\n \nThe restaurant is popular and people there dine for a while for good reason, but it became an issue. We and a few other groups were stuck waiting 20-30 minutes for a table so diners should adjust their expectation to be seated efficiently, especially if attending with a group that is 4+ no matter if reservations are made or not. To compensate, bar seating is typically readily available, but I did not make reservations to end up at the bar.\n\nHowever, once seated service was excellent from the the waiting staff. Overall I was still left with a very positive impression.

We had a great Thanksgiving dinner. My step father has some health issues where he needs to avoid salt. Our servers were extremely helpful in helping him choose what would be best for him. He got the trout and it was prepared completely salt free and he loved it. \nI had their turkey option, and it was very good, though it was salty from the brining and the confit turkey leg. \nThe mini trio of pies was good, we all really enjoyed the pecan. A little pricey for as small as they were, but it's Vegas and a holiday. \nWe always go to Bouchon whenever we are in town, my stepfather insisted we go back once more for breakfast.

I was in Vegas for business with a friend and reserved a 7:30 table for two. We were still on east coast time. We arrived 50 minutes early at 6:40. 80% of the tables were EMPTY but they 'could not get us in yet but would try'. Ridiculous. So we sat at the bar and hoped but gave up at 7:05 and just ate apps. At 7:20 - still VERY EMPTY they could seat us. NO THANKS. We asked why they did this and got at total mushy non-answer. Why do restaurants do this ? It makes them seem HOT and busy ? So instead of two full meals we had apps and drinks and left - and won't be back.

The whole experience was one that leaves you inspired that restaurantuers 'get it'. Everything from the service, quality of the dishes and attention to details made the evening that more memorable. I'll always come for the roasted chicken. It's simply superb and you'll never say that 'it tastes like chicken'! Not enough stars to give this favorite place to visit in the desert!

Although I checked one day to talk with the people working in the restaurant to organize our executive dinner properly and we arrived on time, we waited more than an hour with our executive guests. The table suggested to us was not proper for our quantity and level. Then all of the orders were mixed at serving. at the end one of our guests did not eat main dish due to these problems. It was not a pleasant experience for us and I am hoping not to organize any other executive level meal there.

This is a nice French restaurant located inside the Venetian Hotel. The dining room is large with very high ceilings and great decor. Loved how they brought hot rolls to the center of the table and placed them on the table without a basket or platter. Very tasty and loved how they were connected together. The onion soup was just ok and the $59 steak was tough. However, don't get the wrong impression because I would return to the restaurant because overall we enjoyed our food and it was not too expensive for Las Vegas. The other nine people in our party also enjoyed the experience but none of them raved about their meals.

I arranged to have an anniversary dinner at Bouchon with my husband and six of our friends prior to seeing a show at the Wynn. I picked the location because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! Our waiter was very attentive and understanding (after a friend ordered a cocktail she didn't like, he whisked it away and replaced it with one she enjoyed much more at no cost), and everyone was very knowledgeable about the food and was able to offer good advice on what to order. I ordered the steak Bouchon and it (as well as the fries) were delicious. Another friend ordered a specialty dish (Beef Cheek) and it was divine, and another ordered Muscles in Saffron sauce and got a very generous helping. Overall the atmosphere was phenomenal and I felt there wasn't a better restaurant to go to on the Strip to get such a great meal in such a great, ambient, beautiful location. I can't wait to eat there again the next time I'm in town!

It's extremely difficult to find the restaurant within the hotel and several of the people working at the hotel weren't clear on how best to navigate through the hotel to find it. We went the night prior to Thanksgiving for an adult, family meal (six of us). The dining room is very large and was relatively empty (probably because no one could find it). The food was ok, the 'frites' with steak frites should be exemplary - they were luke-warm and unremarkable. Service was very slow and we had to ask for a few things several times. May have just been an off night but we won't return.

Very nice Thanksgiving dinner at Bouchon. All meals were well prepared, my traditional turkey dinner was delicious with excellent stuffing. Other diners who weren't turkey lovers appreciated that other choices were available. One of the diners dishes had broccoli, which was amazing, along with a little vegetarian pot pie side that was wonderful. \nService was attentive, restaurant was surprisingly quiet.\nRecommend!

Visited on thanksgiving, extremely noisy as restaurant was full. Service was excellent, my husbands steak lovely, my turkey disasterous. Extremely salty, I didn't eat it. Wait staff was kind enough to remove charge. The salmon appetizer our children sent as a gift was wonderful. Other people sitting beside us also commented on the turkey.

We were expecting a wonderful evening but Bouchon did not deliver in almost any area. The main issue was the service. Very indifferent and at times it was almost rude. My gnudi was nice but my wife got a steak. It was over cooked and the meat seemed old. On top of that the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. Our table would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I've been several times and enjoy it every time. The duck confit was tasty. The bib salad with vine greet was refreshing and a good subtle herb. Charcuterie excellent. Long wine list but stayed to the 500 ml list and didn't go wrong. Too full for dessert or cheese list which all sounded good. The service was attention and friendly.

We loved our whole experience at Bouchon from the complementary warm pistachios & amazing perfect rolls & butter to our last bite of raspberry sorbet & butter cookies. Other delicious dishes our group had were: perfect oysters, salmon w/quinoa, trout, French green beans, Bibb salad, & another warm salad. Our table was outside next to the fountain & very pleasant. It was noisier inside so we were happy to be able to sit outdoors. We liked it so much that we returned for brunch. For brunch we enjoyed a chocolate croissant, quiche florentine w/salad greens & croque madam. Service was impeccable. Would highly recommend Bouchon & will return when in LV.

After visiting other Thomas Keller properties, this was a huge disappointment. Came for dinner. Escargot was great, beet with goat cheese salad was boring. Lamb Shank on the bone was overly fatty and the steak Bouchon was tough and tasteless. Our server was great (therefor 3 stars - all his.)

We stayed at the Venetian specifically to eat at Bouchon. The ambiance is very french bistro and perfect for any time of the day. The food is rich and delicious and generously portioned. Not a place for someone watching their calories. The only drawback is the uneven service. We had breakfast there every day - Alonzo was our waiter on the first day and he was impeccable. The 2nd & 3rd days, our waiters spoke with such heavy accents that it was near impossible to understand what they were saying. However, that is a small matter that does not overshadow the rest of the excellent staff nor the exceptional food.

Service was lack luster. Most of the Food was very good however when apps and salad and soup all come out at the same time it's difficult to fully enjoy each course. Patio heaters were offered, However a 20 minute fiasco to light one put a damper on the ambiance of the beautiful patio. Metal scraping on metal as one heater after another was dragged to our table, one of our group had to vacate her seat during the meal to give room for the staff to work on the heater to get it to light, definitely took away from the dining. I would think propane tanks would've been checked before the restaurant opened. One of the meals was served with cold, congealed gravy. Server brought out free desserts to make up for some of the aggravation which was a nice gesture. With all of the amazing restaurants in Vegas, we will definitely not return to bouchon.

Dinner was exceptional.... 3 different foie gras on the menu and so many choices. Great drink selections. Very classy service with a friendly aspect to it. And brunch/lunch is outrageous as well

This is a bigger version of the Bouchon in Yountville, CA. Same menu except the added a large steak. You had a choice of four oysters two from the west and two from the east and they were very good. The rest of the menu is also very good including the deserts with the exception that the chocolate mousse was not very chocolate. The wine list is extensive but a bit pricey but that's Vegas. As the restaurant filled the noise level went up.

This is simply one of the country's finest restaurants. The food, service,ambience and attention to detail in every aspect is remarkable. My entree was Steak Bouchon which followed a mixed green salad was perfectly prepared and complemented by Barbera d'Asti wine that was reasonably priced and superb.

The service was amazing - our waitress was fantastic - but the food was good but not great. We've eaten here a few times and it's just not quite as fantastic as it used to be. Still a good spot but I'm not sure if we'll be rushing back.

Food just does not live up to price. Very basic selections without the wow factor and at unreasonable prices for the taste. A 55$ steak needs to be succulent and it wasn't - no better than a steak on my bbq, chicken was no better than 8$ rotisserie at supermarket, and fish was just ok that I can cook at home and would be tastier. The food just didn't have the bang for the buck - disappointing. If I go back it would be for appetizers since the fois gras, oysters, and rabbit were very tasty. Service is wonderful and ambience was excellent.

I was incredibly disappointed with my dinner at Bouchon. I had the onion soup and the chicken. Both were very salty. A friend got the trout and could only eat about 1/3 of it because it was very salty. Best thing about my meal was the cheese, charcuterie and bread. I expected a Thomas Keller restaurant to be better than this. The night before I had an excellent dinner at db Brasserie which made this experience at Bouchon seem worse.

I have been eating at Bouchon for years everytime I'm in Las Vegas. The food is consistently superb. They have managed to maintain the high quality of their food and service. The trout and roasted chicken were perfect. I will be back again.

Thomas Keller's diligent attention to detail continues to please. His flavors are sublime, so beautifully blended. Service is impeccable and ambiance is welcoming...and sophisticated. One feels secure with enough space for relatively private conversations. After numerous dining experiences for lunch and dinner, I've never been disappointed.

I eat at Bouchon every time I'm in Las Vegas. The wine list is good and not as crazily priced as many places in Vegas. Nice selection of oysters and the mussels are always good. Love the truffled fries. Entrees were all good.

Great table overlooking pool. Fabulous trout almandine. Beautiful presentation. Deviled eggs with fried capers were delicious for appetizer. Excellent wine. Server was helpful, friendly and not rushed. Prices were surprisingly reasonable! We will be back!!

We always go to Bouchon and this trip to Vegas was no exception; (Try any of the Keller Group restaurants and you won't be disappointed. ) I seem to always order the same things so I won't re-write my last review; Try the Salmon Rillettes...and the Roasted Chicken, it's pure greatness. (I stayed away from the Chicken for years, always thinking, 'bah, roasted chicken' 'boring' Nothing could be further from the truth;)

I first tried this restaurant with a fairly large group of customers and work associates. We were all very pleased with the food, service, ambiance and overall atmosphere. I've dined here several times since and have found all to remain consistent with each visit. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anything from business to romantic dinners. Great wine list and sommelier as well.

Olives and escargot starters. The escargot were a little overwhelmed by the puffed pastry. In other words they were kinda small... Olives were so so. The Sole was outstanding with the exception of a few small bones. Profiteroles for dessert was the perfect ending to a great meal.

I have been to the restaurant several times. This most recent visit was the low point. The good: staff was very friendly and accommodating with a excellent tempo to their handling of our table. The bad: both entrees were severely over salted, and this was two people who like salt on their food. In addition the menu which changes did not really excite me as it had in the past. Hopefully just a bump in the road

The service was horrible. It took 2 hours to get out food.\nThe waiter wanted to buy us dessert but since we had been at the restaurant for 3 total hours at that point, spending more time there to eat free cake wasn't the solution to the problem. The restaurant agreed to comp one bottle of wine which was appreciated and the food was excellent.

This was the our 4th night in Los Vegas and by far our best meal. Gary our servers was excellent and helped pair wines to go with our selections. We had oysters, Salade Lyonnaise, Salade de Cresson et d’Endives au Roquefort paired with a Chablis. We then had the french onion soup and mushroom soup paired with a pinot. That's it. Did not feel need for anything else. Then there were the deserts.... worth waiting for.

