The bed and bedding were top notch; I had an enormously comfortable sleep.
My room, though heated, was colder all night than the thermostat setting (66 vs. 74 in the morning); the enormous icicles, while picturesque, may mean the roof isn't properly insulated. We were, however, in a 10F cold snap.
Spacious. Well equipped kitchen.Free hot buffet breakfast, ample dining space, friendly service.
Bed on the small side.Had to walk outside, in the cold and snow, to get from registration to room.Airport shuttle only ran after 9 PM.Fruit on buffet was substandard.
Clean, quiet and excellent breakfast
All rooms have outdoor entrances as opposed to prior Residence Inns we have stayed at. We had to wear coats to go down to breakfast in the morning
Clean, spacious. exceeded our expectations for a three star hotel
Not a lot of parking
The roominess of the suite was nice, although a little smaller than some Residence Inns I have stayed at in the past. It is tucked in a wooded area near the Albany Airport. I highly recommend the walking / jogging / bike path, 1/2 mile away from the hotel
Location was relatively close to an appointment and it was neslted in a nice wooded area.
They were out of regular coffee for the rooms.
have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in the past, nice hotel. however we were bumped here from Residence Inn, where I had choose to stay due to the fact that there were 2 adults and a child.Garden Inn was a little small.
Suite was more of a room and a little small for 2 adults with a child.
Great location to shopping and the family party we attended. Room was very clean and well-decorated. Beautiful bed- restful sleep. Not noisy for being close to the airport. First heard plane sounds at 7:30.Food was very good and lots of variety.
Was difficult finding the location as the street numbers on Troy-Schenechtady Road are weird. A clerk at Stewarts told us how to get there.
Conveniently located, shopping centers and services very close, very private quiet setting inside the city. Breakfast menu changes daily very good selection.
Bathroom design very tight, sacrificed to enhance living space, could be a little larger.
Its almost feels like being at home.
There wasn't any place to put a suitcase. We had to put both of ours on the coffee table in front of the sofa.
The breakfast buffet was great.
There were a few mesquitos in the room, but that the way it is this time of year.
privacy of rooms
only one staff member working and she couldnt leave post, also breakfast had little selection and no fruit
Stayed here with a relative for a few days for buisness. Room had loft and separate bedroom
Our family of 5 (3 kids) (3,5,7) stayed at the hotel for the weekend while visiting family and friends. Location was great. The property & rooms were clean and neat. The staff, very friendly. Pool, hot tub and basketball court all in great working condition. Free Breakfast was also great! My only complaint....our room was suppose to have 2 queen size beds; the beds were barely doubles, which made our sleeping experience horrible. Check to make sure you get the right size bed.
We were house hunting in the area and found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. Great In room Full Kitchen saved alot on dining out. And the Free Full HOT Breakfest every morning. You get your $$$ worth and more. Will Stay there AGAIN.
