Pros: This was a perfect stay in a beautifully restored building in the countryside. The whole experience was amazing!
Pros: A warm but professional welcome, calm atmosphere, delightful spacious bedroom, very comfortable bed, great ensuite, lovely pool, delicious meals, attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble
Pros: Small hotel. Very nice, comfortable and stylish rooms. Friendly staff.
Pros: A modern barn conversion, L orceliere is exceptionally beautiful. In the heart of the stunning French countryside down a no-through road. Huge beams mixing with ultra modern decorations. The shower in the wet room was amazing. The thing that struck us most was the peace and quiet. We could hear no traffic or human voices. We sat on our private balcony and could hear only birds singing and a distant combine harverster. Bliss. The breakfast was delicious. Mini crepes, croissants, fresh baguette, jams and fresh soft fruits. Would highly recommend this place for a romantic get away.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: We reserved dinner which was just what we needed and we were left in peace to eat it. Just perfect after a hard days work.
Pros: Lovely owners, beautiful house, each room has a theme, the surprise is the best thing, great breakfast, pretty town. The patron made me supper, but there are restaurants in walking distance as well.
Pros: very nice elegant place in quite village
Cons: sign of the property
Pros: Great swim, beautiful garden and excellent breakfast

Pros: Location, Setting & Property Very hospitable hosts Excellent breakfast
Pros: The room and bathroom were both a good size
Cons: The lack of service from the owner. When we arrived he was nowhere to be seen and we almost left as we thought the place was empty even though everywhere was unlocked. Also when we came down for breakfast the next day, again there was no one around so we went into the kitchen to make a cup of tea. The coffee on the table was cold. When the French guests arrived the owner suddenly appeared and sprung into action. The pool was a good walk away and when we got there it was covered so we couldn't use it. There were lots of rules typed up in the room of things you couldn't do too which seemed a little overkill. Their large dog was running loose when we arrived which we could have done without. Very expensive for a poor experience. It wouldn't take a lot of change in the owner's attention to personal service to turn this review around but it's too late for us now.
Pros: We were offered a welcome drink which we enjoyed in the garden. The room was spacious, nice furnitures and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jam.
Cons: Unfortunately, the chateau was not in a very good condition. It's a nice building, but needs to be renovated. It did not look like on the picutures at all.
Pros: Beautiful chateau and grounds. Superb large swimming pool. Wonderfully friendly hosts. Free top quality bikes and great flat trails.

Cons: The rooms were filthy and very shabby
Cons: No staff on site when we arrived at 20.30H despite supposedly being open until 21.00H. Tried putting details into machine but no result. So we had to find somewhere else. NOT HAPPY. After a long journey this is not what we wanted or expected.
Pros: The coffee was good The lady was nice
Cons: -The bed wasn't a real bed -the was mold EVERYWHERE -don't take your shower before going to bed or you'll end up with a moldy smell in your room all night long -we ear everything from the rooms upstairs and next to us -there were stains on my bedsheets
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Very small rooms, moderately cleaned. There was no remote control for the TV. The outside can use some maintenance.