2nd time to eat at Bouchon over three days entertaining customers at a convention. First time: we waited for out table for 20 minutes after it had been re-set because we dropped one person, then we had empty wine glasses for 15 minutes before the waiter spied it and then poured, then one of our pollute was cold, so it was not the best event.\n\nTHen 2nd time: different experience altogether. Waiter seemed pushy up front but mellowed and was on top of things (even though he told me he was the sommelier). But great attention and solid suggestions and the food was Bouchon-good (I wish i got more foie gras for the price alas it's Vegas and Keller though).\n\nThen our ass't manager / somelier hit it big - one of our group asked for macroons but the waiter said were not available; I grabbed the ass't manager (who's been there 8 years so i remembered him) and he said, 'Done.' 5 minutes later...plate of macaroons...so good..no charge.\n\nYup. Bouchon has always been a go-to for me in both Napa and Vegas. Still is.

This is one of the establishments in Vegas where the dining experience is actually worth the money spent. The ambiance, attentive and appropriate service and perfectly prepared dishes paired with a good choice of wines really completes any special night out. The menu offers a nice range of options and we leaded the chefs will mix and match entrees and accompaniments, with waiters willing to make sensible suggestions regarding menu choices. We highly recommend this place and will make a point to return on the next visit to Vegas.

Overall a nice evening - however every time we have been here we've noticed that the hostesses are very rude and unfriendly! The hostesses did not welcome us or even smile and greet us. They make you feel like you're bothersome by checking in with them. They continually stock and circle the dining floor like vultures with their pad and pencil documenting the status of diners and status of each table! Very distracting and annoying - each time we've dined here we've observed this same thing and get the feeling they can't wait to turn our table over. The hostess staff are a very poor reflection of the restaurant.

The food is excellent! The rabbit rillette was unique and delicious. I had the roast chicken and it was exquisitely moist, delicious and served with flavorful sides.Our evening started out with great service and an exciting menu, albeit extremely loud. We received our drinks, and rillete starter promptly, and then everything fell apart. We probably waited almost an hour for our salad/soup and then immediately afterwords our main plates arrived. Our waiter had disappeared, so there was no communication as to the dramatic pause. This was compounded by the very high noise level in the restaurant, so by the time the food arrived, we were exhausted and couldn't wait to get out. \nHowever, I can't stress enough how amazing the food is. I would consider a second try.

The restaurant was worth the trip up to the 10th floor of the Venetian. Where should I start? The warm bread? The bread pudding-esque french toast? The beignets? Yes! all 3! Just so delicious! Friendly staff. The price is worth it, but certainly more of a special place. Loved it.

The room in the Venetian was gorgeous and fairly quiet for such a big place. The wine list was enormous. The menu was weird-on a flimsy piece of paper. We had the leg of lamb which was excellent and the moules, which were not so good. We struggled to get our waiter's attention for wine glass refills, water, and the bill. He made us feel like we were not good enough for the place because we didn't order enough courses.

Haven't been to many restaurants with better ambience, service, and food than Bouchon. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends that visit Vegas. The bar scene is worth the price of admission and is a wonderful experience even if one does not dine. Pistachio's and bread served before dinner are to die for and our server, Gary, was great.

Been coming for years and it never fails in any regard. Love everything about it. And the bonus is it is not next to a casino, there is no smoke from the casino and while eating you won't even realize you are in a casino. It is a special place and if you close your eyes, and just listen you will swear you are in Paris.

I love Bouchon and have dined here many times. But I must comment on the state of the cloth napkins, they leave lint on your clothes. It is truly unforgivable. My linen pants (black) and linen top (brown) was covered with white specks from the napkins where it sat on my lap. My husband also have a lap full of lint specks on his black jeans. This is really unforgivable.

While the restaurant was beautiful, it falls short of the original restaurant. Our server was not familiar with the wine list, recommended an appetizer that was not available after we ordered it and our swordfish was over cooked. The flow of the meal was also awkward- sometimes there were long periods where we had neither food or wine, and other times our food was rushed to us. While the food was generally good, it is not worth the ticket price in Las Vegas. Go to the original in Napa Valley!

Las Vegas is a less than ideal place to sample a restaurant as the size makes it difficult to manage. The food was well done and enjoyable. The service was overwhelmingly mediocre. Very polite and pleasant staff but they don't always know the menu well, items ordered were missed and could not be prepared before our meal was finished, delays in having people show up. And make no mistake, this is a very expensive casual restaurant. However, the food is good.... It just is more enjoyable in a restaurant that has better staff training.

Having eaten at Per Se in Manhattan, my bar was pretty high. We had a very nice brunch at Bouchon. The room had a nice bistro feel to it. Their hibiscus cocktail was out of this world! The pastry plate was an amazing bargain.

We have also been to Bouchon in Napa, would love to visit French Laundry, unfortunately can't afford that. We came because we love Thomas Keller's innovative incorporation of raising the level of comfort food to another plain. he has achieved that yet again. OUR MOST RECENT VISIT THERE WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE OUR LAST.\n\nSERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF THE RESTAURANT'S STRONG POINTS--A PROFESSIONAL WAIT STAFF THAT IS UNOBTRUSIVE & EFFICIENT WHILE BEING FRIENDLY BUT NOT IN A 'I WANT TO BE YOUR BUDDY' SORT OF WAY. OUR WAITER ON THIS OCCASION SEEMED LIKE HE SHOULD BE WORKING AT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD APPLEBEE'S--WANTED TO CHAT ABOUT WHERE YOU WERE VISITING FROM, WHAT SHOWS YOU HAD SEEN, ETC. A great choice for the last night dinner in Las Vegas. Bouchon's is another great restaurant within the Venetian on the 10th floor. Romantic setting with a patio/garden area that gives the feel of not being on the 10 floor of the resort. The service was fantastic and the fare even better. Started with the onion soup, then the sole and roasted chicken. Large portions with the sole being filleted at the table. Not our first time there, and certainly won't be our last. \n\nA must for that special occasion.

Very nice restaurant hidden on the 10th floor of the Venetian. Due to its out of the way location, we expected it be to be half full at best, but were suprised. It was a late crowd; there were tables available when we arrived at 7:30, but by 8:00 the place appeared full. \n\nMy wife and I shared a bibb salad that was beautifully presented and had a delicious dressing that was perfectly seasoned. I ordered the leg of lamb that was perfectly cooked, and presented over a squash/vegatble mix that was great. My wife ordered the roast chicken, which she raved about. We were too full for dessert. The wine list was extensive and included a large selection of French wines. The wine offerings by the glass were limited, and a bit disappointing.\n\nService weas excellent, attentive without being overwhelming. Food was served timely, and we never felt rushed. \n\nExpensive, but what you would expect from a first tier restuarant.

(Of course it was, it is a Thomas Keller restaurant after all, and I would expect nothing less.) The bread...Oh My God, the bread. Go just for the bread. Seriously. Do it.\n\nNote: We decided to have only starters. There are so many awesome choices on the menu, we wanted to have more smaller bites rather then get an entrée, which I am sure would have been awesome.\n\nThe ONLY ding I would give on the food is that a few of the items we had were a little salt heavy...not horribly so but still enough to make you grab your beverage after three or four bites. Specifically the base for the French Onion Soup was a bit salty. As was the toast provided with the Pate (Oh My God! the PATE!) And guess what? You can bypass the toast just smear that pate right on the exquisite bread that is on (literally right on) the table. \n\nOn the whole a terrific dining experience. can't wait to go back for brunch!

Even after all these years, chef Thomas Keller'd bistro at the Venetian is firing on all cylinders. You're warmly welcomed to a beautiful dining room overlooking a fountain and gardens. Crisp, attentive, professional but friendly service makes you feel cared for. The classics are executed perfectly and with style. A nice selection of wines are available by the glass, 500 ml carafe or bottle. On this visit, I was on business and dining alone. The server was appropriately sociable and engaged, but not intrusive. After a glass of single malt and complimentary fresh baked bread and pistachios, the meal started with an absolutely perfect duck confit with red wine braised cabbage. The duck was crackling crisp and unctuous and the red wine cabbage reduced to produce an amazing depth of flavor. An entree of Keller's iconic poulet roti was, again, perfect and accompanied by brussels sprouts with bacon and chestnuts. Amazing. A carafe of a beautiful 2012 St. Joseph matched the meal perfectly. Finished with a fantastic house made sorbet, espresso and a dessert wine. Bliss!

I've wanted to go to Bouchon for years, and it did not disappoint! Everything was on point, from a really wonderful server, to great cocktails and wine, to delicious appetizers, entrees and dessert. Our server did not advise us daily special. Very off hand compared to server at next table. My husband's meal of trout was smothered in oil and very salty. He was unable to eat over half of the meal. After watching the promo for the restaurant we were very disappointed. Server did not even ask why my husband did not eat all of his meal. My roast chicken was tasty.

Bouchon is an extremely enjoyable restaurant with very attentive service and spectacular food. I would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend. We started with mussels and frois gras pate then Steak Fritte and duck confit. All excellent. Finished with a lemon tart and chocolate crepe tart both fabulous. I dont think you could pick a wrong item on the menu.

Staff were good and food excellent. After a nice meal the issue. I can not stand restaurants that require you to show ID to pay bill. Using Amex ( my choice ) or any card at this venue will get a demand to produce an ID. Makes me feel that they consider me a thief. I resisted and was told tough. Cross this one off my list.

We have been to Bouchon many times in Napa and Las Vegas. We went to celebrate my husbands bday. The dinner was fantastic. The food is very simple but tastes amazing. I had the French Onion soup, truffle fries and the chicken. The chicken was so tender and full of flavor. Yum!! We were too full for dessert unfortunately. Only complaint is that they forgot to bring the dessert and candle for my husband which I asked for when I made the reservation and when we arrived. That was a bit disappointing.

My brother is an Executive Chef for one of the big-name hotels, and he recommended Bouchon from personal experience and because he considers Thomas Keller the best American Chef. I made reservations to celebrate a 40th b-day and was expecting a great dinner with friends (who were skeptical about my choice at first.) As we walked out of the restaurant, no one could stop commenting on what an exquisite dinner they had just experienced. I travel to Las Vegas twice a year and must say... BEST RESTAURANT IN VEGAS!

Surprisingly, Thomas Keller himself was at the restaurant when we had dinner here. Unfortunately, that did not seem to amp up the quality of the food. We have been to his Bouchons in Beverly Hills and in Napa, and both were superior food-wise. Nothing the 3 of us ordered, appetizers, shell fish, main courses, salads and desserts, was exceptional in any way. In fact the country pate was really very off tasting. The quality of the fresh ingredients was exceptional for Las Vegas, especially the fish of the day. But the preparations not exciting.\nThis is a very attractive re-creation of a classic Paris brasserie. Table settings, and the forms of classic service were respected. But the hosts/maitre d's were not as polished as the actual wait staff.\nAn outstanding but expensive wine list (duh - it's Vegas) offered surprisingly few choices of wine by the glass.

