I love Laughlin
No coffee maker's in the room's
Great valie for low cost and bathroom was first class.
Location, access, staff, all were great. The soft bed was very much appreciated. Good food in Pints.
Other guest being rude and inconsiderate. Service in Pints restruant was not as prompt as we have experienced in our past visits.
I like the price, especially package deals, but also Kayak price for just a room. I have stayed here for several years. Laughlin is just trying to stay above water during these lean times. This hotel needs a total remodel, but they painted and recarped the rooms, and did upgrade on the cheap. Their beds and pillows are as good as anyplace and the employees are nice. I say you definitely get value for the rock bottom price that they charge.
Because I am aware of "you get what you pay for" I was not expecting much, but I will say that I have stayed in many much more run down, not too clean places for a lot higher price. I am a return customer here every year so I must feel its acceptable for its cheap price. If you need wifi step down the road, there are many free wifi signals in town along with Bullhead City free wifi, or the mall, or Starbucks.
Did visit the gift shop was nice reasonably priced
Did not like our hotel room it was dirty nasty disgusting opened up the curtains you cannot even see the pool through the self that was on the windows even the machines down in the casino were really dirty you could see where they write them down but probably with a dirty rags it was just disgusting would not eat there the food was really high priced
You have to pay for wyfi. No good food in there we had to go somewhere else to eat. I would not stay there again. Would pay more for a nicer place.
Very clean rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located, great gift shops, very easy and fast check in & out!! Will visit again!
Food places were closed early.
It was very inexpensive.
The air con cycled every 20 minutes and sounded like a Mac truck in the room. The bathroom light was also hooked up to an exhaust fan noisy enough for the space shuttle. $10.00 a day for wifi? And then I couldn't get hooked up to it, and they CHARGED me for the toll-free number I had to call to attempt to get the wifi! Also no in-room coffee maker. Very disappointing stay.
Hotel could use remodel
Would like to see more restaurants.
the buffett I have stayed here 6 times. agree with a lot of the comments. my room was clean
not having the 2nd floor open, no Dixieland band, no candy making area, no reg. set down regular restaurant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, the plumbing was noisy, the fixtures were old and grungy. Our room was on the first floor right next to the pool so the privacy was compromised.
Room price was good. Honestly, the best thing I can say about this stay at the Colorado Belle was that it is located next door to Capriotti's sandwich shop. However, so are a whole lot of other hotels that have a check-in that is a lot more streamlined...Really, how long does it take to rent a room, anyway? 45 minutes to an hour is just unacceptable when there only two check-in clerks working and no less that two others just wandering around behind the check-in counter doing nothing. Very disappointing.
Crazy long check-in time. Room air conditioning not sufficient to cool the room well enough. The Bourbon building air conditioning was also poor. When you moved from Bourbon building to Orleans or the casino, the cooling difference was evident.
nothing to like
the room had been tidied but not cleaned between guests. ants all over booze soaked tables, bathroom was not cleaned and worst of all, the previous guest had used the sheets as a tissue and there was bloody mucous all over it. no excuses, clean the friggin rooms and wash the sheets!
Like the town and location and the price
The food sucks there ,they need to pay more ire attention to the quality of the food the serve
I have frequently been to Laughlin and never had such a terrible stay. Spend the extra few bucks to stay at tropicana if they have available rooms. The dirty hallways with holes in the walls is only the beginning. The rooms are a nice size though dark and dingy. Black mold in the shower, black shower floor, and stains on the toilet are not exactly comforting. You shouldn't need to put toilet paper down on the toilet seat in your hotel room as you would an outside gas station restroom. Though staff was kind for the most part, the overall stay was miserable. I have stayed at some dingy hotels in my time and this is near the top of my list. I will never stay here again. Extremely dissapointed.
I really like the staff. Everyone was very nice.
The facilities in the room were dirty. I didnt get in the shower because it was so dirty.
Maybe it's time to remodel
Hotel situated right on Colorado River. Plenty of restaurants to eat in, big clean room and low price.
Typical NV casino with smoky atmosphere and too many hopeful people losing their money.
Next to the river
Trying to find your room. There is just no easy way to get to your room, especially if you stay in the Bourbon Tower. I met people in the hallways asking for directions. Lots of lost people roaming the halls. There are 2 elevators on each end of the "Towers" but finding them requires a GPS. Terrible setup. The majority of people staying are senior citizens, with walking issues. This place requires lots of walking just to get to your room, of course depending on what Tower you end up in. I learned my lesson. The old adage of "You get what you pay for", holds very true for this hotel. The rooms are very dated and beat. I could live with that but not with the trekking required just to get to your room. God help you if you get to the Casino and realize you've forgotten something!
Customer service was awesome, room a total disappointment both shower & toilet were backed up, we had to call both days of our stay to get a maintenace guy to fix it at about 12am the first time the 2nd day at 5:30am maintenace guy was fast to service but it only lasted for so long
The room toilet & shower very disappointed
It was better north and south
Getting lost -need more signs in halls to direct people where they are going.
The casino was nice, a bit dated. Our room was a king suite. everything was clean but the bathroom was dated as well. Don't really have any complaints. We spent more time checking out other casinos and touring as it was our first time in Laughlin.
I'd have to say I heard a weird noise at night like that of a mouse. I never saw one but that noise kept me up a bit on the first night. Not completely sure what it was since I didnt hear it the second night.
Service was fun at check in. Lounge is nice.
Having to leave a deposit because others are stealing from the rooms?!
The price of the room was great, that was it
The hotel is old the carpet was dirty on the hall ways, as well as in the room, the room had a non clean smell, the mates didn't clean the room, didn't change the towels nor the bedding, every thing in the casino was over priced it didn't compare to the time we stayed a few years back, l think is a sign that Laughin is going broke, We are not going back.
Price. Room was spacious. Clean.
Rooms difficult to find, AC was not functioning properly, walls and doors not soundproof. Could here people in hallway and in room next door. Band was mediocre at best. Slots didn't pay.
Sólo la cama muy suave
Olía mucho a cigarrillo y muy complicado encontrar la habitación y muy lejos
The rate wasn't bad.
The dresser and night stand knobs were falling off and it made the room seem cheap and not kept well. Also, there was a fake eyelash stuck to the carpet... that was a little nasty. Do the cleaning staff need to be retrained?
Rooms very nice, clean, modern. Food was okay nothing special. Staff friendly and smiling. Good view of river. Not crowded. Lots of seating on outside deck but needed paint. Good value.
Halls and elevator very dirty, needed repair and cleaning. Dirty entrance, dirty windows, upkeep out side is needed, like a good power wash of the cement. Lots of children everywhere.