My wife and I visited Bouchon before going out to see a show. We were surprised to learn it is located away from the other restaurants at the Venetian, which makes it unique. Its location is special and so was the food! We started with Charcuterie and Cheese, which was awesome...the best pate I've ever had. From there, my wife ordered the Pasta Du Jour, which was a ravioli filled with Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheese. They were like little pillows of cheese...the best ravioli I've ever had. I had the Steak Bouchon, which was a perfectly cooked rib-eye along with their french fries. Everything was excellent! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful dinner early in the evening. Service at the beginning was very relaxed and our server was able to spend a lot of time with us. In about an hour, the place filled up and it looked like things slowed down as the manager and supervisors were out on the floor talking to customers and cooling things down.\n\nOur server and the assistant waiter seemed to be under a lot of pressure by mid-evening, but we salute them for their good work with us.\n\nThe entrees and appetizers were excellent and we like the atmosphere. We have been to this restaurant several times when visiting Las Vegas. The menu seldom changes and we have come to realize this is not all that exceptional even though Thomas Keller is the 'draw'. We had a nice dinner but found the food rather ordinary. Our fois gras pate, devil eggs, and trout dinners were all good but we've had better at other restaurants. I've wanted to dine at a Thomas Keller restaurant for quite a while, so when I found out I'd be in Vegas for a conference, I didn't hesitate to make a reservation at Bouchon. I wasn't disappointed.\n\nThe restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the Venetian hotel. There are well marked signs directing you, but the hotel is massive and it's easy to get lost if you aren't good with directions. \n\nThe restaurant itself is very bright and open. There is dark wood all over, but it doesn't feel closed in or stuffy. \n\nThe waitstaff were friendly and efficient. Our waiter was extremely helpful in suggesting dishes when we couldn't decide! Everything on the menu was appealing and we had a really hard time deciding what to get.\n\nWe started with a special San Marzano tomato soup. It was honestly the BEST soup I've ever had in my life. It was all I could do not to lick the bowl. Very fresh tasting, and not overwhelmed by any one flavor. Just amazing.\n\nFor entrees, I had the roasted chicken over a bed of corn, forest mushrooms, and greens with chicken jus. My friend had the trout with fresh green beans and almonds. Both dishes were outstanding. The chicken skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was moist, juicy, and very flavorful. The trout was buttery, moist, and flaky. Really outstanding. For dessert, I had the special Carmel Pots de Creme. It came with two shortbread cookies and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt on the top. Magnificent! My friend had three small brownies with carmel gelato and said it was one of the best desserts she's ever had. \n\nI would visit Bouchon again in a heartbeat, and recommend it very highly.

Bouchon is a classic French Bistro located out of the main traffic flow and away from the Casino at the Venetian. It looks out onto a courtyard which is very pretty. We were seated promptly and greeted by perhaps the best waiter that we have had in many years. He was professional and knowledgeable and really added to our enjoyment of the evening. We had cocktails to begin our evening and the timing of order and service was excellent. The food was also a shining star. I had the Idaho Trout which was fabulous. When we return to Las Vegas, we will be back at Bouchon.

Walking through the hallway leading to the dining room gave us a classy feeling. The dining room decor was impeccable, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The one thing we really like about this restaurant (other than the Chef) was it is away from the casinos and busy shopping areas. A great place to settle down after a busy day. It was our first experience with the Thomas Keller restaurants other than bakery. It didn't disappoint us. Everything was well prepared and delicious. We also had great and attentive service. We were looking forward to our reservation at Bouchon as we don't get the chance for fine dining much anymore except when we travel. The service seemed very rushed from the beginning. I had asked for a pair of reading glasses as the menu was very tough to read on the brown newspaper material it was printed on. He brought the glasses and asked if we were ready to order, really? He then tried to order for me telling me what the best entrée and salad was on the menu (his opinion). We ordered the steak tartare special and some oysters and clams and continued to look at the menu. We ordered and then waited forever to get salads and entrée, not fine dining wait, a very uncomfortable long wait. My steak was ordered medium rare as the waiter said the chef cooks things on the rare side. When it came it had obviously spent some time, correction, a long time under the heat lamp. Dry, overcooked and the waiter no where to be found to let him know. When he finally checked on us, we asked for the check instead of having a nice dessert and coffee. Needless to say he got a lousy tip, 10% which was still too much in my opinion. The name on the bill is Russell, if you get his table ask to move.\nA VERY disappointing meal at what we thought would be a great dining experience.

My wife and I always dine here when we're in Las Vegas. Service is impeccable! I always get whatever specials are being offered that day. I've had most of the items on the menu and they are always great, but I like to try see what new ideas the chef presents.\n\nOnly issue is that if you dine in the evening, the ambient lighting is so low, you'll need your cellphone light or a flashlight to read your menu.

Perhaps I expected too much with everything I've heard about French Laundry - but this bistro was too plain for me. We went with another couple, and everyone loved it (as did I) but given the namesake chef I expected more. The beet salad was very plain, not much added flavor from the way it was prepared or sauce. The same can be said of the special for that night - the sea scallops - they were not crusted on the outside and again, they were nothing special (they were very tasty, but I have had 'tasty' many other places). The waiter was fantastic, as were the other staff. Definitely would recommend it, but for the price, the food should have been outstanding, and it was not.

I've been here for brunch and it was just amazing! Bouchon's on my list for possible venues for my wedding so we decided to try their dinner menu. The chicken Roti is a must try, and so is their chocolate mousse for dessert. Our server Danny was outstanding!!! All the recommendations he had, including the wine was top notch. I'd recommend this restaurant for brunch or dinner to anyone who's looking for a place to eat. The only reason why 'value' is marked lower is because it's expensive to me and I'm sure to a lot of people. But to me it's worth every penny! So, if you're looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go :)

This is as very well-priced place for the quality, especially by Vegas standards. For two, including two apps, two main courses and a basket of fries, and a couple of drinks each (mind you, wine/beer, not the fancy cocktails they had on their menu) and it was $160 plus tip. We had a reasonable meal on the strip the next afternoon - similar number of courses but nowhere near the quality - for only about $20 less. \n\nThe meal was wonderful if traditional French cuisine is your thing. While this isn't Applebee's, the portions are quite reasonable so we arrived quite hungry and left quite full. I assure you that it's worth getting a basket of French fries, even if they come in a huge basket that we couldn't finish (and asking for a takeout container at a place like this doesn't seem a propos). No other French fry will compare so you will have to prepare yourself for potentially never again being satisfied by fries. We had the duck confit - which they list as a menu item on their website even though they had taken it off at the restaurant itself, but luckily it was available as a special when we were there - and it melted in your mouth. We opted for the pate plate rather than the foie gras because we wanted to leave at least one duck on earth alive after this meal, and it was pleasantly delicious. I had the sea bream and my wife had the lamb for our main courses - each was great.\n\nThe ambiance is very much like a Parisian bistro, so it's a little on the noisy side (but not uncomfortably so) and the staff are very formal, polite and friendly.\n\nI'll be in the northern California region in a few months for another special occasion and I can't wait to visit the Bouchon there - I'd love to do French Laundry but the price is quite prohibitive for my cash flow.

Bouchon has a beautiful setting, professional staff and great food. It's a nice default meal for our trips to Vegas, as we almost always stay at the Venetian. Natural light fills the restaurant, giving it a great ambiance with the indoor/outdoor setting; Keller's food is always superb. We had a nice early dinner before a show Sat night, then enjoyed a wonderful brunch the next morning. For a short weekend trip, it's nice to have a great restaurant so conveniently in our hotel; no need to venture far when quality is at your doorstep.

Although we've had breakfast here many times, this was our first dinner. It couldn't have been better. Our server immediately asked if anyone has food allergies (I do) and was able to tell me everything on the menu rather quickly that was gluten free. The food was amazing, the service outstanding, the ambiance perfection. It was the perfect dinner to celebrate our wedding!

We went to Bouchon for my wife's birthday. We arrived a few minutes early and had a couple of cocktails at the bar before being promptly seated at the time of our reservation. Our server was very attentive to our needs including my gluten allergy. They offer gluten-free bread made in their own bakery. They also have the ability to augment most of their dishes to become gluten-free without sacrificing taste. We shared an appetizer, and we each ate a salad followed by entrees. The restaurant treated my wife to a free desert for her special day. We were there for two hours. The meal was properly staggered so that we could slowly enjoy ourselves. However, our server did ask when we got there if we were going to a show. They set the tempo of service to your needs. I would recommend Bouchon as one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas.

Like an oasis in Las Vegas. We were lookiing forward to dinner and a show our first night in Vegas. We wanted a dinner location away from the noise and crowded casinos. This was it. Food and service were superb. We were late for our reservations, a result of crossing multiple time zones. They accommodated us and made sure we received our food quickly so that we wouldn't miss our show. Our server made several recommendations that were spot on. Great food great service. Highly recommend.

A relative and I were in Vegas for a getaway. We love the Bouchon bakery and wanted to try the restaurant. So we made a 9:30pm reservation after a show at the Venetian. We both ordered the sea bream as we'd never had this fish before. The skin was nice and crispy to eat, while the white flesh was soft and flaky...yummy! We ordered the escargot for appetizers which were swimming in butter, but still quite tasty. The puff pastry was light and airy as I would expect from Bouchon. The chocolate mousse was quite good, not too sweet. Our waiter James was quite lovely and informative. The only thing about the restaurant was it was too darn dim. We struggled to read the menu which was printed on parchment paper in small black print. James let me borrow his cell phone for light which was very thoughtful. I would come back and recommend to others.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I ate here with my parents and was thoroughly impressed with the menu, ambiance, and service. The black truffle risotto was out of this world! Our waitress was very attentive, informative, and sweet. I will have to stop here every time I visit Vegas now.

I have dined in this restaurant several times. It was good food and since we are staying at the Venetian might as well go back to Bouchon to celebrate my friend's birthday...I ordered the trout that came with string beans and toasted almond. The presentation of my food as well as the taste was very disappointing...I barely ate my food, and my friend who was celebrating her birthday ordered chicken, it looks terrible...2 chicken breast underneath corn and string beans...thats it...not worthed.\nI have no plans to return at this restaurant.

We took customers. Only one person out of our seven enjoyed their meal (chicken). Several had the flat iron steak that was supposed to be medium and was well done. The special (monk fish) was cold. It was sent back and put under the broiler and came back tough. When you spend $900 and entertain a client you would expect more, especially from Thomas Keller.

This restaurant is a treat. The service is impeccable, the wine list very good and the atmosphere elegant. The only disappointment was the food. The highly recommended onion soup was thick and very salty. The chicken had a sauce that could have been the onion soup, again very salty. The entire meal tasted the same. But the crème Brule was perfect. The escargot and lamb shank very good. So think sauces and soup when you order. A very good restaurant and will go back.

One of our faves is 'Bouchon' in Yountville. We hadn't been to Las Vegas for 25 years and were looking for a 'special occasion' dining spot on a Saturday night. We were overwhelmed with dining options, but decided to limit our risk by gambling that Thomas Keller's 'Bouchon' would be as good in LV as it is in Yountville. Our bet paid off in spades. What an evening! Great menu, great service, and spectacular ambiance. It was an absolute 'Five Star' experience!

Elegant restaurant with a beautiful outdoor seating area. We've had a party of 6 and enjoyed the wine and food thoroughly. My only wish would be to see the salad menu expanded. My starter was unremarkable, a simple bed of beets with a tiny scoop of crab salad that lacked seasoning. Too simple for this kind of restaurant. The service was great, including sommelier who helped us to finalize our wine selection. We will visit this place again.

We had the steak (which comes with a mountain if excellent fries) and chicken, both of which were excellent. Six different types of port on the dessert menu is well above average for this type of restaurant. Only glitch is that the designers seem to think you can't have a good meal in a room with quiet acoustics. Crowd noise does not whet my appetite.

Had been to the fabulous Bouchon Bakery in Napa, so was thrilled to find them in Las Vegas. We were in town for a horse show, so we had to eat early - 5. Went there on a Friday night and food and service was fantastic, so we went back on Saturday night.

Eating at a restaurant like Bouchon one would expect outstanding service however the service on the night of my visit was really below par. I'm sure Thomas Keller would not be very happy. It appeared they had too many wait staff and no one being the head waiter. On 3 occasions we would ask for something and when it never made to our table in a reasonable time, we would ask again. By the third frustrated request it finally was filled. Water glasses remained empty until we ended up filling them. There are too many good restaurants in Las Vegas for us to consider a return visit. Sorry Bouchon you are off our list.

After appetizers, a salad and cheese course, all of which were fantastic, we were just awaiting our entrees. The gap between the cheese course clearing and our dinner arriving was over half an hour. When our steak frites finally came out, they were cooked medium (we requested RARE!). We immediately notified the waiter who agreed they were overcooked, and he said they would refire them and have them out right away. Another 20+ minutes went by. By the time they came out my kids (19, 18 and 6) were done eating and near falling asleep at the table. The steaks had no flavor and were extremely tough and riddled with gristle. We had taken 2 bites of the first steaks that had come out and they were exactly the same way. So all 4 steaks were very poor quality, which was telling. We only had a bite or two and left. Very disappointing! Particularly since we have enjoyed Bouchon in Vegas and Napa, as well as The French Laundry twice, once with our kids on a college tour trip. We did not see this coming. Wish they would just call it something besides Bouchon so we lower our expectations going in.

The room was beautiful, the zinc bar was gorgeous, and the restaurant was empty. Our waiter was quite bored with his job and although he was not awful, neither was he good. Our oysters were very so-so. (We had spectacular oysters at Bouchon in Napa....) Three of us ordered steak frites, two orders were cooked correctly and one was not. We did not order dessert. The food was serviceable but not up to the standards that we expected from a Thomas Keller restaurant. Oh, and the wine list was not up to date as we ordered a wine from the list that was not available. In the time of being able to digitally track wines in the cellar, this is unacceptable; particularly that the restaurant was not super busy and probably did not sell out of this wine that evening. This experience makes me less likely to dine in another Keller restaurant.

Enjoyed a wonderful Anniversary dinner, last Sunday. Our waiter Teddy was great, very attentive and paced our dinner perfectly!! The food was delicious and great presentation. Had a table, with not much traffic by us. We truly enjoyed our experience. Since we had never dined there before, we didn't have an easy time finding the restaurant. We didn't stay at the Venetian so called the Hotel after wandering. They were very pleasant on the phone and gave us specific directions so got there on time.

I've been to Bouchon twice before. First time, it was wonderful. Second time was very forgettable with poor food and indifferent service. Both times I sat alone at the bar. This third time was much better all around. Seated in the dinning room, the food was delicious and could have come from one of the better bistros in Paris. The service was affably friendly. The two waiters, who worked in tandem, fed our jovial mood. It helped that the restaurant was only half full so service was well paced.

The biggest failing was the service, and the complete absence of front of house assistance. After ordering dinner, when the mains arrived I was magisterially presented with the wrong food. Thus I and my table mate were forced to split his plate as they prepared mine. It was so wrong. At no point did the server apologize, now did the manager come by, nor was any effort made to compensate for this dining out epic fail in service. The food was fine, though the desert we chose to share, some rhubarb bar, was atrocious. One of the very worst fine dining experiences ever. Never again

First bad experience in many years of dining here. The waiter was a veteran of Bouchon and did manage to smooth over some other issues with his experience. My steak was cold. It was sent back and came out luke warm. It's a bigger gamble to send an item back TWICE and i'd rather deal with the dish. Bouchon is ALWAYS a go to for the best food in Vegas. The Steak Frites is literally one of my favorite dishes in the world.(Check my reviews over the years) But the King has fallen off the throne. For the second night I had issues. Cold, and I mean Cold French Onion Soup. This night the server brought me the wrong dish. The Ham and Cheese is another favorite so I kept it. My guest's steak was cold, as mine was the night before. We ordered coffee with out desert and after waiting we just decided to eat our desert without the coffee. I made management aware and the issue was told that they did not expect so many reservations and were a touch overwhelmed. With so many mistakes in two visits Id say they were more than a touch. It's a shame when you lose something you loved...

Approximately $100/person with a cocktail. Bouchon is like a classic french bistro reminding us of bistros we have visited Paris and Montreal. Ambience and service was '5 star'. I gave the overall, food , and value '4 stars' because one of us ordered the Steak Bouchon and quite frankly we've had better at Ruth's Chris. On the other hand the steak tartar and and Petrale Sole could not have been better. All and all a very enjoyable dinner/evening.

We took our son to Bouchon for breakfast for his 25th birthday. The ambiance was elegant, and the servers were very attentive. We ordered assorted pastries, beignets, omelets, and cappuchino and everything was delicious. Beignets were my favorite so I ordered some extra to go! I highly recommend Bouchon and will return again!

We were at Bouchon for our Anniversary. From the moment we walked in the door, we received a friendly greeting by the hostess and quickly seated us at a large booth. We had requested a space that was more private for our special day and they accommodated us beautifully. Every staff member wished us a sincere Happy Anniversary. Our server, Angela G, encouraged us to take our time, offered a glass of champagne to start our evening and regularly checked on us. The entire evening was wonderful and the food was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience and we would definitely return the next time we are in Vegas. Thanks to all the Staff for making our visit special.

What's not to like at this restaurant, other than its in Las Vegas. The food is outstanding and truly consistent - having dined here several times. The ambiance is wonderfully French and it's not over priced with food portions signaling value. I'll be back for sure.

Been to Bouchon a few times and have always had excellent meal. 5 of us dined and out of all our meals only one item failed to delight: salmon appetizer with Pernod. Very bland. But everything else from duck to chicken to salmon entrees were delicious. Excellent service too. Will go again.

We were very disappointed after hearing such good things about this place. Food was nothing special. We initially ordered mussels but our rather strange waiter told us not to have them and that they would not be good - wrong season apparently. So, we took his advice and opted for steaks. The so called amazing French fries ( Anthony Bourdain) were nothing better than the ones we had at Carl Junior today. \nWe left disappointed - best thing was the bottle of very good Graves!! Wouldn't rush back!!

Arrived early for 7:15 reservation and were seated immediately. Servers were friendly, knoeledgeable of the menu and specials, and very efficient. Never had to wait for water or wine replenishment, dishes were cleared quickly and next course brought in timely manner. Professional yet unobtrusive would best describe the service. \nThe bib salad was wonderful as was the white asparagus salad--both were nicely dressed and tasty. The mussels were prepared perfectly with a hint of saffron while the flatiron steak was tender, tasty and seasoned nicely. The pomme frites were outstanding. The Sancerre we selected was the perfect accompaniment to our meals. Definitely recommend Bouchon a class act.

Andy took very special care of us. Although we dined there to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday, I suspect each member of the team treats all guests that way. From the time we walked in the door, to a 'welcome' Champaign toast, to dinner service, to birthday deserts -the experience was welcoming and polished.

Wonderful place for coffee and breakfast after a hard night of partying in Vegas. Seriously the best coffee, especially if you can sip it on the patio while watching the sun climb up over the pool. They really push the chicken and waffles but when you get down to it, it's just chicken...and waffles. I liked the salmon eggs Benedict, and the daily omelet was delicious. Pastries great too. Relaxing and rejuvenating, this is a mandatory recovery site for future trips to Vegas.

My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. Our server Teddy was very attentive and helpful with the menu, and provided great table side conversation. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine choices were fantastic. Well priced for the quality and environment. Another server, Michael, was also especially sweet and helpful during our dinner. We would both highly recommend this restaurant to other guests.

I found the restaurant to be a great combination of food and dining experience. The service was professional and timely. They were exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. The food took me back to many of my experiences in Paris Bistros. Well worth the trip, and when compared to other Vegas restaurants of a similar caliber, quite reasonable.

Casual, French Bistro style with highest quality menu. It's a Thomas Keller restaurant -- he owns the French Laundry in Yountville CA, considered by many to be the finest restaurant in the country. It isn't the highly gourmet menu of the French Laundry, but a fine dinner for two with a glass of wine gets you out for about $200, while the it would run about $400 there. The crusty rolls right out of the oven are the best in town. It's on the 9th floor of the Venetian, and you can self park in the garage and get the elevator to it without having to go through the casino. Great place.

Thomas Keller has given Las Vegas a classic French bistro, very good food, excellent wine list and good service. The lamb was excellent, the fish perfect and the pate outstanding. Loved the fact that the restaurant was not in or near the casino. We will be back the next time we have to be in Las Vegas. A true bistro - very, very good food and a great wine list in a relaxed setting.

This was our first visit to this Thomas Keller restaurant. We've eaten at Per Se and The French Laundry. There's something on the menu for everyone. Recommend the roast chicken (the best I've ever eaten) and Bouchon steak. Highly recommend this restaurant

A must try in Vegas! I have been to Vegas countless times and have eaten many brunches at Bouchon, never realizing what I was missing at dinner! Everything was incredible, service impeccable, food and wine delightful and perfectly prepared. Couldn't have been more pleased. We had the steak tartare, sauté foie gras, the lamb and scallops... We couldn't pass up the beignets for dessert... The vanilla dipping glaze was out of this world! Can't wait to go back and have the creme brûlée!

I eat at Bouchon every time I go to Vegas. Hands down, it is the best foodie value I have found there . The service is impeccable. On this particular occasion, I tried the Boudin Blanc with prunes and lovely mashed potato. I liked it, but was not 'over the moon.' I tasted one of my friend's roasted chicken. This is a standby at Bouchon. A slight miss as the breast piece was a bit dry. My other friend had the mussels about which he raved. I tasted them, but it is not my thing. The fries were amazing--have them bring out a little cup of sauce bearnaise if you get fries. Foie gras was impeccable and amazing steak tartare. I withhold the fifth star only on the chicken miss. I will go back again and again. My friend said this place was amazing for brunch also.

The service and venue are amazing! The salmon rillette is the best I've ever had as well the beet salad was fantastic!y wife's steak frites...phenomenally tasty an cooked perfectly. The downside...the soft shell crab special. Normall I love this dish, but this was a greasy, oily and buttery mess. I will stick to what Bouchon does well, because this was quite terrible.

For a Thomas Keller restaurant, it's a little less stuffy and expensive than you'd expect. So you do get some value for your money as it didn't feel completely inaccessible. I enjoyed my experience overall. It was just simple, well cooked food that could've benefited from just a little more oomph. I had deviled eggs that were good (one was broken) but nothing spectacular compared to say Carson Kitchen's amazing eggs topped with caviar. I ordered a duck confit with lentils and some steak frites. The duck was again good but nothing unique. The steak was fantastic with caramelized shallots. A standout. Service from beginning to end was great. They even accommodated a special request for a candle on my friend's cheese platter. All in all I would return but I would maybe order more unique dishes. It's a beautiful restaurant and affordable for Vegas. If you want simple French brasserie-type fare, this is a great choice.

The best service I've received at any restaurant in Vegas. The food? Spectacular. The fresh oysters took me to the edge of the ocean when I closed my eyes. I don't know what kind of magic they use to get these things so fresh. We had a special treat of a tuna tartare, which came complimentary with a wonderful rosé wine. It was an exciting start to a memorable meal. I think pretty much anything on the menu would be amazing to try.

We went on an extremely busy night. The food showed up cold and surprisingly not up to par. We complained to our waiter and he basically hit the ball out of the park at that point. He took our food away and returned shortly with two new dishes each cooked to perfection. At the end of the night Bouchon even comped our dinner. A true 'gentleman's' restaurant and always a solid show even when there is an issue. I will always be a big fan of Bouchon and TK.

When dining in the hot months between June-Augusts , I would personally request eating indoors as they don't have water misters, most likley because of water conservation. The food is delicious and the service is on point. French onion soup is a must, seafood Petit Plateau , Steak Frits to share .

Food was good but the service was horrible. We checked in with the hostess and gave her the reservation name, she acknowledged we had a reservation but then didn't let us know whether our table was ready so we just stood there in limbo. Finally we asked her if our table was ready and she said yes but didn't say anything else while we stood there for another long period of time. Meanwhile, a line started to form behind us and the hostess never acknowledged the other guests. After we finally sat down our waiter came and my friend asked for lemon slices for her water. Throughout the course of the meal she asked for her lemon slices three times and never got any. I heard a waiter apologizing to the table next to us profusely (seems to be about the wait). Absolutely horrible service for a high-end place.

Bouchon is at the top of my to-do list whenever I visit Las Vegas. Not only is it located in one of the best casinos (The Venetian), and not only is the ambiance always classy and european, but the food is amazing! On my most recent visit, I dined at the bar, (which by 8 pm was in a full-boil!), and I had the Salmon Tartar to start, followed by the best Trout entree west of the Mississippi. The special desert selection on this evening was house-made Beignets with a vanilla cream dipping sauce. OMG!! \n\n The staff are always friendly, the drinks are appropriately stiff, and the experience is a classy alternative to anything else the Strip has to offer. \n\nDon't miss this spot!

Our server was amazing!! The duck confit and the French onion soup are to die for! I wasn't a fan of the foie gras but my colleague loved it. The bernaise sauce was delicious with truffle fries and I'm very picky about my bernaise. I wish I only got appetizers because my Bouchon ribeye was medium well and not medium rare and usually I would have sent it back but I had a flight to catch. :( I wasn't a fan of the way the scallops were seasoned or the ham and cheese sandwich. The creme brûlée was good but the rhubarb cake was even better. If I come back I would only return for appetizers and sweets.

This was our third time at Bouchon and I must say that we were disappointed. I had the house made white sausage, while it was very tasty, it was cold when it arrived. My husband had the fish special and it was hot but under seasoned a lot. Unfortunately this left a bad taste in both our mouths and it will be awhile before we try this restaurant again.

We completely enjoyed our evening at Bouchon. We started with the sautéed foie gras and the duck confit. Our main courses were the trout grenobloise and the cote d'agneau. Everything was fantastic, fresh, artfully prepared and cooked to perfection. Our table server was cheerful, helpful and attentive. We somehow managed to have dessert. The creme brûlée and the lemon tarte were great. As a lemon tarte lover I have to say I have never had better. Thanks for a lovely evening.

We did not like the appetizer - rabbit rillette - at all. We asked for a recommendation on main dish. The server said the chicken was the best. It was very good, but not $200 good. I've had chicken that good at a mom and pop diner for eight bucks. I was expecting much more from such a highly-rated restaurant. The service was excellent and the ambiance was lovely. But the food - not so great.

This was my first time at Bouchon but won't be my last. The service from our waiter Senad was impeccable, great help from the sommelier, and the food was fantastic. For a nice restaurant it was much more relaxed that you'd expect and not stuffy like some fine dining places can be. Will definitely be back.

This was a fantastic experience, definitely fit for a foodie. Our group loved everything: the mussel dinner, the roast chicken, and the drinks. The mussel dinner even inspired me to try and make something similar.\n\nThe service was impeccable. \n\nI would come back to this restaurant in a heart beat.

We had mid week brunch at Bouchon and enjoyed it so much that we returned a couple of days later for dinner. The quiche was the best I have ever tasted. The flavor and the texture were perfect. The offering changes daily but I am sure each one is delicious. The seasonal fruit salad that was served along with the quiche was also very flavorful and the service was very attentive. When we returned for dinner the staff was very friendly and made perfect suggestions. The roasted chicken, Poulet roti tasted just like it did in Paris. It is marinated and then roasted, very moist and the flavor is divine. I wish I could remember the names of the staff because both times the staff added to the overall experience. I definitely recommend going to Bouchon. We also visited the Bouchon bakeries located around the hotels and were pleased with the selection and the wonderful tastes.

FRENCH!!! We opted to try a few hors d'oeuvres and we're not disappointed. The seared Foie Gras and Escargot were tasty. We has room to split the Bone in Ribeye which was cooked perfectly. Their bread is served as a warm and fresh baguette and we had 2. Thomas Keller has a good thing going here. Next step: THE FRENCH LAUNDRY: Napa.

I had been waiting to try out this restaurant for some time, as I had read great reviews about the food and ambiance. Heading in around dusk, I was already excited, as the restaurant took on classic and comfortable look of a bistro I visited in Monaco. We were greeted by a pleasant host who sat us promptly. At the table, our service staff had us set up with a pre appetizer and our discussed some wine choices. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu, food preparations, and helped us in deciding our entrees. We relaxed in the comfortable setting, as the noise level rose as the evening carried on. I should mention that my guests were my two best friends that I haven't seen in months, so we had plenty to catch up on.\n The Escargot a la Bourguignonne was very tender, the Oeufs Mimosa tasty and my Salade Maraichere was big (though unimaginative as it was just a plate of greens with a gob of somewhat warm goat cheese sitting in the middle). Though the quality of the food was high, I did find myself thinking I had had better prepared and more flavorful renditions of our appetizers. \n As for the entrées, I had ordered the Gigot d’Agneau, while my guests ordered Poulet Rôti and Steak Frites with a side of Haricots Verts. The portions were generous, however, we all found our dishes to be just okay. My lamb was cooked perfectly, though it had an almost overwhelming vinegary taste to it, which really overtook all the flavors in the dish. The chicken for the Rôti was overcooked and dry, not inedible, just not what we expected. The Flat Iron Steak had a gamey aspect to it, and tasted a lot like liver while the green beans were fresh and delicious. Overall, the entrée course was just okay.\n Though on point, the server kept coming back to the table and interrupting our conversation to discuss the food and preparations. It was a little much as he would talk over my guests at points.\n The desserts were amazing and on point!

I have celiac disease, and our server was exceptionally well versed not only on what was gluten free, but also, and more importantly, what items could be exposed to cross contamination in the process or the location of the kitchen. I had an exquisite 3-course dinner without any problems. They even had gluten free profiteroles for dessert--I hadn't eaten those in 12 years!

the steak we ordered was very good -- grill level, test, but side french fried was served too much caused whole dish looks little mess and main subject(steak) should have on spot; the fish (grilled whole seabass) smelled very good, but the side vegs should not grilled with fish together suggest replace with some fresh vegetable and flowers to look better.

I love Bouchon and have been going for years. I love a good raw bar, and they have one of the best. The bistro-style menu is a favorite and the food never disappoints. This trip, though, the service was off. The restaurant was very busy, which can be challenging, but there seemed to be plenty of wait tag running around. Still, food arrived before cocktails, cocktails weren't prepared correctly, and the timing was just way off. The front of the house needs to do a better job representing what the kitchen does so well.

The room is large and open but we were sat in a wonderful corner booth. Start with a Moscow Mule at the bar. The wine list is good and we found a moderately priced Chablis that was perfect with our meal. Duck Confit and Salmon Rillete were perfectly prepared and a great start. The soft shelled crab was flavorless but the trout was very good. Our server brought a lemon tart that was very tasty. A really good spot but not quite 5 stars where we expected a little more.

Place was EMPTY yet made to wait 10 mins (even w. reservation). Worse, we were shuttled off to a waiting zone instead of being encouraged to sit at the (also empty) bar.\nWait service was rushed. Snarky waiter kept referring to me as 'young man'...I'm a robust 63!\nThey didn't know their own oyster selection.\nEntree was greasy and tough. Quit after 4 bites. UGGHHH!\nCould not find a manager to convey my disappointment. Open Table is welcome to forward my contact info to him/her.\n\nNapa venue is far superior.

Uable to cook a simple steak medium rare? Asked the waitress to confirm if this was a mistake, waitress agrees it was cooked improperly, after 20 min brings out another one cooked exactly the same. Amazing. No one came by to apologize, wife ended up eating cold fish which had no seasoning. No accommodation made in any way. Just one of the worst dining experience I have ever had. Was so looking forward th experiencing one of Kellers restaurants, never again. Wonder if he knows the level of incompetence that exists.

Food was amazing, the best French dining in Vegas. I would recommend trying the cheese plate as they have an excellent variety of cheeses, including cow, goat and sheep (who else even has sheep?). The oysters were really fresh, and the duck confit was perfectly done. The pâté was also really good, and much better than the version most restaurants serve, as it had a bit of a spicy kick to it. My entree was rabbit (the special for the night, so it may not be offered regularly) and was cooked until it was perfectly tender. Dessert was delicious too. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone's last night in Vegas, because if you have it on the first night, it's gonna ruin food for you for the rest of your trip.\n\nOur server was really good too. We went there for our anniversary and my wife's birthday and he made it feel like an extra special night.\n\nIt will be on the pricier side as far as restaurants go, but it was definitely worth it, unlike other restaurants that try to pretend they have high quality food.\n\nMy only possible critique is that the decor may need to be updated, but that may be the look they are trying to go for, and in any case the food more than makes up for it.

The waiter, food, ambiance was all very nice. The only small compliant would be the guy helping to bus the tables, at one point, he asked to take the plate away while my friend was mid-bite. Not sure what his hurry was, but he would keep cleaning off the table in a hurry, in when we still had food on the table. Our main waiter was nice and talkative, gave us plenty of time to finish our food, just that one guy was a little unsettling.

Took my wife there as part of a series of birthday events Sat 5.14.\nPosh but approachable ambience, with great natural light, and the food was really outstanding.\nWe had the mussels, the salmon, charcuterie, enjoyed the fresh-made bread, and finished off with a light lemon tart and... and a creme brulee (which I did not know they were bringing - but then I remembered that I had shared the occasion of our visit when I made the reservation). That was an unexpected delight - in both senses of the word.\n\nService was great from the bar, to the water-service, the bussers, and our waitress - who was attentive, but not overly so.\n\nWe are locals, and had not been before... No doubt about it that we'll be back... to explore so much more of their menu items.

Great food, attentive service and a nice comfortable space away from the bustle of the casino. First visit to a Thomas Keller restaurant and it more than lived up to expectations. We shared the salade Lyonnaise, oeufs mimosa, poulet roti, croque madame and the tarte a la rhubarbe & creme fraiche ice cream. It was all wonderful - but if forced to choose the faves were the salad, roast chicken and the creme fraiche ice cream. Looking forward to returning to try other items.

The garlic soup was superb! The french onion just very good. Delicious asparagus salad and large scallops entree. Chocolate dessert was amazing and creme brulee very good. Took my 90 yr old mother there for special occasion and was glad that the restaurant was quiet enough for her to hear easily. Our server (Daniel?) was the right amount of attentive and made us feel special. A bit pricey (but not really compared to other places on the Strip) but worth it!

Bouchon once again was excellent. It's hard to explain to someone who hasn't had it how something as ordinary as a roast chicken can be so special, not because of some special ingredient or trick but because it is simply prepared perfectly. We were entertaining out of town guests and wanted them to have an exceptional experience. \nBouchon exceeded our expectations in every imaginable way. We ordered several appetizers, as well as a variety of main courses and four different deserts. The food seemed to appear on our table without any disruption in our dinner conversation. Our primary server took great care in discussing my wife's allergy and made thoughtful informed recommendations in a manner that totally removed the negative feeling she sometimes gets from being difficult to feed. Without exception each person that served us seemed genuinely dedicated to insuring that we had the exceptional experience that we hoped for.

Order the chicken and waffles for brunch. Chicken was prepared perfectly, 'my only small complaint was that the waffle was a luke warm otherwise was great. My friend ordered the open faced sandwich which was a BLT with an over easy egg. Executed well, though not out of this world amazing either. Or so she told me.\n\nSolid food, good service. My husband and I are Thomas Keller fans. Anything he is involved in we always want to try. This is our first visit to Bouchon in Las Vegas. Food was very good, service was excellent. On our next visit to Las Vegas, A meal at Bouchon will definitely be in our plans.

Food was delicious!! Fancy French but huge portions. Steak tartare was everyone's favorite. You get a heaping pile of fries with the steak. Sole was cooked to perfection and they debone it at the table for you. Beautiful restaurant that's great for dinner date night or group outing. Brunch is even better!

The 4 of us had a dinner here within our 4-day-stay in Las Vegas. The restaurant was up to our expectations towards a Thomas Keller place. They seated us at the bar, as we had to wait for our table, since we finally were four and my original reservation was only for 2. The foods were up to standards, the meats were prepared perfectly, i had lamb, the others were going for the steak. We did not understand the massive amount of fries though :) The bread served was perfect, and the desserts were excellent as well. I say it is a good value for money considering we are in las vegas, and the surrounding and ambience was amazing.

We were a bit disappointed that for our second visit here the outside eating was closed due to high wind again. Our group ordered salads, trout, sole, mussels and lamb. The sole seemed to be the favorite choice. Recommend waited debone sole, he did a great job. No bones. Trout was good. Lamb was just okay.

This was not our first visit to Bouchon, however, it will be or last. The noise level is deafening, food service from the kitchen between courses was extremely slow. We always enjoy a visit to our table by Paul Peterson, sommelier, and he was attentive on this visit. The waiter was apologetic and negotiated a reduction in our bill, without our suggestion, because of our dissatisfaction. The food was excellent, white bean soup and canard confit. Just too bad that there isn't some accommodation for those who want a leisurely , but efficiently delivered fine food experience without all the noise. I had a brief conversation with the hostess after dinner to express our concerns. She suggested dining on the terrace when it is available. We have dined there on one previous visit and it was much to our satisfaction, but, unfortunately this evening it was closed. A visit to Giada at the Cromwell the following night, resulted in similar high energy music and noise. Again, not our first visit, but our last. We didn't even sit down at the table, even though the hostess went out of her way to accommodate our request for a table where conversation would be possible. It was in a small dining area that was not open for service that night. Still, just deafening music and clatter. Wynn has some very comfortable restaurants that we enjoy. I guess we'll stick to their dining venues.

This was a disappointing experience. My leg of lamb arrived looking like a pressed turkey roll and had little flavor. My wife's meal was steak frites was even poorer. Service was prompt but non-inviting. Overall this was a poor experience for which we paid quite a bit of money.

When finished with our food, we asked for the bill and gave the money to the woman waitress and so she gave us change, then we took the change and left the tips in the glass. Right after we came down from 10th fl, we got a call from the restaurant (woman staff) saying that we havent paid enough amount to our bill, this is what i have been told 'you havent paid for you bill, where are you? You need to come back now'. We had to tell the cap to pull over and got out from the car. so i told her we have paid and she kept on saying the same thing, then she handed the phone over to a man. The man was as rude as the woman and kept on saying that we have not paid and insisted to take our credit card number. I explained over and over again about our payment at the restaurant until he told me to hold the line and came back saying ok we got your money, sorry (he did not mean he was sorry at all). What happened was extremely the worst dining experience ever, and i wish i took back the tips i gave and the restaurant should be responsible for the cap it costed me.

Since the French Laundry is so difficult to book, and since we are also visiting Vegas, we've decided to give Bouchon a try.\nNicely decorated yet not too formal, and good food overall. Coming from Asia the service level can't be compared but already much better than most places in the U.S. The young waiter who served us was genuine and courteous, while the other more experienced once are as snobbish and blunt as any other restaurants in the U.S.

Bouchon is a very lovely restaurant. We chose to eat outside which was wonderul. It was very relaxing. The server was great, very knowledgeable and polite. The food was the disappointment. We had the escargot and pate which were excellent. We tried the mussels and they were fair to say the least. We also tried the onion soup which was a bit of a disappointment to all of us. We have had much better. And the lamb entree again was fair, a bit bland. One person had the filet on bone, which was very fatty, but the flavoring was very good. It came with a nice assortment of vegetables. Which the lamb entree lacked. They served us a creme brulee which was very delicious. Overall it was good, just not great.

Our dinner at Bouchon exceeded our expectations! Excellent service, food and ambience made for a lovely dinner. Our server, Juan, was thoughtful and informative. The support staff were helpful and timely without being intrusive. The menu has a nice array of choices. The trout and sole were standouts; fresh and perfectly prepared. The escargot was satisfying and the chèvre salad was perfectly dressed. The coffee is delicious. It's strong but layered in flavor. The profiteroles for dessert were pretty good, albeit preassembled. It's a busy restaurant, but clearly well managed and definitely worth a visit!

We were disappointed with the menu. The dishes were so limited. The only thing we liked was the Foi Gras appetizer. All other dishes were just okay. Not a whole lot to choose from on the entrees. No special of the day. Only saving grace was the decent decor and the waiter was really good.\n\nAnd the restaurant closed at 10pm on a Friday's evening, which was a real surprised for our late arrival friends.

Our waiter, Jerry, is one of the best have had in a long time. Food is attractively presented and special preparations are present for every dish. When I asked to be moved to another table because the banquette was hard on my back, this was done seamlessly and without any of the usual checking with the hostess, etc. \na perfectly lovely evening. The service was outstanding. We loved the bread and pistachios brought to the table before ordering. Delicious. The wine list was extensive, but there's not a single bottle under $60. I'm not surprised given that this is Bouchon, but I've eaten at plenty of nice establishments that offer bottles in the $40 range. We shared a simple bibb lettuce salad that had a wonderful dressing and was full of delicious fresh herbs (they split this for us and it was still huge). We each went for the steak frites. The fries were crisp and well seasoned, but the steak was lacking in flavor. It needed salt. It was just okay--maybe it was the cut of the meat. Definitely not worth the price. The creme brulee at dessert was great. Overall, it was a nice meal in a romantic setting and we enjoyed the service, but wouldn't go back.

You will not be disappointed in anything at Bouchon. At least that was my experience. Our server was excellent, efficient & completely familiar with the menu. Everything we ate was excellent -- salmon rilllettes, deviled eggs, mussel appetizer (hint: they will make the mussel entree as an appetizer if you ask nicely -- get extra bread for all the delicious sauce), flatiron, trout almondine. Dessert was also incredible. Can't wait to go back next time.

My wife and I have been to Bouchon Yountville a dozen times and ate at the Vegas restaurant for the first time with five others. Service, ambiance were very good, but the food was a little disappointing. Of particular note, two in our party ordered the lamb, a dish my wife and I have had at least twice in Yountville. The skin or line of fat around the meat was very, very tough to the point where you could barely cut through it and had to remove it before eating the meat. Not exactly the Bouchon standard.

Had a great experience. Would go back again. Appetizers, entrees, dessert and cocktails were amazing!! Generous portions and fabulous presentation. The only small issue is our steaks were not piping hot. Maybe sat in the window too long. Everything was lovely.

I found Bouchon three years ago while in a gas for work. I saw a sign saying they had the 'Best Breakfast in Vegas.' I needed breakfast, so decided to try it. It was the best breakfast I had ever had. How can you make bacon and eggs special? I don't know, but they did it. \nA few months later I was in Vegas again with family. We went for dinner, and had an exceptional experience. Our waiter, Russell, was OUTSTANDING!!!! We now have an annual family dinner there, and request Russell each year. He is just the best. He remembers us each year, and cares about his customers. This year we celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and he did not let us down. \nAs for the food, it just doesn't get any better. Visit Bouchon and ask for Russell. You won't be sorry.

I ate at Bouchon in Napa years ago and was excited to see the location in Vegas. We had friends in from Mexico City and they had not experienced a Thomas Keller restaurant so I decided to take them to there. What a mistake. \n\nIt took 15mins for our server, James, to even acknowledge we were there. He was aloof and condescending and not pleasant in the least. I get it, you're a waiter at Bouchon, oh my! We ordered and hoped for the best. It was only downhill from there. The appetizers were completely average, I mean just blah. Everything was devoid of flavor. You know you're in trouble when the best thing on the table is the bread and butter. Like the title says, we could have been at any formula food eatery. Yet, we held out hope. 2 Steak Bouchon arrive looking fabulous, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. I was excited to see this whole thing turn around, it didn't. While cooked perfectly, the steak had no seasoning and was anything but tender. Accompanying the steak was a Bearnaise sauce that was watery butter with some tarragon thrown in, just awful. One of my guests ordered the Gnudi dumplings, quite possibly the greatest travesty ever perpetrated on a truffle in the history of cuisine. Completely flavorless, not even the truffles could save these balls of nothingness. When the waiter eventually graced us with his presence I commented that the dumplings were disappointing and lacking in flavor, he rolled his eyes and said, 'Gnudi means naked'. Thanks for the Italian lesson, however, Gnudi does not mean 'tasteless, texture-less, horrific ball of goo'. \n\nDouble espressos all around so we can the hell out of Dodge. What arrived was tepid brown water, no crema, no flavor. As if they got all 6 from the same puck. \n\nI was so embarrassed that I suggested Bouchon to my friends; that I introduced first-timers to one of the greatest American chefs and what we got was a bad Bennigan's experience. Another great sells out. Shame on you.

Beautiful location in the Venetian. Wonderful decor. Was expecting much more. My friends had the trout, I had the mussels and French Onion soup. Average across the board and have had much better at other bistros. Bread is outstanding as was the service. Look elsewhere in vegas first.

I had been to bouchon once before and it was exceptional. This time around it was not even worth the trip. My steak was undercooked. How you can mess up a medium steak is beyond me. It was a friend's birthday and while that went over well in the dessert department. It was still less than sterling. For the price it was not worth it in my eyes. Next trip to vegas I might need to take my business elsewhere.

As they say, good things are hard to find. Tucked away in the Venetian on the 10th floor is arguably one of the best restaurants in Vegas. Highly recommended is the charcuterie board paired with a nice wine as well as the salmon with French green lentils followed by all of their desserts. Chef Keller and his dedicated team at Bouchon wowed us yet again! Thank you for a memorable evening.

We were able to dine outside and the weather was beautiful so. We felt like we were in Venice. I ordered leg of lamb but unfortunately didn't realize that it was braised. I really am not a fan of braised meat so I didn't really enjoy it that much. I also ordered a chocolate peanut butter cake for dessert and it turned out to be more of a peanut butter pie. When the waiter noticed that I didn't eat it he took it off the bill. I think that is really superior service! My friends really enjoyed their meals however and the ambience really made it worthwhile going there.

I have dined at Bouchon many times over my visits to Las Vegas. I am glad we choose an early reservation for Sunday as the large groups started to fill up the restaurant about 7:30pm and the noise level increased quite a bit - and the service staff, while totally professional, was a little bit strained due to the demands of these groups. Our server and back server were very good at keeping the table cleared and water glass full. Ernesto helped us choose our selections and was good at explaining how the dishes were prepared and what they should taste like - he was spot on. The Salmon Rillettes was a good starter and then the braised Lamb Shank was delightful with the roasted Brussel Sprouts.

My wife and I have had numerous lunches and dinners at both the Napa Valley Bouchon and the Venetian LV Bouchon. We keep coming back. We love the foie gras pate and love that they have Billecart - Salmon Champagne to accompany our meals. The only disappointment was the time when we ordered pate at the Napa Bouchon a few years ago, but were told that California outlawed Fois Gras. We reluctantly ordered the Chicken Mousse. Now that California has rescinded the ridiculous ban on foie gras, we have no reason to ever miss our meals at this fine restaurant.

My wife and I met some friends here for dinner and had a great time. We have been to Bouchon's in the past but never at the Venetian. We chose to sit outside and that is the only place I will sit from now on. The service was great and the food and wine superb. Great place for a couple of friends to meet for dinner or for a romantic date.

We had dined there before, and returned for an early dinner on the patio. Service was spot on. Great atmosphere inside or out, and they have heat lamps for patio dining if the temperatures do turn cool. The trout dish was worth repeating, and try the Canard (duck confit with cabbage) dish! A nice wine complimented the dinner. When you look up to the sky, you almost think it's the painted sky inside the Canal Shops at the Venetian, but the planes flying over will convince you it's all real. It's a lovely, delicious way to get a break from the casino chaos, too.

Was so excited to try this place....i thought being a thomas keller restaurant it would be amazing. I was wrong ...very wrong. The food was either too salty or very bland. The only thing i enjoyed was the bread. Maybe the worst meal of the trip. Service was not great either. Unimpressed and very disappointed.

We went on a Saturday night of a busy 3-day Valentine's Day weekend and there were empty tables, which is a probably a sign that this Bouchon location is going downhill. I've been to the one in Napa and had a much better experience there. \n\nWaiter rushed us with the bill, which was almost unbelievable, given that this is Thomas Keller establishment! Kept coming back every 5 minutes after leaving it, and then finally pulled the bill out and laid it in front of us, as if to get our attention? So rude. And what was crazier (we were a group of 5 women and 1 male), as soon as our male friend showed up, our waiter only talked to him and ignored the rest of us. Some might dismiss that as him being 'traditional' but trust me when I say it was so noticeable, and so out of context, that everyone at the table (including our male friend!) thought it was bizarre and inappropriate! \n\nFood was OK. No one was super impressed, and the French onion soup (which was superb at the Napa location) was below par. What is going on??

We have visited the Bouchon 3-4 times now over the years, and it ranks as #1 in Vegas with us. It is not overly big, and feels intimate. While it is a top tier restaurant, it doesn't feel 'stuffy' or arrogant. The food is fabulous: things like bread that tastes like it just came over from France. As a matter of fact, our friends just visited France a month before, and thought the entrees they ordered were a dead ringer for the cuisine from their just-completed trip. Service is unusually effective: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

All our food was fabulous, but I had let them know when I made my reservation that this was a special birthday celebration. The only acknowledgement of the day was having the hostess wish me a happy birthday when we arrived. No candle, no happy birthday written in chocolate on my dessert plate--nothing. Most disappointing in a restaurant like Bouchon. For that reason I can't recommend Bouchon for a special occasion.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Definite #1 in LV. The steak tar tar, clams, rainbow trout were all prepared to perfection. Would have loved to have tried desert but was too full. However, the Bouchon pastries from the coffee shop which I had for breakfast were excellent as well so I don't feel slighted! Our servers were incredible and we were seated to our table immediately at reserved time! Can't wait to go back for brunch and will likely have dinner there as well on my next LV trip.

I am a long-time lover of Bouchon, but most of the time I have enjoyed the fare at the restaurant in Yountville, CA. I recently took several colleagues out to dinner at the Las Vegas bistro, pitching the experience as normally excellent based on my experiences in Napa. While the service was very good, I have to say that the food was very mediocre, with the greatest disappointment being over cooked beef -- the medium rare came out well done for at least two of the four steaks ordered (and I believe that the others just ate it and said it was fine because I was paying). A perfectly cooked medium rare or rare steak in a French restaurant is a must -- near my flat in Paris the chef actually refused to cook my mom her requested 'well done' steak -- and the owner of the restaurant is a friend! The waiter and management made things right, which was fine, and we enjoyed five bottles of wine, armagnac, and calvados, so everyone was well feed and watered in the end. More support in the kitchen, or more attention to detail around the food is my suggestion for improving.

Great place to eat and drink!! We were seated a lot later than our reservation which was not great considering we were taking clients out, however, the manager took care of our entire bar tab before seating us and the service and food were amazing. Our server went above and beyond what was expected and everyone at our table noticed. I would absolutely return.

I went to Bouchon to celebrate my birthday and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious, the wine list is great with many selections. We were a table of four, I had the steak frites that was perfectly cooked and seasoned, we had the Foie Gras Sauté that was spectacular. I would love to have this restaurant in NYC! We visited the Bouchon to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our food was fabulous, seasoned to perfection. The wait staff was knowledgeable about how the food was prepared and had great recommendations. Our only complaint, well maybe not a complaint was the noise level and music choice, it didn't make for a cozy romantic ambiance. We would return in a heartbeat.

If I can get to a Thomas Keller restaurant, I do. As hectic as Vegas in during CES I made the effort to get there if only for drinks and apps. Myself and a co-worker stopped in and had some Sazerac's which were sublime. To eat we had the truffle fries and steak tartar appetizer. I knew how good the fries would be but my friend didn't. He stated, 'these are the best fries I've ever had.' I agreed. The tartar was done amazingly well. The ambiance was lively and picking up heading into the dinner service. Wait staff was top notch as usual. Go if can and if you can't find a way.

There food was just okay. My biggest complaint was the soup and trout entree came out lukewarm. The trout was nicely done but lacked any real flavor. My brother got the chicken, one of their specialties. He was joking with the waitress while ordering that he wanted to see if their chicken was better than his......and it wasn't. Service was great but the food experience.....so so. Risotto had great flavor but was mushy. Lamb was lamb, no excitement there.

There's no shortage of great food options in Las Vegas, but Bouchon is a standout for sure.\n\nThe food was excellent. Our party enjoyed the Beef Tartare and Escargots as appetizers and Poulet Rôti (chef Keller's famous roasted chicken) and Salmon as entrees. The chicken lives up to the hype, and all the other dishes (including our desserts of chocolate mousse and gluten-free brownies) were fabulous. The only miss was the side of Truffle Fries, which was underwhelming in the face of the rest of the dishes. \n\nThey accommodated a gluten allergy with enthusiasm, recommending gluten-free options and adapting dishes when necessary for one of the members of our party. \n\nThe service was impeccable, as well. Our server was engaged and spirited, making great recommendations and helping improve the overall dining experience tremendously. She also knew the menu and ingredients well, which came in handy when helping the gluten-free member of our party make appropriate selections.

With 2 parties ahead of us, one with reservations and one without, we were expecting to get a table in as prime of a location as those ahead of us. However, we were taken to the middle of the dining area where there was heavy traffic. We asked to be seated in a quieter location. Being a party of 3 adults it shouldn't have been difficult to offer a suitable alternative. We were very kind and soft spoken, which may have been part of the problem! The young hostess told us she could only take us to one other table, although there were several available which were seated right after us.\n\nThe second table, which we were told we had to take, was again in a very busy section in the middle of an alcove area. Every other table in this section was against a wall, only half were occupied. The table behind us and to the right of us had young children who were very noisy with parents who didn't care. My husbands chair was bumped into rather harshly twice by the bus staff. Neither time was there an apology offered. \n\nSince this is a very expensive restaurant, and the fact that we had reservations, we were expecting a better experience.\nNeedless to say, we will not be returning.

First of all, out of the four of us non of the food arrived hot. It was all luke warm. I had the salmon and lentils which was very good but a little salty. My wife had the beef bourguignon and liked it very much although it was also salty. Our friends had the trout which was good and the steak frites which I've had in the past and was great but this time it was almost cold. As were the fries. She almost sent it back and should have but didn't want to make a scene. We also had a side of mushrooms that were crazy salty. We ended with the 6 piece cheese plate that was great. I think someone might tell the chef not to salt reductions until the end of the reduction. Must have been a rookie in the kitchen...

Open table bookers continue to be mistreated. Though we had a reservation and were on time, they made us wait 30 min. Obviously without trying to send us 4 to the bar which we rejected and create some revenue. Other guest coming later were immediately given their table and we were not offered any drink on the house! Bouchon is by far the best restaurant experience I ever had in all aspects. My first dining was for breakfast and I noticed that their food is not over powering in sweetness nor saltiness like most restaurants in the United States. I made it back to Las Vegas Bouchon for dinner and having Daniel serve us made it extra special in that he made us comfortable with his knowledge in wines and the food Bouchon has to offer. Our small chat about surfing made it a bonus. The food is a given and the staff are well trained that you will see them watching every move in the dining area providing special attention. My goodness, the food was perfection as we expected it to be. Would definitely return. Service was wonderful, went above and beyond. Not an intimate room, but definitely has the look you would expect for this type of French restaurant.

Amazing restaurant in Vegas and in Napa. Thomas Keller does an amazing job every time! My husband and I ate here for one of my Birthday dinners while in Vegas the weekend of Dec. 11-13th. We had amazing food, service, wine, the table was perfect, everyone was very friendly. There wasn't a morsel of food left when we were finished! It was delicious. The vibe was great too. Did I mention the food, wine and service were beyond amazing?! A must while in Vegas or Napa.

We always try to dine in Bouchon while in Las Vegas. It is consistently one of the best restaurants in town, which is not short of great restaurants. Food is always good and service is always good.\n\nThe only negative is the high mark up of wines - which is more than 4 times retail, and there is nothing less than $60.

I'm a big foodie and have worked in the industry for years. I have traveled the country (and many other parts of the world) and have dined in some of the best restaurants there are to offer. I was very excited to eat at Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant but was quite disappointed as to how the evening turned out. \n\nPre-dinner: It took several minutes to be acknowledged by the bartender. This was awkward and annoying, as there is little room to stand near the bar to wait for a drink.We were seated 10 min before our reservation time which was quite the relief. \n\nDinner: The timing was terrible. I am aware that classical French dining is at a slower pace, but our dinner took WAY too long. Our server, while pleasant, was not very attentive. \n\nApps-40 minutes. Our server offered to bring us more toast points for the steak tartare while dropping off the plate, but never returned with them\nSalads-25 minutes after our appetizers were cleared. We finished our bottle of wine before these came out. \nEntrees-2 hours after we had sat down and with the wrong side! The manager did take 20% off the bill. Nice gesture, but it didn't even cover the price of the second bottle of wine. I do not care about free stuff and would have gladly traded an apology for the discount.\n\nMidway through apps, a man (obviously well known) sat down next to us. He ate his entire 4-course meal before we received out entrees. The entire time, multiple managers were sitting and conversing with him and at one point, even comparing G pens with him. \n\nWe're a younger couple and probably don't appear like we each make the 6-figure salaries that we do. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the way we were treated, or if it was the fact that it was my birthday and we were not taken as serious diners, but regardless, we felt extremely neglected. We canceled our dessert and left without finishing our entrees. \n\nThe food was absolutely amazing, but I will look to dine elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the service was just as good. Still, the real star of this place is the food it offers. The cheese fromage with freshly made crackers was great. The freshly baked bread and homemade butter was excellent. The ribeye is a must have for your first time, as are the truffle frites. You definitely get your money's worth in fries and you'll 100% leave satisfied with your meal and the service.

We dined here on our 2nd night in Vegas. I heard good reviews and was excited about trying it out based on the chef reputation and all. Unfortunately our server was pretty much non-existent. Not sure if she had too large of a section to deal with, but it was a Monday night and the restaurant seemed about half full. Drinks were slow to arrive and our cocktails were underwhelming. We each ordered a glass of wine with our entree and both didn't arrive until we were about 90% done eating. I ordered steak frites and the steak was a little tough but cooked right. The frites were unfortunately overdone, something I didn't particularly care for since I upgraded to the truffle fries at an $11 upcharge. My wife got the goat cheese salad and expected it to be prepared as described but it was really just a salad with a blob of goat cheese on top. We were celebrating her birthday and they did bring a creme brulee which was nice. By then we just wanted to go somewhere else. I could have lived with the average food but the poor service made it an overall bad experience. Plenty of other places in Vegas to enjoy - don't waste your time here.

The meal was ho-hum (fortunately, there was an endless stream of bread), but the rest made up for it. Memorable only for the impeccable service and lovely architecture. \n\n*Undercooked fish, limp and overcooked broccoli, burnt almond flourish. Rather than marry, the flavors of this dish were clearing going through a nasty divorce.

Looking forward to a wonderful dinner and was instead very disappointed. First, our table was wobbly. When we addressed the concern with our server, instead of moving us to sturdy table that was empty next to us, she unsuccessfully attempted to fix the table twice. When another server came and we let him know our table was unstable, he quickly moved us to the next table. Our server seemed annoyed that we moved, so we felt we had to explain the table was still wobbly. The restaurant was not full, so we should have been moved right away without question and the timing of the service should have been faster.\n\nWe ordered the Petit Plateau and enjoyed that, but my Steak Bouchon was overcooked. The beignets were very good which made me almost overlooked the service issues. However, the slow service made me observed how other guests' bills were handled. So, I was surprised when the server asked for my ID when I gave her my credit card. If they were asking other guests for their ID as they paid with their credit card, I would not be offended. If the policy was applied consistently, I wouldn't be offended. Yet, to be singled out that way was confusing and the final straw that tipped the experience to a negative one. I wrote a note to say I was offended. Instead of just apologizing, the server continued to defend her action and stated it was her co-workers who were not following instructions. Whatever the rule is, it should just be consistent. I've had the pleasure of dining at many restaurants of celebrity chefs and never been asked for my ID or treated so differently from other guests. \n\nI had such high hopes for this experience, so it was such a let down compared to the other fine dining we experienced this year. Sadly, won't be coming back since the food did not quite make up for the lousy service.

This may be because we were there late, shortly before closing - however we were disappointed compared to the Bouchon in Napa. My food was very salty. The duck was over cooked and dried out. My husband's steak and files was nothing special. He ordered an Angels Envy whiskey which he swears wasn't Angels Envy. The service was slow. The bread was fantastic.

Loved the relaxed atmosphere even though quite noisy. Bar service very good despite how very crowded it was with AAPEX and Sema trade shows in town! Great martini. \nWe enjoyed everything we ordered. However our waiter's service was sporadic towards the end of our evening. This did not seem to be the case at other tables. In his defense, the restaurant was BUSY.\nWe did return for breakfast and were very pleased with everything!\nWe will return.

Although our waiter was wonderful and the ambiance was sensational, the food was just okay. I thought the menu was somewhat limited and the steak frites was dried out and lacked flavor. The chicken was delicious. The profiteroles looked delicious but we followed our waiter's suggestion and ordered the special desserts. The fried donuts were just okay but the brownie and ice cream were good. I would definitely go back since last time the experience was much better.

We ate here on my birthday, which they acknowledged when we arrived and the waiter\ndid too- when he arrived at the table, which I appreciated. We opted to sit outside and the atmosphere was very nice by\nthe beautiful lit fountain. Our server was both professional and friendly. The braided French bread was definitely worth eating. We had\nthe French Onion soup and a salad- both very good. I had the signature roast chicken and it truly was delicious! My husband was slightly disappointed in his steak - it was a bit tough and fatty- not great quality for the price, but did enjoy the bernaise sauce. The pile of frites that accompanied it were good. My lemon tart birthday desert was served with a simple, elegant candle and was good- but a tad over-cooked (brown) on top which slightly overpowered the lemon flavor. My husband had the brownie dessert. Beer and wine selection were good. I really enjoyed this meal and the atmosphere and service.

What a treat! I dined at Bouchon for my birthday while on a business trip for a conference. The food was exquisite - best I've had in awhile. As a pleasant surprise, the prices I found to be quite moderate. Sure, you can spend a lot if you have a high dollar point wine, but all in all was well worth the money.\n\nThey even brought out a treat for my birthday - nice to have for celebration when I was far from family. I highly recommend this place!

The service is top notch, the waiters are knowledgeable of the menu, and the food is fantastic. \n\nOur waiter's candid feedback on the dinner options steered us to try an epic trout dish that we never would have considered. From the time we entered Bouchon, we were treated to exemplary service along with the authentic foods and beverages from a French Bistro. The experience reminded us of our week in Paris. Allen provided us with amazing service. She was on top of all the details. The only reason we are giving Bouchon 5 stars is because of the noise level from the wedding celebration from the pool. We felt it took away from the ambiance.

Service was not good, make sure if you go you have time for at least a 2 hour dinning experience. Mussels were flavorless. Almost like they were steamed and served in a broth of just water. Foie Gras was tasty as well as the boudon blanc. Our Lyons in salad came with a hard boiled egg. It was replaced after 25 minutes and tasted good. Overall had about half the dishes taste great and half seemed like a culinary student made them. Wouldn't recomended or go back.

Tucked away from the 'restaurant row,' Bouchon is more than physically separated from the pomp and pretense of other high end restaurants in Vegas. I've been to most of the 'best' restaurants in Vegas over the years. Yes, those others also serve some pretty decent food at princely sums. What has made Bouchon unique for me over the years, is that everyone on the service team seems to actually care about what they are doing. \n\nTips: Salade Lyonnaise, Steak frites, and the profiteroles.

The best meal I ever had was in France. Up until last week, the second best meal I'd ever had was in NY. Bouchon ALMOST tops the list. Almost. Maybe if everyone spoke French... :) \nWe had the pate - it was amazing. Rich and flavorful with out being overpowering. Followed by the Mussels with a side of mushrooms (me) and the Steak Frites (husband) Both meals were stunning. The mussel broth was garlicky and fragrant without stepping on the mussels, the mushrooms were perfectly marinated and sauteed, the steak was cooked EXACTLY to mid-rare. Exactly. And just melted away as we ate it. And the fries were stellar - both on their own and run through our various sauces! Dinner was so good, there was none left - and therefore no room for dessert. But the dessert menu was very tempting! Wines were suggested, reasonably priced, and paired perfectly with the food. HIGHLY recommend. Worth every penny - and it came to a LOT of pennies. I would happily skimp on a hotel room, skip the gambling - and just splurge on another dinner at Bouchon. Or two!

However, we nearly left before enjoying either because of an almost intolerable noise level created by a large group event, in the restaurant, about 15 feet from our table. We had to shout to place our order and ordinary conversation was impossible. While we enjoyed the food, we were very happy to get out of there. Go back? Nope!

I have eaten at Bouchon twice before, and was looking forward to a quiet and delicious meal with friends. Was not to be: the food was fair, the service dreadful and the noise level deafening. Didn't help that there was a large and raucous private birthday party going on. In my view a party of that type should be removed to a private room.\nThe wait staff were disorganized and uncoordinated. My Dry Martini arrived after the first course was complete. Apparently there was some type of meltdown in the kitchen and several of our dishes arrived in the wrong sequence. The seafood special was gone by 7:45 pm. The white wine we chose was served too warm - had to be chilled. And so on. \nWon't be back.

Choice for wife and me prior to Rock of Ages, had heard so many good things about Thomas Keller and compelled by the video for this place on the Venetian site. \n\nBeautiful outdoor space, drinks served quickly, strong and well-prepared. Server obligingly split our mixed green salad, perfect size to share. Escargot were among the best we've had, really loved the little pastry puff that capped each one, just the right combination of salty and buttery richness. Wife had trout almondine - perfectly cooked piece and no shortage on the green beans or almonds. This dish could have stood alone without a salad. I had to spring for the moulles frittes - very glad I did. Each mussel was steamed just long enough to maintain tenderness, VERY large pieces in each shell. More fries than I could comfortably finish. \n\nService was decent, but unmemorable. Our server seemed increasingly disengaged as our visit went on - and not due to a busy night, as we arrived shortly after opening to allow plenty of time to linger pre-show.\n\nOverall not a disappointment, will definitely go back and spring for their famous brunch.

This was my first time to eat here with my husband. I had been here back in 2007 or 2008 with family and remembered having a wonderful experience. This time the food was still delicious and the ambiance was nice for a night out for just us two. However, we were not as impressed with the service. First of all, we had a reservation with Open Table and were staying at the Venetian. We checked in with the hostesses 7 min before our reservation, just to let them know we were there in case it was busy. We were brusquely told that we could not be seated until the exact time of the reservation, so we waited out front. Though we didn't mind waiting, it was the attitude that we were given that was strange. A moment or two later we were escorted back in because the table was ready after all, but there was no explanation for the attitude.\n\nSecond, our server barely ever came by to talk to us and did not tell us the daily specials until he was asked. Meanwhile, he was giving much more attention to the table of 6 or so next to us, and had no problem remembering to tell them the specials. We felt like we had barely any service by our server because we were a party of 2. The rest of the restaurant staff who helped bring out and pick up our dishes were excellent, however.\n\nOverall, I would recommend Bouchon but we had a better experience at Mon Ami Gabi and other restaurants on the strip.

It was my wife and I's 5 year anniversary and we hit the jackpot with Bouchon. The service was fantastic. Atmosphere was romantic and elegant. And the food was indescribable. I have to thank our waiter who waited us and making our anniversary memorable. We will definitly come back and recommend to our friends and family.

I looked forward to experiencing Bouchon after several recommendations from fellow French food loving friends; it did not disappoint. The favors and quality transported me back to my travels to France and a little bistro in Lyon. Be prepared to over-indulge, you may be tempted to order a cheese plate and dessert along with your entree and French onion soup. Do give in temptation. Unlike France, however, the service was extremely friendly and attentive...we were very well taken care of...the exceptional hospitality may have been the only evidence we were still in Las Vegas.

We were celebrating my dad's birthday and from every single aspect, this restaurant shined. The food was some of the BEST I've had in years. From the bread served on the table, the salad with warm goat cheese to the Steak and Frites I had, everything was sincerely fabulous. Everybody had something different and shared. Every bite was memorable. The wait staff was very attentive but not overly so. The waiter overhead this was dad's birthday and appeared with a giant slice of the most delicious lime cake with a lit candle at the end of the meal. I have never written a review before but felt compelled to share the most fantastic experience at Bouchon. Highly recommend. GO. Go NOW!

What's not to like about Bouchon. The food was excellent. I forget the name of the dessert but the brownie and tarragon infused ice cream was unbelievable. The waitstaff was friendly and came up with some nice suggestions for wine pairing. I had the leg of lamb. It was all I could do to stop myself from licking the place. If you get the chance to visit Bouchon don't miss the opportunity.

It has become our go to place in Las Vegas for our annual family visit. 5 couples from all over the US and we just have the best time there. Impressive wine list, including a $3450 btl of Margeaux Chateau Margeaux. Interestingly, tho', not a single Carmenere option. Had a wonderful selection of five types of oysters on the halfshell, impreccably presented. Waiter came armed with a loaner mini-flight and eyeglasses so could read the menu (i'd forgotten mine). But be prepared to drop $250/cpl even if you order a low-end wine. Found it odd that the bread was placed directly on the table, and diners do not get bread plates. Hmm.

I had the Risotto aux Truffes, on a recommend from a companion. This was a mistake--the dinner was bland and tasteless. None of my party complained about the food, but I don't remember anyone praising it either. We had some raw oysters that to me were just okay, but I am not a good judge. I asked the waiter to charge my room, but he returned to say it was declined--I have no idea why. For my money (a lot of it), I would try another place next time.

Fantastic food! I ordered everything family-style for the crew and it was definitely the way to go if you're going with friends. Everything was on point -- but be sure to try the lamb and get the charcuterie!!

We make it a point to eat at Bouchon whenever we're in Las Vegas. Our dinner was stellar as always. We're going to have breakfast there before we leave town today.

Excellent menu, service and ambiance. We had a group of 7. Everyone had a different dish, and they were all excellent. Great wine list. Classy atmosphere. Great for dinner before a night on the town.

My husband brought me here for the dinner and I must say the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. I was very pleased with the overall experience making this a birthday to remember.
